Objective: To synthesize the knowledge produced on the nursing performance in the deinstitutionalization process in mental health scope. Method: It is an integrative literature review conducted from search on the internet for studies in databases like CINAHL, Scopus and LILACS. We have identified 72 papers, of which, seven were included in the review, upon reading the taking into account the adopted inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The nursing performance in the face of the deinstitutionalization process in mental health has prioritized interdisciplinary therapeutic activities aimed at the guided by the principles of comprehensiveness and humanization. Conclusion: It is recognized that the process of training in nursing to equip future professionals to develop skills and competencies considering the new logic of organization of mental health services in the territory.

Objective: To characterize the nursing diagnoses domain Disposal and Exchange of taxonomy NANDA-I in patients in the postoperative period at a university hospital in the city of Natal-RN. Method: This was a descriptive, cross-sectional, whose sample consisted of 80 patients. Data collection occurred in november and december 2012, by history, physical examination and application on a form prescribed based the domains of NANDA-I Taxonomy. Approved by the Ethics Committee and Research CAAE 07614812.6.0000.5537. Results: The diagnoses were identified: dysfunctional gastrointestinal Motility (55,8%), Constipation (20,9%) and (23,3%) had both diagnoses. Conclusion: Thus, it is important that nurses adopt measures relating to resolving Disposal and Exchange domain for patients in the postoperative period in order to provide adequate assistance.

Objective: summarizing the scientific content produced about the risk factors for corneal injury in critically
ill patients in intensive care. Method: this is an integrative review of the literature conducted by question:
"Which risk factors are involved in the development of corneal injury in critically ill patients in intensive
care?" We searched the banks of BDENF, LILACS, SciELO and MEDLINE. The collection was performed
according to the research protocol from January to April 2014. Results: the risk factors found are related to
impairment of defense mechanisms, ventilation, and level of consciousness, severity and hemodynamic
instability and use of specific medications. Conclusion: there was noted the scarcity of scientific papers
about the subject in our country, which makes it imperative to urgent investigation into our reality, in order
to demonstrate the problems of this disease.

Objective: synthesize the knowledge produced about interventions used for pain management in people
with venous ulcers. Method: integrative literature review performed in June 2013 in the databases PubMed,
CINAHL, ISI Web of Knowledge, SCOPUS, LILACS and The Cochrane Library. For the survey of publications
were used descriptors MeSH - Medical Subject Headings: "Venous ulcers", "Pain Management" and "Nursing".
Results: seven articles were selected and these showing the interventions type like pharmacological -
dressing containing ibuprofen, techniques such as music therapy, aromatherapy and laser therapy and
participation in support groups. Conclusion: verified there is a deficit of studies on pain management,
however it is suggested to implement intervention activities found to conduct a holistic and effective care.

Objective: To summarize the knowledge produced in the scientific literature of the main clinical complications during hemodialysis and describe nursing interventions according to the NIC. Method: an integrative literature review. For selection of four databases SCOPUS, CINAHL, PUBMED and LILACS were consulted, which included five articles. Studies fitted in the level 3 of scientific evidence, being an observational type. Results: the main clinical complications during hemodialysis sessions were: nausea, vomiting, cramps, itching, hypotension, hypertension and hypothermia. Nursing interventions were hydroelectrolytic monitoring, checking vital signs, administering medications and instructing the patient. Conclusion: the clinical complications are related to the rapid removal of fluid and accelerated electrolyte exchange during the hemodialysis session. Interventions raised showed the variety of possible behaviors before these complications.
