This text discusses the notion of human development from a decolonizing perspective of political psychology. Through collective action research – CAR– (since 2009 to date) we retell war stories from the versions of ancient and popular communities which, by means of civil disobedience against the official policy, show processes of decolonization of their feelings based on their existential struggles and their inter–subjectivity processes, extended to the relationship between humans and nonhumans. In contrast to the technical frameworks of human development, the communities approach the notion of collective subjectivities from their plural philosophies of good living as a paradigmatic revolution and civilizational transition, which has political implications and propose political ways to addressing the conflict in Colombia. The communities in war contexts challenge the meaning of good living (buen vivir), pluralizing the semantic field of collective subjectivities from the most intimate places of politics. ; Este texto problematiza la noción del desarrollo humano desde la psicología política decolonial. En los procesos de investigación y acción colectiva –iac– (desde 2009 hasta la fecha) recontamos las historias de la guerra a partir de las versiones de comunidades ancestrales y populares que en desobediencia civil frente a la política oficial revelan procesos de descolonización del sentir a partir de sus luchas existenciales y desde procesos de intersubjetividad, ampliados a la relación entre seres humanos y no humanos.En contraste con el enfoque del desarrollo humano –constructo técnico–disciplinar– y los marcos de referencia construidos en cosmogonías plurales –dimensión ontológica y cotidiana–, las comunidades en resistencias ancestrales proponen la noción de subjetividades colectivas desde sus filosofías plurales del buen vivir como una revolución paradigmática y una transición civilizatoria con implicaciones y rutas políticas fundamentales para tramitar el conflicto en Colombia. Las comunidades en contextos de guerra disputan el sentido del buen vivir, pluralizando el campo semántico de las subjetividades colectivas desde los lugares más íntimos de la política. La regulación de las emociones evidencia el componente más subjetivo que participa en complicidad con el lastre teórico y material de la historia entendida como desarrollo.

El artículo propone un recorrido histórico institucional por las características de producción de conocimiento en Psicología Política en un espacio académico (Universidad Nacional de San Luis, Argentina), sus influencias, y su articulación con la formación profesional de grado en psicología. Desde la perspectiva propuesta, la Psicología Política reflexiona sobre las personas y analiza su dimensión subjetiva, recuperando su condición humana a partir de las mediaciones históricas micro y macro sociales que la atraviesan. La concepción y el ejercicio del poder; la distribución del conocimiento validado socialmente; el control social; los derechos humanos y las representaciones sociales de sectores de la realidad, la psicología económica, la participación política, salud mental y formación del psicólogo, son los ejes temáticos preponderantes. ; The paper proposes an historical institutional journey through the knowledge production features in political psychology in an specific academic field (National University of San Luis, Argentina), its influences, and its articulation with the professional degree training in psychology. From this proposed point of view, political psychology reflects on people and analyzes their subjective dimension, recovering the human condition from micro and macro social historical mediations that cross it. Design and exercise of power; distribution of knowledge socially validated; social control; human rights and social representations of sectors of reality, economic psychology, political participation, mental health and training of psychologists, are the dominant themes. ; O artigo propõe uma viagem histórica institucional através das características de produção de conhecimento em psicologia política num espaço acadêmico (Universidade Nacional de San Luis, Argentina), suas influências, e sua articulação com a formação do grau profissional em psicologia. The article considers different approaches to the phenomenon of leadership.A characterlogical approach highlights leader's personal qualities; behavioral approachstudies leader's actions and their connection with leadership effectiveness.Leader's power and influence is an approach in the leadership research whichstudies types of power, connection of leadership power and success. In this paper, we show how discursive psychology can be used to show how 'facts' are used rhetorically by politicians. That is, they are more than neutral reflections of an objective reality—these 'facts' are highly attuned to the local context of political argumentation. We draw upon examples from two studies that used discursive psychology to analyse two different political contexts: (1) Islamophobia in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attack and (2) debates over Great Britain and the European Union. In both contexts, the analysis uncovers how politicians challenge both the context and the relevance of a fact. The context of 'facts' is reconstructed to undermine their original argumentative strength, whereas questioning the relevance of a 'fact' undermines it both as fact and as a rhetorical tool to be used in a debate. These findings show how discursive psychology can contribute to knowledge about political communication, as well as the benefits of applying discursive psychology to political discourse.

Esta investigación desarrolla la articulación entre la psicología política y el sujeto político teniendo como referente metodológico el análisis de coyuntura y siendo la base del objeto de la investigación las elecciones presidenciales colombianas de 2010. Al lograr esta articulación se observa cómo se desarrollaron determinados procesos políticos en los que condiciones coyunturales afectan las tendencias sobre la masa, referente de análisis en la psicología política. Las acciones se concentran en el momento que se inicia el proceso de la primera vuelta presidencial hasta consolidar el acuerdo nacional como resultado de la articulación de fuerzas políticas. / Abstract. This research develops the articulation between the political psychology and the political subject, with the situation analysis as the methodological frame and having the base of the investigation the presidential elections in Colombia in 2010. With this articulation is possible to observe how is develop some political process which the situation conditions affects the trends over the crowd, analytical reference in the political psychology. The actions concentrate since the beginning of the first presidential round until the consolidation of the national agreement as the result of the articulation of political forces. ; Maestría

The political psychology as an independent branch of psychology gained recognition quite late but it was a subject matter of social sciences, i.e. political science, psychology and sociology from long back. Political psychology was born in the year 1930 with the publication of "Psychology and Politics†by Lasswell. Through out of his life Lasswell tried to reveal the relationship between Psychology and Politics. Though the idea was developed by Lasswell are no more acceptable but his writings paid the way to become political psychology as a field of psychology.Â

In this paper I juxtapose three critical resources for theoretical psychology: Fanon, Foucault and feminisms. While the primary focus is on Fanon some shared methodological assumptions - arising from the influence of Marxism and psychoanalysis on all three - are noted, albeit giving rise to mutual tensions. I then apply this critical frame to a close reading of a clinical case discussed by Fanon in Wretched of the Earth. As a psychiatrist, but also political revolutionary and psychoeducator, Fanon's account is read here as indicative of his pedagogical address in motivating for socio-political as well as personal change and his therapeutic approach, albeit in need of a feminist re-reading of the gendering of violence, including sexual violence. The paper concludes by suggesting that Fanon's psychoaffective analysis, firstly, indicates how resistance and transformation are simultaneously intrapersonal, interpersonal and socio-political, but also that, secondly, attending to their shifting unstable and relational features works not only to renew and reinvigorate theoretical psychology but also the interventions and perspectives informing psychological and pedagogical activisms.

Este estudio examina la Psicología Política contemporánea en América Latina, a través de un enfoque bibliométrico, para el período 2000-2010. Los resultados muestran un crecimiento constante del campo en la región (sobre todo en España, Colombia, México, Argentina y Brasil). Estos países coinciden con el lugar al que pertenecen las instituciones más productivas. A su vez, los autores más productivos de la época son argentinos. Las revistas más productivas se concentran en España y Brasil. Por último, se observa una tendencia hacia el trabajo individual, con bajos niveles de colaboración entre los investigadores. In this article, we present an overview of the political context of vocational psychology and career counseling in Portugal. The essence of our position is that career counseling needs to encompass all the major tasks of personal and social development, beyond the traditional focus on primarily vocational/occupational goals. Given the importance of social and political factors that are apparent in an analysis of the Portuguese climate within career development, we propose that vocational psychology must go beyond a concep- tualization of vocational behavior and intervention based on a person– environment fit model and must try to enhance strategies for the development of persons in a broader sense. We further propose that we need to provide career counseling not only at critical decision points, but throughout the life-span, and should not focus merely on occupational details, but on all matters of the development of the person as a whole. Finally, we suggest a perspective on career counseling and vocational psychology that is more responsive to our cultural and historical context and which is sensitive to the reality of a new political era in Portugal

Following the Republic of Uzbekistan's socioeconomic independence, dramatic changes in society occurred. Despite the fact that this time in the personality society was brief, it opened the ground for a major transition in the Republic's social, political, and psychological existence. In this regard, research into the psychology of the victim as a result of violations in the country's life was also undertaken.

In this paper we demonstrate that societal psychology makes a unique contribution to the study of change through its focus on the 'contextual politics' of change, examining the different interests at stake within any social context. Societal psychology explores the contexts which promote or inhibit social and societal change and can be seen as a bridge between social and political psychology. It focuses on how the context shapes the ways in which societal change is understood, supported or resisted. To understand the intellectual rationale of societal psychology, and how it aims to foster societal change, we first consider the history of the discipline. Second, we consider what is meant by 'context', as understanding the environment of change is the hallmark of societal psychology. Third, we lay out three distinct features of a societal psychological approach to change: the politics of change; interventions and planned change; emergent change processes. Finally, the paper examines possible future developments of societal psychology and its role in understanding and creating societal change, alongside its place within the wider canon of social and political psychology.
