Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to study on the pricing of China railway company under the background of diversified property rights, especially the pricing of the parallel line system that belong to different owners. Design/methodology/approach: Through theoretical analysis of the main influential factors of railway pricing, this paper designs a basic quotation system for the parallel railway lines. Findings: The transaction price of parallel line consists of two parts, which are fixed railway network price and variable network using price. Practical implications: Through the reasonable designing of fixed network price and variable network using price, it can not only lead to high profitability and low government subsidy, but also can ensure remaining more railway network resources and fulfill the social responsibilities. Originality/value: The conclusions of this study will lay the foundation for the harmonious development of Chinese railway network under the diversified property rights.

This article gives a detailed account of a twelve-year-old boy and his parents, seen from the perspective of both the child's and the couple's therapists, and then from that of visiting teachers and a commentator in the Continuous Training Course in Family and Couple Therapy carried out with The Beijing Zhi-Dao-Zhong-He Medical Institute, which is directed by our collaborator, Fang Xin. The referral concerns a twelve-year-old boy who we will call Haitao (not his real name), whose symptoms included compulsive hand washing, social isolation, difficulty making decisions, and hesitation in answering questions and in initiating actions. He was initially referred for individual therapy. After his individual therapist met with the family, she suggested parent therapy at the same time that she initiated weekly child therapy. There was instability in his therapy because when his first therapist became pregnant, he was referred to a second therapist who met twice with him before resigning and referring him to a third therapist, who then recommended that he return to his first therapist. We all noted from the outset that this therapeutic instability had a negative effect on the family's adaptation to Haitao's therapy. This case report details a consultation to two difficult therapies for a neuroatypical boy and his parents.

CompactLight (XLS) is an International Collaboration of 24 partners and 5 third parties, funded by the European Union through the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme. The main goal of the project, which started in January 2018 with a duration of 36 months, is the design of an hard X-ray FEL facility beyond today's state of the art, using the latest concepts for bright electron photo-injectors, high-gradient accelerating structures, and innovative shortperiod undulators. The specifications of the facility and the parameters of the future FEL are driven by the demands of potential users and the associated science cases. In this paper we will give an overview on the ongoing activities and the major results achieved until now. ; On behalf of the CompactLight Collaboration
