Using archival sources, the author examines the urgent problem of the spread of common belief and, accordingly, the transition conditions of the Old Believersin it. Common Faith Church was one of the most common methods of struggle of the government and the official Orthodox Church with "developing a split." In the 19th century the Tomsk province was able to create 13 Churches of Common Faith. However, the conversion of the Old Believers in the Church of Common Faith as well as keeping people there often wore a voluntative character. Active use of administrative and police apparatus allowed local officials and clergy of the Synod of the Church to quickly form the Parish of Common Faith, to achieve official recognition, honors and state cash prize. Common Faith Church was supposed to exist in the alien to it official Orthodoxy system with its anti-split" paradigm. The Common Believers were severely restricted in their rights. They resented their dual status: they were neither nikonians, nor Old Believers. Accordingly, the Common Faith did not receive the expected wide- scaled spread. Единоверческая церковь была одним из распространенных способов борьбы государственной власти и официальной православной церкви с «развивающимся расколом». В XIX в. на территории Томской губернии удалось создать 13 единоверческих церквей. Однако зачисление старообрядцев в единоверческую церковь часто происходило насильственно. Также насильственным было и удержание в ней. Активное использование административно-полицейского аппарата позволяло местным чиновникам и служителям синодальной церкви быстро сформировать единоверческий приход, добиться служебного признания, почетных наград и государственной денежной премии. Единоверческая церковь должна была существовать в чуждой для нее системе казенного православия с ее «противораскольнической» парадигмой. Единоверцы были ограничены в своих правах. Они тяготились своим двойственным статусом: и не никониане, и не старообрядцы. Соответственно, единоверие, вопреки ожиданиям властей, не получило большого распространения. During the so-called 'Gallican crisis' between 1551 and 1552, Pope Julius III accused the French king of preparing an ecclesiastical schism, while the possibility of establishing a French patriarchate was discussed in the royal council. Before long, however, the conflict gave way to a close alliance between the Pope and King Henry II. Was the 'Gallican crisis' just a tool of political pressure on Julius III? To what extent were the plans of the king and his entourage to reform the Gallican Church serious? The lack of sources can be filled, at least in part, by turning to the work by Raoul Spifame, a lawyer of the Paris Parliament, titled Dicaearchiae Henrici Regis Christianissimi Progymnasmata (1556). In its essence, it is a collection of rhetorical exercises in the field of jurisprudence written in the form of royal decrees designed to reform everything in the kingdom. Surprisingly, some of these fictional measures later would be actually implemented. The reason for the author's 'clairvoyance' lies in his contacts with the secretaries of state who were then preparing large-scale reforms, which would eventually be cancelled due to the unexpected death of the king and the outbreak of the Wars of Religion. A considerable part of the decrees is devoted to plans of the reform of the Gallican Church: from the elevation of the Bishopric of Paris to the rank of an archdiocese to tightening control over the morals of prelates. This article pays special attention to how the Dicaearchiae regulated the elements of 'everyday piety' — the rituals of blessing of the bridal chamber, purification after childbirth, and belief in the existence of limb. A limitation of 'luxury' was also to be introduced: refusal of precious ecclesiastical ornaments, redundant bells, and a reduction in the number of holidays associated with the veneration of saints. Without abandoning the cult of saints, Spifame undertakes a reform of the ecclesiastical calendar and creates a sort of national martyrology of warriors who died for their homeland and 'are venerated as saints without a canonisation'. ; Во время так называемого «галликанского кризиса» 1551–1552 гг. папа Юлий III обвинял французского короля в подготовке схизмы, а в Королевском совете обсуждалась возможность учреждения патриаршества во Франции. Каждый год в нашей стране с помощью ЭКО рождается около 1000 детей – 1 % новорожденных. Технология ЭКО является одним из способов повышения рождаемости, что особенно актуально для стран с неблагоприятной демографической ситуацией, в том числе и Беларуси, где 15 % пар признаны бесплодными. Власти пытаются направить усилия на поиск новых путей поддержки рождаемости. Однако до сих пор ЭКО в целом и его отдельные методы неоднозначно воспринимают разные слои общества – бесплодные пары, центры ЭКО, законодательные органы, церковь, общественность. В статье рассматриваются ключевые биоэтические аспекты ЭКО с позиции науки, государства и религии. ; In vitro fertilization in Belarus exists since 1994. Every year in our country, with the help of IVF, about 1000 children are born, which is 1 % of newborns. IVF technology is one of the ways to increase fertility, which is especially important for countries with an adverse demographic situation, including Belarus, where 15 % of couples are found to be infertile. The authorities are trying to focus their attempts on finding new ways to support fertility. However, until now, IVF in general and its individual methods are ambiguously perceived by different parts of community - infertile couples, IVF centers, legislative bodies, the church and the public. The article discusses the key bioethical aspects of IVF from the standpoint of science, state and religion.

The Church, accepting the paschal gift of peace, carries it onto the next generations of the faithful, at the same time dissociates itself from pacifist ideologies. Nevertheless, it does not fear to use military provenance vocabulary in the proclamation of the Gospel. Freedom that Christ brings may be the foundation of freedom for particular nations and states. This essay contains reflections on a new book by renowned historian Denis Crouzet on children's violence, and, more broadly, on the image of children during the French Wars of Religion. In the book under review, the novelty lies in the fact that the images of 'innocent infants' make part of a separate plot. Just as novel are Denis Crouzet's reflections on the 'sources of inspiration' of the young French persecutors of heretics. The author indicates the anthropological correspondences inherent in the culture of both Italian and French cities, such as the carnivalesque inversion of the 'world inside out' and the social function of youth associations taking part in the 'charivari' rites. Denis Crouzet pays attention to sources that are novel to him, like children's Christmas chants, mystery plays, and 'miracles'. While impersonating the Innocents persecuted by Herod but also angels carrying retaliation to this villain, urban children learnt what and how to do in the face of a carnival challenge.The ways to leave the eschatological activism are of particular interest. After 1572, the gangs of executioners-children left the scene. Only the murder of the Guises on Christmas Day, 1588, threw crowds of children into the streets of Paris. Now they were described differently, however, — as a disciplined mass, occupied not with outrages but with prayers. The author speaks of 'Catholic consciousness', but that was already a different reformed Catholicism, departing further and further from the old 'corporate Catholicism'. The religious political activity of children would become a thing of the past, however. The image of an innocent child would once more be in demand only after the Revolution, when, this time in a desacralised context, children became the embodiment of the French nation. ; Данное эссе представляет собой размышления над новой книгой известного французского историка Дени Крузе, посвященной теме детского насилия, и шире — образу детей во время Религиозных войн во Франции. Крузе указывает на антропологические соответствия, присущие культуре как итальянских, так и французских городов. Здесь и карнавальная инверсия «мира наизнанку», и социальная функция объединений молодежи, участвующих в обрядах шаривари. Исследователь обращается к новым источникам: песнопениям, исполняемым детьми на Рождество, к мистериям и мираклям. Играя как невинных младенцев, страдающих от Ирода, так и ангелов, карающих злодея, городские дети учились тому, что и как делать в условиях карнавального вызова.Интерес представляет процесс выхода из эсхатологического активизма. После 1572 г. банды детей-палачей сходят со сцены. Лишь убийство Гизов на Рождество 1588 г. выплеснуло на улицы Парижа толпы детей. Но теперь они описывались иначе — как дисциплинированная масса, занятая не погромами, но молитвами. Крузе говорит о «католическом сознании», но это был уже иной католицизм, реформированный, все далее отходящий от старого «корпоративного католицизма». Религиозная политическая активность детей уйдет в прошлое. Вновь образ невинного ребенка будет востребован уже после Революции, когда в десакрализованном контексте дети станут воплощением французской нации.

In the middle of the 18th century in Germany was the unique religious situation when within the limits of the state many different religions coexisted. It gave an impulse for German philosophers to concern the questions of religion politic and the conditions under which the harmonic coexistence of adherents of different religions within the limits of one state might be possible. The article considers two such projects - the project of Kant (presented above all in a later work "Religion within the Limits of Reason Alone" and in an earlier article "An Answer to the Question: What is Enlightenment?") and the project of Mendelssohn (in the work "Jerusalem or on Religious Power and Judaism"). The positions of both philosophers have very many common features, what allows us to assume a certain influence of Mendelssohn if not on the origin of the ethic-religious views of Kant then at least on the direction Kant's views developed and on the form they were expressed.

In the post-Soviet period, new opportunities have been created for cross-cultural interaction revealing a global religious marketplace. The Russian Arctic seemed to have become an attractive land for international Protestant missionary activities. Since the mid-1990s, scholars began to register the growing influence of evangelical movements among the indigenous population of Siberia and the Far North. Based on a case study of religious communities in the Polar Ural Mountains and the Yamal peninsula, the article addresses the transformation of postsocialist religious landscape into a "battlefield" of different missionary principles and strategies. The picture was also amplified with the persistence of Soviet atheistic discourse on "destructive foreign religious sects" and local authorities' policy of putting pressure upon and intimidating Protestant religious associations. The endurance of Soviet anti-religious ideology and the issue of "destructive sects" dominated local public discourse and influenced the ways in which the local authorities reacted to recent religious rearrangements. This article explores the background of the emerging diverse and competitive religiosity in the Arctic and across post-Soviet Russia and describes the main tensions that determined religious activity in the Russian Arctic. ; В постсоветский период появились новые возможности для межкультурного взаимодействия, открывшие в том числе и мировой религиозный рынок. Российская Арктика стала привлекательным полем для международной протестантской миссионерской деятельности. Von allen zentralasiatischen Staaten hat sich Kirgisistan als das für die Tätigkeit ausländischer Missionare fruchtbarste Feld erwiesen. Der Beitrag informiert über die religiöse Gesetzgebung des Landes und die staatliche Religionspolitik und geht auf das Verhältnis der verschiedenen Ethnien zur Religion sowie die Beziehungen zwischen Religion und Politik ein. Weitere Darstellungsschwerpunkte bilden die religiöse Situation in der Stadt Osch, einem der islamischen Zentren Zentralasiens, der Wahhabbismus und das Verhältnis der Frauen zur Religion. (BIOst-Mrk)
