The legislation of land in Malaysia argues that any occupation of another person's land without permission is unlawful, including on the government land. However, the state authorities have also alienating land to the people through the procedure of land application prescribed under?. Successful applicants will be charged payments of premium and other services. The payment claim is issued by the District Land Administrator through Form 5A Notice and is required to be cleared within a specific period of time according to the amount of the payment subjected to current land market value. for any payment failure, the alienation will be automatically revoked, thus re-application of land needs to be performed by the applicant if the land is still needed. According to preliminary data for a 5-year period from 2011 to 2015, a total of RM1,538,551,245.00 could not be collected by the Johor? state authority whereby a total of 1,100 notices issued have been revoked. This has affected the government's revenue flow and its optimum use. For the general public, the impossible prospect of owning a land legally for residential purposes has caused concern. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the acceptance of the holders of land alienation approval towards the premium rates imposed by the state authority. A survey was conducted involving 229 respondents comprising the recipients of the alienation approval from various areas in the Johor Bahru district. The results of the study found 73% of respondents claimed that the premium payment fees charged were too high, while 26% of them claimed that the fees were high and only 1% said that the fees were moderate. None of the respondents stated that the premium was low. Therefore, an action must be taken by the authority to resolve this issue so that the holder who has received the ownership of the property can clear the premium payment in a timely manner. Abstract: Developments in the Malaysian education system have begun since colonial times to currently. Many change and paradigm shifts are seen especially in the context of content, context, teaching and learning in Malaysia. However, in the context of ethnic relations there are several challenges, directions and issues that occur due to tensions, misunderstandings and constraints that are inevitable. In addition, the government is constantly concerned and takes this seriously by establishing various plans and policy measures to develop the country's education system. The established educational policy is in line with the desire to develop a generation of intellectuals in the concept of holistic unity and holistic culture. This is because ethnic relations are not an obstacle to the idea of educational development, but it is a platform to empower the nation's education policy in the context of national unity, political stability and national development. History and chronology of the development of the national education system need to be deeply identified to foster the state's awareness and enthusiasm. Indirectly, the stigma and assumptions that become ethnic issues can be constrained and developed with a positive philosophy. The establishment of aseparatedpractice to integration is one of the practical forms of ethical unity through good quality interaction and communication. Indirectly, it will form a group of socially educated people.

Responding to the unprecedented threat of Covid-19 to the life of all humanity, it directly affected humans mentally and physically. This outbreak consequences lead to human well-being being affected. To break this infection chain, the government has been announced to implement the Movement Control Order (MCO). This study tries to identify consumer social well-being during MCO and the impact of social well-being based on household income. A total of 340 consumers around Malaysia were randomly selected to participate in this survey. This survey used the Flanagan Quality of Life Scale (1970) indicator to measure the consumer's social well-being. The findings showed that the implementation of MCO made the aspect of consumers' social well-being still in good condition because most respondents rated five (5) out of fifteen (15) items as mostly satisfied (scale 5) with their quality of time during the implementation of MCO. Meanwhile, household income did not affect the level of their social well-being because most of the respondents concerned more about human relationships rather than finances. Overall it can be said that human touch and the element of interaction between humans have a significant impact on human social well-being.
