This paper examines Pierre Rosanvallon's contribution to understanding populism by adopting two approaches: the first one is the internalist approach, comprising an analysis of his book Le Siècle du populisme (2020) and its comparison with his theory of changes in contemporary democracy (2006-2015). The second approach consists of comparing Le Siècle du populisme with the works of other authors on the subject. The paper is divided into three parts. First, we analyze Le Siècle du populisme, focusing on the two aspects that we consider the most original: the typology of "limit forms of democracy" and its ways of degradation and his critique of populism. In the second part, we contrast this work with his theory of changes in contemporary democracy. In the third part, we contextualize Rosanvallon's work within the literature on populism, exploring the author's idea of populism vis-à-vis democracy. We also compare his interpretation with three of the main contemporary works on the subject: that of Nadia Urbinati involving theory of democracy, and that of Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, leading theorists of "leftist populism", targets of Rosanvallon's criticism. Then, we argue that what distinguishes his contribution to populism research is the scope of his theory, able to encompass tensions and complexities in the study of democracy and that offers a way out of the theoretical ambiguities of previous studies on populism. ; L'objectif de cet article est d'examiner la contribution de Pierre Rosanvallon à la compréhension du populisme. Analisamos nesse artigo, as implicações e os limites da proposta para o desenvolvimento do Brasil nos anos 90 do século XX. À luz da perspectiva ontológica marxiana, nos detivemos na reflexão das políticas educacionais do governo brasileiro, e em alguns projetos desenvolvidos pelas Nações Unidas. Esses corpos legais apontam saídas para o desenvolvimento econômico e social do Brasil, através de um outro modelo de formação escolar. Confrontamos o modelo de desenvolvimento defendido pelos objetos em análise com a compreensão crítica e particular da formação histórica do Brasil. Dessa forma, concluímos que há incongruências nesse projeto, pois sua proposta não supera o lugar subordinado do Brasil frente aos países avançados do capital.
The machine-man of La Mettrie appears constantly connected to the cartesian animal-machine. From this relation, it is possible to inquire whether there is indeed some continuity between the Cartesian proposal and that advocated by La Mettrie or, on the contrary, whether the latter effectively represents a criticism and a rupture with respect to the former. Our interpretation is that the germ of materialism - and La Mettrie does not escape it - can only develop in the condition of breaking completely with the cartesian doctrine. So, far from there being only one step between one and another philosophical theory, what exists is a radical and giant difference. There is no theoretical continuity between the cartesian animal-machine and the lamettrian machine-man. Unlike what happens in Descartes theory, particularly, in his dualistic conception that implies a discontinuity, Machine-man establishes a continuist thesis between men and animals. For La Mettrie, the passage from animality to humanity is not a violent passage, but a gradual one.
This article describes the creation of a memory initiative in Medellín, Colombia: a commemorative wall with the names of the people murdered in Santo Domingo Savio's neighborhood. Based on this description, the authors analyze the relations among the conceptions of memory, common, and community, and call into question the consequences of commemorating the murderers in the same space of the victims. Why is recognition central for the public discussion on memory? Is there a legitimate and an illegitimate way of mourning? Which lives really matter? The analysis is carried out from the results of two doctoral researches with emphasis on the concepts of community, common and identity. The article concludes that in the case of the commemorative wall of Santo Domingo Savio, what is common to this group are the feelings of loss and vulnerability in facing violence. As a result, what relates the members of this territory is less a positive identity than the recognition of their losses as well as their common dealing with finitude and death.

A partir de uma reflexão sobre as noções de formação – mais especificamente, de "formação do professor" – e tendo como eixo central (1) suas práticas concretas e materiais no universo da escola e (2) trabalhos que temos desenvolvido acerca da "formação docente e cinema", o texto apresenta reflexões acerca da noção de Educação e de Educação como de construção de identidades. No contexto destas reflexões, procuro problematizar a ideia de identidade como algo fechado, pronto e determinado, que em nossa cultura tem se constituído a partir de processos de modulações, sobretudo a partir da imagem e do cinema. Sendo assim, o texto procura apresentar uma discussão que acene para pensar uma discussão da diferença e toma como autores centrais para esta reflexão Foucault, Agamben e Benjamin.
This article presents the Vigotskyan review of development and subjective constitution in educational practices. At the same time it retains the modern nature of the Vigotskyan psychological program, from the particular point of view of the influence that it bestows on educational processes, taking into account its impact on subjective development. Such development implies that superior forms should be seen as those forms of selfregulation and growing, conscious and voluntary control as forms of government in themselves. Presented here are the points of relative confluence which are observed between the focus of psychological development derived from Vigotsky's work and some perspectives on educational mechanisms. ; Este artículo presenta la revisión Vigotskyana de los procesos de desarrollo y constitución subjetiva en las prácticas educativas. A su vez, rescata el carácter moderno del programa psicológico Vigotskyano, desde la particular perspectiva del peso que otorga a los procesos educativos ponderando su impacto sobre el desarrollo subjetivo. Tal desarrollo implica ver las formas superiores de autorregulación y control creciente consciente y voluntario, como formas de gobernar de sí. Se presentan los puntos de confluencia relativa que se observan entre el enfoque del desarrollo psicológico derivado de la obra vigotskyana con algunas perspectivas acerca de los dispositivos escolares. ; Este artigo apresenta a revisão Vigotskyana dos processos de desenvolvimento e constituição subjetiva nas práticas educativas. Também resgata o caráter moderno do programa psicológico Vigotskiano, desde a particular perspectiva do peso que dá aos processos educativos ponderando seu impacto sobre o desenvolvimento subjetivo. Este desenvolvimento implica ver as formas superiores como as formas de auto- regulação e controle crescente, consciente e voluntario, como formas de se governar. Foram apresentados os pontos de confluencia relativa que foram observados entre o enfoque do desenvolvimento psicológico derivado da obra vigotskiana com algumas perspectivas sobre os dispositivos escolares.
Cet article vise à présenter une réflexion sur la protection de l'environnement et la politique économique durable, en considérant certains éléments substantiels de la théorie des jeux appliquée aux réfugiés environnementaux, ainsi que sa rationalité procédurale analysée à la lumière du développement durable. En outre, les récentes catastrophes environnementales mettent en évidence les impacts économiques et la problématique des risques que la société mondiale endure. Ces impacts ne se limitent pas aux aspects économiques, mais reflètent également sur les marchés sociaux, de la santé, de la sécurité sanitaire, du travail et des finances. À travers une synthèse scientifique, cet article utilise la méthode de la recherche déductive et exploratoire, basée sur l'analyse des références d'articles et des études bibliographiques.
