The article examines the impact of globalization on the development of the higher education sector. It is determined that a single educational space has been formed, aimed at increasing the competitiveness of higher education institutions, by ensuring the quality of training and training of specialists in accordance with the demands of the information society and the modern knowledge-based economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of globalization processes and determine their impact on the higher education sector in the context of the development of quality assurance in higher education. The basis for implementing the research goal is the use of such methods as logical analysis (analysis of the main principles for the development of globalization processes) synthesis (defined aspects of implementation of the process of ensuring the quality of higher education). Ukraine's higher education management system must adapt to the new globalized developmental conditions and use them in favor of their own national interests, which will enable them to develop a new strategy for effective political, economic and social development of the country. Система управління вищою освітою України повинна адаптуватися до нових глобалізаційних умов розвитку та використати їх на користь власних національних інтересів, що дасть змогу виробити нову стратегію для ефективного політичного, економічного та соціального розвитку країни. The article focuses on the management of sustainable development of recreational sector of national economy. The article reveals the essence of the recreational sector and its importance for the national economy in the process of recovery labor. Condition of recreational sector of Ukraine has been evaluated on key components; problems of its sustainable development were identified. The priorities of the government strategy of development resort and recreational sector were articulated and measures to improve the operation of sanatoriums in Ukraine were determined. As an effective method of managing sustainable development of recreational sector of the economy was suggested program-target method. A scheme of target program for the development of recreational sector of the national economy was proposed. ; Статья посвящена вопросам управления устойчивым развитием рекреационного сектора национальной экономики. Сформулированы приоритеты государственной стратегии развития курортно-рекреационного хозяйства и приведены меры по улучшению деятельности санаторно- курортных учреждений Украины. Сформульовано пріоритети державної стратегії розвитку курортно-рекреаційного господарства і наведено заходи щодо поліпшення діяльності санаторно-курортних закладів України. В якості дієвого методу управління сталим розвитком рекреаційного сектору національної економіки запропонований програмно-цільовий метод. Розроблено схему цільової програми розвитку рекреаційного сектору національної економіки.

Розглянуто основні підходи до визначення змісту політичного протесту. Як результат, дістала уточнення категорія «політичного протесту». Узагальнено та проаналізовано характерні риси, які притаманні політичним протестам, на основі чого обґрунтовано багатовимірність цього феномену. ; The basic approaches of the determination of political protest's content were considered.Destabilizing processes have occurred due to the fact that the protest movements in the geopolitical space have blossomed during the last decade. So that it's an important research task to find the nature of the complex nature of political protests, keep track of all factors of their origin and dynamics. Detailed and depth assessment of this phenomenon is the key to success in developing of methods for effective management and minimizing of their destructive effects. It's the relevance of the research theme. The author had a purpose to summarize the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of political protest and revealed its specifics.As a result, the category of "political protest" was clarified. It is understood as a complex of active or passive political practices of individual or collective subjects in the form of conventional or nonconventional expression of discontent towards political system as a whole, its individual structures, institutions, norms, values, decisions.Characteristics of political protests were summarized and analyzed. On this basis, the multidimensionality of this phenomenon was substantiated. So that political protest may exist in the internal state of a political subject's rejection of some political relations that dominate in the political system. It can be reviewed through the protest mood. The second dimension is a form of dissent, resistance, rejection of the dominant political course. It is provided through a certain action or protest act, manifested in the direct participation of the protests. Political protest is a phenomenon of policy, political attribute that represents opposing forces, movements, trends, which go against the basic course of political life or another specific policy. Objective legitimacy of mass protest behavior depending on the nature and direction of the political process remain unresolved and the basic elements and features of political protest are in the ratio with the current political situation in Ukraine. ; Рассмотрены основные подходы к определению содержания политического протеста. Today the EU and Canada experience a significant international migration inflow that requires a delicate treatment on the government side which would not contradict with these countries' adherence to a liberal nation-state idea. The non-ratification of the EU Constitution precluded the creation of a common immigration policy that could facilitate and level the social integration of immigrants within the EU member states that currently have different historically shaped strategies towards the newcomers. Even though the legal and economic barriers for immigration and naturalization have been reasonably decreased over the past decades across the EU, the legacies of nationalizing citizenship laws are still persistent and immigrants are expected to integrate into the host cultures. These path dependent repercussions contradict the idea of a liberal nation-state and erect the second level barriers (besides legal and economic ones) for integration of immigrants into the host societies. These cultural barriers are more persistent in the social consciousness than the institutionalized ones, which is a reason for why liberalizing laws are not the most effective means for facilitating the immigrants' integration into the host societies. This situation of intensive immigration combined with the low opportunities for social integration gives grounds to instability and dissatisfaction within certain social groups in the EU. This paper investigates how multiculturalism policy in Canada contributes to a higher level of immigrants' integration into Canadian society as compared to the EU memberstates. Moreover, the novel information from the Centre of Excellence for the Study of Immigration at Simon Fraser University suggests that maintenance of immigrant ethnicities contributes to the overall economic success of a country, which is another reason for the introducing multiculturalism and a common EU immigration policy.

The deliberate activity of terrorist groups to destroy cultural heritage sites triggered the securitization of World Cultural Heritage concept. Among the actors of the securitization process, the UN Security Council plays a special role as the main body responsible for ensuring and maintaining international peace and security. Within the framework of UN Security Council resolutions, the base was gradually prepared linking the destruction and plunder of World Cultural Heritage sites, the illicit trafficking of cultural property with the financing of terrorist activities. This process took place in line with the securitization process, increasingly linking the protection of cultural sites with the maintenance of international peace and security. The article assesses the impact the in activities of the UN Security Council on the process of securitization of the World Cultural Heritage and on the development of regional legislation in the field of protection of such heritage.

The paper discusses the possibility of using creative technologies in the field of social work, including the process of rehabilitation of people with disabilities. The authors describe a technology of creative process of rehabilitation as an example in a particular institution.

Objective: This paper addresses the Old and New Testaments viewed from the econarrative perspective in environmental and social contexts.
Method: The method applied combines the techniques of conceptual, semantic, thematic, and narrative analyses in the authors' original interpretation.
Results and discussion: It examines biblical narrations via four discourse-forming concepts – GOD, NATURE, MAN, and SOCIETY, various combinations of which shape a set of narrative ecotopics focused on the concept of MAN. Such ecotopics as "Man and nature in their interaction", "Man and family relations", "Man in society", "Man's path to God" reveal the relationships between man, nature, God, family, and society as well as man's responsibility before God. Their ecological component is marked by verbocentric ecodescriptors actualized in narrative schemes.
Material: This study zeroes in on the narrative ecotopic "Man's path to God" with its subtopic "the way through sacrifice", presented in the stories of Abraham in Genesis and Hannah in 1 Samuel from the Old Testament as compared to the story of Jesus in 1 Peter, 1 John, and the Gospel of John from the New Testament.
Conclusions: In the Old Testament the path to God through sacrifice in ecologically charged narrations reflects the readiness of man to sacrifice his/her most valuable thing to prove their faithfulness and faith. In the New Testament Jesus' sacrifice involves the whole humankind, thanks to His sufferings for their sinless life.

This research paper aims at identifying the current issues of Malaysian Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to globalize to enter into new market, identifying companies' internal and external barriers, identifying gaps of effective global strategy etc. The seriousness of the study will affix the current knowledge of business situation of effective globalization strategy to progress Malaysian SMEs. Earlier there is a study that has been placed that organizes Malaysia SMEs challenges across discipline for a better perspective to unleash SMEs potentials. In particular, benefaction of the SMEs will be creating employment possibility and providing constant economic development in both ways, enlarging entrepreneurial foundation and expanding human capital. With the implementation of the New Economic Policy (NEP) in 1971 which aimed to improve people's welfare and restructure ethnic, economic imbalances, this step has been shown the importance of SMEs in Malaysia which can be traced back to the early 1970s. The commitment of Malaysian Governments to develop SMEs was further strengthened by the implementation of the Malaysia Industrial Master Plan, particularly the Industrial Master Plan 2 or IMP2 from 2000 to 2005 which was followed by the IMP3 spanning 2006 to 2020. Among other policies, this plan coincides with the country's vision to be a developed nation by 2020 (MITI, 2005).
