The article substantiates the need for training personnel with theoretical knowledge in the field of the history of Eurasianism as a civilizational space, cultural and historical features of the Eurasian states, as well as those who are able to work in a multinational team, research and design activities to improve the efficiency of integration processes in the post-Soviet space. The main approaches to the development and implementation of the Master's program in sociology «Integration processes in Eurasia» are proposed, the purpose of which is to form a pool of specialists with the necessary competencies for this: research, preparation of predictive and analytical recommendations for government agencies and various organizations, participation in the implementation of interstate programs. The socio-humanitarian meanings of the development of integration interaction of the EAEU member states, the tasks of promoting socio-humanitarian values for the development of Eurasian integration are substantiated. Based on expert assessments, conditions have been proposed to guarantee the successful implementation of the program: the introduction of new teaching methods and technologies; broad partnership with employers and public organizations; the use of the advantages of digitalization of the educational process, programs, applications and other digital resources for
e-learning both remotely and directly at the university; the introduction of online courses. The ideas formulated in the article can be used in the development of educational programs for the training and education of not only specialists — sociologists, but also other specialists of social and humanitarian professions, additional professional programs (advanced training programs and professional retraining programs) for representatives of institutions of the Eurasian Economic Union, public authorities, business and non-profit sector of the EAEU member states and other countries, a network program in the field of Eurasian integration of the Eurasian Network University (ESU), a Network CIS universities, Slavic universities, etc.

The article deals with the notion of "commercialization of technologies" and provides the interpretation of the term given by different scholars. The article examines the existing methods of commercialization of scientific developments. One of the main constraints to the technological entrepreneurship development is the wrongly chosen commercialization form of scientific developments. In addition, existing commercialization methods are not sufficiently effective. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to provide a detailed examination of most commonly used methods of scientific developments commercializing and to develop an algorithm of action in the commercialization process to successfully launch a product on the market. Drawing on prior foreign and Russian studies of commercialization forms, we can identify 7 most commonly used forms of commercialization. The article describes each method in graphical and verbal format, compares various forms of commercialization of scientific developments in line with the factors critical for each model.

The article considers the features of the business model for managing oilfield service processes in big oil and gas companies using the example of PJSC Oil Company «Rosneft». The purpose of the article is to study current business models in oil and gas industry, identify their advantages and disadvantages, and develop recommendations for improving sourcing procedures in accordance with the dynamics and changes in the external environment of companies' functioning. The research applies a variety of scientific methods which include analysis, synthesis and systematization of conceptual and practical aspects of sourcing in the context of the Russian oil and gas industry. The authors provide a critical analysis of theoretical aspects related to the concepts of sourcing, outsourcing and insourcing, which have been in the focus of Russian economic science since the mid-2000s. Special attention is paid to the insourcing model, which is available and used by large companies in capital-intensive industries with long-term investment and production cycles, such as oil and gas. The signs of production and management inefficiency of insourcing are formalized. In terms of transaction costs, a comparison is made between the efficiency and effectiveness of outsourcing and vertical integration. Taking into account the peculiarities and distinctive features of modern business environment, its uncertainty and new challenges for oil and gas producing companies, the authors conclude that strategic outsourcing is most in demand. The results obtained in the study can be used in practice of oil and gas companies, as well as by government bodies in the process of developing a regulatory policy in the relevant area.

Rigidity and inertia of formalized analytical approaches toward a strategy development process do not facilitate strategic improvisation of enterprise management that is crucial in modern dynamic state of turbulent markets. Further improvement in the development of enterprise strategy is associated with creativity, strategic thinking, and intuition of managers. The article provides: (1) a two-level systemic mental model of future development determined by strategist's understanding; (2) a model of the strategic thinking of a strategist; (3) a model of the integrated process of creation and operationalization of the strategy that stimulates the thinking of managers. The models are aimed at increasing the strategic adaptable capacity of an enterprise to the dynamically developing future by shifting the focus from formal analysis on activating and engaging the strategic thinking of managers.

Технопарки становятся инновацией, взаимодействующей с основными рабочими процессами вуза. На сегодняшний день это взаимодействие находится на начальном этапе развития, его организация и управление недостаточно описаны. В статье на основе системного, процессного и синергетического подходов описывается модель взаимодействия основных рабочих процессов вуза и технопарка. В основе построения модели – теория управления, инноватика, анализ практики взаимодействия технопарка с основными процессами вуза в Ульяновском государственном педагогическом университете имени И. Н. Ульянова. Элементами модели являются процессы и отвечающие им информационные потоки. Рассматриваются следующие процессы: «средовые» с сетевыми информационными потоками, основные рабочие процессы вуза с информационными потоками в виде вертикально-горизонтального цикла, рабочие процессы субъекта образования. Технопарк взаимодействует с основными процессами вуза как часть информационно-образовательной среды, как один из рабочих процессов, как совокупность условий, взаимодействующих с субъектом образования. В статье описаны особенности каждого вида взаимодействия, соответствующие им механизмы управления, приведены примеры из практики работы технопарка Ульяновского государственного педагогического университета имени И. Н. Ульянова. Теоретические построения и опыт работы, представленные в статье, могут быть использованы для организации взаимодействия технопарков с рабочими процессами педагогических вузов.
Since 2022, with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the information and educational environment of Russian pedagogical universities has acquired a high-tech component – technology parks. Technoparks are an innovation that interacts with the main work processes of the university. Now this interaction is at the initial stage of development. The organization and management of this interaction are hardly described. The article describes the model of interaction between the main working processes of the university and the technopark on the basis of system, process and synergetic approaches. The model is based on the theory of management, innovation, analysis of the practice of interaction of the technopark with the main processes of the university at the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University. The elements of the model are processes and corresponding information flows. The following processes are considered: "environmental" with network information flows, the main working processes of the university with information flows in the form of a vertical-horizontal cycle, the working processes of the subject of education. Technopark interacts with the main processes of the university as part of the information and educational environment, as one of the working processes, as a set of conditions interacting with the subject of education. The article describes the features of each type of interaction, the corresponding management mechanisms, and provides examples from the practice of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University Technopark. The theoretical constructions and work experience presented in the article can be used as the basis for the practice of managing the interaction of technoparks with the work processes of pedagogical universities.

This article presents F.A. Stepun's interpretation of the views of the outstanding Russian philosopher Vladimir Solovyov (1853–1900) concerning the issue of the direction of historical development, as an integral part of Solovyov's philosophy of unitotality. It must be observed that this part of Stepun's creative output has not yet been sufficiently studied. In fact, Stepun's interpretation of Solovyov's views in the context of religious symbolism facilitates a deeper understanding of Solovyov's conception as well as the comprehension of the theoretical sources of the historical and religious constructions of Stepun himself. This study emphasizes the importance of Solovyov's work and personality for Russia's Silver Age culture, including his religious and philosophical trajectory, to which Stepun himself belonged. The interest of scholars in Solovyov's work is also documented, with a particular focus on the contribution the Russian émigré community gave to its study: these authors, in fact, managed to preserve during emigration the best traditions of Russian culture, in general, and of Russian religious and philosophical thought, in particular. The core of a number of theoretical statements of Solovyov's historiosophy will be also provided, along with Stepun's interpretation of them. Moreover, the special nature of the "methodological pluralism", which is peculiar to Stepun's approach to research, will be analyzed as well as the importance for him of religious symbolism's method in the study of Solovyov's views on the historical process. Finally, the great meaning of Solovyov's doctrine of God-manhood for Stepun's work will be explored. The main theoretical statements of this doctrine turned out to be compatible with his ideas on the ontology of history, on its structure, and on its anthropological nature. It will be also emphasized the perception of the historicity and "singularity" of Christ, which is peculiar for Solovyov, and subsequently for Stepun, being it the key for Christianity, in general, and for Christian historicism, in particular. The conclusion deals with the significant influence of Solovyov's ideas on Stepun's historical and philosophical studies, as well as with the importance of the problems that concern the study of the intellectual history of Russia.

Situational approach in management and continuous experimentation becomes a style of doing business for creators of breakthrough new products and innovative start-up companies. A company that successfully started with a breakthrough product, and developed into successful structured business, after some time, would start to lose its ability to create breakthrough new products. Internal corporate procedures and business processes, including the process of creating a new product become more formalized. Exploratory type of works at the initial stage, full of uncertainties in the process of new product development, is poorly formalized and requires flexible approach in management. Creative chaos that was on a start-up stage and that feed teams with fresh ideas disappears. Fireplace for creativity fades. Loss of this competitiveness is a serious argument to develop new approaches to arrange process of creating new products in a mature stage of business development. In the article based on experience in new product development we explore this actual problem and propose a novel approach for the passage of the high uncertainty stage, called "the fuzzy front end of innovation", to create innovative products in matured businesses.

The subject of the author's research is the development of transnational corporations (TNCs) as an organic component of modern international economic integration and globalization processes. The concept and features of TNCs are characterized. A brief historical overview of the formation and development of corporate transnationalism is proposed. Statistics on the largest TNCs are presented and analyzed. On the one hand, positive aspects of the impact of TNCs on the development of the world economy and its national components were identified, and on the other hand, the negative consequences of the expansion of these corporations for both host countries and home countries of TNCs. The relationship between TNCs and sovereign States is considered in many aspects. Thus, based on the analysis of the instruments of influence of the companies under consideration on the normative activities of the States, a shift from the interstate to the corporate legal field was recorded. One of the subjects of the article is mega regional trade agreements of a new type as a factor of increasing the contradictory impact of TNCs on the development of the world economy and its national components.

The development of category management practices in the foreign markets has made crucial the study of category management tools as well as their use within the complex structure of the Supplier- Retailer relationship in Russian consumer goods market. The article highlights the meaning of the category in terms of managing retail sales and the process of category management implementation. Using desk research method with the category as a level of analysis, we analyzed 10 business cases of Russian FMCG market representatives. The analysis of existing practices allows to evaluate the applicability of the classical category management implementation model in the domestic market and to identify the most common tools. The results of the study indicate that companies in the domestic market have short-term orientation on the development of the category and implement category tactics without defining the role and the strategy of the category.

The author considers the peculiarities of regulation of urban agglomerations in Russia. The opinions of a number of experts on the relevant issues are presented and commented on, the author's approaches to their solution taking into account global trends in urban development are proposed.

The article analyzes the «active» approach to the description of human potential and the system of readiness of individuals and communities to perform social roles and functions, such as needs and abilities. While human potential is based on» abilities «and abilities are based on» needs», the category of capital is embodied as» choice», that is, the mechanism that manages needs and abilities. Also, when interpreting the socio-economic aspects of human and collective characteristics, the «purchase» function (material wealth, knowledge, social relations, influence) is currently used, which is the basis of their capital needs, and since economic resources, i.e. real estate, stocks, business aspects, etc., have been studied using sociological classifications that embody current trends. The potential unity and integrity of the chosen society or state is formed primarily by its ethnic and national-cultural composition, and the meaning of life is provided. Another important component — the need to maintain professionalism and contributing to the demographic jump, is the «labor» factor. Work is an activity in which individuals and communities create products and services of individual, social significance. In sociology, the sectoral component of human capital is provided by the norms, rules, trust relationships, mutual obligations, responsibility, and solidarity that govern social relations between people. These centers can be called collective unifying forces of human potential and capabilities. In the context of Uzbekistan, this is done by the mahalla system, which is recognized as a self-governing body. The main objectives of the development of the network component of human capital are to maintain and strengthen direct links with the social environment on a positive basis, reduce or eliminate negative aspects, and achieve systematic development of the potential of individuals and communities. Socio-cultural and economic-political changes in society have a unique impact on each person and are reflected in public opinion. Needs and interests lead to the formation of a paternalistic attitude of the state to public opinion, and it largely justifies itself for the implementation of social capital.
