The newly recorded genus and species to China, Harpagoxenus sublaevis (Nylander), is reported from Da Hinggan Ling, northeastern China. Diagnosis of the genus and description of the species are provided based on a Chinese specimen. A key to the 3 known species of the genus of the world is prepared based on the worker caste.

A new genus of the ant subfamily Leptanillinae, Furcotanilla gen. nov., discovered in southwestern China is described. The new genus is distributed in the Oriental region and belongs to the tribe Anomalomyrmini of Leptanillinae. A key to the 4 known genera of Leptanillinae of the world based on the worker caste is provided. Two new species of Protanilla collected from southwestern China, P. gengma sp. nov. and P. tibeta sp. nov., are described. The type-species of Protanilla, P. rafflesi Taylor, is also described based on the AntWeb images. A key to the 7 known species of Protanilla of the world based on worker and queen castes is prepared.

A new genus and species of the ant subfamily Myrmicinae collected from the Gaoligong Mountain Nature Reserve of the Hengduan Mountains, southwestern China, is described. The new genus, Gaoligongidris gen. nov., is close to Lasiomyrma Terayama & Yamane, but with anterior clypeal margin not angled, metanotal groove deeply impressed, propodeal spiracles large, propodeal spines long and slender, and petiolar peduncle longer than the node. The new genus is distributed in the Oriental region and belongs to the tribe Stenammini of Myrmicinae. A key to the known genera of Stenammini of the world based on worker and queen castes is provided.

Seventeen species of the myrmicine ant genus Vombisidris Bolton are recognized in the world. A new species collected from the south slope of Himalaya Mountain, V. tibeta sp. nov., is described. A key to the 17 known species of the genus is provided based on the worker caste. Illustrations are provided for each species.

Four new species of the amblyoponine ant genus Amblyopone Erichson, 1842 collected from southwestern China are described, i.e. A. kangba sp. nov., A. zoma sp. nov., A. meiliana sp. nov., and A. awa sp. nov. The queen caste of A. awa sp. nov. is reported. Measurements are supplemented to A. octodentata Xu based on the newly collected specimens. A key to the 29 known Asian species of the genus is provided based on the worker caste. Illustrations are provided for each species except for A. quadrata (Karavaiev).

The inertial navigation system is aligned and leveled before the launch of a long-range vehicle. However, the initial state errors caused by the non-uniformity of the Earth can influence the parameters in flight dynamics, which will bring about serious uncertainty for the impact point of a long-range vehicle. Firstly, this paper analyses the influence mechanism of initial state errors on nominal trajectory, navigation trajectory and guidance trajectory. Then, a propagation model of engine-cutoff state deviation caused by initial state errors is derived under the condition of without-guidance. On this basis, an accuracy analytical solution of initial state errors on perturbation guidance is finally proposed to obtain the real impact-point of the long-range vehicle. In the simulations, the influence properties of initial state errors on perturbation guidance is analysed, give influence regularities of single initial state error, and obtain the statistical properties of engine-cutoff state deviations and impact-point deviation by Monte Carlo technique. From the simulation results, it seems that the navigation state tracks the nominal state. However, the real impact- point deviation has not been truly eliminated, instead of the almost target-hit deviation calculated by navigation output. The proposed analytical guidance accuracy model can be rapidly computed to provide a compensation for guidance and control system to improve hit accuracy.

The main literature on Enterprise Systems (ES) focuses on large Western firms and has resulted in theoretical models to explain adoption, largely from the perspective of the adopting company. In contrast ES research, and in particular on SMEs in China, is limited. This research examines ES engagement in Chinese SMEs from the joint perspectives of both the SME and the ES technology provider in the context of government policies. The research is based on four cases in Shenzhen, PRC and an extended analysis of relevant government policies at central and local levels. Using King et al's (1994) institutional analysis it argues for the need of theory to specifically recognise institutional policies. It recognises also, however, that the problems of policy implementation are significant and suggestions for practice are offered.
