In the Common Law system judges have the power to create subsidiary laws: they make rules in strict sense. The concept of femicide in Latin America was
developed by the ethnologist and anthropologist Marcela Lagarde, specifically for the case of women murdered in Ciudad Juarez (Mexico). The term has spread to other countries and in Colombia it was
built into the reform to the Penal Code (Act 1257 of 2008) in this law is to protect women in such circumstances, this paper intends to make a sketch and a made known this as fact.

This work presents several different points of view regarding the role of environmental innovation as the driving force of public policy designed to promote sustainabilityand reduce environmental impacts. Environmental innovation is analyzed byexamining concrete practices such as sustainable design, green branding, eco-labeling, the use of medicinal plants, and improved plant varieties, among other things, and the individual and collective intellectual property rights that protect and promote these kinds of innovations. While this thematic diversity is directly proportional to the complexity of the author's presentation, it does not detract from the conceptual unity of the text. On the contrary, by examining the concepts as applied in a variety of contexts, the author highlights not only the challenges that must be faced in order to protect the general interest, but also proposes alternative solutions that promise to improve the structure, emphases, and priorities of these rights. This work represents the culmination of a valuable research project that benefited from the cumulative experience of the author and will be of great interest to scholars in the field, It is an important theoretical contribution to the formulation of strategies for environmental mitigation, adaptation, and recovery.

ABSTRACT The study by legal scholars and educators argue that an interdisciplinary approach in teaching law is inevitable. This article seeks to analyze two questions: being first, to what extent law schools in Indonesia adopt interdisciplinary subjects into the curriculum. Second, to what extent these interdisciplinary subjects are relevant to the government's Industry 4.0 Roadmap. This study analyses the curriculum of law schools, both in private and public universities across Indonesia, as well as making the comparison with other universities in ASEAN. These samples of law schools represent three major regions of Indonesian archipelagos; these are the eastern, central and western region.RESUMEN El estudio realizado por especialistas en derecho y educadores argumenta que el enfoque interdisciplinario en la enseñanza del derecho es inevitable. Este artículo busca analizar dos preguntas: en primer lugar, en qué medida las facultades de derecho en Indonesia adoptan materias interdisciplinarias en el plan de estudios. Segundo, hasta qué punto estos temas interdisciplinarios son relevantes con la Hoja de ruta de la Industria 4.0 del gobierno. Este estudio analiza el plan de estudios de las facultades de derecho, tanto en universidades privadas como públicas de toda Indonesia, y también compara con otras universidades de la ASEAN. Estas muestras de facultades de derecho representan tres regiones principales del archipiélago de Indonesia, estas son: la región oriental, central y occidental.

The article presents Polish agricultural law as a branch of law in the legal system, as a set of laws (part of legislation), a scientific discipline and a teaching subject. The author states, among other things, that the study of agricultural law is closely related to the (agricultural) policy of the country, sharing its fate. This policy has been and still continues to be the main determinant of the development of agricultural legislation. In Poland, agricultural legislation which developed as a consequence of the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy led to a stronger legislative position of agricultural law. This is an indication that efforts to strengthen the position of agricultural law in university teaching should also be promoted.

The purpose of the research was to study the sufficien and necessary conditions for applying the principles of law in the processes of law making and execution. In the main content it has been established that the principles of law should be understood as universal, fundamental, basic provisions and ideas reflectingdeep foundations of human existence, general relations formed by the participants of legal realities as a result of their social interaction and as the basis for legal development. The following methods were used in the research: analysis of biographical sources, synthesis, deduction, comparative analysis and meta-analysis, etc. In the conclusions of the case it has been shown that consistent adherence to legal principles by legislative and law enforcement bodies will create an atmosphere of predictability and stability of legislation in society. Finally, the principles enshrined in the Constitution and codes of Ukraine should become a prerequisite for modern Ukrainian society to implement a humanistic concept of personality, education of legal subjects, an effective norm on a par with other norms regulating specific relationships, and should not remain only a statement.

This research emerged from the questions about the validity of the arbitral agreements, arbitral procedures and arbitral awards, all of them developed by electronic means.In order to arise to the possible solutions of those sorts of questions, it was made, in its first stage, a complex comparative chart that shows the arbitral formal requirements established in the different legislations around the world for both international and domestic arbitrations, and their relation with the corresponding "functional-equivalent" derived from the local law on electronic commerce.That comparative chart included the legislations of Colombia, Germany, United States, Australia, Hong Kong, and United Kingdom. They were chosen in order to be able to represent the different legal systems that exist in the whole world, and also accordingly to their international political and commercial importance.Additionally, because there is no enough bibliographical material to support this subject matter, in a second part of this first stage, there were included some brief accounts of specialized journals' articles about related topics, which brought significant references to the development of the investigation. For this reason, they were graded taking into account the relevant information supplied and their relation with the analyzed problems.As a result of the first research stage, it was concluded that it is possible to develop online or electronic arbitrations in the mentioned places because their legislations allow them. However, one of the main issues that has to be faced soon is the particular cultural background of each place, because they are, in some cases, extremely different and formalist. ; Este trabajo, consistente en un estudio de derecho comparado del arbitraje en línea, se desarrolla a partir del cuestionamiento sobre la validez jurídica de los pactos, procedimientos y laudos arbitrales realizados por medios electrónicos.Con el propósito de obtener soluciones a esos interrogantes, se adelant ó, en esta primera etapa, una investigación sobre los requisitos formales exigidos en los arbitrajes tanto internacionales como locales, tal como se encuentran establecidos en diferentes jurisdicciones, así como su relaci ón con el "equivalente funcional" consignado en la correspondiente ley local sobre comercio electrónico. (El "equivalente funcional" es un criterio que intenta precisar las funciones que cumplen determinados requisitos formales [escrito, firma, original, entre otros], para establecer de qué forma pueden ser cumplidas de manera electrónica, y así otorgarle el mismo valor jurídico a tales instrumentos electrónicos.)Los resultados de esa investigación se plasmaron en un cuadro comparativo que incluyó las legislaciones de Colombia, Alemania, Estados Unidos, Australia, Hong Kong y Reino Unido. Estas jurisdicciones fueron escogidas según su importancia internacional, tanto política como comercial, y de manera tal que pudieran representar los diferentes sistemas legales que existen en el mundo.Adicionalmente, como se detectara la necesidad de respaldar la investigaci ón con material bibliográfico complementario, en la segunda parte de esta primera etapa, fueron incluidas reseñas de artículos de revistas especializadas, con referencias significativas a los subtemas objeto de investigación. Las reseñas mencionadas fueron clasificadas atendiendola relevancia de la información contenida en cada una de ellas y su relaci ón con los problemas analizados.Como resultado de la primera etapa de esta investigación profesoral, se concluyó que es posible realizar arbitrajes electrónicos o en línea en las jurisdicciones estudiadas, comoquiera que sus leyes le reconocen valor jurídico a ese tipo de actuaciones adelantadas por medios electrónicos. Sin embargo, al lado de esta conclusión jurídica se determinó que una certeza legal sobre el particular podría verse obstaculizada por una especial resistencia de carácter cultural en cada uno de los lugares estudiados (y en el resto del mundo), debido principalmente a la concepción formalista que informa las distintas áreas del derecho.Por último, como se indicara antes, es de anotar que lo descrito corresponde tan solo a la primera etapa de la investigación, desarrollada completamente en idioma inglés, la cual se extenderá en una segunda fase al estudio de la jurisprudencia que se ha emitido sobre el objeto de la investigaci ón y a un estudio preliminar de las dificultades culturales en las jurisdicciones analizadas.

Las familias han sido y son un tema de debate en la criminología y la sociología del delito en lo relativo a su influencia directa y/o indirecta en las infracciones que cometen los adolescentes. El presente artículo se inserta en este debate analizando historias familiares de adolescentes en conflicto con la ley en la Ciudad de México. El objetivo no es culpabilizar ni mostrar la cuota de responsabilidad familiar en los ilícitos, sino dar cuenta del contexto familiar que hace posible el "proceso de orillamiento" de los adolescentes a tener una mayor exposición al riesgo de cometer una infracción. El artículo busca dar cuenta de la incidencia de la familia en la infracción de los adolescentes y realizar una crítica al proceso judicial en lo referente a la activación de la paradoja de la familia como origen y destino.

The article argues that a possible political change in Cuba will not come about through the total collapse of the current state apparatus, but through a rupture evolution with the past, that is, a democratic exit "from the law to the law", highlighting how the latter entails the lowest social costs for the island. ; El artículo sostiene que un posible cambio político en Cuba, no surgirá mediante el hundimiento total del aparato estatal actual, sino mediante una evolución rupturista con el pasado, es decir, una salida democrática "de la ley a la ley", destacando como esta última supone los menores costos sociales para la isla.
