Der von Lucyna Darowska, Thomas Lüttenberg und Claudia Machold herausgegebene Sammelband Hochschule als transkultureller Raum? geht der Frage nach, welche Bedeutung die "Begriffe Kultur, Transkultur und Bildung in der Hochschule" (S. 7) haben. Die fünf versammelten Aufsätze sollen in ihrer Summe Aufschluss darüber geben, "inwiefern der Transkulturalitätsbegriff auf der deskriptiven Ebene die Praxisrealität der Hochschulen adäquat erfasst" (S. 8). Dahinter steht auch die normative Frage nach den Maßnahmen, die getroffen werden müssten, damit die Hochschule zu einem transkulturellen Raum werden kann. Die aus Politikwissenschaft, Geschichte und Pädagogik stammenden Herausgeber/innen stellen mit diesem Band den Begriff der Transkulturalität als geeignete Zielperspektive für die Hochschule im 21. Jahrhundert vor, welche den Phänomenen der Migration und der Internationalisierung an den Hochschulen gerecht werden kann. ; The contributors to the edited volume Hochschule als transkultureller Raum? Kultur, Bildung und Differenz in der Universität (Academia As a Transcultural Space? Culture, Education, and Difference in the University), published by Lucyna Darowska, Thomas Lüttenberg, and Claudia Machold, discuss the meaning and significance of the terms culture, transculture, and education within the sphere of higher education. The compiled articles, taken together, are supposed to shed light on the extent to which the concept of transculturality adequately accounts for the actual circumstances in institutions of higher education, in practice, on a descriptive level (p. 8). Also underlying this is the normative question of measures necessary to enable higher education to become a transcultural space. With this essay collection, the editors, coming from political sciences, history, and pedagogics, introduce the concept of transculturality as a suitable objective for higher education in the 21st century that can meet the requirements of the phenomena of migration and internationalization.

Neben Globalisierung und Digitalisierung haben Fragen der Meritokratie und (Aus-)Bildung einen festen Platz im öffentlichen, politischen und privaten Diskurs, denn wir leben in Europa zunehmend in Bildungsgesellschaften. Die Zeit, die wir in Bildungsorganisationen verbringen, wird immer länger, der absolvierte Fächerkanon wird immer breiter und die Bildungsabschlüsse, die wir erwerben, werden immer höher (vgl. Leemann et al. 2016). Zugleich steigen mit dem Übergang von der Industrie- zur modernen Dienstleistungsgesellschaft die Ansprüche an fachliche und soziale Kompetenzen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (vgl. Mayer und Solga 2008). Mit dem Wandel der Wirtschaftsstrukturen hin zu wissensbasierten Tätigkeiten, der zunehmenden Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt, den demographischen Veränderungen und dem in diesem Zusammenhang befürchteten Fachkräftemangel stehen europäische Gesellschaften vor der Aufgabe ihre Bildungssysteme zu reformieren. Auf europäischer, nationaler wie auch regionaler und lokaler Ebenen versuchen Bildungspolitiker den Zugang zu Hochschul- und Berufsbildung und lebenslanges Lernen für immer mehr Mitglieder jeder Kohorte zu ermöglichen. Alle müssen sich mehr denn je um Bildungszertifikate bemühen, weil diese für erfolgreiche Berufskarrieren unabdingbar geworden sind. Zugleich gibt es in diesem Wettbewerb klare Gewinner und Verlierer, denn diejenigen ohne Zugang zu (Aus-)Bildung, vor allem ehemalige Sonderschüler und Hauptschüler, werden zunehmend marginalisiert (vgl. Pfahl 2011; Protsch 2014; Solga 2005). Bildung und die durch sie erworbenen und ausgewiesenen Fähigkeiten gelten in unserer Gesellschaft als Innovationspotenzial, als zentrale Voraussetzungen für wirtschaftlichen Erfolg, gesellschaftlichen Wohlstand sowie soziale und politische Teilhabe. Statt der sozialen Platzierung entlang zugeschriebener Merkmale der Herkunft (wie Schicht, Geschlecht, Rasse, Ethnie) soll die erworbene Leistung, signalisiert in Schulnoten, Bildungsabschlüssen, Qualifikationen sowie Bildungskarrieren insgesamt, den legitimen Zugang zu Positionen, insbesondere höheren sozialen Positionen bestimmen. Insofern ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass in europäischen Gesellschaften individuelle Bildungsbeteiligung und Bildungserfolg wesentliche Bestimmungsgrößen der Verteilung gesellschaftlicher Chancen und Risiken darstellen.

Widening access to labour markets through developing and promoting new or innovative programmes, aimed at reducing traditional gaps between blue collar and white collar respectively.V ocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE) has been high on the agenda of policy makers, especially at the European level for years. But how sound are these melodic rhythms written in Brussels or elsewhere when played with the old instruments of national legislations, traditions, funding shortages, and claims between different stakeholders? Our project LETAE (Reinforce the Labour Efficiency of Tertiary Adult Education at universities) focuses on the interface between universities and the "world of work": Subjects of inquiry are programmes for adult learners (who should have finished a first (either VET or HE) qualification), which combine learning at universities and at the workplace. This research report reveals the main findings of a comparative analysis of strategies of Tertiary Lifelong Learning (TLL), educational systems, funding, etc. of such programmes in the 6 participating countries (DE, UK, ES, CZ, TK, and FI). Additionally 3 case studies per country were selected and are sketched out in the report; so findings might not be classified as "representative", but as "indicative"; especially since the distribution of cases in our developed typologies draw a quite clear (and sad) picture. ; Bremen ; 64

Diese Dissertation entwickelt die Themenzentrierte Interaktion (TZI) als hochschuldidaktische Theorie. Ausgehend vom Humboldtschen Ideal "Bildung durch Wissenschaft" wird die historische Entwicklung von Hochschuldidaktik bis heute nachgezeichnet. Theoretisch werden sowohl humanistische, systemisch-konstruktivistische als auch hochschuldidaktische Konzepte und Modelle zur Fundierung der generierten Theorie heran gezogen. Zur Konkretisierung des Bildungsbegriffs wird ein umfassender Kompetenzbegriff heran gezogen, der neben fachlichen auch auf personale und soziale Kompetenzen sowie Urteilsfähigkeit abzielt. Kompetenzorientierung in diesem Sinne ermöglicht eine Verknüpfung des Humboldtschen Bildungsideals mit aktueller Hochschulbildungspolitik und damit der Bologna-Reform. Die Themenzentrierte, hochschuldidaktische Theorie wird darüber hinaus auch empirisch fundiert und kann so dazu beitragen, hochschuldidaktische Theorie auf drei Ebenen zu innovieren: (1) Epistemologische Überzeugungen und das Bildungsverständnis Lehrender sind ausschlaggebend für deren Haltung. (2) Die Haltung TZI-Lehrender ist von Achtsamkeit, Präsenz, selektiver Authentizität und Wertschätzung geprägt. Die Lehrenden haben sich selbst im Blick wie auch die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung der Studierenden. Diese Haltung arbeitet einem universitären Habitus entgegen, der stark von Konkurrenz und didaktisch technokratischer Halbbildung geprägt ist. (3) Diese Haltung wiederum korrespondiert mit der konkreten didaktischen Gestaltung von Lehr-Lernprozessen, bei der die TZI-eigene Balance von Thema, Subjekt, sozialer Lernsituation sowie Umwelt berücksichtigt wird. Zusammenfassend heißt dies, Hochschuldidaktik darf nicht auf der methodischen Ebene oder der Ebene der Modelle stecken bleiben, sondern es braucht eine fundierte didaktische Theorie, z.B. die Themenzentrierte Hochschuldidaktik, um sowohl der Bologna-Reform als auch "Bildung durch Wissenschaft" gerecht zu werden. ; This thesis deals with the theme-centred interaction (TCI) as a university-didactic theory. The historical development of university didactics is gone over starting at the ideal "Bildung durch Wissenschaft" (Humboldt) till this day. Further to sustain the generated theory theoretical humanistic, systemic constructivist as well as university-didactic draughts and models are referred to. Besides, a comprehensive competence concept is discussed to ascertain the educational concept which is aimed beside professional also at personal and social competences as well as the ability to judge. Competence orientation in this sense allows a linking of the educational ideal of Humboldt with current university educational policy and therefore the Bologna reform. In addition, the theme-centred, university-didactic theory is also backed up empirically and thus can serve to innovate university-didactic theory at three levels: (1) Epistemological convictions and the educational understanding of university teachers are decisive for their attitude and position. (2) The attitude and position of TCI university teachers is stamped by attention, presence, selective authenticity and esteem. These university teachers have in view themselves as well as the professional and personal development of the students. This position works against a university disposition which is strongly marked by competition and didactically technocratic superficial knowledge. (3) This attitude and position corresponds again with the concrete didactic creation of teaching-learning processes with the specific balance belonging to TCI consisting of the subject or theme, the person, the social learning situation as well as the environment. To sum up, university didactics may not get stuck at the methodical level or the level of the models, but it needs a sound didactic theory, e. g., the theme-centred university didactics to fulfil both demands: the Bologna reform as well as "Bildung durch Wissenschaft".

This report is a part of the results of the international project entitled "Studium in Osteuropa: Ausgewählte Aspekte (Analysen, Befunde)" conducted in the years 2013-2015 under supervision of Prof. Wilfried Schubarth and Dr Andreas Seidl from the Potsdam University, Department of Education Science, and Prof. Karsten Speck from the University of Oldenburg, Germany. The project was conducted jointly by representatives of academic centres from Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and Russia. Its general aim was a comparative analysis of the effects of implementation of Bologna Process directives into the higher education systems of the individual countries. The changes introduced into the higher education systems in the countries involved in the project were described and evaluated, discussed was in particular the problems of education of teachers at the university level. The following text is the result of the contribution of the Polish group participating in the project. The report will be presented in two parts. The first part is focused on the macro-societal context of transformations in the higher education system in Poland. The implementation of selected aspects of Bologna Process directives is described and supplemented by empirical comments. The second part deals with selected aspects of university level education of teachers, followed by a polemic against the assumptions and execution of the target transformations of higher education system.

Verschiedene Studien belegen, dass das lokale Hochschulangebot bzw. die Distanz zur nächstgelegenen Universität das Studienverhalten beeinflusst: Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, ein Studium zu ergreifen, steigt mit der geographischen Nähe zu einer Hochschule. In der vorliegenden Studie wird die Frage auf die Wahl des Studienfachs sowie der Hochschulinstitution ausgedehnt und in einem humankapitaltheoretischen Ansatz am Beispiel der ETH Zürich, der Universität Luzern sowie der pädagogischen Hochschulen analysiert. Auf der Basis einer repräsentativen Maturandenbefragung in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz (n = 1454) kann regressionsanalytisch gezeigt werden, dass die Distanz zur nächstgelegenen Hochschule auch einen Einfluss auf die Fächer- und die Institutionenwahl hat. Die Befunde sind hochschulpolitisch von Bedeutung, weil sie Hinweise auf eine angebotsinduzierte Studiennachfrage liefern. Zudem zeigen die Ergebnisse, dass bei Studierenden mit höherem sozioökonomischen Status das Studienverhalten durch die Distanz nicht beeinflusst wird, was als Indiz dafür gewertet werden kann, dass die Bedeutung der Entfernung einer Hochschule in Wirklichkeit auf Unterschieden in den Kosten eines Studiums gründet. ; Various studies show that local higher education provision and the distance to the nearest university effect study behavior. The probability of university participation increases with the geographical proximity of an institution of higher education. In this study we extend the question to the choice of subject of study and the specific institution using a human capital approach with reference to the ETH Zurich, Lucerne University and teacher training colleges. On the basis of a representative survey of holders (n = 1454) of the higher education entrance qualification in German-language Switzerland, we show through regression analysis that the distance to the nearest university also has an effect on choice of subject and institution. The results are of policy relevance because they indicate a provision-induced study demand. Furthermore, they show that study behavior is not influenced by distance for students with a high socio-economic status. This can be understood as an indication that the importance of the proximity of a university is actually founded in the difference in study costs.

Mit dem aktuellen Beginn eines neuen Jahrzehnts entsteht auch ein tiefergehendes Verständnis dafür, dass gesellschaftlicher Wandel nicht mehr aufzuhalten ist. Denn der wirtschaftliche Fortschritt und das soziale Wohlergehen einer Wirtschaft beruhen vermutlich auf der Fähigkeit, sich anzupassen und auf Veränderungen zu reagieren. Diese Veränderungen lassen sich grob als technologische Innovationen, digitale Fortschritte und Automatisierung im persönlichen und beruflichen Bereich zusammenfassen. Inmitten des anhaltenden technologischen Optimismus und anderer sozioökonomischer Veränderungen werden sich die Volkswirtschaften auch der Notwendigkeit bewusst, sich auf die Zukunft der Arbeit (Future of Work – FoW) vorzubereiten. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Steigerung der Beschäftigung mit der zugrunde liegenden Annahme, dass Hochschulbildung wesentlich zum wirtschaftlichen Wohlstand der Nationen beitragen und kompetente Arbeitskräfte zur Verfügung stellen kann. Das Konzept der Beschäftigung steht heute auch im Mittelpunkt der Hochschulpolitik. Obwohl Beschäftigung als "objektiver Begriff" definiert wurde, der anhand der Anzahl der nach dem Studium beschäftigten Personen gemessen werden kann, hat sie auch eine "subjektive" Bedeutung in Bezug auf den Wert der Arbeit für den Einzelnen und das mit der Arbeit verbundene lebenslange Lernen etabliert. Dieser Artikel konzentriert sich auf diese subjektive Dimension der Beschäftigung, welche die individuelle Motivation, das soziale Lernen und die Anpassungsfähigkeit im digitalen Zeitalter umfasst. Es wird argumentiert, dass der Einzelne nun mehr kognitive, kreative und soziale Fähigkeiten am Arbeitsplatz benötigt, um einen reibungslosen Übergang in die Zukunft der Arbeit zu ermöglichen. Die "Positional conflict theory" wird in der Folge dazu verwendet, den Zusammenhang zwischen Hochschulbildung, Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und Zukunft der Arbeit in einer sich wandelnden Zeit zu kontextualisieren. ; With the advent of a new decade, there is a reasonable understanding that change is here to stay. The economic progress and social wellbeing of an economy are believed to be resting upon the ability to adapt and respond to the changes. The changes can be broadly categorized as technological innovations, digital advancements, and automation in personal and professional spaces. Amidst the ongoing technological optimism and other socio-economic changes, the economies are also deliberate about preparing for the future of work (FoW). The emphasis is on increasing the employability with an underlying assumption that higher education can significantly contribute towards the economic welfare of the nations and prepare a competent workforce. The concept of employability is now central to higher education policy. Although employability has been defined as, an 'objective term' that can be measured in terms of the number of individuals employed after post-graduation, it also has a 'subjective' meaning in terms of the value of work to individuals and lifelong learning attached with the work. This article focuses on the subjective dimension of employability, involving individual cognition, social assets, and adaptability in the digital era. It argues that individuals will now require more cognitive, creative and social skills at work for a smooth transition into the future of work. Positional conflict theory is used to contextualize the nexus between higher education, employability and future of work in the changing times.

This paper examines the appropriateness of using educational technologies toward increasing flexibility of learning in a global higher education in South Asia. The integration of information and communication technology (ICT) into education is widely perceived as an essential aspect of teaching and learning in contemporary society and therefore embodied in education policies across many countries, Cambodia and Sri Lanka included. Authors consider the argument that while interactive educational technologies may be appropriate in countries in which self-directed study and student autonomy are emphasised, a similar use of educational technologies may be found appropriate. Yet, in South Asian countries, education has traditionally been more tightly structured and teacher-directed that is why this paper does examine government policies toward the use of educational technologies in higher education in Cambodia and Sri Lanka. Qualitative analyses of both needs and challenges of introducing and implementing ICT in these particular cultural contexts are considered as preconditions for an effective implementation of Higher Education (HE) skill development. Subsequently, a plan is concluded of how to implement EdTec in that HE network to trigger awareness about further steps of the recent measure.

It focuses on three fields of dispute: The autonomy of the universities, the appointment procedure of professors, and the question of (parliamentary) control of the powerful ministry of education. Based on yet uncovered sources from the Austrian State Archive, the paper explains why, despite suggestions to alter the system at the three "neuralgic" issues mentioned, Austrian higher education in the 1950s remained in firm hands of the conservative elite that dominated Austrian universities. ; The article investigates the political debate around the Austrian University Organisation Act from 1955. The three essays that form this thesis concern contributions made by private individuals to various types of public goods. The first essay is about the provision of higher education, with a focus on compulsory contributions to this good. A microeconomic model is presented in which it is assumed that government is prepared to fund education to a certain extent through general taxation. The remaining portion is to be financed either through fees at the beginning of studies or through a graduate tax on completion of studies. The analysis reveals a trade-off: compared to tuition fees, a graduate tax reduces work incentives because a graduate's marginal revenue from work is lower. At the same time, such a tax induces universities to improve their teaching quality as they stand to gain from increased tax revenue. It is demonstrated that if revenues are distributed evenly among universities, the universities free-ride on others' efforts to increase education quality and so they settle for a lower quality of education. This problem is then solved by allocating each university the tax revenue from its own alumni. It is also shown how a budget-balancing graduate tax encourages higher university participation than the equivalent tuition fee. Continuing the theme of taxation, the second essay reports results from a laboratory experiment that tests the effect of forcing contributions, through a charity tax, on people's voluntary donations of money to charitable organizations. The experiment seeks to investigate the effects of imposing a small, a medium and a large income tax on donor behavior, where the tax revenue and donations both go to the same good cause. Contrary to economic reasoning, it is found that the small charity tax crowds out donations from male participants to the extent that total contributions to the cause are reduced. This result cannot be explained by the theory of warm glow (Andreoni, 1990), which predicts only partial crowding out. However, an explanation for the observed behavior is provided by psychological reactance theory (Brehm, 1966): male participants in the experiment were willing to donate generously to the cause without any interference from a tax, but when forced to make a small contribution through a small tax, they reacted adversely by reducing total contributions below their "natural" level. Somewhat surprisingly, the charity tax is found to crowd in donations from female participants. The third essay compares voluntary contributions of time to formal charitable organizations with time spent helping others in informal settings, using detailed diary data from the German Time Use Survey 2001/02. A bivariate probit model is applied to calculate simultaneously the probability of volunteering formally and the probability of volunteering informally. The residual correlation estimate for the female sample is positive, meaning that women are more likely to volunteer formally if they also volunteer informally. This suggests that the decisions are complementary. However, for men, the decisions to volunteer formally and informally are not found to be significantly related. Further analysis of the subsample of full-time workers reveals an even stronger positive correlation between formal and informal volunteering among women who work full-time.

Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Problem des Studienabbruchs in Deutschland, das hochschulpolitisch immer wieder thematisiert wird. Dazu wird zunächst ausführlich auf die Definitions- und Messprobleme des Studienabbruchs eingegangen. Studienabbruch ist ein Ereignis, das sehr häufig mit anderen Formen von Fluktuation in der Hochschule verwechselt wird. Danach wird auf der Basis aktueller HIS-Untersuchungsergebnisse ein Überblick über die Entwicklung und Struktur des Studienabbruchs in Deutschland gegeben. Die neuen Studiengänge haben die Erwartung, zu einer Reduktion der Abbruchshäufigkeit beizutragen, bislang nicht erfüllt. Ursachen, Bedingungen und Motive für einen Studienabbruch stehen im Mittelpunkt des folgenden Abschnitts. Dabei wird deutlich, dass ein Studienabbruch ein komplexes Ereignis ist, in dem sich individuelle, institutionelle und gesellschaftliche Faktoren, die das Studium beeinträchtigen, überlagern. Theoretische Erklärungsansätze, vorrangig aus der Psychologie und Soziologie, schließen den Beitrag zusammen mit einer kurzen Erörterung präventiver Handlungsansätze ab. (DIPF/Orig.) ; The present article discusses the issue of drop-out from higher education, a topic which continues to be of importance in higher education policy. In the first part, the author provides a detailed analysis of the problem of defining and measuring drop-out from higher education. Drop-out from higher education constitutes a phenomenon which is often confused with other forms of fluctuation in the university sector. The author then goes on to give a survey of the development and structure of drop-out from higher education in Germany, based on recent research results provided by the HIS (Higher Education Information System). So far, the recently implemented study courses have not fulfilled the expectation that they would contribute to a reduction of the drop-out rate. Causes, conditions, and motives for terminating a course of studies form the focus of the next paragraph. It is shown that drop-out from higher education constitutes a complex event, in which individual, institutional, and social factors influencing the course of studies overlap. An outline of theoretical approaches to an explanation of the phenomenon, coming above all from the fields of psychology and sociology, combined with a short analysis of possible preventive strategies conclude the contribution. Internationalisierung und Management von Diversität gehören zu den prominenten, oft komplementären Schwerpunkten der Hochschulpolitik, die vor dem Hintergrund der Globalisierung und der Expansion der Bildungsbeteiligung Innovationsfähigkeit und Attraktivität signalisieren. Diskursbildend und politikbildend profilieren sich dabei vor allem die OECD und die Europäische Kommission. In diesem Beitrag werden Stadien des Diskurses über Internationalisierung und Diversitätsmanagement rekonstruiert. Die Umsetzung der bildungspolitischen Agenda in die Praxis der Hochschulen ist in diesen beiden ineinandergreifenden Feldern ungleich entwickelt, befindet sich im Aufbau. Für die weitere Entwicklung und deren kritische Betrachtung ist empirische Forschung zu der Bedeutung von Internationalisierung und Diversität aus der Sicht von Studierenden und Lehrenden ein Desiderat. (DIPF/Orig.) ; Internationalization and diversity management are among the most prominent, often complementary, key areas of higher education policies, meant to broadcast an institution's appeal and innovative capacity against the backdrop of globalization and expanded access to tertiary education. The rationale and the impact of internationalization and diversity policies are shaped to a large extent by the OECD and by the European Commission. In this paper, phases of the debate on internationalization and diversity management will be retraced. The practical implementation of the educational agenda of these closely linked fields is presently at different stages of development. In order to advance while maintaining a critical perspective of these continuing processes and discourses, empirical research addressing the practices and viewpoints of both students and faculty is particularly crucial. Pädagogische Hochschulen wurden bis zur Einführung des Hochschulförderungs- und -koordinationsgesetzes im Jahr 2015 durch die Kantone (Erlass Hochschulrecht) sowie die Schweizerische Konferenz der kantonalen Erziehungsdirektoren (Erlass Anerkennungsrecht) gesteuert. Im Zuge dieser jüngsten Gesetzesänderung haben sich die Kompetenzbereiche der involvierten Steuerungsakteurinnen und Steuerungsakteure wie auch die Steuerungsmechanismen für diesen Hochschultyp verändert. Im vorliegenden Beitrag soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, inwiefern sich durch das Bundesgesetz die Steuerung Pädagogischer Hochschulen gewandelt hat und welche Konsequenzen sich daraus für die Institutionen der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung ergeben. (DIPF/Orig.) ; Until the implementation of the Federal Act on Funding and Coordination of the Swiss Higher Education Sector («HEdA») in 2015, universities of teacher education had been jointly governed by the cantons (cantonal higher-education legislation) and the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (Diploma Recognition Agreement). As a consequence of this recent change in the law, there has been a shift both in the authority over governance and in the mechanisms by means of which universities of teacher education are governed. Against this background, this contribution addresses the following question: in what ways and to what extent have these changes affected the governance structures that pertain to universities of teacher education? Die Corona-Pandemie hat die Hochschulen in eine Krisensituation versetzt. Die damalige Entscheidung, das Sommersemester 2020 trotz Kontaktverboten durchzuführen, hat alle Hochschulen mobilisiert eine nahezu vollständige Online-Lösung aufzubauen. Diese ‹Zwangsdigitalisierung› hat Lehrende und Studierende in den folgenden Monaten in einen Experimentiermodus versetzt. Dass sich Lehrende und Lernende in dieser Breite mit digitalen Technologien auseinandersetzen und Erfahrungen machen, konnten bisherige Forderungen und Förderungen nicht erreichen. Es ist jedoch ungewiss, wie diese Dynamik in den Lehralltag einer Post-Pandemie-Zeit übertragen werden kann. Hier sind Hochschulen auf strategischer Ebene gefragt, den Krisenmodus für den Change-Prozess zu nutzen. Anhand einer Gruppendiskussion mit 14 Vizepräsidentinnen und Vizepräsidenten haben wir untersucht, welche langfristigen Veränderungspotenziale der Pandemie wahrgenommen werden. Durch eine strukturierte Inhaltsanalyse der Diskussion erweitern wir in diesem Beitrag die bisherigen zusammenfassenden Ergebnisse. Die Analyse zeigt, dass als entscheidende Variable für den Erfolg beim Krisenmanagement multiple agile Kooperationsformate zwischen den unterschiedlichen Ebenen und Akteuren wahrgenommen werden. Die Aufrechterhaltung und der Ausbau dieser Kooperationen kann die Grundlage für einen langfristigen Change-Prozess darstellen, der unabhängig von der CoViD-19-Pandemie notwendig ist. ; The Corona pandemic has put the universities in a crisis situation. The resulting decision to start and stage the 2020 summer semester mobilised all universities. They managed to provide the range of courses almost completely online to enable students to continue their studies despite the extensive contact limitations. This 'forced digitisation' initiated teachers and students to experiment with both restrained and extended possibilities in the following months. Previous demands and subsidies could not achieve such a broad acquisition of experiences with digital technologies. However, it is uncertain how universities can transfer this dynamic development into the regular teaching commitments of a post-pandemic period. Here, universities are challenged to expand the crisis mode to a reliable change process. Based on an expert discussion with 14 vice-presidents, we examined which potentials they perceived to change higher education in the long term. The analysis shows that they perceived the multiple agile cooperations between the different levels and actors of universities as a decisive variable for a successful crisis management. Maintaining and expanding these collaborations can be the basis for a long-term change process, which is necessary regardless of the CoViD-19 pandemic.
