The purpose of the article is to research the artistic experience of the presentation of the culture of national minorities, in particular the Roma, in music, theatre, choreographic, and screen art and to determine scientific guidelines for the adaptation of models of creativity, which will contribute to the optimisation of the cultural process in Ukraine. Research methodology. In developing the topic, the author comprehensively applied the methods of scientific analysis, comparison, and generalisation. Analytical and systematic methods in their unity were involved for consideration of the art history plane of the problem. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the traditions of Roma cultural heritage are investigated in the context of composer and directing practices of music, choreography, theatre, and screen arts and became the subject of a special study for the first time. A comprehensive analysis has been carried out and the peculiarities of the production of works of art based on the traditions of Roma culture have been revealed. Conclusions. The materials presented in the article expand the arsenal of knowledge regarding the specifics of the Roma national culture represented by means of musical, stage, choreographic, and screen art; enable their use in educational courses, creation of educational and methodical literature on history, theory and practice of culture, music, theatre, choreographic, cinema, television, directing.
China is a unified multi-ethnic country. The cultures of ethnic minorities play a crucial role in the Chinese civilization. Various cultural heritages, including the tangible cultural heritages and the intangible cultural heritages, are the fundamental components of the cultural protection. The Chinese government has always attached great importance to protecting and developing the cultures of ethnic minorities and has made certain achievements, but there is still room for improvement, especially in the field of the legal protection. In this paper, the author focuses on the legal protection of the cultures of ethnic minorities in China. Based on the empirical analysis for some cases and theory research, he gives a review of the improvement and solution of the relative problems and puts forward his suggestions.

"In contrast to the widespread focus on ethnicity in relation to engagement in offending, the question of whether or not processes associated with desistance - that is the cessation and curtailment of offending behaviour - vary by ethnicity has received less attention. This is despite known ethnic differences in factors identified as affecting disengagement from offending, such as employment, place of residence, religious affiliation and family structure, providing good reasons for believing differences would exist. This book seeks to address this oversight. Using data obtained from in-depth qualitative interviews it investigates the processes associated with desistance from crime among offenders drawn from some of the principal minority ethnic groups in the United Kingdom. Cultures of Desistance explores how structural (families, friends, peer groups, employment, social capital) and cultural (religion, values, recognition) ethnic differences affected the environment in which their desistance took place. For Indians and Bangladeshis, desistance was characterised as a collective experience involving their families actively intervening in their lives. In contrast, Black and dual heritage offenders' desistance was a much more individualistic endeavour. The book suggests a need for a research agenda and justice policy that are sensitive to desisters' structural location, and for a wider culture which promotes and supports desisters' efforts"--EBL
