The strategic planning starts with the analysis of the current condition and the summary of tendencies (trends) and causes that led to this state.Today's status of global economy is very exciting itself. Continuing the ongoing investigations (studies) and summarizing the initial preliminary results of the second part of the research (studies), I suggest considering these emerging trends. (The results of the first part of the study: formation of the "politological pyramid" were published in the article POLITICAL IDEA AND INVESTMENTS SAFETY;http://general.journals.cz/documents/Vol2/Untitled1.pdf; Journal: http://general.journals.cz/).

; While the study of the regional economy and its factors has been well-researched, relatively less is known on the issues for the digital economy sectors affecting the regional economy. Therefore, the aims of this paper are: to investigate the regional economic impact caused by digital economy sectors; to analyze the multiplier effect of these sectors on the output, income, and employment; and to calculate the economic impact of additional investment in the digital economy sectors. The study focuses on the region of East Java Province, Indonesia. The method used in this study is the input-output analysis (13 x 13 aggregation), which generates transaction of goods and services at a certain time. This study uses data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Input-Output Table of East Java Province year 2015, which includes 110 economic sectors, which are then grouped into digital related and non-digital related sectors. The result indicates that digital economy sectors have both backward and forward linkages to other sectors in the region. Further finding shows that digital related manufacturing sector has the highest multiplier effect on the output, income, and employment. While investment injection on the digital economy sectors, based on the analysis, will make better disruption on East Java economy. The government of the region should put an emphasis to attract more investment in the digital economy sectors.

The article basing upon estimation of the social and economic potential of Russian Federation subjects shows that the resource model of economic development is suitable for nearly half of them. The advantages of this model are described using the example of the Far Eastern Federal District subjects that could be the proof of the necessity of "resource correction" of regional economic policy in Russia.

ABSTRACT Although the final demand‐oriented export base paradigm dominates economic development theory and practice, its usefulness is increasingly questioned because of the changing structure of modern economies, empirical critiques of export‐led growth strategies, and studies that decompose the actual sources of growth. The importance of service industries, especially local services and their role in inducing economic growth, requires a measure that includes both forward and backward linkages to empirically account for the complete role of an industry. Using data for New York State, we demonstrate how the input‐output‐based method of hypothetical extraction can more appropriately measure the economic linkage of a broader range of contemporary economic sectors (including services) than traditional, final demand‐induced, backward‐linkage multipliers. Our analysis provides empirical support for greater economic development attention to be directed toward local services.
