Due to the development of the information society, countries face the task of effectively regulating the relevant social relations. The mechanisms of such regulation should correspond to the specifics of such relations. Digitization is one of the modern methods of legal regulation, which is the use of information technology at the state level. The existing scientific achievements on digitalization processes need constant improvement, which corresponds to the specifics of this field. The object of research is digitalization in law in the light of international experience. The article aims to study and analyze digitalization in law in the international legal aspect. The following methods were used during the study: systemic, systemic-functional, comparative, sociological, analysis, synthesis, analogy, observation, classification, and statistical analysis. The article analyzes the phenomenon of digitalization, identifies the main approaches to understanding it. On the example of international experience (such countries as France, Germany, Italy, Georgia, Greece, and Great Britain), the mechanisms of using digitalization in public administration are determined, the legal regulation of informatization is analyzed. Also, based on the study and analysis of doctrinal teachings of international information experience, it is proposed to improve the domestic legal mechanism to ensure the effective functioning of public relations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the methodology, approaches, and assessment of the impact of digitalization on the sustainable development of the company. The modern economy is based on the constant development: advanced, modernized and invented new management models, products and systems. Such development in recent years is directly related to the concept of "digitalization".

Research in the field of "Digital Economics" has widely neglected the dynamics of changes in preference and demand due to the exploding quantification of human life. This paper examines reactions to the rapidly expanding digital measurement of individual and societal factors. The reactions "Government Regulation", "Flooding", "Passive Escape: Digital Detox" and "Active Escape" are analyzed.

This article addresses the politics of film digitization by arguing that we should reconsider archival and preservation "best practices" that require film restoration. Instead, it advocates for digitizing films "as is," which, in turn, captures the film's current materiality (i.e., fading, scratches, and other facets that reveal age, wear, and use). Using the work of Luis Vale, one of the youth filmmakers from New York City's Lower East Side's Young Filmmaker Foundation's Film Club, as a case study, the article points to the importance of archiving and saving these youth films as part of a growing movement to look beyond Hollywood cultural production and preserving national moving image heritage. Der Beitrag beleuchtet das Verhältnis von Digitalisierung und Recht. Am Beispiel der Blockchain-Technologie wird aufgezeigt, wie neue Formen und Räume der Selbstbestimmung geschaffen werden können. In distribuierten Systemen ist die Tendenz erkennbar, dass sich die rechtliche hin zu einer technischen Steuerung verlagert. Wenn Funktionen, die für gewöhnlich der demokratisch legitimierte Gesetzgeber wahrnimmt, auf andere Systeme übergehen, führt dies zu Herausforderungen für rechtsstaatliche Demokratien. Fundamentale Fragen von Kontrolle und Machtbeschränkung iZm Digitalisierung stehen im Fokus. Der Beitrag plädiert schließlich für "legal foresight"-Forschung im Bereich neuer Technologien. ; This paper outlines the interplay of digitization and law. The Blockchain-technology illustrates that digitization deploys new forms and spaces of self-determination. However, in distributed systems the power tends to no more derive from laws but to be managed by technology itself. The shifting of functions which are traditionally performed by the democratically legitimated legislator to other institutions brings along challenges for democratic legal systems. This puts the focus on questions of control and the restriction of power linked to digitization. The paper therefore, calls for 'legal foresight'-research in the field of emerging technologies.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has opened up new and robust ways of sending and receiving information at global level. Any type of information including voice and video is sent to the diverse publics, who equally have variety of choices. Thus, the development of any nation is tied to efficient information dissemination. In Nigeria, television broadcasting started in 1959 with the establishment of the Western Nigeria Television (WNTV) by the opposition leader, Chief Obafemi Awolowo. Later on, the government took over the station and fully controlled it. Subsequently, regional stations were opened to propagate government policies and programs. The television industry in Nigeria continued to grow in terms of viewership and number with over fifty national television stations and twenty five private ones. Thus, existing documents on digitization of television broadcasting industry and related literature were used as the main source of information. Therefore, this paper analyses the efforts being made by the Nigerian government through its ICT policy towards digitization of its television broadcasting in order to cope with the global trend. Recommendations are proffered with a view to achieving the target goal.

It is a dream project of Government of India which will transfer whole nation into a knowledgeable economy and digitally empowered society. Today, globalization created numerous opportunities in the every part of the globe therefore every nation wants to fully digitalized. This initiative of Indian Government will provide equal opportunities of digitization to the user and service provider. Hence, this paper has been made an attempt to understand Digital India: A Platform towards Digitization. This paper also elaborates advantages, challenges, performance and achievements of Digital India campaign.

This study draws on literature at the intersection of servitization, digital business models and supply chain management. Work empirically explores how digital disruption has affected Business-to-Business (B2B) interdependencies. Dematerialization of physical products is transforming the way firms are positioned in the supply chain due to a reduction in production and transport costs and the different ways business engage with customers. Specifically, we propose that these new market conditions can empower downstream firms. We further propose that upstream firms can still capture additional value through digital service if their servitized offer includes difficult to imitate elements. The context of the analysis is the publishing industry. The Payment Card method employed is used to test UK and US consumer's perceptions of digital formats (eBooks) and assess their willingness to pay in relation to printed formats. The method undertaken enables us to elicit aggregated consumer demand for eBooks which in turn identifies optimal pricing strategies for the digital services.
