Gender inequality not only shows up in the legal, social or purely political, but also gender discrimination in the field of human language which can automatically give birth to living systems which tend to marginalization of women. Gender inequality is in the field of linguistics partly contained in, the assumption of women's language, mastery of the language gap between men and women, texts and language learning systems, and poor language skills and logic.
Stereotype concerning gender role has attached on society. Paradigm which views the label differential between female and male characteristics is affected by many factors. Biological, social standpoints, theories of gender psychoanalytical, social cognitive and scheme have concealed influential factors based on its own perspectives. Education based on gender has been one of the programs for government therefore gender bias will be able to be eliminated and the awareness of it will be augmented on many education aspects, for teachers in classes and parents as well. There are many alternative solutions for parents and teachers to be able to encourage learners in having awareness therefore gender bias might be abbreviated.
Abstract : Terms of women's emancipation or gender equality is often touted in almost all corners of the world, able to open a general idea to rethink creature named women to become leaders, even heads of state. The discussion will be more interesting when the position of women in the social facts are also removed. It is of course behind the reconstruction of the position of women in the historical and political arena. Both studies and evidence from the Quran, the Hadith, and the explanation of the experts in the field, shows that women do not experience gender barriers to explore her potential and release energy to become a leader in the community when the community around it has not considered taboo and acknowledged benefits. In addition, the permissibility of being a leader must also be supported by personal qualities include: ability, capacity, faculty, and skills. Abstrak : Ketentuan emansipasi perempuan atau kesetaraan gender sering disebut-sebut hampir di seluruh penjuru dunia, mampu membuka ide umum untuk memikirkan kembali makhluk bernama perempuan untuk menjadi pemimpin, bahkan kepala negara. General description of women's participation in the political world in Indonesia representation is very low at all levels of decision making, both at the executive, legislative and judicial levels in the government bureaucracy, political parties both in other public societies. In this case the low quality of women's participation in politics occurs in Bali, namely in the executive ranks. Likewise, at the echelon II level, there were no women who obtained the position, that is, from the number of village heads in Bali there were no women who held more positions as lurah, even if there were only a few. In addition, in the organization of the Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) in Bali, it is rare and there may not be women who become the Bendesa Adat or Bendesa Pakraman. This is also evident in the management of other organizations such as youth clubs and sekuna teruna. In an organization like this it is rare to find women becoming chairpersons or electing a chairperson as chairman or vice chairman. Based on this, a gender perspective is considered by involving men and women in the basic decision-making process of democratic work that will lead to equality.

Abstract : This study departs from the reality of the increasing number of families are headed by women, but society and the government has not been paying attention and protection against them. Abstract : This study is about PKDRT law. It gives us information that domestic violence is a real thing that happens in our society, especially in Kudus. On the one hand, civil society actually has a formula to prevent the authority and rights of their family life with PKDRT (legal elimination of domestic violence) law. On the other hand, the government has a responsibility to eliminate violence, force and coercion in family life as referred to in 11, 12 and 13 of Law No. 23 of 2004. But the most important thing is that the courage of society to show concern and the seriousness of the government to take action when violence occurs. This research shows that domestic violence is a result of power imbalance between the weak dan the strong in our society where many women that represent the weak became a victim. Abstrak : Penelitian ini adalah tentang hukum PKDRT. Ini memberi kita informasi bahwa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah hal nyata yang terjadi dalam masyarakat kita, terutama di Kudus. Di satu sisi, masyarakat sipil sebenarnya memiliki formula untuk mencegah wewenang dan hak-hak kehidupan keluarga mereka dengan PKDRT (penghapusan hukum kekerasan dalam rumah tangga) hukum. Di sisi lain, pemerintah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menghapus kekerasan, kekuatan dan pemaksaan dalam kehidupan keluarga sebagaimana dimaksud dalam 11, 12 dan 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004. Tapi yang paling penting adalah bahwa keberanian masyarakat untuk menunjukkan perhatian dan keseriusan pemerintah untuk mengambil tindakan saat terjadi kekerasan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah hasil dari ketidakseimbangan kekuatan antara lemah Dan yang kuat dalam masyarakat kita di mana banyak wanita yang mewakili lemah menjadi korban.
Feminism point of view - as a modern deliberation of IXth century, coming from western is not a peculiar entity for eastern (read : Islam). The figure of Rasululloh SAW presents that Islam messenger has shown humanist characteristics for females particularly on behalf of wives and Islamic females in earlier era of Islam by respecting gender equality therefore the rights of politics, economy and social between males and females are regarded same, there are no discriminations just by the differences in sex and gender. Perspectives and morality characters shown by Rasululloh SAW to females in this writing is completed by performing explorations through historical and hadists texts concerning females around the Prophet and his best friends. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW is a profile of Prophet having feminist, non discriminative, humanist and universal ways of thinking.
Financial distress is a condition that occurs before a company goes bankrupt, so before that happens, the company needs to take actions such as good corporate governance practices. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the audit committee, ownership structure, and CEO on financial distress in trading, service, and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. This type of research is quantitative by using a sample of 25 companies determined through a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the frequency of audit committee meetings had a significant and positive impact on financial distress, and institutional ownership had a significant and negative impact on financial distress. While the other variables include: audit committee size, audit committee competence, audit committee independence, managerial ownership, family ownership, government ownership, foreign ownership, block holder ownership, and CEO's gender do not have a significant impact on financial distress. Implications of the results in this study are considering the frequency of audit committee meetings and the percentage of institutional ownership in predicting financial distress that can be used by companies and potential investors.
Abstrak: Rendahnya angka keterpilihan perempuan di lembaga Legislatif di Indonesia masih menjadi kajian menarik oleh beberapa kelompok sampai sekarang, sebut saja diantaranya yaitu kelompok pegiat gender. Salah satu lembaga legislatif di Indonesia yang memiliki masalah dengan angka rendahnya keterpilihan perempuan adalah Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Sejak hadirnya kebijakan pemerintah yang tertuang dalam pasal 65 UU nomor 12 tahun 2003 yaitu tentang penetapan kuota 30% keterwakilan politik perempuan di legislatif sebagai affirmative action dalam pemilu 2004 sampai sekarang, faktanya kebijakan tersebut masih belum mampu meningkatkan jumlah keterpilihan perempuan di lembaga legislatif. Selama 3 periode pemilu, jumlah laki-laki masih diatas jumlah perempuan. Bahkan angka kritis 30% untuk perempuan di lembaga legislatif pun tidak tercapai. Sejauh ini, angka maksimal keterpilihan perempuan yang ada di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat hanya berjumlah 7 orang dari total keseluruhan sebanyak 65 orang. Tentunya, affirmative action perlu mengalami perbaikan lagi, sampai akhirnya kebijakan itu dapat menjadi solusi terhadap krisis perempuan dalam politik. Dari berbagai faktor penyebab tidak tercapainya tujuan peningkatan perempuan di lembaga legislatif, sepertinya butuh pembedahan kasus yang lebih mendalam lagi. Gunanya agar kebijakan yang dihasilkan lebih tepat sasaran, efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan manfaat akhirnya adalah dapat menjadi masukan untuk pemerintah dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan affirmative action yang sukses meningkatkan angka perempuan di lembaga legislatif di Indonesia pada umumnya dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat khususnya. Abstract This study aims to obtain explanations about the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. The method which used in this study is descriptive type in purpose to give a fact about the implementation of positioning mutation in the goverment of Soppeng regency in case of appointment the civil servant and find out about the implication of the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. Data is analyzed qualitatively. Data collecting technique which is observation and interview library study and documentation. The results of study showed that employees are in accordance with the principles profesionalism among base on competence, work performance, and objective condition only regardless of gender, religion, rece, or groups. In the present era of globalization where business competition between countries is getting tighter, the Indonesian government seeks to encourage micro and small businesses to take part and strengthen business people to be ready to compete with other countries. In addition to providing a large contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), micro and small businesses also absorb a large number of labor. When viewed from the point of gender, male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs have relatively balanced number but their success rate in managing a business is not the same. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there were significant differences in success between male and female entrepreneurs. This study uses secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2015, with a total observation of 58,290 industries in 23 industrial classifications. The results showed a significant difference between the success of male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs in micro and small businesses in Indonesia.

This writing aims to analize some misogini deeds which deem that women are placed as the second human who are unappropriate in entering men stage, so discoursed interpretations have consequence for marginalizing women into the edge of women deadlock in giving voice at their rights and duties, refering to the historical facts, on mattes pertaining to prophet Muhammad age showed that women weren't as people thought about women living without getting their rights and duties as men ones, other wisw on the real facts, they struggled together with men to acquire rights and duties equally and to avoid discrimination as an impact of sex and gender gaps.
This study research views relation between incentives and enhancement of unit's performance budget which is managed by human resources in DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. In this research using 62,568 data which is classified by 1,738 unit from 2017 – 2019 related to realization of budget and human resources. By using Difference in Difference method in this research find that after implementing policy in delayed of incentives, it has a positive impact on realization budget of 12.75% in units affected by the policy with a significance level of 1%. In addition, the implementation the policy if the unit can not achieve the target for two (2) concecutive months has a positive effects of 7.10% with significance level of 1%. This study recommends that the policy can be implemented if government concern in gender, education, and employee attendance in each unit, so the unit can achieve the target. The findings research support the literature that policy which is includes the punishment has positive effects in improving performance unit and motivating employee performance.
