Este ensaio pretende sentipensar o evento Plantando a Capoeira Angola, evidenciando o protagonismo de mulheres na capoeira. Partindo de uma confluência de narrativas pautadas em vivências aqui apresentadas, o texto busca articular as experiências que ocorreram no evento a referenciais teóricos de áreas diversas do conhecimento, que põem em diálogo conceitos como sentipensar e performance negra, os quais serão esmiuçados no decorrer do texto. Ao evidenciar como uma vivência entre mulheres capoeiristas pode propiciar reflexões e incentivo para que possamos anunciar um novo tempo, de uma capoeira que acolha a diversidade de corpos que a manifestam, este ensaio afirma participações de mulheridades na capoeira e a importância histórica delas nesse contexto. Tecendo conexões entre mulheridades matripotentes de motrizes africanas e ancestralidades amazônicas em Belém, a presente escrevivência anuncia a eficácia de grupos, rodas de conversas, encontros autogeridos por mulheres como espaços que favorecem a afirmação de identidades plurais no universo da capoeira.

Objetivo: Analisar o perfil da produção científica sobre disfagia orofaríngea em idosos nos periódicos brasileiros, no período de 1995 a 2015. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica, de tipo descritiva, com análise bibliométrica. A busca foi realizada a partir da estratégia de cruzamento dos descritores "idoso", "transtornos de deglutição" e "envelhecimento" e do termo "disfagia", aplicando, em seguida, a seletividade para os critérios de inclusão. Foram considerados quatro grupo de variáveis: identificação da publicação, características dos autores, tipo de estudo e aspectos bibliométricos. Os dados foram submetidos à análise descritiva. Resultado: Foram identificados 9987 artigos, sendo excluídos 9827 por não cumprirem os critérios de inclusão, sendo selecionados 43 artigos para leitura final do texto completo e análise bibliométrica. As instituições com maior número de estudos se encontram na região Sudeste do Brasil, assim como seus autores; a abordagem dos estudos foi majoritariamente quantitativa, seguida da abordagem mista; o tipo de estudo mais encontrado foi o transversal e as amostras concentradas entre 20 e 39 participantes. Os periódicos com maior número de publicações foram os especializados em Fonoaudiologia. Conclusão: Neste estudo constatou-se grande polarização das publicações na Região Sudeste, em especial nas universidades públicas do estado de São Paulo. Houve predomínio da abordagem quantitativa e de estudos transversais, com maior produção sobre o tema na área da Fonoaudiologia.

Abstract. Health and environmental psychology have long been walking side by side. These two disciplines of psychology have imported and applied common psychological frameworks and each of them developed specific theories and methodologies. At a time when humankind faces tremendous challenges ahead (climate change, global warming, ocean sickness, the reemergence of infections pandemics), environmental health is more and more a crucial domain of research. Both environmental psychology and health psychology need to be engaged in environmental health issues in order to enhance planetary health. Environmental psychology traditional fields of research provide understanding about how natural or constructed environments impact human identity, attitudes, and behaviors (more recently, environmental psychology is also investing in determinants of pro-environmental behaviors). On the other hand, health psychology has an extensive comprehensive framework about how to promote healthy habits (i.e., automatically activated behaviors). We live in a global and extremely complex and interconnected world, which promotes syndemic phenomena (several interactive epidemics sharing common etiological factors), also resulting in accelerated depletion of natural resources. This current scenario might justify the development of an Environmental Health Psychology discipline, joining together tools from both environmental psychology and health psychology in a synergic and strategic way.

The nature of intimacy and self-identity changed profoundly over the past century. The disruption between sex and procreation enabled the emergence of new forms of relationships and contributed towards the legitimacy of a sexuality focused on pleasure, as a mean of self-realization and an expression of intimacy. Despite the evidence that most individuals now approach close relations with expectations of mutual emotional support and romantic love, intimate relationships remain highly gendered, particularly in societies where traditional roles of men and women persist in the growing diversity of sexual relationships. To address this topic, an empirical research was conducted in the Greater Lisbon area using a mixed methods approach. First, a quantitative study, with 323 primary healthcare users, intended to explain how gender influences self-constructions of sexuality and intimacy. Then, a qualitative study, with a subsample of 10 heterosexual men and 15 heterosexual women, employed in-depth interviews to explore how individuals construct their etiquette of sexual behavior. Building upon Gagnon and Simon's scripting theory and Giddens' transformations of intimacy, along with feminist criticisms concerning male dominance in hetero-relationships, we have reached an explanatory typology that focuses on Portuguese specificity in terms of the subjective experience of sexuality and intimate relationships. Sexuality and intimacy are complex and multifaceted phenomena that are affected by sexual and non-sexual factors, both in and out of the bedroom. Key findings reveal a coexistence of highly gendered sexual scripts with increasingly more egalitarian sexual roles, namely among the youngest and the most educated generations in Portuguese society.

Cape Verdean governments have intensified the investment on the National Reproductive Health Program, aiming to provide universal and qualified services, especially to the youngest people. Nevertheless, data suggest that some health challenges remain in this group (e.g., high rates of early/unplanned pregnancies, illegal abortions, sexual risk behaviors). In this paper, we present a protocol of a community-based social prescribing and digital intervention to promote wellbeing and quality of life across the life course of young Cape Verdeans, with a specific focus on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) related behaviors. The intervention program, to be developed in three years, will follow an Intervention Mapping approach, namely regarding needs assessment and study's protocol. The program's implementation and evaluation will occur simultaneously. The main expected result is the development of a sustainable training program implemented in coproduction with Cape Verdeans from Mindelo (in São Vicente island), with replicable potential in other Cape Verdean regions. Resumo:As pesquisas de clima organizacional são recentes em organizações públicas, especialmente, quando comparadas com o tempo em que são utilizadas nas organizações privadas. Contudo, mesmo considerando esse aspecto e as diferenças entre essas organizações, percebe-se que as pesquisas de clima têm contribuído para melhorar o ambiente de trabalho no serviço público, com isso, melhorando a produtividade. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o clima organizacional de uma Secretaria de Estado, integrante do aparato governamental do estado do Pará. A pesquisa, de caráter exploratório e descritivo, contou com a participação de 97 servidores selecionados em amostra probabilística aleatória simples. Os resultados mostraram avaliações insatisfatórias para remuneração e equidade, por outro lado, foi possível observar que a cooperação e a comunicação são aspectos favoráveis na secretaria. As conclusões mostram um clima intermediário e recomendam atenção da organização para criar estratégias capazes de aprimorar progressivamente a gestão de pessoas na organização.

The increasing number of international migrants (ranging from 153 million in 1990 to ∼272 million in 2019) brought to attention the wide variation of national contexts concerning the policy measures to protect migrants' rights and ensuring their equal access to basic and essential services, namely in health. Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) is a key component to the overall health and quality of life and is impacted by power inequities inherent to society's institutions, environment, economics, and culture. In Portugal, guidelines for intervention in SRH are insufficient, a gap that is more pronounced with migrant populations due to the absence of culturally sensitive indicators to assess and monitor SRH. The aim of this work was 2-fold: to identify good practices in the SRH field, with a particular focus, whenever possible, on migrant populations, and to identify relevant and inclusive indicators to monitor SRH in Portugal. A Delphi panel (via online survey) with 66 experts (researchers, teachers, and health professionals) and 16 stakeholders (non-governmental organizations, civil society, and governmental organizations) was implemented in two rounds. Panelists were asked to state their level of agreement (5-point Likert-type scale) regarding four different SRH areas: Sexual Health, Reproductive Health, Social-Structural Factors, and Good Practices. Items were based on literature review and a World Café with 15 experts and stakeholders. Participation rate was 68% and response rate was 97% on the first round. From the initial list of 142 items, a total of 118 (83%) items were approved by consensus. Findings may provide extended opportunities for the healthcare system to engage in better informed decisions and more inclusive and integrative strategies regarding SRH, contributing to build political measures toward sexual and reproductive justice. ; info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion

So far, only a few countries have combined, at the national level, health and human biomonitoring (HBM) surveys to collect extensive information on health, lifestyles, biological health determinants and environmental exposures. This paper will provide guidelines on how to combine health and HBM surveys and what is the added value of doing so. Health and HBM surveys utilize similar infrastructure and data collection methods including questionnaires, collection and analysis of biological samples, and objective health measurements. There are many overlapping or comparable steps in these two survey types. At the European level, detailed protocols for conducting a health examination survey or HBM study exists separately but there is no protocol for a combined survey available by now. Our recommendations for combined health and HBM surveys focus on a cross-sectional survey on general population aged 6-79 years. To avoid unnecessary participant burden, for the selection of included measurements basic principle would be to ensure that results of the measurements have a public health relevance and clear interpretation. Combining health and HBM surveys into one survey would produce an extensive database for research to support policy decisions in many fields such as public health and chemical regulations. This study aimed to evaluate time from the first hospital appointment until ART initiation among newly diagnosed HIV patients in Portugal between 2017 and 2018, to investigate differences between hospitals, and to understand the experience of patient associations in supporting the navigation of PLWH throughout referral and linkage to the therapeutic process. To answer to these objectives, a twofold design was followed: a quantitative approach, with an analysis of records from five Portuguese hospitals, and a qualitative approach, with individual interviews with three representatives of patient associations. Overall, 847 and 840 PLWH initiated ART in 2017 and in 2018, respectively, 21 days (median of the two years) after the first appointment, with nearly half coming outside the mainstream service for hospital referral, and with observed differences between hospitals. In 2017–2018, only 38.0% of PLWH initiated ART in less than 14 days after the first hospital appointment. From the interviews, barriers of administrative and psychosocial nature were identified that may hinder access to ART. Patient associations work to offer a tailored support to patients' navigation within the health system, which can help to reduce or overcome those potential barriers.
