Industrial relations dispute settlement can be done through litigation and nonlitigation. The process of settlement of disputes through litigation in the courts, resulting in agreements that are not yet able to embrace the adversarial common interests, tend to cause new problems, slow in its solution, requiring expensive, unresponsive, and caused animosity between the parties. While the dispute settlement process through non-litigation out of court to produce an agreement that is win-win solution, which guaranteed the confidentiality of the dispute by the parties, to avoid delays caused due to procedural and administrative problems in a comprehensive settlement in togetherness, and still maintain good relations . The only advantage of non-litigation process is the nature of confidentiality, because the process of trial and even the decision was not made public. Dispute settlement mechanism is a win-win solution can be done in stages: first stage Bipartite tail, a settlement through consultation between workers with employers without the intervention of third parties. This study examines the micro enterprises of industrial sectors that receive Kredit Usaha Rakyat (People's Business Credit/KUR) or Commercial Credit (KK) in seven cities in East Java. First-ly, this study aims to measure the technical efficiency of micro enterprises in the industrial sector in East Java that accept KUR and KK using the Data Envelopment Analysis method; secondly, to ex-amine the factors that influence the technical efficiency of micro enterprises, which receive KUR and KK with Tobit Regression. Unlike others' researches, this paper attempts to determine the influ-ence of technical efficiency and other factors on the poverty status of micro entrepreneurs using logistic regression. The average technical efficiencies of KUR and KK recipient micro businesses using the as-sumptions of the DEA VRS model are 0.94 and 0.77. While the average technical efficiencies of KUR and KK recipient micro businesses using the assumptions of the DEA CRS model are 0.88 and 0.71. The factors that influence the technical efficiency of micro enterprises recipients of KUR and KK are profit, experience, geographical location, amount of credit, KUR access, the credit realization peri-od, and dummy variable of food and beverage products. The factors that influence the poverty status of micro-entrepreneurs are technical efficiency, income, KUR access, gender, number of household member, and geographical location. The results of this research can be a material consideration for the government in formulating policies.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of unemployment rate, labor force, investment, inflation rate, and government expenditure on economic growth in Indonesia in the long term and short term for the period 1986-2015. This research uses cointegration and Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The results of ECM treatment with EViews 8 indicate that the unemployment rate and capital have significant positive effects, labor force and inflation rate have significant negative effects, and government expenditure has an insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia within the study period.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine halal certification for halal culinary, destination brand and emotional experiences on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Design/methodology/approach This study uses a quantitative survey approach to 400 respondents consisting of Muslim foreign and domestic tourists who had visited Lombok in the past three years. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). Findings The findings showed that halal certification has no effect on customer satisfaction but on influenced behavioral intention, destination brand of Lombok had no effect on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction influenced behavioral intention and emotional experiences affected customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research limitations/implications This study collects data from respondents both domestic and foreign tourists simultaneously. However, the data acquisition of respondents and foreign tourists is not balanced. Thus, this study analyzes tourists in general, not distinguished between foreign and domestic tourists. Practical implications The government and tourism organizers in Lombok need to provide socialization for domestic and foreign tourists on the need to choose halal-certified food and drinks to ensure halal and hygiene. In addition, so that the destination image of Lombok can provide a beautiful experience that becomes a moment of the truth, then the local government should improve its service strategy holistically. Social implications Destination image needs to be improved. This requires holistic tourism quality services so that the social community knows that Indonesia has a halal tourism destination that exists as tourists come from the airport to the hotel and enjoy food in restaurants and tourist attractions that are Muslim friendly. Originality/value This paper contributes to filling the void in the literature related to tourism management that is linked to tourism in the aftermath of natural disasters, where empirical studies on halal tourism are on the rise. Therefore, respondents in the study were specific, that is, those who had traveled. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is the first of a kind that includes behavioral intention in tourist destinations after natural disasters in the Indonesian context.

Because voters are more interested in choosing in terms of the candidate's image. For a successful team should offer more courses menyentu on society as a voter. For the next researchers, it is expected to use a cluster sampling method so that the possibility of the population being represented in the sample is greater.

Conflict is something that can not be separated in the process of management of the company. Conflict that managed well will be able to make a positive contribution to the business activities and the achievement of corporate goals. This study used a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach. The selection of a qualitative methodology based on the problem formulation used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the conflicts that happened in management Central Market Puspa Agro caused by internal and external factor. Internal factor is derived from obscurity powers, functions and roles, monitoring and evaluation weakness, slowness of responds to the problems, the competence of individual differences, the target and task interdependence. External factors consist of the presence of government policies and industry demands. The effect of conflicts are functional and dysfunctional. Conflict management is applied by stimulation , reduction of conflict and conflict resolution methods.

This study aims to describe the process of collaborative governance in maintance of air pollution in Surabaya City. The result shows that the collaborative governance has three stages, there are identifying obstacles and opportunities, debating strategies for influence, and planning collaborative actions that haven't been effective yet. That shows in the criteria of collaborative governance which hasn't been fulfilled yet especially in distributive accountability and access to resources criteria in the debating strategies for influence stage. Those criterias indicate the lack of involvement of other stakeholders in the collaboration forum and the insufficient financial resources.

The low HDI in Pandalungan is a government-focused development priority, especially in the healthcare sector. The attempts to break the COVID-19 chain must be made to improve the quality of government services in the region. In optimizing the activities, the sub-district leaders play a significant role. There is an appeal to the sub-district leaders to enforce social distance since there is no face-to-face meeting with the appliance assigned. The Camat (a sub-district head) needs to adjust to this situation, so the Camat uses new media to perform his tasks. The COVID-19 pandemic affects several aspects of life, including the style of leadership. Digital leadership has become a model of leadership that is successful during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The current study, based on those evaluations, is aimed at assessing the impact of digital leadership on the performance of public services by the sub-district chief Pandalungan. To meet the goal of the study, a qualitative approach is applied. It can be concluded that transformational leadership is oriented towards the organization's vision and goals, which are outlined in action.

Purpose of the study: This paper will discuss the application of maqasid al shariah as a benchmark in the Corruption Measurement Model (CMM) based on Maqasid Syariah. Dimensions to be assessed on maqasid al shariah based on the opinions of Syathibi include hifdzun Dhin, hifdzun an-nafsh, hifdzun al-aql, hifdzun an-nasl, and hifdzun al-maal. Methodology: In addition to successfully formulating all the relevant details of maqasid al shariah for corruption measurement, this study is the first research that uses quantitative methods like ANOVA on data from all provinces in Indonesia. Main findings: The result is the average score from the Corruption Measurement Model (CMM) in Indonesia which is found to be good enough. The empirical study using ANOVA shows that there is no significant difference in the maqasid dimension among provinces in Indonesia, with a significance of 0.05. Applications of this study: The results of this study enables researcher, practitioner and policy maker to understand the implication of corruption and its impact on the society. Novelty/ Originality of this study: The application of maqasid al shariah is tested to explain the impact of corruption on the inadequacy of infrastructure and inefficient bureaucracy.

The development of the television industry in Indonesia began in 1962; Intensity of competition in this industry began in 2000 and 2001, with the emergence of several private television stations that have special characteristics. Furthermore, emerging new television station broadcasting from the TransTV, Lativi, Trans7, GlobalTV and Metro. In 2013 and 2014 appeared new television station like Bloomberg, CNN Indonesia, which uses the brand which has been established and has a reputation in the field. This study could broaden the understanding of the meaning of an organization's reputation and gain whatever can be produced from a good reputation. The research was conducted at the organization Trans Media. The first phase of the study was to conduct inductive theory building. Target sample in this study was the informant who has sufficient competence and capabilities related to the issues. The main data sourced from the implementation of semi-structured interviews with two types of informants: managers who have responsibility for managing programs of TV shows, and the board of directors or commissioners who will provide direction for the management of the overall TV. The result of the research lead to the conclusion that the Trans Formation based on the concept of national metropolitan television. To maintain its reputation, Trans consistently presenting quality broadcasts in accordance with their values, namely anti-mainstream, educate, and inspire. The establishment of the organization's reputation in the form of a proposition in the form of a model with three components, namely Trans formers reputation, strategy, reputation formation and passage of reputation.

Perkembangan industri mampu mengubah mata pencaharian penduduk kota dari sektor pertanian ke pabrik dan kerajinan. Kegiatan ekonomi industri didukung oleh masuknya kendaraan modern yang berfungsi sebagai alat angkutan barang dan orang. Kesempatan kerja yang terbuka mendorong laju migrasi, sehingga populasi penduduk meningkat. Artikel ini menjelaskan unsur-unsur yang menunjukkan perubahan Surabaya menjadi kota modern. Penjelasan lain berhubungan dengan perubahan tatanan fisik kota dan komposisi penduduk. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemajuan Kota Surabaya ketika terjadi perubahan secara simultan yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan berbagai bidang.

This study aims to investigate the antecedent of trust in relationship marketing in non profit organization. Relationship marketing is a concept that is rooted in social exchange theory. It is attracting, maintaining and enhancing customer realtionship. In relationship marketing concept, trust variable is a key success factor. Trust is a willingness to rely on an exchange partner in whom one has confidence. The topic of trust is generating increased interest in organizational studies both in profit organization and non profit organization. This riset uses a survey method and the research samples are individual donors of philanthropy organizations. The number of respondents are 507. Multiple linear regression is selected as the technique of analysis.This research examines three hypotheses where two of them are supported. They are (1) the impact of shared values on trust; (2) the impact of communication on relationship commitment. Meanwhile, the unsupported hypothesis is the impact of relationship marketing investment on trust. The contribution of this study is mainly in broadening the application of relationship marketing concept. In specific, the concept is not only suitable for profit organizations as commonly thought, but also for non profit organizations. In this broadening conception, the key role of trust in relationship marketing in non profit organization.

Local Government are required to implement accrual-accounting. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that may increase the readiness of Batu Local Government in the implementation of accrual accounting. This study used three variables: competency, organizational commitment, and professionalism of employees. The population in this study is the officers involved in the financial administration of the area in 34 regional units. The sample was selected using a quota sampling technique. Data in this study were obtained through questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis method used is the test of data quality, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression test with SPSS (statistical product and service solutions). The results showed that competency, organizational commitment and professionalism of officers may increase the readiness of the application of accrual accounting, the professionalism of officers can be used as an intervening variable in relation to competency with the readiness of the application of accrual accounting, and shows that the professionalism of employees cannot be used as an intervening variable in relation to the organization's commitment to the readiness of the application of accrual accounting.

Purpose This study aims to extract information and analyze the antecedents of Muslims following pilgrimage tours. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia shows that 87.18 per cent of the total population of Indonesia are Muslims. In addition to running the ruling of Islam and the pillars of Faith, Muslims also maintain the religious tourism. The form of religious tourism which is widely followed by the Muslims of Indonesia is to follow a pilgrimage to the tomb of the wali (Guardian), both wali limo and wali songo. Design/methodology/approach This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews of Muslims in Indonesia who had already attended pilgrimages to wali limo and/or wali songo. Findings The tourists are satisfied and have an intention to revisit the destination, and the interest of the community to follow religious tours is very large, as well as the opportunities to do business in this sector are still wide open. Various motives and benefits of following religious tours, as well as suggestions for improvements for religious tourism destination managers, as well as advice for the government were uncovered. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a theoretical contribution related to marketing management in religious tourism and a practical contribution for the managers of religious tourism. Research limitations/implications Further research can be done with a quantitative approach, as well as comparative studies between pilgrimages in Indonesia (developing countries) and pilgrimages in other developing countries or in developed countries can also be conducted. Practical implications For marketing practitioners, the results of this study can be used as a consideration to continue to improve services in the field of religious tourism in the country, given the potential for development is very large. Social implications There is a contribution from this study to the development of marketing science, particularly related to marketing management on religious tourism services. Originality/value This study offers new insight regarding factors influencing Muslims pilgrimage tourism in Indonesia.
