Der Beitrag dient als Beispiel der Ermöglichung von Permeabilität zwischen Philosophie und Geschichte im Rahmen der Erziehungswissenschaft. Er behandelt die epistemologischen, materiellen, politischen und kategorialen Bedingungen, von denen einige eine Trennung der Geschichtswissenschaft von der Philosophie initiieren, während andere dazu beitragen, dass einerseits die Geschichte von der Philosophie und andererseits die Philosophie von der Geschichte profitieren kann. Es wird aufgezeigt, welcher erwartete Zugewinn sowohl für die Philosophie als auch für die Geschichtswissenschaft durch gegenseitige Offenheit innerhalb der Erziehungswissenschaft erzielt werden kann. Eine stärkere Integration philosophischen Denkens in die Bildungsgeschichte und umgekehrt kann auf beiden Seiten blinde Flecke, unhinterfragte methodologische Archetypen und scheinbar unumgängliche mentale Dispositionen zur Sprache bringen, deren Reflexion zur Bereicherung der erziehungswissenschaftlichen Forschung beitragen kann. It deals with the epistemological, material, political, and categorical conditions, some of which initiate a separation of historical science from philosophy, whereas others allow, on the one hand, for history to profit from philosophy and, on the other, for philosophy to profit from history. It is shown how much is to be gained by both philosophy and historical science through reciprocal openness within educational science. A greater integration of philosophical thought into education history and vice versa may draw attention to blind spots on both sides, to unchallenged methodological archetypes and seemingly unavoidable mental dispositions, the reflection of which may contribute to an enrichment of educational research. Specifications and qualities of teachers are usually linked with the learning of students, and the learning of students is always affected by the specifications of teachers. The purpose of this research is to find the effects of teachers' specifications on the learning of students. Knowledge of teachers from these specifications can help them in well training of students. Also, the teacher recruiting bodies can recruit teachers based on these specifications in order to achieve the training objectives. This research is descriptive and has been carried out within the compound of the Psychology faculty. The data collection has been based on a questionnaire and then the data has been analyzed through SPSS software.

The de-ideologisation of Czech higher education was accompanied by many other changes after 1990 in the Czech Republic. In the context of local and global educational policy, this paper presents three periods of development of the educational sciences including andragogy in Czech higher education after 1990, showing how changes influenced university teaching quality. In the research part, the study concentrates on changes made by the actors – notably professors/associate professors – involved in the development of the educational sciences in the Czech Republic since the 1990s. The analysis of the semi-structured interviews shows that the change in educational sciences was framed by limited access to foreign literature and significant personnel changes, including the return of qualified academics. The promotion of andragogy in the Czech Republic demanded the development of methodology and a critical approach to adult learning. For individual academics, the new focus privileged research over teaching, though interaction with students remains central for the interviewees. ; V Češki republiki je po letu 1990 deideologizacijo visokega šolstva spremljalo tudi veliko drugih sprememb. Članek v kontekstu tako lokalne kot globalne izobraževalne politike predstavi tri razvojna ­obdobja izobraževalnih ved, vključno z andragogiko, v češkem visokem šolstvu po letu 1990 in pokaže, kako so spremembe vplivale na kakovost univerzitetnega poučevanja. V raziskovalnem delu se osredotoča na spremembe, ki so jih dosegli akterji, predvsem profesorji in docenti, povezani z razvojem izobraževalnih ved v Češki republiki, po omenjenem letu. Analiza polstrukturiranih intervjujev je pokazala, da so na spremembe v izobraževalnih vedah vplivali omejen dostop do tuje literature in velike kadrovske spremembe, tudi vračanje kvalificiranih akademikov. V Češki republiki je spodbujanje andragogike zahtevalo razvoj metodologije in kritičnega pristopa do učenja odraslih. Posamezni akademiki so zaradi novega poudarka dali prednost raziskovanju pred poučevanjem, kljub temu pa so udeleženci raziskave poudarili osrednji pomen dela s študenti.

Razvoj pedagoške nauke u bivšoj Jugoslaviji obeležava oštar diskontinuitet uslovljen promenom političko-ideološkog poretka, a time i socijalno prihvatljivog pedagoškog mišljenja, ali i prikriveni kontinuitet između 'građanske' i 'socijalističke' pedagogije. Naša analiza dela jugoslovenskih pedagoga ukazuje na prisustvo strategije koju nazivamo 'nacionalizacija pedagoškog znanja'. U osnovi, ona predstavlja pokušaj da se zadobije društvena, ali i akademska legitimizacija pedagoške nauke. Nacionalizaciju pedagoškog znanja nalazimo kod predstavnika svih dominantnih pedagoških pravaca: eksperimentalne pedagogije, duhovno-naučne pedagogije, kao i u reformskim pedagoškim pokretima. Na prvi pogled paradoksalno, nacionalizacija pedagoškog znanja predstavlja i osnovno obeležje jugoslovenske marksističke pedagogije u periodu nakon Drugog svetskog rata. Ova strategija bila je uspešna u transformaciji vodećih teorijskih usmerenja ('promene paradigmi'): herbartijanizma u eksperimentalnu pedagogiju, eksperimentalne u duhovno-naučnu pedagogiju i, na kraju, duhovno-naučne u marksističku pedagogiju, ali je njen uspeh u razvoju institucija za pedagoška istraživanja bio bitno limitiran nivoom modernizacije sistema obrazovanja i ideološkog nadzora nad njim. ; Development of educational science in Former Yugoslavia was marked both by huge discontinuity due to changes in political and ideological regimes that had effects on 'mainstream' pedagogy, and hidden continuity between civil and socialist pedagogy. Our analysis of the writings of Yugoslav pedagogues shows the presence of strategy known as 'nationalization of pedagogical knowledge'. This strategy presents the attempt of gaining social, as well as academic legitimacy of educational science. Nationalization of pedagogical knowledge was present in all dominant pedagogical schools: experimental pedagogy, spiritual-scientific pedagogy (Geisteswissenschaftliche Pädagogik), as well as in New school movements. Paradoxically, nationalization of pedagogical knowledge presented the main feature of Yugoslav Marxist pedagogy in the period after the World War II. This strategy was successful in transformation of the leading theoretical schools ('paradigm change'): herbartianismus into experimental pedagogy, experimental pedagogy into spiritual-scientific pedagogy and at the end spiritual-scientific pedagogy into Marxist pedagogy, but the success of this strategy was significantly limited by the level of modernization of educational system and the ideological control over this system.

Über viel "Muße" zu verfügen war und ist gesellschaftlich ein Privileg, das höchst ungleich verteilt ist. Manchen erscheint sie vor diesem Hintergrund als ein "Luxus", auf den man notfalls verzichten kann und der eher hedonistischen Charakter hat. Einige glauben sogar, dass "Müßiggang aller Laster Anfang" ist. Aus einer bildungstheoretischen Perspektive stellt es sich jedoch für Einige genau umgekehrt dar. Ihnen erscheint Muße als Anfang jedes genuinen Bildungs- und Autonomisierungsprozesses, eine wissenschaftliche Auffassung, die schon der berühmteste deutsche Bildungstheoretiker Wilhelm von Humboldt vertreten hat. "Muße" ist kultursoziologisch gesehen zunächst einmal diejenige Sphäre menschlicher Praxis, in der frei produziert (oder auch rezipiert) wird, d. h. um seiner selbst willen bzw. allein um der Sache willen, mit der man beschäftigt ist. Insoweit ist sie geradezu der Inbegriff von Autonomie und unterscheidet sich grundsätzlich von jener gesellschaftlichen Sphäre der Entfremdung und Fremdbestimmung, der Erwerbsarbeit, Freizeit und Arbeitslosigkeit im klassischen Sinn gleichermaßen angehören. Ein zum würdigen Leben ausreichendes, bedingungslos gewährtes Grundeinkommen würde allen Bürgern "Muße" auf eine Weise verfügbar machen, die bisher nur privilegierten, sehr vermögenden Kreisen vorbehalten war, wie etwa historisch den berühmten "britischen Gentlemen", deren Lebensmaxime darin bestand, zu leben, um (frei und selbstbestimmt, in Muße) zu arbeiten (bzw. sinnvoll tätig zu sein) im Unterschied zur Maxime, zu arbeiten, um zu leben (den Lebensunterhalt zu verdienen). Man kann die Einführung eines zum würdigen Leben ausreichenden bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens daher auch als "Demokratisierung der Muße" bezeichnen. Dieser Gesichtspunkt des bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens bildet in der gesellschaftlichen Debatte ganz ohne Zweifel das Hauptskandalon auf der Seite seiner Kritiker. Denn auch die ebenso notorisch diskutierte Finanzierungsfrage hängt am Ende vor allem davon ab, ob man den Bürgern insgesamt einen vernünftigen Umgang mit derart großen Muße- bzw. Autonomiespielräumen zumuten und zutrauen könnte. Allein der Gedanke einer "Demokratisierung der Muße" erscheint vielen Kritikern unmittelbar als abwegig, als realitätsfremde, abgehobene sozialromantische Spinnerei. Jedoch wird man die offensichtlich gegebene starke Attraktivität der Grundeinkommensidee erst angemessen verstehen können, wenn man nicht bei einer solchen reflexhaften Abwehr der Idee stehen bleibt, sondern sich insbesondere mit der Frage auseinandersetzt, welche Bedeutung die Verfügbarkeit von Muße in der individuellen Lebensführung nicht zuletzt in Zeiten eines beschleunigten gesellschaftlichen Strukturwandels hat. Deswegen diskutiert der Vortrag den Gesichtspunkt einer Demokratisierung der Muße insbesondere aus bildungstheoretischer (ebenso -empirischer) Perspektive.

There has long been an unnatural separation in the Western world between the pedagogic-didactic field and musicology, and the contemporary situation has not substantially changed. Musicology and pedagogic-didactic studies have chosen, and proceeded along, parallel paths which do not converge. The conceptual starting point is an awareness of two problems: on the one hand, musicology runs the risk of becoming self-referential if it does not open itself up to a vital relationship with the political aspects of education; on the other hand, the educational sciences develop models of music education the content of which is not updated on the basis of musicological knowledge. This disconnection causes the making of music to prevail over knowing music, instead of the two dimensions being integrated. This article describes the results of an Italian research project carried out by an Italian University Network for Music Education. ; U zapadnom svijetu već dugo postoji neprirodna podjela između pedagoško-didaktičkog polja i muzikologije, a suvremena situacija nije to znatno promijenila. Muzikologija i pedagoško-didaktički studiji odabrali su i slijede paralelne putove koji se ne preklapaju. Konceptualno je polazište svijest o dvama problemima: s jedne strane muzikologija riskira da postane samoreferencijalna ako se ne otvori vitalnoj vezi s političkim aspektima obrazovanja; s druge strane obrazovne znanosti razvijaju modele glazbenog obrazovanja čiji se sadržaj ne ažurira na temelju muzikološkog znanja. Ova razjedinjenost uzrokuje da izvođenje glazbe prevladava nad poznavanjem glazbe, umjesto da su ove dvije dimenzije združene. Članak opisuje razultate talijanskog istraživačkog projekta koji provodi talijanska Sveučilišna mreža za glazbeno obrazovanje (Rete universitaria per l'Educazione musicale).

Currently, in the socio-cultural system, as well as in the educational one, some ideologies based on merit are elaborated: the ideology of selection, of a liberal nature, and the ideology of the refusal of selection, of a democratic nature. Discussions on meritology are part of socio-cultural issues and are seen as a symptom of democratization and equalization of opportunities for socio-cultural ascension. The essence of the ideal of meritology is that if everyone has equal chances, then the winners deserve their success. In the modern school, everything must be articulated in the basis of equality and merit. Meritocracy and meritology are principles of justice. The main concern of meritology involves a series of beliefs: belief in education and in justice, and as a result, in non-discrimination. Meritology provides the chance for the student to demonstrate his abilities. Today, the school faces a series of problems that it must face from a socio-cultural perspective. When we talk about equal opportunities for all students, this does not mean that everyone is equal, but that they can strive and compete in all social positions based on equal opportunities. Merit selection and acceptance of merit-based inequality presupposes, in fact, a real equality of opportunity.

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar referentes teóricos relacionados con la alfabetización informacional y las competencias informacionales en Ciencias de la Educación desde el contexto iberoamericano. En consecuencia, la alfabetización informacional es el proceso mediante el cual se adquieren los conocimientos y habilidades esenciales para el manejo de la información y las competencias informacionales, consisten en poner en práctica, de forma combinada o integrada, en un contexto y con un contenido determinado (transferible), todos los recursos (habilidades, conocimientos, actitudes) para solucionar con éxito problemas y aprender a aprender, a partir de la interacción efectiva con la información; sin delimitación de tipo, formato y soporte. Se trata de un estudio de tipo descriptivo, con aplicación del método de análisis documental para la revisión bibliográfica y el método histórico- lógico en la disertación. Los resultados muestran insuficiencia de estudios relacionados con la alfabetización informacional y las competencias informacionales en estudiantes de Ciencias de la Educación, por lo que es una línea de trabajo que queda abierta para trabajar. Las conclusiones señalan que las competencias informacionales son necesarias en la educación superior, por tener una gran influencia en las actividades del proceso académico, estos procesos permiten promover la enseñanza-aprendizaje, la capacidad de análisis crítico, lingüístico, cognitivo y de evaluación de la información.

The complexity of situations in the educational sphere generated by the presence of people at risk, in vulnerable situations is currently one of the priorities of governments worldwide. Historical periods show us that their social perception and acceptance was not at all favorable, on the contrary, attitudes ranged from hostility to extermination programs. History shows us that the separation of people with disabilities from others was determined by the fear of contamination and also by the desire to escape responsibility regarding those who were a burden to society and considered useless.
