The Problem setting. General globalization processes on the European continent and the aggressive actions of individual States caused a radical revision of the system of ensuring national security of Ukraine, which transformed in the direction of Euro-Atlantic integration. Dramatic geopolitical changes of the last decade, the military-political confrontation with the Russian Federation radically transformed the whole organization of international relations established after the Second world war. Therefore, the problem of ensuring national security is our country in modern conditions a special, unprecedented, value.Recent research and publications analysis. The availability of scientific publications allows us to conclude that the research of the designated problems is carried out mainly within the framework of political and economic science. Attempts holistic philosophical understanding of the nature and determinants of the direction of development of Ukrainian society in the Euro-Atlantic area are insufficient. Paper objective. The purpose of this article is to attempt a philosophical understanding of the need for Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine in the context of ensuring its national security. Paper main body. Ukraine is becoming a more active player in international relations due to its geopolitical position. Modern Ukraine plays an extremely important role in the development of political and economic cooperation on the European continent and in adjacent areas, providing in conditions of extreme military and information aggressive activity of Russia regional stability and security. For Ukraine, the issue of Euro-Atlantic choice is not rhetorical. History cites many vivid examples that clearly demonstrate that their historical-cultural and mental sources Ukraine has always belonged to the transatlantic space. In the foreign policy priorities of our state, this selection occupies a special place. The modern foreign political course of Ukraine for Euro-Atlantic integration implies the desire to become part of the most efficient and effective collective security system, with clear guarantees of their own security. The intensification of European integration processes means more intensive inclusion of Ukraine in international cooperation for conflict and counter the latest threats in the security sphere. The main directions of ensuring national security in the sphere of international cooperation is integration into the international system of security and cooperation on prevention of illegal actions in the sphere of security. The article highlights how obvious the prospects and benefits of Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and its possible risks and threats to national security.Conclusions of the research. Despite the fact that a full-fledged member of the Euro-Atlantic space in the short and even medium term, Ukraine will not be able to become, it can significantly increase cooperation with the countries of the West, which will greatly enhance her chances and accelerate the pace of integration. The course of Euro-Atlantic integration is not limited to declarations and statements. This is a concrete, planned, multi-faceted activity. Being interconnected and interdependent, the problems of security and development of modern society require a comprehensive study because of their joint decisions determine the future as a separate country and humanity in General. ; В статье делается попытка философского осмысления необходимости евроатлантической интеграции для Украины в контексте обеспечения ее национальной безопасности. Европейский вектор отечественного государственного развития рассматривается как один из базовых объектов национальной безопасности Украины. Обосновывается, что евроатлантический выбор – это единственный приемлемый путь магистрального развития Украины, соответствующий ее национальным интересам, желанию народа обеспечить свое надежное безопасное будущее. Sie beeinträchtigen die ökonomische Entwicklung, verschlechtern die Lebensqualität der Bevölkerung und begründen intensiven Handlungsbedarf für zentrale und regionale Institutionen der Politk in Rußland. In einer zweiteiligen Untersuchung wird der Umweltgefährdung durch industrielle und infrastrukturelle Sicherheitsdefizite nachgegangen. Der vorliegende Teil II behandelt die Gefährdung durch Nuklearanlagen und radioaktive Abfälle, Teil I (Bericht Nr. 14) den nichtnuklearen Bereich. A sense of security is a basic human need as an individual. Issues related to the functioning of the police have always been interested for the society, and in particular its imperious powers. Over the years, the position of the police was different, but it has always been an armed formation, serving the state, regardless of the name or internal structures, its aim was to ensure protection of people, ensure public safety and order, protecting the people, their life, health and property. In the state security system the police occupies a special position as it is responsible for the state of public safety and order. The implementation of these basic tasks is particularly influenced by the improvement of its organizational structures, the implementation of activities using new means and methods, the educated and professional staffing, clarity of legal provisions or cooperation with external entities. This publication explains the concept of the police, referring to the etymology of the term as well as the legal definition. It shows the historical conditions of police structures in Poland, from the beginnings of the Polish state, through the times of the state monarchy, loss of independence, World War I and II, to the formation of the Polish state in the communist times, until the creation of the police under the Act of April 6th 1990 about the police. The article presents the structure of the organization, describes the tasks, competences and legal basis of its functioning. It shows the place of the police in the administrative structure of the state, its basic aims as a subject of public safety and order, and the ways of carrying out tasks imposed by many legal acts. It describes the tools available to the police to ensure security and public order, the rights and duties of the officers. A characteristic feature of the police is that it operates in the public interest, within the limits provided by law, and the scope of its tasks is set out in the Act of the Police, in international agreements and arrangements, and the Code of Criminal Procedure or the Code of Misdemeanour Procedure. ; Почуття безпеки – це основна потреба людини як особистості. Питання, пов'язані з функціонуванням поліції, зокрема зі здійсненням нею владних повноважень, завжди були важливими для суспільства. Протягом різних епох становище поліції змінювалось, але вона завжди була збройним формуванням, яка слугувала державі незалежно від назви чи внутрішніх структурних особливостей. Її метою було забезпечення захисту людей, забезпечення громадської безпеки та порядку, захисту люди, їх життя, здоров'я та майна. У системі державної охорони міліція займає особливе місце, оскільки відповідає за стан громадської безпеки та порядку. Реалізація цих основних завдань особливо впливає на вдосконалення її організаційних структур, впровадження заходів щодо впровадження нових засобів та методів охорони громадської безпеки, освічене та професійне кадрове забезпечення, чіткість правових положень та співпрацю із зовнішніми структурами. У цій статті розкривається зміст поняття міліції, етимології цього терміну, а також його юридичного визначення. В статті окреслено історичні умови виникнення та розвитку поліцейських структур у Польщі, починаючи з початку польської держави, через часи державної монархії, втрати незалежності, першої та другої світової війни, до формування польської держави в комуністичні часи, аж до створення поліції відповідно до Закону від 6 квітня 1990 року про міліцію. У статті представлена структура організації, описані завдання, компетенції та правова база її функціонування. Окреслені місце поліції в адміністративній структурі держави, її основні цілі щодо охорони громадської безпеки та порядку, а також шляхи виконання завдань, встановлених багатьма правовими актами. Описано інструменти, доступні поліції для забезпечення безпеки та громадського порядку, права та обов'язки офіцерів. Визначено, що характерною особливістю поліції є те, що вона діє в інтересах суспільства в межах, передбачених законом, а сфера її завдань встановлена в Законі про поліцію, у міжнародних угодах, Кримінально-процесуальному кодексі та інших законодавчих актах.

Since the 1960s, most Southeast Asian countries have managed to reach greater food security, largely by focusing on output increase. The postcolonial state was instrumental in improving agricultural production in Indonesia and Malaysia; however the state policies have been changing especially since the turn of the millennium. In order to address the transformations which have taken place in contemporary agricultural policies in those states, we ask the following question: What are the strategies deployed by Indonesian and Malaysian states to insure food security? To answer this question, policies pertaining to the two most important agricultural sectors in both countries, rice and palm oil, are analysed. Both states have pursued policies of self-sufficiency in regards with rice production. Despite the adoption of liberalization policies since the end of the 1990s in both countries, many mechanisms ensure the regulation of the rice economy. In parallel, Malaysian and Indonesian administrations have been aiming to significantly expand cash crop production, especially oil palm. In both cases, the state played a key role in the development of palm oil production while supporting smallholdings. However, as states have encouraged cash crop production for exports, earlier objectives of food self-sufficiency have been abandoned to a large extent. Relinquishing food self-sufficiency as a priority appears risky especially in Indonesia where a large part of the population in rural and urban remains food insecure. ; Depuis les années 1960, plusieurs pays d'Asie du Sud-Est ont réussi à atteindre, surtout grâce à l'augmentation de la production agricole, une plus grande sécurité alimentaire.
