One of the major weaknesses of the studies on the development of International Relations (IR) curricula in Turkey is the lack of systematic data on the characteristics history development and current status of the IR academia. In order to reveal research practices of academicians and how international relations is taught and how IR scholars perceive the discipline an online survey was conducted among the faculty members of the IR Departments in Turkey in June-July 2009. Scholars were asked to answer 55 questions about the IR curriculum courses research subjects and major theoretical approaches political attitudes funds language and types of publication academic journals universities the involvement of academy in policy-making process and non-academic intellectual activities. The results of the survey indicates that IR studies in Turkey seems to be foreign policy oriented focus on Turkey and the big power policies and the discipline is under the influence of Realism.

Methodology and adherence to scientific ethics are the two most important points for any work. These are the two points that make a work successful or weak. This article, in this framework, is a review of the Kurdish Working Group's Writing Guide published by the Mesopotamia Foundation in December 2019. It is understood from the book that this Guide is the result of several years of the Kurmanci Working Group's work and was prepared with the participation of 20 academics / academically affiliated people. Although it has been prepared for several years, it can be seen that the work and the prepared Guide have serious problems in terms of scientific methods and ethics. Therefore, methodological problems and scientific ethics of the Guide and its preparation process have been evaluated in this article.

Bu makale, 1960'larda Hıristiyanlıkta ortaya çıkan en önemli modern teolojilerden Özgürlük Teolojisi'nin babası Perulu teolog Gustavo Gutiérrez'i, onun teolojisini ve teoloji metodunu konu edinmektedir. Özgürlük Teolojisi, Latin Amerika yoksullarının yerel dinî deneyimleriyle Katolik teolojinin farklı kültür ve inançlara açılma tutumunu birleştirmektedir. Yoksulların deneyimi ve sosyal bilimlerin verileri yanında Marksist analiz gibi tartışmalı teknikleri kullanarak geleneksel çizgiden ayrılan Özgürlük Teolojisi, bu iddialı tutumuyla, adeta XVI. yüzyıldaki Protestanlık gibi Hıristiyanlıkta çığır açarak dünyanın farklı bölgelerine etki etmektedir. Bu özellikleriyle dikkat çeken teoloji, makalede Özgürlük Teolojisi; Gutiérrez'in teolojik konumunu; teoloji metodu ve bunun yansımaları şeklinde üç aşamada ele alınmaktadır.

Sürdürülebilirlik kavram olarak büyüme yerine kalkınmayı öngörmektedir. Bu nedenle sürdürülebilirlik olmadan kalkınma olmayacağı gibi, kalkınma olmadan da sürdürülebilirlik olamaz. Sürdürülebilir kalkınma; bugünün ve geleceğin yaşamının planlanması, gelecek nesillerin ihtiyaçlarının bugünden karşılanabilmesi için gerekli imkânların sunulması şeklinde tanımlanır. Ekonomiyle birlikte toplumun da parçası olan işletmeler de süreç kâr odaklı iken küreselleşmenin getirdiği etkiyle yerini çevresel ve sosyal göstergelerle dengeleyerek gerçekleşmektedir. Bu üçlü dengeleme; çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik göstergeler aynı zamanda sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın boyutlarını oluşturmaktadır. İşletmeler sürdürülebilirlik raporları ile iç ve dış paydaşlarına kurumlarının gerçek performanslarını yansıtmakla birlikte faaliyette bulundukları çevreye karşı sorumluluklarını da gözler önüne sermektedirler. İşletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürülebilir kılmak adına kurumsal şekilde devam etmeleri Kurumsal Sürdürülebilirlik kavramını ortaya çıkartmıştır. İşletmeler bu kavram gereğince, yalnızca kurumun çıkarını değil, sistemin çıkarını göz önünde bulundurarak hareket etmelidir. İşletmelerin hem finansal raporlama yapması hem de sürdürülebilirlik raporlama yapmaları halinde pek çok sayıda doküman oluşması, kreditörler tarafından yorumlanmakta güçlük çekilmesi neticesinde geleceğin raporlaması olarak adlandırılan entegre raporlamaya geçiş süreci başlamıştır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde sürdürülebilirlik kavramına değinilmiş; sürdürülebilirlik raporlamasının içeriği ve önemi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik hakkında genel bilgiler verildikten sonra kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik modelleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, sürdürülebilirlik ile ilgili kuruluşlar hakkında bilgi verilmiş; sürdürülebilirlik ölçüm uygulamaları olan Sürdürülebilirlik Endekslerine değinilmiştir. Son bölümde ise finansal raporlamadan entegre raporlamaya geçiş sürecinden bahsedilmiş; entegre raporun tarihsel gelişimi, kapsamı, amacı, işletmelere sağladığı fayda, içeriği ve kılavuz ilkeleri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Türkiye'de az sayıda yayınlanan entegre raporlardan farklı iki sektör seçilerek içerik karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. This triple balancing; environmental, social and economic indicators also constitute the dimensions of sustainable development. Operational sustainability reports and internal and external stakeholders reflect the true performance of their organization, as well as their responsibilities towards the environment in which they operate. Organizational continuity of businesses in order to make their assets sustainable has led to the concept of Corporate Sustainability. According to this concept, businesses should act not only in the interest of the institution but also in the interest of the system. In the event that businesses do both financial reporting and sustainability reporting, the process of transitioning to integrated reporting, which is called the reporting of the future in the sense that the formation of a large number of documents is interpreted by the creditors and is difficult, has begun. The study consists of four parts. In the first chapter, the concept of sustainability is mentioned; the content and importance of sustainability reporting has been. In the second chapter, corporate sustainability models are discussed after giving general information about corporate sustainability. In the third chapter, information on sustainability related organizations was given; Sustainability Indexes, which are sustainability measurement applications. In the last section, the transition process from financial reporting to integrated reporting is mentioned; the historical development of the integrated report, the scope, the purpose, the benefits, content and guiding principles it has provided to the enterprises have been examined in detail.
