2005 yılından bugüne Türk bankacılık sektöründe kredilerde bir patlama yaşanmıştır. Budurumu doğuran önemli ekonomik parametrelerin başında ekonomik büyüme, enflasyon, dış ticaret hacmi, özelleştirme ve döviz rezervlerinde yaşanan olumlu gelişmeler gelmektedir. Bireysel krediler ve ipotek kredileri gün geçtikçe büyüyen kredi hacminde önemli bir payı teşkil etmektedir. Ayrıca, yabancı bankaların 2005 yılından beri Türkiye?deki ağırlıkları daha da artmaktadır. Özellikle gelişen kredilere bağlı olarak tedbirli risk yönetimi ve bunun yanında etkili denetim önem arz etmektedir. Bu konulara gereken önem v erilmediği takdirde uluslararası finansal krizler yaşanabilir. ; An eruption in the credits in the Turkish banking sector has been experienced since 2005. the significant economic parameters coming first that cause this situation are economic growth, inflation, foreign trade volume, privatization, and positive developments in the foreign exchange reserves. Personal loans and mortgage loans constitute a significant portion of the growing credit volume. Moreover, the weights of the foreign banks in Turkey have further increased since 2005. Especially, depending on the improving loans prudent risk management and also effective supervision are important. If necessary attention is not given to these subjects, international financial crises may be seen.

In this study, structural design and analysis of a type-3 composite over wrapped pressure vessel used in a military satellite propulsion system is presented. The aim is to design a composite tank lighter than all metal fuel tanks having the same volume. Moreover, necessary design stages have been revealed for similar composite over wrapped pressure vessels. ANSYS® is used to perform the stress-strain analysis of both metal and composite parts, to determine the optimum winding angle, tank Autofrettage and fracture characteristic for the metal liner considering the crack morphology. Tsai-Hill, Tsai-Wu and Hashin theories have been implemented to investigate the various failure modes of the composite vessel. Location, size and orientation angle of semi-elliptical surface crack has a pronounced effect on fracture characteristic of the liner. In fracture investigation J-integral method is used. It is foreseen that even in the most critical crack, the crack will not propagate and there will be no burst in the tank for proposed loading conditions. Numerical results are good agreement with the experimental results.

This paper analyzes the importance of health care services" charging applied by hospitals in USA. The subject is examined from financial and sociological perspective. In the first step, US hospitals" situation is described. After that, a comprehensive literature review on Pricing Theories is presented. In the next step, problems of health care sector are investigated from a sociological perspective. In the third part of the study, pricing applications of hospitals in USA are considered. The paper has shown that strong positioned interest groups in the US health care sector pay much less than the weak positioned. As a result of weak positioning 1.7 million people in 2014 filed for bankruptcy and 35 million people were contacted by agencies for uncovered bills. Furthermore, more than 15 million people spent all their savings to cover medical bills. On the other side, 1.1 trillion USD is spent by US federal and governmental states on health issues. Moreover, hospitals are complaining about underpayment. As a solution proposal to this problem, all actors in U.S. health sector must come together to find solutions to pricing of health care services and regulations required for better organization.
