La escuela pública jugó un papel fundamental en la transmisión a la sociedad de las formas de legar la cultura y de las tecnologías del enseñar y el aprender. El contexto digital impone velocidad, plasticidad, inmediatez y visibilidad. Los relatos circulan por diversos soportes, mutando sentidos, provocando que el conocimiento, el arte, las informaciones sean apropiadas y resignificadas. Las instituciones sostienen que las formas tradicionales deben continuar dada su validez comprobada esto genera la yuxtaposición de intereses y tensiones entre prácticas y sentidos. Se analizará la propuesta pedagógica que encontró en su desarrollo la convergencia digital. ¿Será que estas narrativas transmedia facilitan la democratización de los saberes entendiendo que el uso de las tecnologías responde a fundamentos políticos y pedagógicos? ; The public school played a fundamental role in the transmission to society of the ways of bequeathing the culture and technologies of teaching and learning. The digital context imposes speed, plasticity, immediacy and visibility. The stories circulate through different supports, mutating senses, causing knowledge, art, information to be appropriate and resignified. The institutions maintain that traditional forms must continue given their proven validity. It generates a juxtaposition of interests and tensions between practices and senses. We will analyze a pedagogical proposal that found digital convergence in its development. Kemerdekaan pers adalah salah satu wujud kedaulatan rakyat yang berasaskan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi, keadilan, dan supremasi hukum, demikian dimaktubkan Pasal 2 Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers. Kemerdekaan pers meniscyakan hadirnya kemerdekaan berita, baik bagi insan pers maupun masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan akses informasi adalah kunci bagi sehatnya demokrasi. Demokrasi tidak berjalan baik tanpa kemerdekaan pers. Tulisan ini secara khusus membahas dinamika kemerdekaan pers di Indonesia dan implementasinya dalam lingkup fungsionalisasi organisasi profesi pers di Indonesia. Bagaimana peran organisasi pers dalam hal ini PWI dan AJI dalam pendidikan HAM di Sumatera Utara, merupakan kajian utama dalam artikel ini.Kata Kunci: kemerdekaan pers, PWI, AJI

Students and their families evaluate net price when determining whether they can afford a college. But what affects net price? There are factors, such as instructional inefficiencies, administrative expenses, federal financial aid, and state appropriations, that have been noted in the literature that have an impact on costs and tuition. This study looks at the relationship between average net price and those factors. The findings of this study note that there is a relationship between average net price and said factors.
