Through a shifted and enriched approach, combining history and anthropology/sociology, this book addresses the forms of social integration and the multiple cultural hybridizations produced by slavery in the societies of Europe, Africa and America during the medieval and modern periods. Analyzing the normative contours used to define the identity of the slave, it then discusses his attempts and modalities of integration in the host societies, measuring the socialization process that may have resulted. Questioning the social mechanisms of the ancient societies that presided over the mixing of populations, as attested by the sources, is one of the areas that historians in this field (Atlantic societies, Maghreb) are most interested in. Among their main projects is that of deconstructing illusions of "racial" and cultural homogeneity in contemporary societies. A work on the acculturation and agency capacity of slaves, on the capacity of enslaved persons (not only freed) to exist as actors in the social sphere, particularly in the Iberian peninsula and the Mediterranean area, is the aim of this work. By proposing a history of Mediterranean brewing, it challenges preconceived ideas about cultural divisions and civilizational confinements.
Leave the violence is possible by gender perspectives, ie by working with myself and those around us, work based on the legacy of decades and decades of thoughts and practices of women who were sensitive, and at the same time demands, to the individual and collective experiences of social domination and subjugation that women have suffered only by the fact of being. These women whisper to us like sirens and make us question the more unquestionable than ever we have raised in our everyday lives, and so often we have believed and followed blindly, without reason or sense

Augustus founded the principate as a system of acceptance in which the princeps rule had to be continually renewed in communication between princeps' and senate, the military, plebs urbana and provincial elites. This communication took place in all areas of culture, by giving and receiving honours as well as by collective practices and rituals. They define the monarchy as a personal relationship between the ruler as a patron and his following, the clientela. This connexion is expressed in the ancient term auctoritas, deeply rooted in Roman republican times. Auctoritas expresses a personal quality which governs all the princeps' conduct.
In contemporary democratic societies most administrations manage their competences by means of programmes of government action, i.e. using public policies. These aim to resolve publicly identified situations or conflicts, as well as design strategies and / or implementation tools by means of action programmes derived from political - public administration agreements that have the objective of resolving these collective problems. Within this framework it is necessary to evaluate these processes so as to identify if the programmes established by the governments have been adequate, and if they have been capable of solving the various problems and of reaching the target groups in order to satisfy their needs and improve the situation of the final beneficiaries. This research proposes the analysis and measurement of cultural events, understood as acts of implementing a public policy, in order to later discover if evaluating a policy by means of the proposed analysis of the impacts is possible. Therefore the challenge of this research is found in the process of analysing cultural impacts so as to be able to observe if this analysis process can be adapted to the effectiveness analysis of a public policy.
; Interview with Dr Sylvain Connac, leading figure in cooperative pedagogies, professor at Université Paul-Valéry-Montpellier and researcher in Educational Sciences with the LIRDEF research group. The French researcher defines cooperative pedagogies, compares them with the cooperative learning that is used in the Catalan education system and describes how a cooperative class functions. At the same time, he breaks with preconceived ideas about cooperative work: he highlights the importance of individuality and the voluntary nature of cooperating; he shows that cooperative groups should be regarded as one of several educational tools and not the only one; he distinguishes between working in a group and group work, working in a team and team work; he offers new teaching-learning situations involving assistance, mutual assistance and tutoring and others that promote collective work such as democratic and philosophical debates; and he differentiates between cooperation and collaboration in learning. In short, in the interview Connac goes beyond cooperative group work and expands the scope of the cooperative methods available. In addition, he assesses whether cooperating is a value or not, whether it should be a means or an end when applied in the classroom, and he examines the effects of Covid-19 and whether virtual cooperation is possible. Finally, he provides future guidelines and assesses whether cooperation will play a greater role in classrooms in 2030.

; Cultural policies have been institutionalised around the idea of culture as a noun, as an object, and even as the essence of a group or collective. While the model of the democratisation of culture remains at the heart of cultural policies, the temporary nature of many of the principles of a policy focused on access to cultural activities is becoming apparent. The problems faced by public policies are increasingly complex, uncertain and involve more and more risks. They pose a new challenge to the legitimacy of cultural institutions in their traditional role of intermediation. In this context, the commons are not merely an analytical concept, but are also tools for political, social and legal action. They are not just objects or spaces, but also complex systems for resource management with communities and rules that allow their sustainability. This article considers the hypothesis of the possibility of cultural policies recognising culture not only as a noun but as an adjective (the cultural). What does conceiving of cultural policies in terms of policies of the commons entail? What are the main differences in the model of policies for access to culture? Can a change of model lead to the removal of responsibility from public policies in the field of culture?
