The descriptions of our epoch as a time of technological despatialization, deterritorialization and dematerialization deserve to be discussed in order to bring out the complex genealogy of the changes to which they refer. Contemporary philosophy – especially the reading of Bergson, Heidegger, Arendt, Schmitt, Foucault, Deleuze and Guattari – helps us to do so in at least two ways: first, by testifying that space and the material world represent a kind of obstacle to the visions prevailing in modernity, that give the human being a privileged relationship with time and a right to separate himself from the world in order to dominate it; second, showing us the ways in which spatiality is presented as a political stakes irreducible to both rigid territorializations and pure and simple despatializations. From this point of view, even the current telematic technologies are proof of this irreducibility re-spatializing the world with their systems for tracking, surveillance, monitoring, etc. ; Las descripciones de nuestra época como un tiempo de desespacialización, desterritorialización y desmaterialización tecnológica merecen ser discutidos con el fin de evidenciar la compleja genealogía de los cambios a los que se refieren. La filosofía contemporánea –especialmente a través de Bergson, Heidegger, Arendt, Schmitt, Foucault, Deleuze y Guattari– nos ayuda a hacerlo en por lo menos dos maneras: en primer lugar, exponiendo que el espacio y el mundo material representan una especie de obstáculo para las visiones que prevalecen en la modernidad, que le dan al ser humano una relación privilegiada con el tiempo y un derecho a separarse del mundo para dominarlo; en segundo lugar, mostrando las formas en que la espacialidad se presenta como una apuesta política irreducible tanto a las territorializaciones rígidas como a las desespacializaciones puras y sencillas. Desde este punto de vista, incluso las tecnologías telemáticas actuales son prueba de esta irreductibilidad re-espacializando al mundo con sus sistemas de rastreo, vigilancia, monitoreo, etc.

Vitality in the Aimara language can be assessed in several ways and you can be seen it as an endangered language. In this appraisal there are some factors arising from a ground of positive cultural diversity may influence the process of asserting a groups's own identity or, to understand respect the identity of the others.In this last point the political (ie, attaining official status), religious, scholarly (chair of Aimara), literary (written sources), territorial, identity and ethnic resistance aspects can be seen as factors of vitality. But identity and self-esteem can also be reflected in the number of speakers, by social prestige, availability of media, and its use historical and cultural codification, and ways of expressing each other the words and by oneself. ; La vitalidad de la lengua aimara se puede apreciar de diversas formas, y una de ellas es verla en peligro de desaparecer. En esta apreciación, hay factores que desde un sustrato de diversidad cultural positiva influyen para expresar la identidad propia, o para entender con respeto la identidad de otro. En este último punto, presentamos en el aspecto político (oficialización), religioso (doctrina), académico (cátedras), literario (fuentes escritas), espacial, de identidad y resistencia cultural como factor de la vitalidad. Pero la identidad y la autovaloración pueden mostrarse también por el número de hablantes, por prestigio social, por la existencia y uso de medios de comunicación, por la sistematización histórica y cultural, por modos de decir y de decirse.

Abstract:This paper is an overview of the recognition of the Spanish linguistic diversity derived from the Constitution. We refer exclusively to the native languages historically spoken in Spain; about that is important to know that the same language can receive diverse popular and official denominations.With these premises, the work studies the recognition in the article 3 of the Spanish Constitution of the linguistic diversity in Spain. It is emphasized in the study that this article establishes that the Castilian is the official Spanish language of the State and that all Spaniards have the duty to know it and the right to use it (article 3.1), that the other Spanish languages would be official in the respective autonomous communities, depending on the regulation made by their statutes of autonomy (article 3.2 ), and that Spain considers the richness of the different linguistic modalities a cultural heritage that must have special respect and protection (article 3.3).The content of the Constitution, the constitutional jurisprudence of the last four decades and the statutes of autonomy and autonomous linguistic legislation, have established a recognition of the Spanish linguistic diversity and of the specific linguistic rights of the speakers of the different Spanish languages based on the principle of linguistic hierarchy and not in those of linguistic security and equality of linguistic rights. The principle of linguistic hierarchy considers that there are some languages that have to have a legal and official recognitionsuperior to others. And, what is the same, that the linguistic rights of its speakers do not have the same degree of recognition. In Spain, the same language may have different levels of legal-official recognition and a lot of linguistic policies in the autonomous communities that try to be reality all or part of the linguistic rights formally recognized to speakers of a language other than Castilian. So it is verified that legally a language (Castilian) has a situation oflegal-official preeminence, six Spanish languages (Catalan, Galician, Basque, Occitan, Aragonese and Asturian) have some type of official recognition in part of the territory where are spoken, one language has political recognition (Tamazight), another has a lower administrative recognition in Catalonia (Caló), and three indigenous languages do not have the least legal, political or administrative recognition (Arabic, Hachetia and Portuguese).The paper studies in detail the structure of the linguistic hierarchy in Spanish legislation derived from the Constitution and concludes with a description of the six levels of linguistic hierarchy and of linguistic rights that exist in Spain. Finally, it defends a legal-constitutional linguistic system that respects the principles of linguistic security and of equality of linguistic rights of all Spanish citizens. ; Resumen:Este trabajo pretende dar una visión general del reconocimiento de la diversidad lingüística española que se deriva de la Constitución. Nos referimos exclusivamente a las lenguas autóctonas históricamente habladas en España; teniendo en cuenta, además, que una misma lengua puede recibir diversas denominaciones populares y oficiales.Partiendo de estas premisas, el trabajo estudia el reconocimiento que hace la Constitución Española de la diversidad lingüística en España en su artículo 3. Se subraya en el estudio que, en dicho artículo de la Constitución se establece que el castellano es la lengua española oficial del Estado y que todos los españoles tienen el deber de conocerla y el derecho a usarla (art. 3.1), que las otras lenguas españolas serán también oficiales en las respectivas comunidades autónomas, en función de la regulación que hagan sus estatutos (art. 3.2) y que España considera que la riqueza de las diferentes modalidades lingüísticas esun patrimonio cultural que deberá tener un respeto y una protección especiales (art. 3.3).El contenido de la Constitución, la jurisprudencia constitucional de las últimas cuatro décadas y los estatutos de autonomía y legislación lingüística autonómica, han asentado un reconocimiento de la diversidad lingüística española y de los derechos lingüísticos concretos de los hablantes de las distintas lenguas españolas fundamentado en el principio de jerarquía lingüística y no en los de seguridad lingüística e igualdad de derechos lingüísticos. El principio de jerarquía lingüística presupone considerar que existen unas lenguas que deben tener un reconocimiento legal y oficial superior a otras. Y, lo que es lo mismo, que los derechos lingüísticos de sus hablantes no tienen el mismo grado de reconocimiento. Llegándose a dar el caso que, en España, una misma lengua pueda llegar a tener diferentes niveles de reconocimiento legal-oficial y un número aún mayor de políticas lingüísticas que traten de convertir en una realidad substantiva todos o una parte de los derechos lingüísticos reconocidos formalmente a los hablantes de una lengua diferente del castellano en una comunidad autónoma.Así las cosas, se constata que legalmente una lengua (castellano) tiene una situación de preeminencia legal-oficial, seis lenguas españolas (catalán, gallego, vasco, occitano, aragonés y asturleonés) tienen algún tipo de reconocimiento oficial en parte del territorio en el que son habladas de manera autóctona, una lengua tiene reconocimiento político (tamazight), otra tiene un reconocimiento administrativo menor en Cataluña (caló), y tres lenguas autóctonas no tienen el más mínimo reconocimiento legal, político o administrativo (árabe, haquetia yportugués). El trabajo estudia detalladamente y de manera global la estructuración de la jerarquía lingüística en la legislación española derivadade la Constitución y concluye con una descripción de los seis niveles de jerarquía lingüística y de derechos lingüísticos que existen en España. Se defiende, finalmente, un cambio sistema lingüístico legalconstitucional que respete los principios de seguridad lingüística y el principio de igualdad de derechos lingüísticos de todos los ciudadanos españoles. Este artículo propone repensar los alcances conceptuales del término intermediación política, para iluminar los horizontes del análisis de la política indirecta, cuya gama de posibilidades ha sido usualmente pensada como si estuviese confinada entre los extremos de la representación política electoral tradicional formal y el clientelismo como intermediación política informal. Se trata de ampliar el análisis de la representación política y de otras modalidades de intermediación política, desmarcando la reducción habitual de la primera a la pura representación electoral y de las segundas a mero clientelismo, sin prescindir, sin embargo, de ellos. Se realiza al final un breve ejercicio de análisis preliminar de casos de innovación democrática empíricos (consejos, foros, conferencias, interfaces gobierno-sociedad) para observar las capacidades analíticas de la nueva ampliación conceptual.

Through the method of metaphysics typical of philosophy, the objective of the study is to conceptualize the political dimension of the interaction of digital man and society in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The modeling method helps to create a model of interaction between the digital person and the digital society as a way of managing objectives to adapt people to increasing conditions of complexity and uncertainty, to provide a comprehensive analysis. As society becomes more complex, the model must become a flexible digital society. It is concluded that the analysis of variables and the determination of the optimal set of components of the digitalization of society play an important role: political, economic, administrative, social, and spiritual. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the optimal model that will achieve a balance between human nature, man, and society. As a result of the analysis carried out, modern theoretical approaches to the interaction of the digital person and a digital society in the context of the philosophy of politics are also investigated.

This work tries to show three possible ways to understand the legal philosophy. In first place, the constructivist view in this one the legal philosopher creates concepts about the legal valuations of the normed conducts and the language in which are presented this valuations. By other way the legal philosophy how a way of life, in this one, belongs for a transformation of the being, not in a religious or dogmatic mode, it's a change of the everyday. Finally, the legal philosophy like a metalanguage, with a historic and determined origin and the task to legitimate some normative systems but hiding some philosophical problems of big matter in the political actual discussion. ; En el presente trabajo se pretenden mostrar tres posibles formas de lo que se entiende por Filosofía del Derecho. En primer lugar la posición constructivista, en esta el filósofo del derecho tiene con función crear conceptos para pensar las valoraciones jurídicas de las conductas normadas y el lenguaje en el cual se presentan esas valoraciones. Por otra parte de se puede concebir la Filosofía del Derecho como forma de vida, en esta se busca la transformación del ser, no ya desde una perspectiva dogmática religiosa, sino como una transformación del quehacer cotidiano. Finalmente, la filosofía del derecho como un metalenguaje con un origen histórico determinado y una función de legitimación e implantación de ciertos sistemas normativos; pero que soslaya ciertos problemas filosóficos de gran importancia en la discusión política actual.

This article argues for the centrality of the notion of class struggle in both political theory and praxis in order to counter what E. M. Wood, echoing P. Anderson (1983), has referred to as the «randomization of politics» (1986), namely a politics reduced to pure contingency where no causality between the social and the political is allowed. It suggests that class struggle is precisely the lost cause of radical politics, since class struggle operates as a synthetic principle informing a concept of society as a whole and a view of antagonism as a systemic and totalistic instance. Drawing on Daniel Bensaïd's «philosophy of strategy» and its critical reading of Marx's class theory (Bensaïd, 1995; 2002; 2011; 2016), the article suggests that class struggle be rethought as a new «strategic universalism» across the international division of labor. Along the lines of Bensaïd's understanding of politics as a «strategic art» of recommencement (Bensaïd, 1995), it will be argued here that radical politics cannot do without class struggle or without the party ; Este artículo defiende la centralidad de la noción de lucha de clases tanto en la teoría política como en la práctica para contrarrestar lo que EM Wood, haciendo eco de P. Anderson (1983), ha denominado la «aleatorización de la política» (1986), a saber: la política reducida a la contingencia pura donde no se permite la causalidad entre lo social y lo político. Sugiere que la lucha de clases es precisamente la causa perdida de la política radical, ya que la lucha de clases funciona como un principio sintético que informa un concepto de la sociedad en su conjunto y una visión del antagonismo como una instancia sistémica y totalista. Sobre la base de la «filosofía de la estrategia» de Daniel Bensaïd y su lectura crítica de la teoría de clases de Marx (Bensaïd, 1995; 2002; 2011; 2016), el artículo sugiere que la lucha de clases se reconsidere como un nuevo «universalismo estratégico» a través de la división internacional del trabajo. En la línea de la comprensión de Bensaïd de la política como un «arte estratégico» de reinicio (Bensaïd, 1995), se argumentará aquí que la política radical no puede prescindir de la lucha de clases o del partido.
