The purpose of this text is to exhibit and explore an image of Wittgenstein that remains in the margins of the academic production of commentaries on his writings: the image of a philosopher who does not occupy himself with philosophical theses and theories, but with a conflict against his philosophical inheritance and the world he inhabits. A conflict that does not end, that shows us ambiguities that are not abandoned after definitive solutions are given to what haunts the philosopher. The voices of Wittgenstein tell us about temptations and hegemonic forms of thinking philosophy that remain present, about questions that can still be raised in philosophical communities, and this leads us to think about the pertinence today of his demand for a therapeutic procedure. In this sense, some topics will be explored such as: philosophy as some sort of antiphilosophical therapy, the relationship between the "disease of a time" and the writings and biographical aspects of Wittgenstein, the desire for authenticity and the possibility of individual solutions for the issues relating to the "darkness of this time".

I argue that two historicities have predominated in the relation between philosophical and historical discourses in the 20th century. One is the historicity of historians, engendered by the birth of the humanities. The other is a philosophical historicity in which the humanist myth persists, especially within the debate opposing structure and difference. This second historicity represents an elimination of the first, as it elaborates many more demands of historicity inherent to the structural model.

Alternative means of dispute resolution are sought a long time as an access to justice more humane. Without the imposition of an intervening power, the parties have gain more autonomy in their decisions. The extension project of the Federal University of Paraíba "Citizenship in Extension: Access to Justice and Conflict Mediation", linked to the Reference Center for Human Rights (CRDH) aims to address the theme "Access to Justice", using one of the extrajudicial dispute resolution methods, namely: Mediation. The Mandacaru and Jardim Veneza's Reference Center for Citizenship in João Pessoa/PB, were the spaces chosen in the first year of the project, where residents discussed their problems in these localities, in order to build possible plans of action. The following year, the Guardian Council has become the chosen space, working directly with the Mediation. Building a sense of unity among residents of a community is one of the goals of this project with respect to collective issues. And mediation, with respect to individual issues. With the prospect of working together, this project follows its activity, achieving its main goals: empowering individuals and fostering active citizenship.

Our proposal investigated and historicisó the conflict that occurred between the security forces of the State of Pará and the rural workers, occurred on April 17, 1996 in the city of Eldorado do Carajás, where, once again, regarding the issues The use of violence prevailedas a "solution" found by the oligarchical political command, almost a "parallel power" to a fragile judicial power, maintained by the use of force, in this Massacre of Eldorado do Carajás, which culminated in the death of 19 workers. We seek to reveal thediversified meanings of narratives about the episode depending on who narrates these memories: survivors, pastoral agents, priests, intellectuals, police officers, journalists in the sense of unveiling the meanings that attach to specific interests depending on the insertion of these diversified subjects in the field Of memory, a memory that is reactivated by several statements, among them the literary ones, because it is a means that the victims found to express their pain and suffering. In this sense ourresearch proposes to raise and to problematize the available sources in the CPT-Xinguara -PA giving emphasis to the analysis of the memory narratives.

The author discusses the progressive transformation of the cyberspace into one more battleground for international conflicts. The article begins with an analysis of the concept of cyber war, and a discussion about the difficulties of establishing a rigorous conceptualisation within the framework of the Law of Armed Conflict/International Humanitarian Law. Then, the capabilities and vulnerabilities of great powers are also object of analysis, and the complex role of non-state actors in cyber conflicts. The article ends with a discussion about the difficulty of assessing the economic impact of cyber attacks. Adapted from the source document.

In just a few years, Colombia & Venezuela, two of the most stable democracies in Latin America, changed deeply & are now at the center of major regional conflicts. The extreme fragmentation & polarization of the political systems in both countries combined with deep social conflicts & the rise of charismatic leaders have created a most volatile environment which has transformed the foreign policies of Colombia & Venezuela & forced them to become regional troublemakers. This article argues that constructivism would have much to offer to theoretical constructions of peace in case it was able to distance itself from the realist ontology of wars and conflicts, since understanding peace as "socially constructed" means understanding and analyzing the shared ideas that inform agents' interaction at the international level. To pursue the argument, the focus of Alexander Wendt's approach is here inverted and the theoretical possibilities for peace are assessed -- not those of conflict -- regarding each of the anarchical cultures identified by the author: the hobbesian, the lockean and the kantian. In the current study of conflicts, dominant visions tend to underline the decisive role of primordial ethnic or religious identities. This primordialist perspective, however, takes attention away from other important causes that contribute to the emergence and perpetuation of conflict, namely deep socioeconomic inequalities between groups. Departing from Sudan's North-South conflict, its origins and the evolution in the conflict resolution and peacebuilding models that culminated with the signature of the 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement, we argue that effective and sustainable peace strategies in Sudan (and elsewhere) imply addressing the more structural inequalities at stake and the deconstruction of simplistic views of the role of ethnicity and religion.
