The article highlights the results of diagnosis of forming moral and aesthetic component of personal and professional readiness of teachers to educational activities in school. The study of moral and aesthetic readiness of students was conveyed using the method of diagnosis empathetic abilities (V. Boyko), the author's methods of detection of readiness for activities of actional moral and aesthetic sense and personal predisposition to conflict behavior (test K. Thomas). The experiment proved that future teachers have had developed moral ideals and spiritual values; and formed aesthetic consciousness (feelings, attitudes, tastes, needs, feelings) and motivation and are ready for active transformative activities in the system of interpersonal communication. The majority of future teachers who participated in the study display a lack of following formed skills and abilities: attention, perception and thinking focused on the state, problems and behavior of another person; emotional sensitivity, the abilities to observe behavior of a partner, traits that promote openness, the ability to understand another person on the mutual basis due to emotional flexibility and the ability to accept other behaviour. This may adversely affect their future professional activities, including working with neglected pupils and their parents. The author considers that a high level of moral consciousness of a teacher being a unity of rational and sensual aspects to facilitate moral and aesthetic relations in professional collaboration
Professional training is part of the professional development and lifelong learning process of an individual. The teacher in the classroom has very complex tasks and great responsibility in the upbringing and education of future generations in every society, and lifelong professional development is especially important. Therefore, the research aims to determine the level of teachers' self-assessment of professional development for teaching music culture, ie in the field of music theory and pedagogy. A sample of 365 teachers from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina used the Likert-type scale, within which the respondents expressed their assessments of the forms, areas, and reasons for professional development for teaching music culture. The research results indicate that teachers highly prefer various forms of professional development. They express the need for professional development in the fields of playing and creativity, and the most pronounced reasons for professional development are the need to maintain musical competencies that are lost over time. Based on the research findings, the authors give recommendations regarding possible directions and ways of professional development of teachers in the field of music theory and pedagogy, ie. for teaching music culture.
Будущие педагоги системы дошкольного образования должны овладеть различного рода универсальными, общепрофессиональными и профессиональными компетенциями, в том числе и связанными с реализацией этноориентированной деятельности в поликультурной среде. И результативность этого вида деятельности во многом зависит от того, насколько высок уровень их этнокультурной компетентности. Основной целью нашего исследования является обоснование педагогического потенциала этнокультурных праздников в профессиональной подготовке будущих педагогов дошкольной образовательной организации. В статье проводится анализ данных эмпирического эксперимента, проведенного в ФГБОУ ВО «Марийский государственный университет». Для выявления исходного уровня этнокультурной компетентности обучающихся направления подготовки 44.03.02 «Психолого-педагогическое образование», профиля «Педагогика и психология дошкольного образования» был использован метод анкетирования, включающий разнообразные вопросы о знании национальных праздников, танцев, песен, умении их исполнять, проведении обрядовых мероприятий в семье и т. д. Полученные в ходе эмпирического исследования данные показали, что уровень этнокультурной компетентности обучающихся недостаточно высок. У них вызывают затруднения вопросы, связанные с обозначением роли народной культуры в их жизни, сущности народных праздников, отношения к народным традициям и т. д. Для повышения этих показателей использовались различные формы и методы работы с обучающимися, в том числе этнокультурный праздник. В статье представлены основное содержание и процедура проведения такого рода мероприятий. Дан количественно-качественный анализ повторного среза, свидетельствующего о положительной динамике уровня этнокультурной компетентности обучающихся после формирующего этапа. Teachers-to-be of preschool educational organization are to master various kinds of universal, general professional and professional competences including those related to the implementation of ethnically oriented activities in a multicultural environment. The effectiveness of this activity largely depends on how high the level of their ethno-cultural competence is. The main goal of the study is to substantiate the pedagogical potential of ethno-cultural holidays in professional training of teachers-to-be of preschool educational organization. The article analyzes the data of the empirical experiment conducted in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Mari State University". To identify the initial level of ethno-cultural competence of the students of 44.03.02 Psychological and Pedagogical Education of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool Education training programme, the authors used a questionnaire method including various questions on knowledge of national holidays, dances, songs, the ability to perform them, conducting ritual events in the family, etc. The data obtained during the empirical study showed that the level of ethno-cultural competence of the students is not high enough. They have difficulties with the issues related to the designation of the role of folk culture in their lives, the essence of folk holidays, attitudes towards folk traditions, etc. To improve these indicators the authors used various forms and methods of work with students, including ethno-cultural celebration. The article presents the main content and procedure for such an event and the quantitative-qualitative analysis of another questionnaire testifying to the positive dynamics of the level of ethno-cultural competence of the students after the forming stage is presented.
The article presents the results of an empirical study conducted through a survey among 123 students studying to become teachers at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridskiˮ. The purpose of the study is to identify the professional values of this target group. The results testify to prevailing postmodern and constructivist professional values, but also fluctuations in the value orientation regarding the active role of the teacher and the student in the learning-teaching process. Responsibility, respect, empathy, professionalism, adaptability, motivation and patience were identified as general professional values.
Олимпиадное движение является системой интеллектуальных соревнований, признаваемых мировым сообществом. В современной России впервые за всю историю олимпиадного движения в конкурсной программе появились и гуманитарные предметы, среди которых английский язык в 1998 году. За годы эволюции испытаний по данному глобальному языку существенно изменилось содержание комплектов контрольно-измерительных материалов – появились творческие задачи, направленные на развитие креативности, критического мышления, логики. В рамках нашего исследования мы анализируем принципы успешной подготовки типичного олимпиадника, и цель отражается в определении профессиональных ролей педагогов, с которыми сталкиваются школьники в олимпиадном движении. Методологически исследование выстраивается на принципах системного, деятельностного, аксиологического и культурологического подходов. Нами используются следующие теоретические методы: изучение научной литературы по теме, обобщение, категоризация. Помимо этого, нами были применены эмпирические методы: изучение нормативных документов олимпиадного движения, беседа, опрос, анкетирование, ранжирование. Было проведено онлайн-анкетирование школьников, которые принимали участие в олимпиаде по английскому языку в 2022–2023 учебном году. В рамках исследования нами были выделены следующие профессиональные роли: школьный учитель, преподаватель языковых курсов, олимпиадный тренер, учитель – носитель языка, частный репетитор, студент-дипломант. Теоретическая значимость исследования преломляется в обосновании профессиональных ролей педагогов, которые причастны к олимпиадному движению. Нами выделяется роль олимпиадного тренера, описывается ее функционал, объясняются предпосылки ее важности для завоевания дипломов воспитанниками образовательного учреждения. Результаты исследования могут использоваться общеобразовательными учреждениями для реформирования организации олимпиадного движения в школе. На более глобальном уровне полученные нами данные могут привести к созданию программ повышения квалификации в педагогических вузах, а также к рассмотрению функционала тренеров в рамках получения высшего педагогического образования. The Olympiad movement is a system of intellectual competitions recognized by the world community. In modern Russia, for the first time in the history of the Olympiad movement, humanitarian subjects appeared in the competition program, including English in 1998. Over the years of the evolution of tests on this global language, the content of sets of control and measuring materials has significantly changed, among which creative tasks have appeared aimed at developing creativity, critical thinking, logic. As part of our research, we analyze the principles of successful training of a typical Olympiad, and the goal is reflected in the definition of the professional roles of teachers that schoolchildren face in the Olympiad movement. Methodologically, the study is built on the principles of systemic, activity, axiological and cultural approaches. We use the following theoretical methods: the study of scientific literature on the topic, generalization, categorization. In addition, we applied empirical methods: studying the regulatory documents of the Olympiad movement, conversation, polling, questioning, ranking. An online questionnaire was conducted for schoolchildren who took part in the Olympiad in the 2022-2023 academic year. As part of the study, we identified the following professional roles: a school teacher, a teacher of language courses, an Olympiad tutor, a native teacher, a private tutor, and a diploma student. Theoretical significance is refracted in justifying the professional roles of teachers who are involved in the Olympiad movement. We distinguish the role of an Olympiad tutor, describe its functionality, explain the prerequisites for its importance for winning diplomas by pupils of an educational institution. The results of the study can be used by educational institutions to reform the organization of the Olympiad movement at school. At a more global level, the data obtained by us can lead to the creation of advanced training programs in pedagogical universities, as well as the consideration of the functionality of coaches in the framework of obtaining higher education for pedagogical professions.
The subject of research: the need to improve the professional competence of the applicant by introducing new components of the curriculum and acquiring skills during practical work. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects and directions of professional competence, as well as its formation, which should be carried out in the process of training a teacher of vocational training in commodity science in higher education from the standpoint of modern practical approach. The field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the activities of higher education institutions to increase the effectiveness of practical training of teachers of vocational training in commodity science. The results of the research and conclusions. On the basis of the conducted research, the improvement of the formation of professional competence of future teachers of professional training in commodity science is revealed, which is deepened and consolidated during the internship. Professional and practical training of bachelors is one of the main elements of the educational process and a prerequisite for their successful employment.
The article examines pedagogical activity as a way of social and cultural practice of the individual, which implements the tasks of preserving national traditions, adapting and regulating the process of professional development of a future teacher. The modernization of the educational system of Ukraine is determined by the tendencies of European integration, which can be considered an essential lever of success not only for the economic and political transformation of society, but also for strategic changes in the educational policy of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the practical importance of media education, taking into account modern trends in the modernization of the educational system in Ukraine in the era of globalization of the world educational space. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to consider the role of media education in the professional activities of future music education specialists, to substantiate media education as a component of general education, and media literacy and media competence as a component of the professional and general culture of a modern music teacher; identify ways to solve the problem of the need for media education in the professional activity of a future musician teacher; to reveal and analyze promising directions for increasing the level of media educational training of future music teachers in social relations, new dimensions of his self-realization; substantiate the conclusions and directions for further consideration of the selected problem. The main methods used in the study are comparative, analytical, systemic and structural. Conclusions. We consider media education as a component of ICT, which includes, on the one hand, knowledge, skills and abilities of their application, on the other hand, media literacy, media competence and media culture. We associate the training of future teachers of musical disciplines using ICT tools with the need to improve the state educational standard by introducing new specialties, the need for which is dictated by the current state of art education and culture. The practical implementation of media education requires a change in scientific views on the need to introduce media education as a component of general education, and media literacy and media competence as an integral part of the professional and general culture of a modern music teacher. The solution to the problem posed also depends on the understanding of the value of professional activity, which occurs only through the actualization of the processes of self-awareness by future teachers-musicians, revealing themselves in the search for the meaning of artistic values. The author analyzes the features of training future teachers in the system of continuous education, emphasizes the need for systematic, focused, continuous improvement, and self-fulfillment. The article noted that in preparation for future professional activities in higher education are formed the basic skills and accumulated knowledge and experience that will serve as an effective teacher's growth, his creative work, the desire for further improvement. The author concludes that continuous education today serves not only the guarantee of the state and society, but also personal needs of each person
Researchers investigated how primary school teachers benefited from their training. A total of 150 public school teachers in primary schools (75 men, 75 women) participated in the study. Using the survey method, the researcher adopted a simple random sampling technique. The researche employed a self-developed questionnaire with a five-point scale to compile the results. The questionnaire consisted of six main aspects. The validity of the research instrument was ensured in light of experts' opinions and pilot testing. The reliability was also ensured properly by applying Cronbach Alpha and its value was found .83. The data collected from respondents was organized properly. The data was analyzed through inferential statistics, and an independent-sample t-test was applied. The data was tabulated, presented and interpreted in a mean score, standard deviation and in the form of t- value to see the significant difference in mean score. It was concluded that teachers' training enhanced theteachers' professional competencies and recommended that teachers' professional training may be conducted continuously.

The objective of this study was to determine the impact of professional training on teacher leaders and teachers' performance. The population of the study was secondary school teachers in Lahore; while there were selected 20 respondents were selected through a random sampling technique. For this study, a pre-experimental research design was administered.This scale was administered on the basis of the Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium. The research data was collected before and after treatment while SPSS was administered to analyze the research questions proposed in this study.The findings of this research revealed that the post-test score was greater than the pre-test. Significantly, this study is beneficial to developing the teacherleader skills and teachers' performance through professional training. Moreover,it may enhance the teaching-learning process by adopting innovative strategies and techniques.

Often in discussions with teachers in different contexts, one of the subjects concerned the difficulties of working with students from "problem classes".In order to meet their needs, we have identified practical solutions, techniques and methods of preventing and modifying behavior, through literature analysis. Thus, the idea of proposing a training program to address the issue of classroom management appeared. In the broader sense, the work of the classroom teacher is a leading activity (according to the education sciences). Any of the actors: Educator, teacher, who effectively coordinate the educational process is concerned about the educational climate of the group. We briefly outline the structure and aims of such a program, as it can be a reference point in optimizing the professional development of teachers and educators.
The article represents the study of professional training of future music teachers' preparation. The article is paid attention on analysis of the concept of "professional training" and using innovative integrical technologies, projective technologies and art management technologies. The multi-aspect nature of this phenomenon is shown. The system of professional training, pedagogic model and characteristics of types of training in musical education and results of scientific research are presented. The article shows a modern view of the problem of training future specialists in the educational field of music preparation, where professional training is described as a process aimed more at the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities and the special course "Basic of art management" is presented. Special emphasis is placed on necessity of deepening into projective art-creative activity, presentation and implementation creative projects. In conclusion, the author emphasises the perspective of the "pedagogic model of professional training of futurе musіс tеасhers" tаkіng іntо ассоunt the specifics of professional activity in this field and using innovative pedagogic technologies.
