Based on analysis by using a statistical technique using 38 the responeden in civil servants the results motivation work that affect the employee performance for puskesmas parigi in parigi district parigi moutong and how major has been set at 77,2 %.
Foto sebagai sebuah karya visual, sejatinya memang menyingkap sebuah fakta dan makna hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari Foto-foto karya Erik Prasetya. Karya foto ini mendeskripsikan bukti bahwa rakyat miskin kota tidak sepenuhnya menjadi sandungan bagi pembangunan. Mereka tetap ada dan seolah dipelihara oleh sistem politik yang begitu liberal sebagai komoditas politik yang sangat menentukan pada masa-masa Pemilu. Melalui analisis Semiotika, penulis mencoba meninjau deskripsi disetiap karya foto yang telah dikreasikan oleh Erik Prasetya.
ABSTRAK Perubahan kedudukan kelurahan dari perangkat daerah menjadi perangkat Kecamatan, di Kelurahan Sukamoro Kabupaten Banyuasin dengan lahirnya Undang-undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 berdampak pada perubahan status kelembagaan kelurahan. Harapan akan adanya perubahan kebijakan desentralisasi dapat semakin menguatkan kelembagaan kelurahan. Namun dalam realisasinya, kelurahan justru menjadi lembaga yang harus menerima biaya politik dalam bentuk pengurangan kewenangan dan anggaran pembangunan pasca implementasi undang-undang tersebut.Perubahan kedudukan institusi kelurahan dari kelurahan sebagai perangkat daerah menjadi kelurahan sebagai perangkat kecamatan menjadi tidak efektif Kelurahan tidak lagi memiliki kewenangan penuh dalam pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah, Lurah bertindak atas perintah Camat. Kewenangan Kelurahan hanya sebatas kegiatan rutin, sebagai contoh surat-surat yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Kelurahan hanya sebatas surat pengantar. Sebelumnya, kelurahan memiliki kewenangan untuk menyusun perencanaan di kelurahan. Pemerintah kelurahan tidak lagi menjadi organisasi perangkat daerah yang mandiri tetapi telah menjadi bagian dari pemerintah kecamatan. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pemerintah kelurahan ditentukan oleh kebijakan yang diputuskan oleh pemerintah kecamatan. Dampak terbatasnya kewenangan kelurahan berpengaruh juga terhadap keterbatasan penganggaran dana kegiatan kelurahan. This study analyzes the factors that motivate the candidates who run for Village Head in Air Hangat District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. In determining the informants, the researcher used the purposive sampling technique, and the data was collected using interviews and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data using source poles. The results showed intrinsic and extrinsic motivations for the Village Head candidates in the 2019 Village Head Election (Pilkades) in Air Hangat District. Intrinsic motivation consists of motivation to gain achievement, power, income, and prestige. Extrinsic motivation consists of developing human resources and providing a sense of security, comfort, and harmony. Based on the study results, it showed that the quality of Village Head candidates in the 2019 Village Head Election (Pilkades) was still at a low level. It can be seen from the low level of education and work experience in government. Community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders are also of the view that village head candidates do not have the readiness to become village heads with a lack of experience in leadership.
This study aims to find a model of non-structural disaster mitigation policies for landslide-prone settlements in Lebong Regency. The study is a sociological juridical (sociolegal). Processing and analysis of primary data, secondary data, information from the focus group discussion and legal documents were carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of the study show that the implementation of non-structural mitigation policies for residential areas prone to landslides has not been implemented optimally. There are internal and external obstacles to implementing such non-structural mitigation policies. The Lebong Regency government needs to formulate and determine community-based policy steps that include: identifying and mapping potential landslide residential areas, increasing community preparedness, increasing community knowledge and capacity, monitoring continuity towards landslide-prone settlements, implementing control/enforcement, maintaining the environmental balance, paying attention to the carrying capacity and amperage of the environment, compiling planning and budgeting, integrating disaster education in primary and secondary school curricula, strengthening regulatory frameworks and establishing mitigation standard operating procedures.
ABSTRAKPeningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia dalam hal ini karyawan, tetap perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatakan kualitas kerja. Dalam lingkungan pemerintahan khususnya pada Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia masih membutuhkan pelatihan untuk para tenaga teknis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kami memberikan keterampilan lanjutan bagi para staf yang berada di Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia dengan memberikan keterampilan mengenai cara menganalisa data menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan fitur berupa Quick Analysis dan Pivot Table, dan membuat slide master menggunakan Microsoft Powerpoint. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan untuk menyampaikan teori, meliputi : ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi, sedangkan praktikum terdiri dari metode tugas, trial and error, demonstrasi atau simulasi program keterampilan serta pemberian post test pada akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pengetahuan berdasarkan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada unit UPT KEMDIKBUD, peserta terdiri dari PNS yang berkedudukan sebagai pranata dan pelaksana serta bagian lain yang membutuhkan peningkatan keterampilan dengan jumlah 25 orang. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari hasil post test dengan hasil 51% lulus dengan nilai baik untuk kategori materi power point dan 49% lulus dengan nilai baik untuk kategori materi excel. The allocation of financing for agricultural sector in Islamic Banking Institution is low compare to the other sector. The risk of high uncertainty, which includes the level of damage to farms and the level of crop failure, become the financing risk consideration for the banking. Rice farm insurance can be an alternative to mitigate this risk so Islamic the banking will have partner to share the risk. The insurance practice for agricultural sector has been initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture. But there are still some limitation due to the insurance inclusion and shariah compliance issues. This research provide proposal the implementation of shariah agricultural insurance with Analytical Network Methodology (ANP). The objectives of this study are 1) analyze the benefit, opportunity, cost, and risk of the implementation of Islamic agricultural insurance and 2) find the most important aspect due to the shariah agricultural insurance implementation. The research found that the most important aspect is opportunity. This insurance will give opportunity to the farmer by provide protection for the crop from the risk of harvest failure with shariah compliance and using shariah banking. The shariah scheme will help the government increasing the insurance inclusion. This scheme will benefit the farmer due to the increasing of crop insurance awareness. The requirement of this implementation comes from the cost aspect, namely legal aspect. And the risk will rise from the moral hazard as fraud claim. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of shariah insurance for the agricultural sector has opportunities and benefits, but there are still some notes to be addressed. This shariah insurance together with Islamic banking and the sustainability of agricultural sector.
Covid 19 that has hit the Indonesian nation has had a multidimensional impact on people's lives. The formation of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid 19 is a concrete step for the government in response to this problem. The Task Force has certainly faced various obstacles, challenges and problems in carrying out its duties and functions. One of them will be related to the arrangement of the various dimensions of the Task Force organization in several laws and regulations that govern it. The research method used is descriptive and juridical normative with the aim of obtaining a complete and comprehensive description and evaluation of the organizational dimensions of the Task Force that have been stipulated in several laws and regulations as a product of public policy. The results showed that the Task Force as the operating core of government policies / programs dealing with Covid 19 was an ad hoc institution that was a political organization. Regulations for several structural and contextual dimensions are contained in Presidential Decree No. 7/2020, Presidential Decree No. 9/2020, Presidential Regulation No. 82/2020, and Decree of the Chair of the Task Force No. 16/2020, namely formalization, specialization, hierarchy of authority, organizational goals and organizational size. ; Covid-19 having hit the Indonesian nation has multidimensionally impacted on people's lives. Abstract Overburdened health facilities, disrupted food supply chains, and loss of revenue due to COVID-19 can lead to a sharp increase in the number of children experiencing nutritional problems in Indonesia. There are currentlyseveral system application developments on child nutrition growth. However, the development of these applications often experience obstacles in the form of User Interface and User Experience that are not in accordance with the wants and needs of the user. This research aims to develop stunting monitoring applications with the application of user-centered design (UCD) methods to minimize the high number of stunting. The results of this study created a mobile application for 1) stunting monitoring as a medium for the public to know the risk of stunting to children, 2) Equipped with information to add insight into child nutrition for parents, 3) can communicate directly with experts, 4) and can register the queue number of the nearest hospital if you need treatment at the hospital. The application designed to test 48 users including health workers, and parents to get usability values in accordance with usability testing rules and SUS application score results showed 70.5 out of 100 who fall into the GOOD category with grade C. This application contributes to the Surabaya City Government that will implement a zero-stunting program. Abstrak Fasilitas kesehatan yang terbebani, rantai pasokan makanan yang terganggu, dan hilangnya pendapatan karena COVID-19 dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tajam dalam jumlah anak-anak yang mengalami masalah gizi di Indonesia. Saat ini terdapat beberapa pengembangan aplikasi sistem tentang pertumbuhan gizi anak. Akan tetapi, pengembangan aplikasi tersebut sering mengalami kendala berupa User Interface dan User Experience yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan user. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pemantauan stunting dengan penerapan metode user-centered design (UCD) untuk meminimalisir tingginya angka stunting. Hasil penelitian ini menciptakan aplikasi mobile untuk 1) pemantauan stunting sebagai media bagi masyarakat untuk mengetahui risiko stunting terhadap anak-anak, 2)dilengkapi informasi untuk menambah wawasan tentang nutrisi gizi anak bagi orangtua, 3)dapat berkomunikasi langsung dengan para ahli, 4)dan dapat mendaftarkan nomor antrian rumah sakit terdekat apabila membutuhkan perawatan di rumah sakit. Aplikasi yang dirancang melakukan uji coba terhadap 48 user yang meliputi tenaga kesehatan, dan para orangtua untuk mendapatkan nilai usability yang sesuai dengan kaidah usability testing dan hasil score SUS aplikasi menunjukkan 70,5 dari 100 yang masuk dalam kategori GOOD dengan grade C. Aplikasi ini memberikan kontribusi bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang akan menerapkan program zero-stunting.
