The purpose of this research was to develop transformational leadership strategies for the development of preschool educational diversifying modes in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Opinionnaire was developed to collect data from 468 respondents through the stratified selected sampling design covering 254 kindergartens and related offices in 11 counties, cities and districts of 11 provinces from 27 June to 5 July, 2020. The data was then analyzed by demographic statistics, means, PNI, standard deviation, SWOT analysis, Pearson's correlation, and content analysis. Deriving from the analysis, a proposal of the transformational leadership strategies was drawn up, by which the government vigorously increase supports of technology, politics, economy, social-culture, legal and security, steadily increase education inputs in all modes of kindergartens, in terms of: enlarging caring for staff, playing full roles of vision, better creating opportunities, exploring empowerment orientation, enforcing communication, enhancing trust relationship, arousing self-confidence and constructing organization culture as well.

The objectives of this research were 1) to explore the conceptual framework of management strategies of Saint Gabriel Foundation's schools in Thailand according to the concept of enhancing digital citizenship; 2) to explore the current and desirable statuses of the management strategies of these schools; and 3) to develop the management strategies of these schools. The research applied a mixed methods research approach. The population included 16 Saint Gabriel Foundation's schools in Thailand in academic years 2017. The instruments comprised a concept questionnaire; a current and desirable statuses questionnaire; and an assessment form for the propriety and feasibility of management strategies. The data analysis involved descriptive statistics, i.e. frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; PNIModified indices; and content analysis. The results revealed that the conceptual framework of enhancing digital citizenship in students encompassed 3 components including the respect toward oneself and others in digital world; the use of digital appliances with responsibility and safety; and digital innovations creation. Internal status analysis indicated academic department as weakness and student affairs department as strength; and external status analysis indicated government policy, economic status, and social status as threats, and technology as opportunity. The management strategies of Saint Gabriel Foundation's schools in Thailand according to the concept of enhancing digital citizenship comprised 3 main strategies, namely: (1) To improve school management to enhance students' digital responsibility and safety; (2) To enhance management capacity to develop students' ability to create digital innovations; and (3) To uplift school management to enhance students respect in themselves and others in the digital world.

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable state of the management for creating professional learning communities (PLCs) of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) 2) to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the management for creating PLCs of schools under the BMA and 3) to develop management strategies for creating PLCs of schools under the BMA. The study was mixed method research. The samples were 209 schools under the BMA. The instruments used in this study were the questionnaire and the strategic evaluation form of feasibility and appropriateness. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, PNIModified and content analysis. The results showed the following: 1) the current state of the management to create the PLCs of schools under the BMA was overall at a high level ( = 4.10). When considering each attribute, shared leadership and shared decision-making were the highest average ( = 4.31). The desired state of the management to create the PLCs of schools under the BMA was at the highest level overall ( =4.69). When considering each attribute, shared leadership and shared decision-making were the highest average ( = 4.72). 2) The strengths were the shared leadership and shared decision-making and the shared vision, mission and goals; the weaknesses were collaboration and shared practice, the collective learning through inquiry, reflective dialogues and application of learning and the supportive conditions respectively. The technology was considered as the opportunity and the economic, the political and the social aspects were considered as the threats. 3) Five management strategies were developed including (i) To promote collaborative culture and shared practice; (ii) To promote collective learning and application of learning; (iii) To develop teachers' capacities and to increase the effectiveness of the structural support; (iv) To raise the quality of shared vision, mission and goals; and (v) To ...
