After differentiating between the concepts of nature and the environment, this article seeks to show that the environmental crisis is reflected in a growing desire to protect a particular order in the order of natural entities. In terms of responsibilities, human activity, personal and collective, takes place in an ecological space. This space is also used by other entities, human or otherwise. The question then arises of coexistence, which the Regulation has nothing spontaneous and which should be dealt with as such. This is just as much as nature is what nature must be, in the light of the ethos of nature and the specific characteristics of that order, in particular its ability to regenerate and maintain itself over time beyond generations. ; The environmental crisis embodies a protest against the triumphant artificialism. Under a liability perspective, either individual or collective, human activities are running in an ecological definite space. This space belongs also to other entities, either human or not. Then, the question of coexistence becomes an issue, that regulation is nothing but spontaneous, and should then be treated as such. This thesis deals with the study about the Aḥkām al-sulṭāniyya (Ordinances Government) of the Hanbalite theologian, Abū Yaʿlā. This important treaty can be considered indeed as the first treaty of public law in the history of Hanbalite political thought. In the first part, the thesis focuses upon the religious and political frame in the Bagdadian circles of the Vth/XIth century : the weakening of the caliphate institution, the relationship between Abū Yaʿlā and his vizir and patrons of the Hanbalites court, the resurgence of the traditionalist Sunnī islam and the typical evolution of the policy of Hanbalism in Bagdad. In the second part, this study develops a contextual analysis of Hanbalism according to Abū Yaʿlā's works. In the end, for understanding the meaning and the scope of the Aḥkām al-sulṭāniyya, this study intends first of all to place Abū Yaʿlā's political theory within political Hanbalite doctrine especially with Ibn Taymiyya, and then we compare it to al-Māwardī's Aḥkām al-sulṭāniyya. ; La présente thèse porte sur l'étude des Aḥkām al-sulṭāniyya (statuts gouvernementaux) du théologien et juriste hanbalite, Abū Yaʿlā. Objet : Les sociétés néolibérales mettent de l'avant une conception de l'individu centrée sur l'autonomie et l'indépendance, qui s'oppose à une conception négative de la vulnérabilité. L'une des façons de déconstruire cette représentation consiste à considérer la vulnérabilité sous l'angle éthique et politique du care (Tronto, 2009). La théorie politique du care constitue une voie pertinente pour rendre compte du bénévolat dans la lutte contre la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées. But : Comprendre en quoi l'approche politique du care permet de rendre compte du bénévolat dans la lutte contre la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées. Méthodologie : Une étude qualitative qui s'appuie sur la phénoménologie herméneutique (Van Manen, 2016, 1997). Au total, 27 entrevues ont été réalisées auprès de 20 aînés bénévoles engagés dans des organismes sans but lucratif (OSBL) dédiés à la lutte contre la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées de même que 7 coordonnateurs qui encadrent leur action. Résultats : Les bénévoles s'engagent dans différentes formes d'action qui s'inscrivent dans le continuum de lutte contre la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées (Gouvernement du Québec, 2016) Plus précisément, quatre idéaux-type se dégagent de notre analyse, soit (1) l'interdépendance citoyenne, avec reconnaissance matérielle; (2) l'interdépendance citoyenne, avec reconnaissance du statut; (3) l'interdépendance en situation, avec reconnaissance du statut; (4) l'interdépendance en situation, avec reconnaissance matérielle. De plus, certains paradoxes et enjeux de l'action bénévole dans la lutte contre la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées qui se dégagent de l'analyse sont présentés. Enfin, puisque nous sommes une doctorante en situation de handicap, nous exposons une réflexion sur notre expérience dans le cadre du processus de production de la thèse. Discussion : Si les diverses formes d'interdépendance et de reconnaissance sont communes à toutes les formes de bénévolat, elles revêtent un caractère particulier dans le cas du bénévolat lié à la lutte contre la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées. Conclusion : Des pistes pour la bonification de pratique de même que pour l'élaboration de futures recherches sont indiquées. ; Abstract: Subject: Neoliberal societies promote a view of the individual that is centered on autonomy and independence, which is in opposition to a negative conception of vulnerability. One way to deconstruct this representation is to approach vulnerability from an ethical and political point-of-view of care. (Tronto, 2009). The political theory of care is a pertinent way to understand volunteering in countering the mistreatment of older adults. Goal: Understand how the political ethic of care may allow us to view volunteering as one of the actions taken to counter mistreatment of older persons. Methodology: Qualitative study based on hermeneutic phenomenology (Van Manen, 2016, 1997). A total of 27 interviews were completed with 20 older adult volunteers in non-profit organizations dedicated to the fight against the mistreatment of older adults and seven managers who supervised them. Results: Volunteers took part in different activities in the continuum of actions to counter mistreatment of older persons (Gouvernement du Québec, 2016). Four ideal types emerged from the analysis: (1) citizen interdependence with material recognition, (2) citizen interdependence with status recognition, (3) situational interdependence with status recognition, and (4) situational interdependence with material recognition. In addition, some paradoxes and issues have emerged from our analysis. Finally, as a doctoral student with a disability, a reflection is proposed on the impact of this disability on the thesis production. Discussion: If diverse forms of interdependence and recognition are common in all volunteering sectors, they have a specific character in volunteering to counter the mistreatment of older adults. Conclusion: Some practical and research suggestions are given in the thesis.

La recherche est souvent affaire de cycles et de redécouvertes. Ce livre n'échappe pas à cette logique. À l'instar d'Alan Zuckerman qui s'intéresse aux logiques sociales du politique ou de Céline Braconnier1 qui insiste sur l'importance des groupes d'appartenance primaire des individus pour saisir leurs comportements électoraux, le travail de Meredith Rolfe vise à resocialiser l'individu, ici quand il s'agit d'aller voter. Pour l'auteure, il faut sortir d'une analyse atomistique, qu'elle soit centrée sur le calcul des coûts ou des bénéfices (Anthony Downs), ou bien des ressources civiques, afin de proposer une « théorie sociale » de la participation électorale [Premier paragraphe].
