Development Strategy Of Nature Tourism Object In Sanrobengi Island Boddia Village Galesong District Takalar Regency
This study aims: 1) to know the aspects that can be developed as a natural tourist attraction in Sanrobengi Island. 2) to know the public perception of the development of natural attractions in Sanrobengi Island. 3) to know the prospect of developing natural attractions in Sanrobengi Island. Objects in this study are tourists and the public. The data presented in the form of primary data taken from the questionnaire "Prospect of Sanrobengi Island Tourism Object Development in Boddia Village Galesong District Takalar District". Informant retrieval was taken using accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.The results show that the appropriate development strategy in the development of Sanrobengi Island as a natural tourist attraction is a strategy of Strength - Opportunities. The conclusions obtained include: physical aspect and social aspects strongly support the development of Sanrobengi Takalar Island as a natural tourist attraction. Public and tourist perceptions of natural attractions that agree to do more development. The development strategy that can be done include developing interest tourism, enhancing cooperation between central and local government, making promotion through website, banner, and billboards, local people's role in developing tourist object such as boat service utilization as well as maintaining and maintaining coral reef habitat environment.

The rural population is a basic capital for national development, owned by the people and the Indonesian nation. In the constitutional structure of the Republic of Indonesia, the Village has developed in various forms and is obliged to be protected and empowered to be strong, advanced, and democratic and democratic so as to carry out governance and development towards a just, prosperous and prosperous society. The involvement of the Village Head in resolving conflicts within rural communities has made the writer interested in studying the nature of cases out of court settlement by the Village Head against the village community and the reformulation of legal policies in implementing the nature of the settlement of a non-court problem. The approach used in this research is statute approach, historical approach, and conceptual approach, and case approach. The results of this study states that solving a problem that occurs in the village by placing the Village Head as a peace judge is a form of discretion / policy of the executive in order to realize public service for the community. In other words because it is a discretion, it certainly follows the laws and regulations that state the limits of it.

Russia's engagement in Eurasian integration highlights the challenges that Russia faces in Asia. Russia needs to re-establish political and economic influence in the region to maintain her eastward-focused integration drive, including building a southeastwards bridge to China and Asia Pacific. In this context, the cooperative nature of Russian policies is the conditio sine qua non for the establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2015. This article examines Russia's integration policy in relation to Central Asia and beyond, towards Asia as a continent. Regional integration is very much a popular idea, with the potential for economic benefits and increased international influence. Significant steps were taken towards the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union. However, to implement its regional initiatives and to become a more visible player in the regional multilateral institutions, Russia will have to overcome both domestic and international limitations it faces. The changing perspective of international relations in lndonesia
This article explores the development of international relations (IR) in Indonesia with special focus on the changing trends in its theoretical perspectives. It argues that the academic works examined reflect the ways in which Indonesia's IR scholars perceive and theorize the nature of the dynamics of external political environments and their connections to the state's foreign relations. The argument is elaborated in two related parts. The first section discusses the theoretical perspectives that developed during the Cold War period, which focuses on the propensity toward historical realism and regionalism. The second part of the discussion examines recent developments in which Cold War perspectives have been reconsidered, and in many respects modified into three new categories of theoretical thinking, namely reform, resistance, and eclecticism. The changing theoretical trends reveal that Indonesia's IR scholarship is open and innovative. The conclusion comments on the development of the Indonesia's IR.
