The creation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) involves taking into account initiatives from the government, and developing procedures for reorganising and transforming social-education methods. The inter-university experience is the first in an innovative teaching process that is to be implemented in succeeding academic years. The main aim is based on the opportunity to try out a social networking application by acquiring the skills of a social educator in building knowledge through on-line discussions, using social constructivism strategies.

On the basis of positivism and constructivism theories the article examines and analyzes the Spanish government's point of view concerning the disagreement over the possession of Gibraltar, Ceuta and Melilla. The author has considered principal arguments of Spain in these territorial disputes that appear in the mass media, analytical articles and statements of different politicians concerned. The results of the research reveal the exact antithesis of the cases "Gibraltar" and "Ceuta and Melilla" in the context of positivism and constructivism theories. ; Статья посвящена выявлению и анализу современной позиции правительства Испании по проблеме принадлежности территорий Гибралтара, Сеуты и Мелильи, основываясь на методологии позитивизма и конструктивизма. Автором рассмотрены основные аргументы, приводимые испанской стороной, которые фигурируют в СМИ, аналитических статьях и выступлениях заинтересованных в этих территориальных спорах политиков. Сделан вывод об абсолютной зеркальности кейсов «Гибралтар» и «Сеута и Мелилья» в контекстах теорий позитивизма и конструктивизма.

The article contains a brief review of existing directions in social studies, emphasizing the role of social institutes, historical, cultural and communicative processes in formation of social representations about "the others", defined from the position of ethnicity or citizenship and assembled under the general name of constructivist paradigm. It is pointed out that the image of the "other" in individual and social consciousness represents a result of collective communicative activity, integrated in social reality by means of discourses, developed by elites - politicians and intellectuals and translated by educational systems and mass-media. The authors underline that the image of "other" constitutes an important component of individual world view, serving for the social identity construction and marking limits between in - and outgroups. Proximal structures of representations about "other" are built at the institutional level, while distal ones - at the group and individual level in the process on interpersonal or intergroup interaction and are changed by life experience and personal meanings and sense.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2015)3.1-36 ; В статье представлен краткий обзор существующих направлений социальных исследований, подчеркивающих роль социальных институтов, историко-культурных и коммуникационных процессов в формировании социальных представлений о «других», определяемых с позиций этничности и гражданственности и объединенных под общим названием «конструктивистская парадигма». Отмечается, что существующий в индивидуальном и общественном сознании образ «другого» является результатом коллективной коммуникативной деятельности и интегрирован в социальную реальность посредством дискурсов, производимых элитами и транслируемых через систему образования и средства массовой коммуникации. Авторами подчеркивается, что в образе «другого» отражены результаты эволюции общества, а сам он является неотъемлемым компонентом картины мира, служащим для формирования социальной идентичности и маркировки границ между своей и чужой группой. Конструирование ядерных структур представлений о «другом» осуществляется на институциональном уровне, а периферических - на социально-групповом и индивидуальном уровнях в процессе межличностного и межгруппового взаимодействия, преломляемых сквозь жизненный опыт, индивидуальные значения и личностный смысл.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2015)3.1-36

Анализируется процесс формирования коллективной идентичности в контексте примордиализма, историцизма и конструктивизма. Особое внимание уделяется эвристическому потенциалу конструктивистского тренда в современных исследованиях феномена идентичности. Выявляется специфика конструктивистской транскрипции идентичности, подчеркивается эксплицируемый в рамках конструктивизма динамический аспект ее рассмотрения, обозначается многофакторность подхода с учетом влияния социальных, политических и экономических изменений. ; The article explores the problematization of the phenomenon of identity in various philosophical discourses. The article analyzes the process of formation of collective identity in the context of primordialism, historicism and constructivism. Special attention is paid to the heuristic potential of the constructivist trend in contemporary studies of the phenomenon of identity. The article reveals the specifics of constructivist transcription of identity, emphasizes the dynamic aspect of its consideration, explicable within the framework of constructivism, means the multifactor approach taking into account the influence of social, political and economic changes.

Современные адепты эпистемологического конструктивизма, опираясь на онтологические идеи
Дж. Беркли и используя методологию софистики и диалектики, утверждают, что именно И. Кант
является основоположником этого философского направления. В статье сравниваются идеи ак-
тивности субъекта, высказанные И. Кантом, с субъективистскими воззрениями современных кон-
структивистов. Авторы приходят к заключению, что активность познающего субъекта, его позна-
вательная деятельность в гносеологии И. Канта не имеет ничего общего с исходными (субъекти-
вистскими) установками конструктивистов. Современная философия конструктивизма, вопло-
щенная в психологизме и телесном подходе, не имеет ничего существенно общего с гносеологиче-
скими идеями И. Канта. Ведь именно И. Кант вывел философию из того гносеологического тупи-
ка, в который она зашла в работах эмпириков-сенсуалистов, субъективных идеалистов и рациона-
листов – настоящих предшественников современного (постмодернового) конструктивизма.

The article reveals the content of some theories based on the methodological and worldview basis of the concept of "non-subjectivity": postmodernism, constructivism, physicalism, cognitivism, neurophysiology, neuropsychology, neurolinguistics and other sciences. The heuristic aspects of these theories in the understanding of man and consciousness are shown, as well as significant shortcomings, which consist in the violation of the dialectic of objective and subjective reality, subject and object, are reveled. There are some examples, that illustrate the need for a comprehensive study of people not only on the basis of the study of the psychology of higher nervous activity, but also the activity and communication mechanisms of human study in culture and society.

The article discusses the various types of nationalism in Moldova through the prism of methodological constructivism. The author distinguishes such types of nationalism as a nationalism of minorities. the new nationalism of nationalizing State and the nationalism of external national homelands to which minorities belong, or may consider themselves as belonging on cultural foundations, as well as nationalism immigrants. The author demostates their interweaving and interaction, as well as a position in the political process of the country. ; В статье рассматриваются различные виды национализмов в Республике Молдова через методологическую призму конструктивизма. Выделяются такие типы национализмов как национализм национальных меньшинств (national minorities), национализм новых национализирующих государств (nationalizing states) и национализм внешних национальных родственных государства (external national homelands) к которым принадлежат меньшинства или могут считать себя принадлежащими по культурные основания, а также национализм эмигрантов. В статье автор показывает их переплетение и взаимовлияние, а также место в политическом процессе в республике.

The paper deals with the analysis of the concept "regional complex" by three mainstream approaches in the IR theory, namely, neorealism, neoliberalism, and social constructivism. In the English-speaking world the concept is mostly associated with the Regional Security Complexes Theory (RSCT) developed by Barry Buzan and Ole Wæver. However, such understanding reads the concept too narrow. Russian scholars (Alexei D. Voskressenski, Ekaterina V. Koldunova) broaden this understanding by engaging developmental issues. Yet, it seems that the concept "regional complex" still needs further elaboration. The author aims to analyze the use of the concept in the available English and Russian academic literature in order to reveal its scientific value. Having found that existing interpretations do not identify unambiguously the meaning of the "regional complex", the author suggests her own definition of the regional complex as an integrated ("mature") regional subsystem, which possesses its own actorness based on the feeling of a specific regional identity that is shared by peoples of the region as well as extra-regional observers. The paper offers an analytic comparison of the notions "region", "regional subsystem", "regional complex". The main conclusion drawn by the author implies that the concept of "regional complex", virtually ignored by English-speaking academic community, deserves an entry in the Russian political science thesaurus because it helps to conceptualise a promising field of international relations, that is, regional and interregional interaction. It seems that the use of this term is meaningful and productive for further development of the RussianschoolofWorld Regional Studies. ; Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению понятия «региональный комплекс» (regional complex) с позиций трёх доминирующих на данный момент в теории международных отношений парадигмальных подходов ‒ неореализма, неолиберализма и конструктивизма. В англоязычной литературе понятие «региональный комплекс» ассоциируется, прежде всего, с теорией региональных комплексов безопасности, выдвинутой Б. Бузаном и О. Уэвером; однако, такая трактовка значительно обедняет его содержание. В отечественной литературе предпринята попытка отойти от узкого понимания данного термина, расширив его содержание за счёт добавления проблематики развития (см. работы А.Д. Воскресенского, Е.В. Колдуновой и др.). Вместе с тем, представляется, что с концептуальной точки зрения данное понятие всё ещё недостаточно проработано. Автор статьи ставит своей целью проанализировать применение термина «региональный комплекс» в доступной ему англоязычной и русскоязычной литературе с тем, чтобы выявить его научную ценность. Признавая, что существующие трактовки не позволяют однозначно зафиксировать значение рассматриваемого термина, автор предлагает своё определение регионального комплекса как интегрированной («зрелой») региональной подсистемы, обладающей собственной субъектностью, основанной на чувстве региональной (само)идентичности, разделяемой населением конкретного региона и внерегиональными наблюдателями. В статье приводится аналитическое сравнение понятий «регион», «региональная подсистема», «региональный комплекс», характеризуются их смысловые отличия. Основной вывод автора заключается в том, что понятие регионального комплекса, несмотря на его практическую невостребованность англоязычными исследователями, заслуживает своего места в русскоязычном политологическом словаре, поскольку позволяет концептуализировать многообещающую сферу международных отношений – региональные и межрегиональные взаимодействия. Представляется, что использование данного термина является значимым и продуктивным для дальнейшего развития отечественной школы мирового комплексного регионоведения.

The article is devoted to the development of the modern politics of identity construction in Japan, which actively refers to the practice of designing self-image in international relations. This trend dates back to the 19th century, when there was the end of Sakoku (Japan's policy of isolation). It is now possible to talk about the institutionalization of the identity construction policy to organized structures and regulations. Enhanced efforts in the field of Japanese traditional and popular culture, education and creative content has led to a number of institutions appearance (like Japan Foundation Fund, Japan Creative Agency, Japan Culture Fund, Agency for Cultural Affairs, Cool Japan Fund, Japan brand Fund) and changing idea about the role of culture in foreign policy realization (it is fixed the documents of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), as well as a number of projects (Cool Japan, Visit Japan, Japan Culture Power, Japan Manga Awards, Kawaii Ambassadors, Cosplay International Fest and etc.). These efforts are aimed at forming Japan identity abroad to solve a number of foreign policy challenges of the future and the development of economic cooperation. The Japanese government nearest plans is to increase funding in order to create a positive image of Japan in the region of East Asia. All of these allows us to speak about the policy of the Japanese construction of identity as an institutionalized process in which there was clearance of organizations and regulatory activities.

At the turn of the century, the rogue state concept has become an integral part of the theory of international relations. However, even contemporary approaches lack the appropriate academic tools to reach a comprehensive understanding of the international community's role in determining the normative frameworks of the proper behavior of the states as the main actors of international system, leaving the relations between global community and the rogues almost an uncharted territory on the international stage. The article considers the category of rogue states as "excluded" members of the international community through the sociological lens of "stigma" (E. Goffman) and "labelling theory" (H. Becker and E. Lemert). Engaging an empirical case of Iraqi foreign policy during and after the Gulf War 1991, the author demonstrates two thresholds of the labelling state as the rogue: public initiation of the offender and self-fulfilling prophecy. It is possible to define some specific features of the outsider's behavior on the international stage: the high level of cooperation among the representatives of the same category, "unsustainable bravado" as the set of fluid and inconsistent actions of the rogue state in foreign policy, finally, the tendency toward obtaining the "secondary gains". Contrariwise, global community tends to pay greater attention to rogue states and exercise some discrimination practices on the ground of their outcast position in the world normative structure with the category of "wise" actors, for example China, being an exception from the common mainstream and maintaining close cooperation ties with rogues.

Актуальность исследования предопределена той научной популярностью, которую в последнее время приобрела концепция "мягкой силы", являющаяся наиболее эффективным способом властвования в современную эпоху. Цель работы - рассмотрение концепта "мягкой силы" через призму таких теоретических направлений, как конструктивизм, структурализм и культурологическая теория. Методы: аксиологический подход, дающий возможность ценностного измерения исследуемых социокультурных явлений, и конструктивистский подход, рассматривающий "мягкую силу" как каркас культурного производства определенных символических схем, конструирующих социальную реальность. Выводы: во-первых, стратегии "мягкой силы" дают возможность без видимого применения прямого и жесткого давления воздействовать на ментальные структуры массового сознания. Во-вторых, политика на современном этапе представляет собой арену конкурирующих между собой символических и культурных универсумов, стремящихся навязать различным аудиториям собственные знаковые "реальности", и именно "мягкой силе" как механизму аппликации этих "культурных кодов" принадлежит ведущая роль в политических практиках. Результатом является соотнесение теории «гегемонии» Грамши с концепцией "мягкой силы". Различие заключается в том, что "мягкая сила" - это, скорее, инструмент внешнеполитического воздействия, трансляции и продвижения собственных культурных кодов «вовне» с помощью разных способов (публичная дипломатия, телевещание, Интернет и т. д.), тогда как "гегемония" - механизм "внутреннего" сохранения власти правящей буржуазией. На основании всего вышеизложенного можно заключить, что «мягкая сила» останется важнейшим инструментом аппликации власти в современном социокультурном пространстве. ; The relevance of the research is predetermined by the scientific popularity that the concept of "soft power" has recently acquired. The aim of this work is to examine the concept of "soft power" through the prism of such theoretical approaches as constructivism, structuralism and cultural theory. Methods: the axiological approach that allows evaluating socio-cultural phenomena, the constructivist approach that analyses "soft power" as a framework for cultural production of certain symbolic schemes that construct social reality. The article draws the following important conclusions: firstly, soft power strategies make it possible to use influence on the mental structures of mass consciousness without the visible use of direct and hard pressure. Secondly, politics at the present stage is an arena of competing symbolic and cultural universes that seek to impose their own iconic "realities" on different audiences. "Soft power" as a mechanism for applying these "cultural codes" plays a leading role in the political practices. The result of the research is the Gramsci's theory of "hegemony" compared with the concept of "soft power". The difference between them is that "soft power" is rather a tool for foreign policy influence, whereas "hegemony" is a mechanism for "internal" preservation of power by a ruling class. In the end we can conclude that "soft power" will remain the most important tool for applying power in the modern socio-cultural space.

International audience ; The educational and methodological manual is devoted to the main issues of modern world politics and international relations. In particular, the main trends in the development of world politics are analyzed through the prism of the main theories of international relations, such as: political realism, liberalism, neorealism and neoliberalism, as well as constructivism and feminism. Along with this, the manual introduces the regional and global developments in the post-Soviet space, Europe, the Middle East, as well as in the Asia-Pacific, Latin American and African regions. Special emphasis is placed on the geopolitical priorities of Armenia and the South Caucasus. The course ends with lectures on the technological developments of our time, their impact on international relations, as well as models for the formation of a strategy for a secure Future. ; Учебно-методическое пособие посвящено основным проблемам современной мировой политики и международных от-ношений. В частности, главные тенденции развития мировой политики анализируются сквозь призму основных теорий между-народных отношений – таких, как: политический реализм, либерализм, неореализм и неолиберализм, а также конструктивизм и феминизм. Наряду с этим, пособие знакомит с региональными и глобальными развитиями на постсоветском пространстве, Европе, Ближнем Востоке, а также в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском, Латиноамериканском и Африканском регионах. Особый акцент ставится на геополитические приоритеты Армении и Южного Кавказа. Курс завершается лекциями, посвященными технологическим развитиям современности, их влиянию на международные отношения, а также моделям формирования стратегии безопасного Будущего.

The modern global world is determined by the growing influence of China and the weakening of the US role. The uncertainty created by the administration of D. Trump, encourages Japan and the EU to strengthen their cooperation on an unprecedented level. The artcle analyzes two major Agreements between the EU and Japan: on Strategic Partnership and on Economic Partnership, which were signed in 2018 and are in force since 2019. As a methodology, the author uses the ontological constructivism with the heuristic capabilities of the concept global governance, which allows to consider the evolution, the factors of forming a strategic partnership in the field of global and regional security between the EU and Japan.Key words: cooperation, security, European Union, Japan. ; Проблема исследования обусловлена тем, что современный глобальный мир определяется растущим влиянием КНР и ослаблением роли США. Неопределенность в архитектуре глобального управления, созданная администрацией Д. Трампа, побуждает Японию и ЕС поднять сотрудничество на беспрецедентный уровень. Новизна работы заключается в том, что в ней анализируются два важнейших соглашения между ЕС и Японией – о стратегическом партнерстве и об экономическом партнерстве, подписанных в 2018 г. и вступивших в силу в 2019 г. В качестве методологии автор использует онтологический конструктивизм с эвристическими возможностями концепции глобального управления, что позволяет рассмотреть эволюцию, факторы формирования стратегического партнерства в области глобальной и региональной безопасности между ЕС и Японией.Ключевые слова: сотрудничество, безопасность, Европейский союз, Япония.

This article is devoted to the place and role of the category of discourse, as well as the method of discourse analysis in contemporary social and political research. The author focuses on the methodological reasons and intellectual origins of present-day theories of discourse. The article discusses the various options for the analysis of discourse, including an example of an explication of the political discourse in the ontology of Martin Heidegger undertaken by sociologist Pierre Bourdieu. However, most attention is paid to post-structuralist analysis, in the form in which it is represented by the founders of the Essex School of discourse analysis Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe.The term «discourse» came into circulation in social and political studies of not so long ago, but has already become quite popular. Discourse is a way of organization and constructing knowledge about some object or phenomenon, that is, a set of ideas, images and practices that defines even forms of knowledge, methods of discussion and behavior. In contrast to the semiotic analysis, discursive approach is interested not only in the question how representation can be implemented, but also what are the consequences of these implementations. It supposes the analysis of how the organization of knowledge and power relations in society are linked to each other, how this organization regulates the behavior, designs identity, and how it defines modes of representation and ways of investigation of phenomena and related practices. But the most important thing is that this approach allows us to dissect the underlying mechanisms and causes of violence and discriminatory practices.In present days there are many approaches to the analysis of discourses, each of which is an inter- or transdisciplinary. Jorgensen and Phillips believe that the most productive among such approaches will be three of them: the theory of discourse Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, the critical discourse analysis and the discursive psychology. All three approaches are based on the principles of social constructivism, which should be understood as a general scientific principle but not the theory. From the perspective of social constructivism an identity and a society can not be regarded as a priori values , because they are constructed in two ways : discursively and interactively . Thus, approaches that analyze discourses can be defined as a fundamentally anti-essentialist and antifundamentalist perspective in political studies. ; Данная статья посвящена месту и роли категории дискурса, а также метода дискурс-анализа в современных социальных и политических исследованиях. Особое внимание уделяется методологическим основаниям и интеллектуальным истоками современных теорий дискурса. В статье рассматриваются различные варианты анализа дискурса, в том числе пример экспликации политического дискурса в онтологии Мартина Хайдеггра, предпринятый социологом Пьером Бурдье. Однако наибольшее внимание уделяется постструктуралистскому анализу, в том виде, в каком он представлен у основателей Эссекской школы дискурс-анализа Эрнесто Лакло и Шанталь Муфф, которые считают, что именно дискурс конституирует весь социальный мир, в том числе и политику. ; Дана стаття присвячена місцю і ролі категорії дискурсу, а також методу дискурс-аналізу в сучасних соціальних і політичних дослідженнях. Розглядаються різні варіанти аналізу дискурсу, в тому числі приклад експлікації політичного дискурсу в онтології Мартіна Хайдеггра, зроблений соціологом П'єром Бурдьє. Однак найбільшу увагу приділяється постструктуралістському аналізу, в тому вигляді, в якому він представлений у засновників Есекскої школи дискурс-аналізу Ернесто Лакло і Шанталь Муфф, які вважають, що саме дискурс конституює весь соціальний світ, у тому числі і політику.
