Objective: To describe the perception of the nurse from the family health teams, of the sanitary districts II and III
from Uberaba city, about the gynecological nursing consultation. Method: a descriptive research with qualitative
approach. For the data analysis it was used the thematic analysis. Results: 26 nurses were participants, being two of
them males and the others females. After data analysis it was found the following category: nursing consultation with
women's integral approach, focused on the gynecological aspects, the disease, and resolution of the service and lack of
return scheduling. Conclusion: the found results reinforce the consultation with focus on the disease. We also
identified that the organization of the health services, focused on the nurse's productivity, negatively impacts the
assistance to women, without integral approach, what can be minimized through the qualification of the nurses.

Objective: to identify the factors those predispose the military fireman to develop occupational stress. Method: this was a descriptive study, with quantitative and qualitative approach. 32 interviews were conducted using a semistructured questionnaire and an interview recorded with guiding questions. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 version and for the interviews was used content analysis. Results: Seven categories namely: understanding stress, stress in daily work; factors stressors and emotional damage due to stress. Conclusion: It was noticed in this study the difficulty of theoretical science on this subject. Moreover, we can infer that concern firefighters, feel and express stress in different ways and thus to realize when they are under job stress.

Este é um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência realizado no ano de 2016 e, teve-se como objetivo relatar a experiência vivenciada pelos acadêmicos de enfermagem de uma Liga de Feridas, descrevendo a importância dos cuidados paliativos no prognóstico de pacientes com lesão medular. Durante esse período, foi prestado assistência à diversos pacientes em cuidados paliativos, acamados e com lesão medular. Foi possível obter melhora nas condições clínicas físicas e psicológicas de todos os pacientes, além dos familiares, que se sentiram tranquilizados. Notou-se que os pacientes se sentiam mais seguros na presença dos membros da Liga de Feridas. No que se refere às lesões, houve regressão do leito da ferida em todas elas, assim como cicatrização de algumas. Os tecidos necróticos tornaram-se extintos, em sua maioria. Utilizou-se coberturas disponíveis, como Papaína de diversas porcentagens e Ácido Graxo Essencial (AGE). Por sua vez, as lesões se epitelizavam, evitando até a necessidade de enxerto tecidual. A abordagem dos cuidados paliativos proporcionados à pacientes acamados, com lesão medular, contribuiu para um prognóstico positivo, melhorando a adaptação e autoestima.

Objective: To identify the perception of health professionals about domestic violence against the elderly, and understand the behavior in situations of domestic violence. Method: A descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Interviews were conducted with 12 health professionals using semistructured instrument with guiding questions. The interviews were taped and transcribed integrally. Data were analyzed and categorized by content analysis technique proposed by Bardin. Results: Two categories emerged: Understanding domestic violence against the elderly and Hierarchy actions against the situation of domestic violence against the elderly. Conclusion: It is important that the multidisciplinary team knows the multifarious spheres of aggression and know how to identify signs of bad treatment and violence, that such evidence from the cases notified to the competent authorities and facilitate the monitoring of elderly and family.

Objective: to describe the expectations of pregnant women for childbirth, their fears and anxieties. The
activities those they develop to reduce anxiety and family participation. Method: Search descriptive qualitative
approach performed in a Basic Health Unit (BHU) in the city of Uberaba MG, with 15 pregnant women. The
research project was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Triangulo Mineiro (UFTM)
Uberaba MG, under protocol # 1778. Results: Four categories emerged: fear and anxiety, congenital
malformation, baby layette and participation of the husband and the mother. Conclusion: We conclude the
increasing need for actions to promote health and prevent complications in pregnant women, as well as groups
and call for inquiries and planning delivery and postpartum.
