The research aims to analyze the implementation of Sufism values to prevent corruption in PT. Telkom Witel Medan. This research uses qualitative methods. In this research, the researcher analyzed module books that were used as a guide for lecturers in PT. Telkom. Besides, the researcher interviewed members of the Board of Prosperity Mosque, namely, the manager of lectures, lecturers, and the management of PT. Telkom Witel Medan. This research shows that the values of Sufism, which is implemented in PT. Telkom Witel Medan has been quite effective in preventing corruption, even though it is not the only determinant. At the national level, this success is evidenced by the achievement of the Best of the best BUMN in the Mental Revolution Award 2018. PT Telkom also won two awards from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as an Institution with the best Implementation of the State Assets Property Report (LHKPN) 2018 and BUMN with the Best Gratuity Control System in 2018.
The aim of this study was to highlight the key finding of corporate political connections research. This study used 61 previous studies related to corporate political connections to develop a structured literature review. It was found that most studies were conducted in developing countries as they provided a unique institutional setting for conduct political connections research. In addition, a political connection is used as independent variables and the previous studies focuses on three related topics, which are corporate performance, corporate action, and loan and special rights. Literature review study become more important nowadays, as the number of empirical quantitative research amount has been increased lately. This analysis also has research and practical implementation for researcher, practitioners, and regulators.
An Election is one of the implementations of democracy in Indonesia. However, the implementation of the election is coloured by fraud, which results in the election of less qualified parties. The purpose of this article is to determine the determinants of citizen use in the context of applying electronic electoral systems in Indonesia. This analysis aims to test the validity and linear regression with the test using SPSS using 205 respondents. This method is used due to its lack of complexity. The results of the study indicate that the influence of citizens' intention to use an electoral system is relative advantage, compatibility and trust in the internet. The findings of the study provide further insights to researchers, citizen and governments involved. The study contributes to the growing literature on an electronic election system from Indonesia's perspective (a developing country's perspective).
This report aims to review the implementation of bureaucracy reform in realizing good governance and the target mdgs the city government yogyakarta .This research is considered as policy research associated with bureaucracy reform based on the minister of utilization state apparatus and bureaucratic reform no. 11 years 2011 .The research is municipal yogyakarta that is city administration reward challenged the highest in the management of governance se-indonesia given by the indonesian government index ( igi ) since 2012-2014 with with get a rata-rata 6,8 index governance .The data in this research consisting of primary and secondary data .The method of analysis that used in this research is descriptive analytical , analysis techniques use also content analysis. The research results showed that the implementation of good governance of the Government of the city were in accordance with the regulations of the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus No. 11 in 2011. The purpose of the study is to know the application of good governance principle in managing the IT Center at Bina Marga Department Kotabaru regency. The researcher used descriptive qualitative research as the method of the study. From the result of the research, the researcher found that the application of Good Governance principle in managing IT Center at Bina Marga Department Kotabaru Regency was measured as well by using 9 principles, such as participation indicator, law indicator, transparency indicator, responsive indicator, consensus indicator, equilavment indicator, effectivity and efficiency indicator, accountability indicator, and visibility indicator. Lack of internet network and the minimum socialization occurred to be the obstacle factors in delivering the information. For the supporting factors, the researcher found human resource and information data became the supporting factors in managing IT center well.
DPR-RI oversight in TNI (military) Business have very important role in forming of professional and reliable TNI, despitefully DPR-RI oversight also useful to link citizen priority and views in rule of policy and law in defence area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the oversight mechanism conducted by DPR-RI in the case of military business. Theory used by researcher in conducting this research is theory of parliamentary oversight, which is conducting through various mechanism which available in parliament, that is: passing debate mechanism; passing existence of commission; and through raised questions when in meeting. This research used qualitative method,and data research was obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data was gained through observation and interview. Based on the research, the oversight mechanism have been run by first commission of DPR-RI was still weaken, on the other side the parliament (DPR) also lack in creating an effective oversight, where this matter because of some factors, such as: the lack of political willingness of parliamentary member, lack of positive supervision practices and the limited information had by DPR.
The main problem of this research is district apparatus in District of Praya, Pujut, and Janapria Central Lombok Regency can not do better their job yet, although the government pass through legislation regulation gave attributive authority to district head for carry out it job. This research intend for investigate, watch closely and analyze that the policy implementation of district head attributive authority that implement by district apparatus. Hoping from the result of analysis has a new concept about public policy implementation. The used of theory is the policy implementation theory of Mazmanian and Sabatier. This research used qualitative method and qualitative descriptive research design. The most instrument of this research is the researcher. The resources of data are document, archives, interview, observation and office equipment, used to get data and information at the field. While, the method of collecting data used interview, observation and document. The result of this study showed that the policy of District Head Attributive Authority in District of Praya, Pujut, and Janapria Central Lombok Regency West Nusa Tenggara Province can not good implementation, so that not able to improved of carrying out of apparatus district job. This research found new concept that the success of implementation of atributive authority can achieved through improvement on will and ability from receiver of authority, and there is political will from giver of authority. Because of that, attributive authority can implementation by receiver of authority effectively.
The frying pan thermal-kimia was a process that produces characteristic of food with the brown colour of golden. One of the parameters of the decline in quality cooking oil is the number of peroxide. During the frying pan, cooking oil will suffer at high temperatures warning 160-1800C in long time. The main damage is the emergence of a rancid scent while damage other covering elevated levels of free fatty acid, the peroxide, thickness the emergence of oil, the establishment of foam and the dirt on seasoning of material that fried. Based on cooking oil used in a penyetan stall is generally of cooking oil used repeatedly. The use of oil can improve the former repeatedly peroxide in the cooking oil. Research objectives is to know the image of the peroxide on a former oil in a penyetan stall areas Mancasan Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive research. Laboratory test to research is iodometry method. A penyetan stall to research this a total of eight-penyetan stall located in the Mancasan Yogyakarta. Research conducted on eight a penyetan stall areas Mancasan in Yogyakarta obtained the number of the peroxide of 1,10 meq/kg until 5,74 meq/kg. From the result of research conducted on a penyetan stall there are 62.5% penyetan stall peroksida number exceeding the limit of standards and 37,5% still within the limits of cooking oil according to quality standard SNI 7709:2012.Keywords: cooking oil former, number of peroxide
MSMEs have a significant role in economic development in Indonesia, namely by providing job opportunities and expanding job opportunities to the community. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 disease in Indonesia has affected MSMEs in Indonesia, one of them is the problem of decreasing MSME results. Sharia compliance is a sharia compliance guideline used in an MSME activity by sharia rules and does not deviate from Islamic teachings. Profit results from product sales, which is an integral part of MSMEs. The research entitled the effect of sharia compliance on the profits of MSMEs in Bangkalan aims to find out how the implementation of sharia compliance in MSME activities is, how does sharia compliance affect the earnings of MSMEs in Bangkalan.In the preparation of this study using qualitative research methods with normative, descriptive research types, namely by describing the conditions in the research area and then connecting them with references from books and journals. This research aims to determine the effect of government spending and unemployment on IHDI in Indonesia in 2010-2013. The method of analysis used in this research is regression analysis of fixed effect model (FEM) panel data. The result of t-test in this research indicates that government expenditure has a significant positive effect on IHDI and unemployment has a negative effect not significant on IHDI. In conclusion, the two variables have a significant effect on IHDI in Indonesia in 2010-2013.
This study aimed at assessing the efficiency of zakat organizations in Indonesia by the use of non-parametric efficiency measurement methods. In addition, a cluster analysis based on the affiliation type was also used to assess the efficiency of Zakat organizations. A quantitative approach with the DEA and FDH methods was applied to this research, during which the latest data from the financial reports of each Zakat Institution have been utilized. This period ranges from 2014 to 2018 for the 14 Zakat Institutions. Based on the results, Zakat Institutions have equal efficiency between DEA and FDH methods if the clusters of government, corporation, and social community are combined. Research data on measuring efficiency show that the DEA method contributes 21% of all Decision-Making Units (DMU) to the total, while the FDH method contributes 25%. The research is one of the first studies to focus on the efficiency of the Zakat Institutions and its associated clusters: government, corporation, and social community. This research can be useful for Zakat Institutions in the form of critical application evaluation considering the research input variables, such as salaries, operational costs, and cost of socialization, and research output variables, for example zakat fund, zakat distribution taking maqasid sharia aspects into consideration.
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether performance management system (PMS) has a positive effect on organizational performance. Furthermore, it also investigates whether intellectual capital (IC) mediates PMS-organizational performance relationship. Design/methodology/approach This study is designed as a quantitative research employing a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Using an online survey, data are collected from the HEIs managers under the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the Government of Indonesia (MRTH-GOI). This research uses a mediation model approach to test the indirect effect of IC. Findings The results reveal that PMS has a positive direct effect on organizational performance of the HEIs in Indonesia. Further analysis proves that IC partially mediates PMS-organizational relationship. Research limitations/implications This research is context-specific for Indonesia and caution should be used when generalizing it to other countries. It implies that the better the organizational performance of the HEIs, the better the quality of life in the society. PMS and IC play a crucial role in the era of knowledge economy. Practical implications The HEIs managers should design and implement a reliable PMS. They also should properly manage the IC (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) so that they can enhance organizational performance in areas of teaching, research and community service as the core business of the HEIs. Social implications As the global education competition has become a serious issue in each HEI in Indonesia, the results of this study contribute to providing an approach on how to achieve a better organizational performance which brings more benefits to the society. The HEIs display a strategic role in improving the quality of life of society. The knowledge economy requires society to enhance the quality of education at all levels. This research model and results provide empirical evidence of the importance of IC which mediates the relationship between PMS and organizational performance. When the HEIs in Indonesia implement this model of managing IC, the society will get more benefits in terms of the improvements in the quality of education, teaching, research and community service from the HEIs. The better the HEIs performance, the better the quality of life of the society in the era of knowledge economy. Originality/value This research brings together issues that are usually examined separately in previous studies. It employs a mediation research model to explore the central role of IC in PMS- organizational performance relationship which is rarely researched. This is also the first study exploring the three constructs of PMS, IC and organizational performance in the Indonesian HEIs research setting.

Soejarwadi Klaten structurally and formal is the Nursing Supervisor, arranging and controling activity of nurse in order to treatment duty execution. But that way policy which ought to be released by Nursing Supervisor isn't applicable fully yet. The mentioned cause disappearance between nurse expectation with applied policy, cause many factor influencing to intake of policy.Target of this Research is : for knowing the relation between the satisfaction of nurse with role of Nursing Supervisor in decision making in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten.Method Research : this research type is the non eksperimental with taken sampel cross sectional method in this research is all nurse which still active work and noted as officer in the RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten ( total population) : 86 responder. Data analysis for the verification of hypothesis use chi-square with alpha 0,05. Result of Research: showing p-value equal to 0,011. The value is compared to smaller of alpha 0,05, thereby can be pulled by conclusion that hypothesizing zero refused and research hypothesizing ( Ha) accepted.Conclusion : " there is a relation between the satisfaction of nurse with Role of Nursing Supervisor in decision making in RSJD Dr. R.M. Soedjarwadi Klaten".
Tourism is a large sector that includes many things in it. Facilities and infrastructure that can support the life of the tourism sector are not only owned by one party, but involve various stakeholders so that collaboration between these stakeholders is needed to collaborate, but collaborative governance in the development of the Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze collaborative governance in the development of the Tanjung Lesung SEZ. This research is based on the Collaborative Governance Theory from Ansell and Gash. This theory is to examine the collaboration process which includes dimensions including the collaboration process, initial conditions, institutional design, and facilitative leadership. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Because the main purpose of this study is to describe and provide an explanation of collaborative governance in the development of the Tanjung Lesung SEZ. Informants were determined by purposive sampling and snowball techniques. The data collection technique used is by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The result of this research is that Collaborative Governance in the development of the Tanjung Lesung SEZ has not been implemented optimally. Suggestions from this research are that the community increases its resources so that they can collaborate, the government provides ongoing training to help the community actively collaborate and the government forms a special forum as a forum to communicate and discuss the vision and mission to be achieved together. ; The development of tourism is not only conducted by one stakeholder, but it involves various stakeholders and therefore needs the collaboration among them. The purpose of this research is to describe the collaborative governance in developing the special economic zone of Tanjung Lesung. The description of collaborative governance is based on collaborative governance model that emphasizes four dimensions, namely starting condition, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration process. Method of this research is descriptive-qualitative method. This research needs primary and secondary data. Primary data of this research are collected by in-depth interview and observation, and secondary data of this research are collected by documentation. The collected data, both primary and secondary, are qualitatively described. Results of this research indicate that the collaborative governance based on the dimensions of starting condition, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration process in developing the special economic zone of Tanjung Lesung is not optimally implemented yet. This research recommends that the community increases its resources in order to involve in collaboration; the government provides the sustained training to help the community in order to actively collaborate and forms a special forum to communicate and discuss the vision and mission to be commonly achieved in developing the special economic zone of Tanjung Lesung.

This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidense of research in oder to obtain answers to the problems of research on how much influense of Implementation of the Asset Management and Implementation of the Internal control on the quality of financial Reporting. The benefits of research is to provide a scientific contribution to the science of public sector accounting and solve problems for local goverments in the implementations of task related to improving the quality of local government financial reporting. This study used survey method with descriptive verification approach and type of causal research conducted at 28 local government both provincial and city/district.in west java.
