The objective of the article was to analyze the dialectic of rights and responsibilities in education. The importance of education is so great that the thesis of the responsibility of the person to receive education has now been recognized. In order for the right to education to be exercised, the domestic law of states provides for a set of responsibilities for participants in the educational process, the implementation of which actually guarantees access to education. The real economic opportunities of States have a great impact on the real content of the dialectical process of interaction of rights and responsibilities in the field of education. The relationship between the participants in the educational process is regulated at several levels: first, the rules of domestic law and then the contractual level, represented by the statutes of educational institutions, comes into force. It is concluded that, in the most advanced systems, there may be a level of intra-group agreements that are completely voluntary. The practical content of the educational process is influenced by several factors, including ideology, the objectives set by a given society, the traditions and customs that have developed in it.
In this paper lies one of the most important contributions of Fredric Jameson to set out on a reflection on this phenomenon that, in modern times, is known as Culture of Fear. From a critical study of national trauma and the awakening of massive delirium, the well-known Marxist theorist offers us keys of great interest to re-read the avatars of the collective experience after the 9/11 attacks, without losing sight of the active role of the mass media, the political logics of the global capital, and the advance of religious fundamentalism. The article today released by the journal Estudios has originally been published in South Atlantic Quarterly (Vol. 101, Number 2, Duke University Press, 2002, p. 297-304), and then reproduced in the compilation Dissent from the Homeland: Essays after September 11, edited by Stanley Hauerwas and Lentricchia (Duke University Press, Durham & London, 2003, pp. 55-62). It has been translated directly from English into Spanish by Ariel Gómez Ponce, who, in turn, kindly thanks Professor Fredrick James, whose generosity has allowed us to present the following text, for the first time, to the Spanish-speaking readership.

This article draws a brief genealogy on my socio-anthropological researches on embodiment in Argentina, starting from the crosslinking among some inter-subjective experiences which involve, in an intense way, the corporality, from the sensorial and the emotional, the artistic performances and the ethnographies realized since mid-90s. From this initial travel, linking personal experiences with artistic and intellectual production in a specific geopolitical and historical environment, I discuss three key theoreticalmethodological problems in the current field of the studies about the body in Latin America, as soon as we find they are shared with other colleagues of our countries. In the first place, the way our corporality and I will add, our intellectual production about the body, is the result of a complex network among biologic materiality, technologies, psychological, inter-subjective, historical and politic-cultural processes, which intertwine sensations, movements, affectivities, images, representations and speeches. Therefore, we belief, the challenge before such a complexity involves to avoid fall down in the reductionism of the body, submitting it to a onesided sight of one discipline, and in the contrary, to attempt go ahead into a progressive interdisciplinary work. Second, how that complex corporality is the result of a history and an environment familiar a social, powerfully inscribed in our flesh, and delimited it from multiples, reiterated and subtle relations. But at the same time, that same flesh is the site to our agency, creativity, subjective singularity, and even our politic-cultural resistance.
; Knowledge organization, and its nurturing scientific disciplines, have been built on objectivism, a perspective rooted in positivism on which the Belgian founding fathers of Information Science developed their theories, and which has been continued through functionalism, the philosophical basement that holds together the technicist paradigm from which the problems of its domain are nowadays usually described or solved. However, operating such complex symbolic and discursive materials as knowledge, experience or memory —especially through their footprints and records (exo-memory) in the massive digital networks— requires studies carried out from sensible ethical, cultural and political positions. Dialectical exploration does not only provides essential clues to help us to understand some of the most decisive knowledge organization operations as highly mediated hermeneutics, but also provides us with the tools to ensure pluralism and democracy in the subjects and discourses that deserve it. The digital space offers new opportunities for diversity, but also an unprecedented threat of unification of cultures, democratic positions and dissent. Installing a dialectical consciousness into the core of knowledge organization and memory research and practice, as claimed by this article, will contribute to the protection and promotion of basic human rights through the regulated dialogue among the different and legitimate positions.

The work will be structured in three sections. The first of them analyzes how the different specialists in Spinozian work have studied the Dutch corpus in a dialectical way. This type of interpretation will be emphasized here not only in regard to Spinoza's own ontology, but also to his political philosophy. Secondly, this article investigates the way in which Spinozian ontology can be studied, proposing that, rather than making use of a dialectical method of Hegelian roots, it is rather possible to undertake the study of Spinoza's main philosophical concepts. that are linked to the essence from the notion of sublimation, a notion that, as we will see, is closely related to the monism of Spinoza's philosophy. Finally, the way in which this sublimation procedure can also be applied to the concepts of the Dutchman that specifically refer to the political aspect of his thought is analyzed.

This article approaches contemporary European debates on the subject of realism through the lenses offered by two decolonial thinkers: Fanon and Dussel. Whereas both share with realism a fundamental emphasis on reality as the starting point form theory -an assumption shared by much decolonial thought- they nevertheless provide another layer of specificity in their consideration of the colonial condition, diagnosing a fundamental absence of reciprocity that dictates the course of decolonization as a transformation of reality. Reconsidering the debates on realism in light of these insights therefore provides a powerful basis for both formulating a specifically decolonial realism and for engaging in comparative political theorizing more generally.

ABSTRACTThe main objective of this work is to present a revaluation of the dialectical thinking as an input to the development of the politic philosophy. This revaluation is necessary due to the oblivion and concealment that poststructuralist currents, leaded for Althusserand Badiou have made since XX mid-century. At the same time, this concealment of the dialectic has been taken for numerous authors of the post-modernism philosophy current, wich has had great influence in literary circles of Europe, USA and Latin America. The rejection of the post-modernism to the dialectical thinking has not stopped at teorical elaborations of notionlists like Derrida or Deleuze, but has influenced marxist notionlists that have realized, in the last years, the most controversial inputs, such as Antonio Negri with Michael Hardt in the book Imperio. Following the same political thinking used by the authors of Imperio, but not influenced by the post-moderm thinking, but from the philosophy current named "occidental marxsism" (from Lukács to the Frankfort school) here we present this revaluation. This current of thinking is away from the interpretation of the marxsism as a mechanistic materialism that practically moves it away from a critical thinking, but recovers the vinculation of the Marx thought with the philosophy. That reason makes us lead this work to the relation between the Marx thought and the Hegelian dialectical. Also, we are going to discuss that suposed negation that Marx made to valorate any aspect of Hegel as the post-modern currents present it, making Marx a notionlist of the "suspect", but moving him away from any political philosophy.
Can we read The Phenomenology of Spirit as a theory of ideology? Starting from what Kojève calls the «dialectic of ideologies» (pleasure, heart, virtue), we find not only an investigation into the role of desire in the formation of those figures of consciousness, but also a reflection about the way in which we conceive politics in the modern age. Hegel's political thought is, here, an alternative to moralising narratives of history. Instead, we must stand for the primacy of labour and praxis in every project of social transformation.
