Ding Ling is one of the most remarkable writers of Chinese literature of the first half of the twentieth century. Both his life and his work are submerged in social and political transformations triggered by the generation of the May Fourth Movement in 1919. The early work of Ding Ling is a reflection of the contradictions and concerns that preyed on Chinese youth, especially educated women, who began to question their very nature, desires, needs and opportunities never explored before. The Diary of Miss Sophie is certainly an open work that allows us to understand the anxiety that accompanies the renunciation of established values and the search and incorporation of modern values and appreciation of the individual. ; Ding Ling es una de las escritoras más notables de la literatura china de la primera mitad del siglo XX. Tanto su vida y su obra se encuentran sumergidos en las transformaciones sociales y políticas detonadas por la generación del movimiento del Cuatro de Mayo de 1919. La obra temprana de Ding Ling es un reflejo de las contradicciones e inquietudes que asaltaban a la juventud china, especialmente a las mujeres educadas que comenzaron a cuestionarse sobre su propia naturaleza, deseos, necesidades y oportunidades nunca antes exploradas. El diario de la Señorita Sofía es sin duda una obra abierta que permite comprender el desasosiego que acompaña la renuncia a los valores establecidos y la búsqueda e incorporación de valores modernos, así como la revalorización del individuo.

In Annals of Spring and Autumn it is stated that: "State affairs are worship and military affairs." The inscriptions on turtle shells and bones are records of the escapulimancia during the Shang dynasty (≈1600 BC - 1046 BC), and that covers all aspects of life and society. The "tun" (屯) is a unit of measurement used for the turtle shells and bones of the oracle during the Shang dynasty. A shell or a bone is "a pian (丿)", and a pair is "a tun (屯)". "Shi tun" (示屯) refers to the "offering of shells and prepared bones", is one of the important sources of oracular bones. The organization and analysis of reception records in those bones allow us to get to know this dynasty of more than 3,000 years ago from a new perspective. In addition, we can also understand the social status of taxpayers and signatories,through comparisons with the content of otheroracular bones.

How to dedomesticate the city body relationship? From this point of view, the present article seeks to make a critical rea-ding of the ethical, aesthetic and political implications of contemporary urban body experience. Las reflexiones que conforman el presente ensayo tienen por objetivo plantear la necesidad de desplazar el foco de atención de la situación áulica hacia la estructura del cuerpo docente de las instituciones de enseñanza jurídica superior para un mejor abordaje de la cuestión de cómo debe ser dicha enseñanza. Las pizarras digitales interactivas (PDI) se han extendido en las escuelas españolas gracias a las políticas implantadas a través del Programa Escuela 2.0. Este estudio presenta los resultados sobre la forma en que las pizarras digitales interactivas son integradas en las prácticas pedagógicas de los profesores. El diseño es de corte cuali- tativo basado en estudios de casos de cua- tro aulas andaluzas, dos de primaria y dos de secundaria. Para la recogida de datos se utilizó la entrevista y la observación del aula de manera complementaria. Los resultados revelan que el profesorado in- corpora fácilmente la PDI en el aula, lo que les lleva a utilizar gran variedad de re- cursos educativos online. Sin embargo, se constata que el profesorado fundamental- mente usa la PDI para presentar contenido y generalmente son ellos los que contro- lan dicha herramienta. Se plantean preguntas sobre si esta tecnología transforma los enfoques pedagógicos de enseñanza. ; Interactive white boards (IWBs) have be- come increasingly available in Spanish pu- blic schools due to governmental policies such as the School Program 2.0.The aim of this research is to understand the pedago- gies associated to classroom-based use of interactive whiteboards. This research has been undertaken from a qualitative pers- pective based on a case study of four clas- srooms experiences in Andalusian schools, two primary and two secondary schools. Data was collected utilizing interviews with teachers, and classroom observation as a complementary technique. The fin- dings identify that teachers easily incor- porate the use of IWBs into the classroom, which leads to the utilization of a varie- ty of Internet resources on line. However, results also show that when utilizing the IWB, teachers adopt a series of teaching practices primarily aimed at content presentations, and with the teacher in control the majority of the time. This raises ques- tions about whether this technology trans- forms pedagogical approaches of teaching.

ResumenEl artículo intenta reconstruir los contextos efecti-vos de emergencia de Ediciones Signos, una edito-rial que funcionó a principios de la década del '70,momento de «ebullición» del mundo editorial deizquierda. Luego de funcionar por poco más de unaño, y de publicar alrededor de 20 libros, la edito-rial se disolvió para dar origen a una mucho más cono-cida: Siglo XXI-Argentina. Se privilegia como entra-da a esa experiencia editorial la reconstrucción delplan inicial de ediciones y de los libros efectivamen-te publicados por Signos. Esa reconstrucción delcatálogo —efectivo y potencial— permite una apro-ximación que restituye las posibilidades y opcionesabiertas en aquel momento, eludiendo las trampasde los relatos retrospectivos. Entre éstos últimos,se pretende cuestionar especialmente las simplifi-caciones que implican las hipótesis habituales sobreel proceso de creciente politización de los intelec-tuales de izquierda durante el período. After towork for little more than a year, and published some20 books, the publishing house was dissolved to giverise to a much more well-known: Siglo XXI -Argentina. The reconstruction of the initial plan ofeditions and the books actually published by Signosare privileged as input to that editorial experience.This reconstruction of the catalogue —actual andpotential— allows an approximation that restoresthe possibilities and options open at that time, elu-ding the traps of the retrospective accounts. This work analyses the possibility of negotiating agreements between the parties of a civil proce-dure in order to determine whether an alleged fact is true or false. From a point of view close to "critical realism", the author propounds that the truth of a fact cannot be constructed through negotiations, because the fact exists in the material world regardless of the parties' behaviour during the trial. Special consideration is being laid on the legislative and jurisprudence policies of reckoning that if the defendant does not contest a fact claimed by the plaintiff in the plea-ding then that fact is an "uncontested fact" and must be outside the thema probandum because it exists and it is true. It is being proposed that the omissive behaviour of the civil defendant, far from influencing the veracity of an alleged fact, can only affect the burden of proof of such uncontested alleged fact. ; El presente trabajo analiza la posibilidad de negociar acuerdos entre las partes en el proceso civil en orden a determinar la verdad o falsedad de un hecho alegado. Desde una posición cercana a un "realismo crítico", el autor postula que no es posible construir negocialmente la verdad de un hecho, pues éste existe en el mundo externo con total prescindencia de las conductas de las partes en el proceso. Especial consideración se realiza sobre la opción de política legislativa y jurisprudencial en el sentido de entender que la no objeción por el demandado de un hecho alegado por el actor en la demanda lo convierte en un "hecho pacífico" que queda fuera del thema probandum, por entenderse existente y verdadero. Se postula en el texto que la conducta omisiva del demandado en el proceso civil, lejos de poder incidir sobre la verdad o falsedad de un hecho alegado, sólo puede tener consecuencias sobre la carga de la prueba respecto al hecho alegado y no objetado.

El trabajo plantea algunas de las cuestiones que suscitan las relaciones de las previ-siones penales con la previa regulación administrati-va en materia de ordenación del territorio. Por una parte, y sobre la base de la ausencia en la letra de la ley de criterios formales de delimitación del orden penal adquiere especial importancia la labor interpretativa realizada por la doctrina y los Tribuna-lesde justicia en orden a depurar los casos en que proceda la intervención penal, evitando su aplicación a costa de la que corresponde al orden administrati-vo. Por otra parte se plantea la cuestión inversa, relativa a si en ocasiones pudieran ser las previsio-nes administrativas las que invadan competencias que en principio corresponden al legislador penal, como pudiera suceder en el caso de un cambio sobrevenido de la normativa administrativa que integra el precepto. Se reclama en todo caso la necesidad de manejar criterios sólidos que eviten en la medida de lo posible la inseguridad jurídica y el consiguiente riesgo de aplicación desigual del precepto a situaciones sustancialmente idénticas ; The paper deals with some of the issues raised by the relationship between criminal provisions and previous administrative regulation in terms of land useplanning. On the one hand, and on the basis of the absence in the letter of the law of formal criteria for delimitati-on of the penal order, special importance is attached to the interpretative work carried out by the doctrine and the Courts of Justice in order to clarify the cases in which the intervention, avoiding its application at the expense of the administrative order.On the other hand, the inverse question arises as to whether it might be administrative provisions that invade competences that in principle belong to the criminal legislator, as might happen in the case of an overri-ding change in the administrative rules that integrate theprecept.It is proposed in any eventthe need to manage sound criteria that avoid, as far as possible, legal uncertainty and the consequent risk of unequal application of the precept to substantially identical situations.

Este trabajo es un análisis de "Un tal Lucas". Consiste en examinar las prácticas significantes que el autor emplea al crear un texto centrado en un personaje bastante fatuo. El método de análisis es textual semiótico interpretativo, lo que condujo a la elaboración de interpretaciones propias. Este trabajo abarca dos puntos básicos: (i) los elementos significantes que configuran al protagonista de la novela. Y (ii) la descripción que la novela realiza de Latinoamérica y del mundo, desde la perspectiva de un argentino. Se concluye lo siguiente. (i) Cortázar crea un héroe posmoderno, es decir uno que no sobresale de ninguna manera. Así, Lucas se pierde en una pelea consigo mismo: pensaba que estaba destinado a alcanzar grandes cosas, pero descubre que es un hombre ordinario; aceptar esa realidad se convierte en el drama central de su vida. (ii) Al hacerlo la novela también refleja las principales preocupaciones de los Latinoamericanos del siglo XX: sus pequeños conflictos cotidianos a la vez que la presencia de dictaduras de signo diverso. It examines the meaning practices that the author uses by creating a text which is centered in a rather fatuous character. The method of analysis is textual semiotic interpretative, which led to own interpretations. This paper touches two basic aspects: (i) the meaning elements which configure the protagonist of the novel. And (ii) the description that the novels makes about Latin America from the point of view of an Argentine man. Conclusions are: (i) Cortázar creates a post-modern hero, this is, one that has no notorious traits. Lucas, is engaged in a battle with himself: he thought he was destined to achieve big things, but he discovers he is an ordinary man; accepting this reality becomes the central drama in his life. And (ii), by ding that, the novel also reflects Latin Americans' main concerns: their little quotidian conflicts and the presence of diverse dictatorships. Cortázar traces his vision, many times a sarcastic one, about the standard man and of his priorities.
