This is a study of what it is to write up a piece of research. That is, a study of the power of writing. Postmodernism has had its sway over social psychology as such as over the other social sciences. It has set a query against established forms of scientific writing, and what they imply. Social studies of science and technology have debunked the fiction of scientific method, especially in the allegedly 'hard' sciences. Equally, in the so-called 'soft' sciences, New, experimental forms of ethnography, done by postmodern anthropologists, have doubted the very idea of the ethnographer's authority. Whether qualitative or quantitative, all methods are now in question. This article reviews new literary forms which might offer a way to both challenge the ever-present issues of power, while at the same time keeping true to the social scientist's fundamental aim - to promote society's reflection on itself. To do so, one will have to break fee from such limiting, but unconscious, binaries as the divide between object and subject, reality and fiction, and between form and content. Auto-ethnography, as Creative Analytical Practice presents itself as one such promising literary form.
Summary New forms of work, technological change, demographic and epidemiological conditions, poverty and inequality, pose challenges and require social security, keep pace with change, diversify and adapt for the benefit of the whole population. In this context, international solutions have emerged that focus on new ways to complement or strengthen social security systems to react to current and future job transformations, and consider technology as a social product to be controlled through the social agenda, to achieve a just transition, underpinned by solidarity, the principles of social justice, social inclusion and human well-being. Thus, by considering a package of minimum benefits to all people, the social protection floor makes clear the role of the government and the private sector in the provision, financing and regulation of the system. Universal basic income is a response to uncertainty about the number of jobs available in an increasingly digital economy and the idea of democratising wealth, promoting social inclusion and the autonomy of people with fewer resources. Both solutions, with a social dimension, aim to harmonise the adaptation process in a changing world, to tackle the commercialisation of work, the protection of those who are not part of an employment relationship, and to cover the different stages of people's lifecycle.

Using the comparative historical method, the purpose of this article was to detect the new political forms of intercultural dialogue at the time of the classical music festival. The international festival "Music without limits" has not been the subject of scientific research since the moment of its foundation twelve years ago, festival which has an annual presentation at the Dnipropetrovsk academy named after M. Glinka. The authors of this paper have discovered the series of new forms relating to intercultural dialogue in time, one of the most famous classical music festivals in the central region of Ukraine, in particular discrete (separate) form in connection with the celebration of holiday music, denotes a different presentation in time, concerts of general thematic or compositional-artistic features; repertoire-region form of festive movement, which concentrates the predominance of musical compositions of a certain region or country; permanent form of performance in terms of the presentation of masterpieces of the cycle of academic musical art, which is stipulated by the performance at a single concert of all compositions of the musical cycle. It is concluded that music, under certain political conditions, can represent a space for intercultural dialogue.

; This paper aims at understanding the political aspect of neo-liberalism, that is, to approach it not just as a mere economic system but rather as a new form of control and social domination. Framed in Communitarian Social Psychology, this study examines the Argentine experience of worker takeovers. Such takeovers had their origin in the crisis that the country faced in the late 90s. We analyze what the takeover meant to the workers in terms of their subjective identity. Their collective action presents an alternative to the usual triad of rights: to exist, to work, & to receive support. It displays new forms of agency & resistance to unemployment & its negative social labelling. Focussing on two workers' cooperatives, we examine the main changes in individuals' identity, in their organization among themselves, as they try to survive in the market. Finally, we examine points of contact & difference between these workers' struggles & new social movements in their relation to community & State.
This article is the linkgenerated between the urgency of major universitypublic budgetary and schedule'organized anarchy', which favors the emergenceof the many common problems faced byhigher education organizations. this sponsorexploration of the scope and characteristics ofso-called "new governance schemesuniversity ", which in many countries have been developed to overcome these ambiguities. There are several reasons that certify the difficulty ofmanagerialism transfer models that are bornin different parts of the world to promote bestuniversity governments: there is a complex exercise political, economic and administrative individuals, difficulties inherent in the model 'principalagent' at the University, the joint specialinterests woven in government agencies, and the contextsdifferentiated so that universities respond to their societies. However, it is essential to discuss and venturein creating alternatives to sponsor improvementsin university bodies especially when asphyxia budget becomes an eternal dilemma

The article analyzes subordination & domination in the workplace, with a special focus on management's use of disciplinary powers in order to subordinate workers. According to the discussion, understanding how this type of domination functions is at the core of understanding how the tremendous changes in the labor market over recent years has affected the relationship between employers & employees. Much of this research is based on a case study regarding the telecommunications industry in Argentina. While the direct control of employees through disciplinary action, or even the threat of such action, is the major focus of the study, it is also important to remain aware of all of the symbolic & modern forms that control of employees can take, many of which are little studied & little understood.
