(Pino,2016, p.12). Palabras Claves: Educación popular, cultura Hip Hop, emancipación, transformación social. ABSTRACT: This research is based on two postulates of popular education such as the critical and emancipatory positioning, and also from the Hip Hop culture, is ongoing with the group "Rapsiquis" belonging to the Libertadores neighborhood in the town of San Cristóbal linked to the Hip Hop culture in Bogota, guided by a methodology based on the socio-critical paradigm linking two postulates such as emancipation and the critical positioning of popular education and seeking to generate a social transformation by the hand of artistic expressions of the Hip Hop culture, this paradigm knows and understands reality as praxis, unites theory and practice, which allows us to interpret and make known the observable behaviors that are obtained from representative groups of culture using techniques typical of ethnography. Based on this research we want to analyze the role of the social worker and the intervention processes that he develops through the postulates of popular education, It is also important to explore the different processes of social transformation that can be achieved in the popular classes through artistic expressions, combined with a form of alternative education that fragments traditional learning methods. "The political work of thinking and acting in society brings with it a reflection toward the search for decolonial thinking, an aspect that leads to thinking and doing other forms of education, based on the emergence of the new, of change." ; The different forms of socialism have suffered significant loss of prestige. The cognitive foundations of Marx's thought are today inadequate. The aspirations of socialism to a substantial improvement of society and full human development remain valid. Today, in a world, ours, in which multiple barbarisms reign, how can these socialist aspirations be resurrected? Morin presents some proposals, which he articulates around two major projects: the Earth as the common homeland of humanity and a policy of civilization aimed at achieving good coexistence among all human beings. Although it considers that the threat of disaster hangs over humanity, nevertheless, it opens itself to the hope of a better world, based on the unexploited brain capacities of the human being and on the provision of technical means to ensure all the inhabitants of the world. Paulo Freire, a historical subject committed to his time, built his thought not only as a verbal or discursive commitment to the future, but also from his daily existence. An intellectual committed to a concrete reality, but not to comply with it, but to stress it from the demand of a vision of the future.
Orature in Africa has played a vital role through millennia as a(n only) medium to preserve and transmit the history, culture and imagery of each community. The griot clearly represents the performer of oral arts, but has experienced severe changes in their way of life and the narrative resources available to them. From the time of the patronage of the ancient great kings to the arrival of Islam, colonialism and, finally, the processes of modernization and westernization, griots have been forced to adapt to new patrons, new audience demands and new mass media, and they have lately become politicians or showbiz stars. The appearance of rap and hip-hop from the US claiming to be the "modern griots" has brought about both critical response and viral attraction to this new phenomenon, whether it be a new genre or a reinvention of the ancient griot's orature.
The need to shorten the distance between school life and daily life must be understood as pressing. In the face of this, students' recognition is required beyond their intellectual dimension, in the sphere of the human and the social condition. This recognition implies the implementation of didactic strategies, which involve the street culture in school activities, and at the same time, echo the students' voice (their interests, fears, experiences, and knowledge) within an institution, which is traditionally regulated by adults' voices.
The author presents a general view of some conditions previous the 1959 Cuban revolution; then he remarks the course and the achievement of the revolution in different fields. We found here and exhaustive critic balance of the real transformation at the eighty and ninety decades after the collapse of the eastern European countries, where the author remarks many of the measures taken by the Cuban government to face the economic crisis. He also refers, from a sociological analysis, the new spaces that have been generated at the social framework, and at the same time the appearance of visible inequalities and deep breaks. When the author makes some questions like why socialist Cuba continues alive? or gives the opinion that the country become stagnant but stable, he is trying to show considerations on theoretical assumptions offering some answers and also some possible landscape to be developed.
