Kurumsallaşmamış ekonomilerde genellikle denetim takdirlerinde sonuç farklılıklarının esastan farklılığı, denetimsel yargı çatışmalarını beraberinde getirdiği bir gerçekliktir. O halde bu tür ekonomi ve bunun kurumlarında denetim bir esasın maddi gerekçesi midir? Yoksa standartlara uygunluğun maddi beyanımıdır? Muhasebe uygulamaları uygunluk gerekçesi ile farklılaştırılmasına karşın, uygunluk kendi başına bir gerekçe olmayıp, gerekçeden yoksun öznel sonucun ifadesidir. Denetim takdirlerinde de uygunluğun uygunluğu, doğruluğu ifade etmeyip doğruluğun asgari ölçüsüdür. Bunun yanında bütünlüğün doğruluğu ile eşdeğer de değildir. Uygunluğun uygunluğu ile doğruluğun bütünlüğü arasındaki fark, gerçekte beklenti boşluğu olarak ifade edilen doğruluk boşluğudur. Buna göre denetim takdirlerinde kişimsel denetimin nedeni, hukuk sistemlerinin etkin olmaması ile yapılan işlemlerin doğruluk üzerinden yapılmayıp, uygunluk üzerinden yapılmasıdır. Growth rate is one of the most important traits from the point of view of individual fitness and commercial production in mollusks, but its molecular and physiological basis is poorly known. We have studied differential gene expression related to differences in growth rate in adult individuals of the commercial marine clam Ruditapes decussatus. Gene expression in the gills and the digestive gland was analyzed in 5 fast-growing and five slow-growing animals by means of an oligonucleotide microarray containing 14,003 probes. A total of 356 differentially expressed genes (DEG) were found. We tested the hypothesis that differential expression might be concentrated at the growth control gene core (GCGC), i.e., the set of genes that underlie the molecular mechanisms of genetic control of tissue and organ growth and body size, as demonstrated in model organisms. The GCGC includes the genes coding for enzymes of the insulin/insulin-like growth factor signaling pathway (IIS), enzymes of four additional signaling pathways (Raf/Ras/Mapk, Jnk, TOR, and Hippo), and transcription factors acting at the end of those pathways. Only two out of 97 GCGC genes present in the microarray showed differential expression, indicating a very little contribution of GCGC genes to growth-related differential gene expression. Forty eight DEGs were shared by both organs, with gene ontology (GO) annotations corresponding to transcription regulation, RNA splicing, sugar metabolism, protein catabolism, immunity, defense against pathogens, and fatty acid biosynthesis. GO term enrichment tests indicated that genes related to growth regulation, development and morphogenesis, extracellular matrix proteins, and proteolysis were overrepresented in the gills. In the digestive gland overrepresented GO terms referred to gene expression control through chromatin rearrangement, RAS-related small GTPases, glucolysis, and energy metabolism. Negli ultimi quarant'anni, la storiografia sulla sessualità, sviluppata soprattutto in ambito anglosassone, ha prodotto diverse storie locali e globali, oltre che dibattiti metodologici inerenti in particolare all'utilizzo di una categoria contemporanea, come quella di omosessualità, per indagare il passato. Intorno ai punti di contatto e alle differenze paradigmatiche che intercorrono tra l'idea attuale di omosessualità e la categoria moderna di sodomia si sono sviluppati confronti talvolta inconciliabili. Sostenere una divisione netta, per cui sarebbe anacronistico intendere l'omosessualità prima della sua "comparsa" nel discorso pubblico tardo-ottocentesco, ha portato spesso a scrivere una storia dei crimini sessuali, più che della sessualità. Di contro, ignorare le imprescindibili differenze di contesto storico si è rivelato, a sua volta, semplicistico. La tesi propone uno dei possibili percorsi di storia dell'omosessualità nella Venezia moderna, spostando l'attenzione dallo statuto penale/morale di sodomia alla storia della "libertà libertina" del sesso: dal reato, spesso distorto dagli addebiti violenti dei registri della giustizia, alla longue durée, sul piano culturale, sociale e della mentalità, della libertà-dalla-norma come traccia per indagare l'omosessualità. L'approccio di storia culturale risponde al tentativo di allargare l'analisi non soltanto al versante normativo e istituzionale, teologico e giuridico, ma anche ai diversi ragionamenti eterodossi in tema di sessualità - "libertinismo/libertinaggio" - presenti in un luogo, come Venezia, più facilmente associato, per consuetudine, all'idea di libertà. Dei 153 procedimenti censiti dalla presente ricerca, viene infine approfondito il caso che coinvolse Alvise V Sebastiano Mocenigo. ; Over the last four decades, the historiography of sexuality has produced a number of local and global chapters, and also aroused methodological debates deriving chiefly from the fact that a contemporary classification like homosexuality was applied to investigation of the past. The points of contact and the paradigmatic differences that exist between how homosexuality is viewed today, and the early modern category of sodomy led to the development of comparisons that can often be conflicting. Espousing the idea of a clear-cut division (anachronistic for defining homosexuality before its "appearance" in late-nineteenth-century public debate) has often meant that the history drafted was one regarding sex crimes rather than sexuality. On the other hand, overlooking essential differences in the historical context proved to be simplistic. Our thesis addresses one of the possible paths of the history of homosexuality in Early Modern Venice, shifting focus from the criminal-moral status of sodomy to the history of "libertine sexual freedom". We begin with a crime often distorted by violent charges lodged in judicial records and arrive at the lengthy duration in culture, society and attitude of independence-from-norm as a direction for investigating homosexuality. The cultural history approach meets the need to broaden the analysis not only of regulatory and institutional, theological and juridical aspects, but also of various heterodoxy arguments applied to sexuality (libertinism/libertinage) present in a place like Venice, customarily more easily identified with the idea of freedom. Archive research drew upon sixteenth- and seventeenth-century Venetian sources integrates data available in scientific literature to provide a complete overview of the judicial actions throughout the early modern age of the Council of Ten, the Venetian judiciary tasked with the repression of sodomy. Of the 153 cases reviewed by this research, we include an in-depth analysis of the action against Alvise V Sebastiano Mocenigo.

The Covid-19 pandemic situation redefines the rules of social and relational behavior. These changes affect the economic, political, individual and family dimension. In particular, families experience new challenges, related to the new ways of working, reorganizing and sharing living spaces and the need to renegotiate the domestic and care roles previously delegated outside. These new conditions of cohabitation can lead to the emergence of conflicts, with important consequences for the psychological well-being of the subjects. This survey is part of a wider multidisciplinary research and focuses on the redistribution of gender roles in domestic and care activities, on family conflict and on the happiness level of respondents. The quantitative survey involved 550 married/cohabiting subjects (76.0% women). The data underline how despite women continue to devote more time to home and care activities than men, this is not perceived as a conflict. Despite the partners spend more time at home, the difference in gender roles within the family is confirmed. The conflict is perceived especially in couples with children in the age of 7-11 and 12-14. During the lockdown period, men and women perceive a lower condition of happiness, and in relation to the normative value (pre-pandemic period). Furthermore, there is a lower perception of happiness in those who experience conflict situations. ; L'emergenza Covid-19 sta ridefinendo regole di comportamento sociale ma anche relazionali, che hanno inevitabili ripercussioni a livello economico, politico, individuale e famigliare. In particolare, le famiglie si sono trovate a sperimentare nuove sfide, dettate dalle nuove modalità di lavoro, dalla riorganizzazione e condivisione più assidua degli spazi abitativi e dalla necessità di rinegoziare i ruoli domestici e di cura, che spesso venivano delegati all'esterno. Tali nuove condizioni di convivenza possono portare al sorgere di conflitti, con importanti conseguenze per la salute psicologica dei soggetti. Il presente lavoro fa parte di una più ampia ricerca multidisciplinare e si focalizza sulla ridistribuzione dei ruoli nelle attività domestiche e di cura ai tempi del covid-19, sul conflitto familiare e sui livelli di felicità dei soggetti. La ricerca quantitativa ha coinvolto 550 soggetti coniugati/conviventi (76.0% donne). I risultati mostrano come benché la donna continui a dedicare maggior tempo alle attività domestiche e di cura rispetto all'uomo, questo non sia percepito come motivo di conflitto. Nonostante, quindi, entrambi i partner stiano passando maggior tempo tra le mura domestiche, permane la differenza dei ruoli rivestiti all'interno della famiglia. Il conflitto è percepito soprattutto nelle coppie con figli nella fascia d'età 7-11 e 12-14. Per quanto riguarda la percezione di benessere, misurato attraverso il costrutto della felicità, nella situazione di quarantena, sia per le donne che per gli uomini, è inferiore rispetto ai valori normativi di riferimento (condizione pre-pandemica). Si registra, inoltre, una percezione di benessere inferiore in coloro che sperimentano situazioni conflittuali.

Due to the pandemic, in the University of Palermo (Italy) the remote mode was used for both teaching and final exams. Specifically, our reflection aimed at understanding the impact of the online exams on the "private dimension" of the students. According to the regulations of the University of Palermo, during the exams, the students must be visible in their own space, while the teachers were allowed to insert different screens to protect their private space. The result was, for the students, the public sharing of their spaces, the collective insertion into their private dimension and the manifestation of individual differences and inequalities in access to resources. Smart working involved a reorganization of the training spaces by readjusting and reorganizing spaces of private life. The private space has become a safe space and the only scene of the main activities. The research is exploratory. Quoting Goffman, we analysed the relationship between front and backstage during an online exam such as during the pandemic lockdown.

The paper studies the relation between the social class of an individual & his (her) party vote in Italy in four elections: 1972, 1983, 2001 & 2006. The analyses are based on (electoral) survey data, including for 2006 a rolling cross section survey. Independence indices, Kappa indices, cumulative logit models & binomial logit models are used in the analyses. Results show that, theories about the "death of class" notwithstanding, the association between class & vote continues to exist & it matters, though it is not very strong. A slight decline of the association across elections can be detected, as well as some interesting variations in the aggregate vote of certain classes. Adapted from the source document.

Italian Law n. 170/2010 clarified the characteristics of the Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), as well as the needed interventions that the school must operate to provide the supports to these students. In particular, the 2013 Guidelines required the Regions to coordinate the implementation of practices for early identification. After reviewing the legislative path, the article presents the Protocol drawn up in the Aosta Valley, discussing the theoretical choices, the implemented system, the methodology of intervention and the results of the monitoring process. Durante i periodi di crisi, la tipologia di informazione di cui le persone hanno bisogno e che esse richiedono differisce a causa del contesto e della situazione personale in continua evoluzione. Il Covid-19 rappresenta una crisi mondiale, una pandemia. Già dopo i primi casi di Covid-19 si è sentita la necessità di maggiori informazioni. Le persone di tutto il mondo stanno vivendo un momento nuovo e difficile, caratterizzato da ansia, insicurezza e sofferenza. La totalità dei media e dei canali sta fornendo informazioni sulla situazione, sui comportamenti da seguire, nonché consigli sulla salute e sugli interessi delle persone. Questa quantità di informazioni possibili può provocare un sovraccarico informativo che in cambio determina un effetto in termini di rifiuto delle informazioni. Tuttavia, anche le fake news e le teorie complottiste ottengono sempre più attenzione. È necessario capire in che modo le persone nelle diverse parti del mondo cercano e valutano le informazioni.Questo studio propone un primo confronto tra la percezione e il comportamento degli individui di diversi paesi nel periodo di diffusione del Covid-19. Oltre alle differenze tra i paesi, vengono studiati i cambiamenti comportamentali degli individui. ; During crises, the kind of information, people need and require differ due to a changing environment and personal situation. Covid-19 represents a worldwide crisis, a pandemic. Already after the first Covid-19 cases occurred, more information was required. People all over the world are experiencing a new and difficult time which is formed by anxiety, insecurity, and passion. All media and channels are providing information about the situation, regulation, health advice, and personal interests. This amount of possible information can lead to information overload which in return has an effect towards information avoidance. However, also fake news and conspiracy theories get more and more attention. It is necessary to understand how people seek and evaluate information in different parts of the world.This study provides a first comparison of individuals' perception and behavior due to Covid-19 from different countries. All countries share aspects during this global health crisis, but there are also big differences: «[…] each country has its unique political and social systems that affect information behavior and environments». Therefore, as a follow up study to Dreisiebner, März, and Mandl, individuals from Germany and South America were asked through an online survey about their information provision confidence, information seeking behavior, media usage and handling of fake news during Covid-19. L'attestazione di una filosofia e di una politica manageriale pone le basi per il ritorno al paradigma della tribù e della lotta tra tribù estranee che esistono e sopravvivono per differenza, ovvero, nel reciproco rimando negativo. L'ottimistica utopia della modernità si specifica allora, nella società complessa, come retrotopia diffidente e rassegnata, indicante la strada di un narcisistico ritorno al grembo materno. ; Retrotopia, the title of a recent work by Zygmunt Bauman, evokes the idea of an age of nostalgia in which the future is demonized and is faced with an debatable re-evaluation of the past. This type of utopia, on the contrary, derives from the negation of the classic utopia and is based on the insurmountable riskiness of every decision and the unknowns that this entails in the attempt to reconcile individual security and freedom in post-modern society. The hopes for individual and collective improvement are therefore relocated from their natural home, the future, into particularist interpretations of the past that are presumed to be stable and more reliable precisely because they have already been given. The backward process - determined, in large part, by the set of political, economic and social conditions and processes that are generally defined by the term globalization and by the progressive transformation of the individual into consumer goods to be advertised and sold on the market - it does not consist, however, in a return to the past as such, but in a partial valorization connected to a selective memory and oblivion that take a particularistic and non-objective look towards past events. The privatization and individualisation of the idea of progress that follow leads to the reconsideration of the model of the tribal community, the return to the conception of a primordial ego, the abandonment of the notion of civil order as a context governed by non-negotiable principles and, finally, to the justification of a group right, frequently identified with the nation. The attestation of a managerial philosophy and politics lays the foundations for the return to the paradigm of the tribe and of the struggle between foreign tribes that exist and survive by difference, that is, in mutual negative reference. The optimistic utopia of modernity is then specified, in the complex society, as a diffident and resigned retrotopia, indicating the path of a narcissistic return to mother's womb.

Çokkültürlülük ise bir politik duruştan çok mevcut durumu özetleyen tanımlayıcı bir kavramdır. Çokkültürlülük, bir toplumdaki etnik, kültürel, dilsel, ırksal, dinsel ve/veya bireysel tüm farklılıkların, siyasal ve kamusal alanda kendini özgürce ifade etmesi ve tanınması anlamına gelir. Çokkültürlülük bu durumda, belirgin niteliği birlik ve çoğulculuk arasındaki gerilim olan daha genel bir sorunsalın, milli birlik sorunsalının özel bir biçimi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği'nin bugün içinde bulunduğu refah paylaşımı ve işsizlik temelinde gerçekleşen durağan yapı, birliğin çokkültürlü sisteminin iflas etmesine sebep olmaktadır. Küreselleşme ile terörist organizasyonların propaganda imkanının gelişmesi bu durumun da ırkçılık ve yabancı düşmanlığını tetiklemesi dolayısı ile kimlik politikalarına bağlı çokkültürlülük iflası arasında güçlü bir bağ vardır. Çokkültürcülüğün iflası sadece sağ veya muhafazakar siyasetçiler tarafından değil ana akım partilerin tümü tarafından dile getirilmektedir. Bu düşünceler birleştiğinde Avrupa'da özellikle ll. Dünya savaşı sonrasından günümüze görülmemiş düzeyde yabancı düşmanlığını körüklemektedir. The development of multiculturalism will be restrained, that is, multiculturalism will be redefined in the political context of the Western democracies in which it is born in order to make a "covering" definition of multiculturalism. In this case, multiculturalism emerges as a specific form of the question of national unity, a more general problematic which is the tension between unity and pluralism. When it comes to multiculturalism, the identity is the ethnic identity. This ethnic identity refers to a certain soya belonging. In nation-state process, the second line remains in nation formation. Today, with the departure from the understanding of cultural identity, the reflex of ethnic identities to redefine themselves and return to their authentic reality emerges. Multiculturalism is at this point in the world and is looking for a legitimacy ground for itself. The stagnant structure of the European Union, which is based on welfare sharing and unemployment today, causes the multicultural system of the Union to go bankrupt. There is a strong link between globalization and the development of the propaganda opportunities of terrorist organizations, which in turn triggers racism and xenophobia, and therefore the multiculturalism connected with identity politics. The work of multiculturalism is not only spoken by right-wing or conservative politicians, but by all mainstream parties. Today, individuals live in a daily life space where they are addicted to fashion and what is constantly renewed. Consumption practices, guided by the symbolic values of consumption objects, have been a means of class mobility for individuals in different income groups as a status indicator. Certain types of consumption practices have become the means and purpose of creating a lifestyle, ensuring its continuity, and creating differences by making use of the artificial attractiveness of consumption objects. The motivation to be different from the other has become possible with consumption practicies that are reproduced, valued and given meaning, which have the potential to indicate the social position, class position and prestige of the individual. In this article, the dynamics and dimensions of differentiation and separation forms embodied by consumption practices are discussed.

The attestation of a philosophy and managerial policy also lays the foundations for the return to the paradigm of the tribe and the struggle between foreign tribes that exist and survive by difference, in mutual negative references. The optimistic utopia of modernity is then specified, in complex society, as a diffident and resigned retrotopy, indicating the path of a narcissistic return to the womb.

This study compares the political discourses of Silvio Berlusconi and Jens Stoltenberg. These two politicians represent different political ideologies and belong to two different countries—and, hence, to different cultures. However, both of them were in power for a long time and almost in the same historical period. What kinds of differences and similarities can be found in the language used in their discourses when talking to people? Three discourses produced by each politician under similar circumstances are analyzed. This paper focuses on the lexical items used in the discourses, describing them from a quantitative (frequency) and qualitative point of view. The differences in the use of metaphors is explained by affiliation to two different cultures, whereas the lexical choice is often based on linguistic and individual properties.
