; The method of synthesis of optimum measuring signal is offered for control of the technical state of standard of armament at integral limitation. The example of application of the developed method is resulted for the calculation of parameters of optimum measuring signal at control of descriptions of standard of armament. The form of optimum measuring signal is certain depending on the parameters of the controlled standard of armament and terms of the use of control.

; It is grounded, that at the synthesis of optimum measuring signals for control of parameters of standards of armament with the purpose of determination of their technical state it is necessary to take into account limitations. The method of synthesis of optimum measuring signal is offered for control of the technical state of standard of armament at local limitation. It is retuned that integral limitation at certain terms can be taken to local. Put and decided task of synthesis of optimum measuring signal at an account both local and integral limitations.

(psz)

Because of the current crisis in the accumulation process, within the last few years there have been significant attempts in many industrialized countries to influence the educational process directly in ways that will meet the needs of capital accumulation. However, while such overt attempts at capitalist intrusion into education are important, the logic and ideology of capital have entered into schools in more subtle ways. This article analyzes the ways the commodification process has acted on the form which curricula take in schools, ways which reinforce the system of technical control of the labour process, culture, and the state. It argues that a complex process of deskilling and reskilling exists at the level of day-to-day practice in schools today. This can signify important changes in the school's role as a site of ideological reproduction. Given the contradictory class position of teachers, and given the history of class, gender, and race resistances to the logic of capital, these changes will have contradictory effects which will open up the possibility of progressive action within the state apparatus.
Florida Technological University College of Engineering Thesis; This is a study of the methods of control of an advanced military communication system. The Tactical Communication Control System has been conceived t o meet the demands of military users which are currently both analog and digital but steadily evolving to all - digital . It is a study of the design and application of multiplexers, modems, processors, switches, and other nodal equipment to accommodate communications among telephone and data users in a tactical environment. The main points of interest are the communication node and the control techniques used to carry out system objectives. ; 1975-01-01 ; M.S. ; Engineering ; Masters ; This record was generated from author submitted information. ; Electronically reproduced by the University of Central Florida from a book held in the John C. The Soviet-American strategic arms limitation discussions and agreements have been widely welcomed not only as important steps toward tighter arms control but as a symbol of die entire process of East-West détente. For die first time since 1945, the two superpowers have shown themselves willing to put agreed limitations on their central strategic armaments. The SALT I talks imposed rough numerical ceilings on deployment. One of die major difficulties in the attempt to extend these limitations in SALT II is die formulation of qualitative restraints. Each side is under pressure to create improved weapons systems. Each is concerned lest the odier should achieve a breakthrough which would render its own systems ineffectual. Each needs to hedge against the possibility that the other might design around any particular set of arms control arrangements. In this paper I will examine die desire for innovation and die difficulties of control, and suggest a general framework within which the question of limitations might be further examined. In the first part, I will discuss the meaning of innovation and the ways in which it is organized and promoted. In die second, the reasons are examined why the two great powers seek advantages over each other in the area of R & D. Finally, I will look at some of the difficulties of achieving restraint by agreement and under verifiable conditions.
