The aim of the article was to reveal the structure of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the national security of Ukraine in the context of European integration. In the course of the study the following methods were used and combined: axiomatic, analysis and synthesis, classification, hermeneutic, deductive, dialectical and metaphysical, logical and semantic and modeling. In the results of the research, it is generalized that the framework of national security provision in the circumstances of European integration is similar to the basic elements of any other instrument of provision of activities. In practical terms it is defined, what material and conceptual elements are included in the structure of the administrative legal mechanism. In the conclusions it is emphasized that these legal and administrative components can be: on the one hand, normative, institutional, instrumental, analytical, etc.; and, on the other hand, organizational, practical and implementation and mixed.

El artículo analiza los dibujos de Torsten Jovinge en Sevilla, artista vinculado a las Vanguardias Históricas parisinas, procedente del círculo de André Lhote, cuyos planteamientos cubistas superó con una nueva figuración en contacto con los planteamientos de importantes pintores internacionales, como Fernand Léger, Le Corbusier y Amédee Ozenfant, en consonancia con la Pintura Metafísica, y con ciertos paralelismos con las estructuras directas de Magritte. En esos dibujos reflejó la problemática civil y militar de Sevilla durante el Alzamiento Nacional de 1936.This article is about Torsten Jovinge in Seville, a painter linked to Historic Parisian Vanguard from influence of André Lhote, whose cubist approaches exceeded with a new figuration of important international painters like Fernand Léger, Le Corbusier y Amédee Ozenfant, according to the Metaphysical painting and Magritte. Torsten Jovinge's drawings show civil and military problems of Seville during Military Uprising of 1936.

We will deal here with a point of intersection between Leibniz and Spinoza, on a question of importance to modern philosophy: the concept of the individual. In Leibniz, the divis ibility of matter to infinity and the need for a principle that accounts for the unity in the multi plicity of the elements that make up every body, lead him to conceive metaphysical units that are the foundation of what is presented to the senses. In Spinoza, on the other hand, to think about the conditions of permanence of the same individual through the various changes that he undergoes, he will argue that a composite individual conserves his nature not only by maintain ing a certain relationship of movement and rest, but also by his conatus, that is, his strength to persevere in being, at the same time as by his ability to generate active affections.

El objetivo de este artículo es precisar el papel, no exento de ambigüedades, que Karl Marx juega en el intento de Hannah Arendt de trazar un pensamiento de lo político no secuestrado por las categorías de la metafísica. Tan pronto pensador moderno del trabajo, la historia y la violencia, como último lazo con la olvidada experiencia griega, pre-filosófica de lo político, las claves del diálogo de Arendt con Marx permiten iluminar el propio proyecto teórico de la pensadora. ; The aim of this paper is to determine the role, not always unambiguous, that Karl Marx plays in Hannah Arendt's endeavour of outlining a thought of the political free from metaphysical categories. Both a modern thinker of labour, History and violence, and at the same time the last tie to the forgotten Greek, pre-philosophical experience of the political, the keys of the Arendt's dialogue with Marx help to illuminate Arendt's own theoretical project.

El relato detectivesco ha experimentado numerosas transformaciones desde que a finales del siglo XIX se forjara como un género literario. Las narraciones sobre individuos singularmente dotados (perspicaces, valientes) que se empeñaban en resolver enigmas criminales fueron al principio consideradas como literatura popular. Es innegable que su prestigio en el mundo literario ha ido en aumento, sobre todo desde mediados del siglo XX, cuando surgieron modalidades tan sofisticadas como el relato detectivesco metafísico, con su tendencia a alegorizar los elementos de la trama e investirlos de significados filosóficos. En Hispanoamérica, desde la época de las trágicas turbulencias políticas y sociales de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, la narrativa ha sabido modificar las diversas convenciones criminales para tratar temas vinculados con la delincuencia en el ámbito público. En este sentido, un caso significativo lo constituye la obra narrativa del boliviano Edmundo Paz Soldán (1967), autor que conjuga el relato detectivesco metafísico con una representación crítica y más cercana del realismo de la vida en su país. Sus protagonistas son ciudadanos de la aldea global, pero al mismo tiempo están atentos a los persistentes problemas "premodernos" de su país. ; The classic detective literary convention had been transformed several times before the detective-fiction genre was created by the end of the 19th century. It presented the adventures of individuals that entwined criminal mysteries. It is undeniable that its prestige in the literary world has risen, especially since the middle of the 20th century, when there appeared such literary genres as the metaphysical detective story that endowed plot elements with a philosophical meaning. In Spanish America, since the turbulent times of various political and social problems of the second half of the 20th century, writers have developed many ways of depicting the social and political crime scene thanks to modifying diverse literary conventions of the detective story. A good example is the creation of the Bolivian author Edmundo Paz Soldán (1967) who merged the metaphysical detective story with critical perspective: it describes contemporary Bolivians, citizens of the global village who are still preoccupied with the "premodern" social and political issues in their country.

The objective of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the formation of the legal competence of future specialists of non-legal specialties by reviewing the educational programs of the main specialties in the participation of legal disciplines, describing the difficulties faced by students of non-legal specialties in the study of legal disciplines, all of which, allows to identify the methodological characteristics of the teaching of the legal disciplines for the direction of the students. Varied methodological tools were used, including philosophical methods of knowledge (dialectical, metaphysical, synergistic), general scientific and specifically scientific (compilers, comparative). The main results of the work are the definition of the problems of higher education in the formation of educational programs for students of non-legal specialties and the identification of the typical problems faced by students of non-legal specialties in the study of legal disciplines. A set of methodological techniques is proposed in the teaching of legal disciplines for students of non-legal specialties.

This research defends the thesis that in Leibniz´s philosophy, both justice and freedom have an evident metaphysical grip, conveyed in the role of Divinity as a reference for human action. At first, the relationship between divine and human justice raised by Leibniz is addressed. Subsequently, the subject of freedom is deepened, particularly in the relation to free will and freedom of indifference. Finally, some conclusions are outlined regarding the contribution of these categories to current political thought. ; En esta investigación se defiende la tesis de que en Leibniz, tanto la justicia como la libertad poseen un claro asidero metafísico, expresado en el papel que cumple la Divinidad como referente para el actuar humano. Se aborda, en un primer momento, la relación entre justicia divina y justicia humana planteada por Leibniz. Posteriormente, se profundiza en el tema de la libertad, particularmente en lo relacionado al libre albedrío y a la libertad de indiferencia. Finalmente se esbozan algunas conclusiones en torno al aporte de estas categorías al pensamiento político actual.

The aim of this paper is to explain how ethical relativism leads to a process of legal "absolutism"', and to the breakdown of a democratic system. The recovery of ethical objectivity, brought about by a metaphysical conception, belongs to a progressive relativism of Law, and to a healthy sense of democracy. The claim far absolute truth and absolute values prevents an absolutism of Law and sets the foundations of a legal partiality capable of making Law relative once again. ; La intención de este trabajo es mostrar cómo el relativismo ético conduce a un proceso de absolutización del derecho y a la del sistema democrático. La recuperación del objetivismo ético, propio de la concepción del mundo metafísica, se corresponde con una progresiva relativización del derecho, y con un sano sentido democrático. La reivindicación de la verdad y los valores absolutos impiden el absolutismo del derecho y fundamentan un personalismo jurídico capaz de relativizar de nuevo lo jurídico.

The infrapolitical is the thinking that flickers on the tremorous limit at which the end of the representation of historical progress is finally realized and the metaphysical indulgences of previous vital, political and ideological illusions (such as the bourgeois foundations of fraternity, equality, and liberty) founder and run aground, rising up, nevertheless, in increasingly vitriolic forms as subjectivist reactionary demands for definitive (nationalist, populist, or identitarian) decisions, resolutions, or truths regarding the twilight of the modern. Attunement to a specifically infrapolitical register in thinking gives no credence to the overcoming of political disenchantment in the name of fidelity to the unifying inheritance of 'the commons' since the infrapolitical comes to the fore in the realization (which cannot be merely confused with eschatology) that "nothing remains any longer in which the hitherto accustomed world of humankind could be salvaged; nothing of what has gone before offers itself as something that could still be erected as a goal for the accustomed self-securing of human beings" (Heidegger, 2015, p. 154). ; .

The present seeks to make a comprehensive approach to the sociological thinking of Max Weber from his work, emphasizing the theory of authority to understand the complex relationship between legality and legitimacy. Where the concept of Weberian authority distances itself from the authoritarianism of fascist thoughts and democratic entelechies become metaphysical collectivisms, to propose sociologically an idea of authority that is legitimized by decisions, positions and responsibilities of those who establish relations of authority. ; El presente texto busca realizar un acercamiento comprensivo al pensamiento sociológico de Max Weber desde su obra, haciendo énfasis en la teoría de la autoridad para entender la relación compleja existente entre legalidad y legitimidad, donde el concepto de autoridad weberiano se distancia del autoritarismo propio de pensamientos fascistas y de entelequias democráticas, devenidas de colectivismos metafísicos, para proponer, sociológicamente, una idea de autoridad que se legitime por decisiones, posicionamientos y responsabilidades de quienes establecen las relaciones de autoridad.

Resumen: El autor expone los argumentos centrales desarrollados tanto por Höffe como por Luhmann respecto de los fundamentos de un orden normativo institucional que garanticen una justicia política y no-metafísica. Así, presenta las contribuciones de ambos pensadores; explica -en la primera sección- la ética luhmaniana, y más adelante describe la crítica de Höffe al positivismo luhmanniano. Finalmente, el autor rescata las contribuciones de Luhmann y Höffe y las ubica como las más relevantes de las últimas décadas en materia de filosofía del derecho alemán. ; Abstract: The author presents the central arguments developed by both Höffe and Luhmann regarding the foundations of an institutional normative order to ensure political and non-metaphysical justice. Thus, presents the contributions of both philosophers; in the first section, he explains the Luhmanian ethics, and afterwards describes the criticism of Höffe to Luhmannian positivism. Finally, the author highlights the contributions of Luhmann and Höffe and statuses them as the most important ideas in recent decades in philosophy of German law.

En este artículo se revisa la definición aristotélica del ser humano como "animal político", a la luz de los cambios que ha experimentado la condición humana en los dos últimos siglos. En concreto, se lleva a cabo una lectura de Aristóteles desde Arendt, y de Arendt desde Aristóteles. Mediante esta doble lectura crítica, se plantea la necesidad de elaborar una antropología bio-tecno-política, que evite la disyuntiva entre el dualismo metafísico-teológico y el monismo físico-biológico. ; In this article I examine the Aristotelian definition of the human being as "political animal" in the light of the changes human condition has experienced in the last two centuries. Specifically, I make an interpretation of Aristotle based on Arendt's work and an interpretation of Arendt based on Aristotle's work. Throughout this double critical review I suggest that we need to develop a bio-techno-political anthropology that avoids the dilemma between the metaphysical-theological dualism and the physical-biological monism.
