; The model of universal citizenship inaugurated with modern philosophy link to the predomíname of instrumental rationality derived from neoclassical economics come together to define a disadvantaged social position of women. The confluence of these philosophical, political and economic constructions builds an economic space of gender inequality that must be approached critically. Faced with this situation, we intend to address the critical potential of feminist economics to subverting the inequality generated by the preeminence of the homo oeconomicus model in economic space, and the lack of a political subject that addresses the particularles of other groups.
From an express option in favour of the human, the article is structured as a response to the following research question: Could we identify a common ethical denominator that could serve as a proposal for a Digital Humanism: for a situation in which humanity, freeing itself from avoidable suffering, manages to deploy its potential to achieve sustainable economic development and technical and political progress capable of giving rise to human flourishing? All of this, within the framework of the Cyber Society and placing the person and his or her dignity at the centre of the whole process related to the Artificial Intelligence of the present and the future. On the basis of the Philosophy of Technology, and after taking into account the conditions of technical possibility of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in an attempt to avoid the possibility of any dystopia, technically feasible but ethically vital, some proposals are considered in terms of Cyber Ethics and the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence; and some ethical principles are highlighted which seem to be serving as a common denominator from which to channel technological development in favour of humanity on a planetary scale. It concludes by reiterating the commitment to Digital Humanism.

The fall in public revenue by local governments, as a consequence of the finance dependence on the real estate sector, is combined with a process of fiscal adjustment and a growing demand for social services, which is result of rising socioeconomic exclusion rates (less consumption, business closures, and unemployment). The economic crisis, accompanied by a crisis of ethics and values, refers to the emergence of the Public Ethics as a tool for social policy-making and institutional strengthening. The incessant search for legitimacy and consensus, not so much in relation to the output of public social policies, but also about the dialog and deliberative process itself, puts local entities facing the challenges in the strengthening of the political body as a prerequisite for commissioning and developing successful participatory and deliberative processes. The promotion of socio-economic conditions to ensure social cohesion, freedom and equal opportunities, become a challenge that transcends the literalness and urgency of financial statements and budget processes in a fiscal adjustment context. The article reviews the main trends and challenges related to the role of Public Ethics in making public policy budget, citizen participation and social inclusion by local governments.

By analysing the "code for the coverage of the Colombian armed conflict", this paper argues that journalism ethics needs to be understood not only as a matter of journalists. Ethics also depends on the context which journalists do their job. For example, in wartime, the reporting of news is influenced not only by the economic, symbolic and media constraints, but also by the strategic aims of the armed groups. Thus, ethics codes are more than documents in which journalists state how to do their job in a right way. Like the case of the Colombian armed conflict illustrates, ethics codes are documents in which journalists defend their independence, protect themselves from threats and claim for better work conditions. In this sense, ethics codes in wartime function more as political acts of communications rather than just training documents.
De este modo, se trata de una indagación profunda sobre patrones de bioética ; The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the United Nations (UN) are intended to create aset of global objectives related to environmental, political and economic challenges, addressingextreme poverty and hunger, among others, as development priorities. The SDG's are an urgentcall for the world to make the transition to a more sustainable path.About the sustainable or sustainable development can be said in general lines that is where thedevelopment of the present generation meets their needs without limiting future generations sothat they can also meet their needs. In the present work, a comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development processes isdeveloped, from a state perspective and from the perspective of international organizationssuch as the PNUD. In this way, it is a deep inquiry about bioethics patterns.

The discussion about this global framework of rights and duties, between humans and other living things and nonliving things, has given rise to a fascinating body of literature in the field of ethics that has been called environmental ethics. The aim of this paper is twofold, first it seeks to present the current elements in the field of environmental politics governing the definition of economic policies on the use of environment and natural resources. Second, it suggests the appearance of other thinking that can influence the way society evaluates the human-nature relationship.
The imposition of the capitalist economic model system and its constant search for the multiplication of capital has permeated various social scenarios, generating imbalances in human relations, all justified in economic activity. However, ethics emerges as an element of balance and harmonization of the wild tendencies of this economic model, which seeks to consolidate a midpoint between individual and collective interests. In this way, the present article of a qualitative nature and a systemic review, sought to promote some considerations regarding the role of ethics as a generator of balance in the capitalist system, within the framework of a society that demands more equitable and inclusive models. Among the findings highlights that the transformation of savage capitalism is possible only through rigorous processes of education, which allow the paradigm of selfishness to vanish. It is concluded that the modification of the capitalist model requires alignment of quite complex factors individually such as the economic, political and cultural aspects, which implies a long time to be reached.
