This text concerns the humble power of audacious women. In Anôsy (south-east of Madagascar), opportunities to access influent positions may multiply, in the context of democratization and globalization, but the power women gain is always ambivalent. Women in Anôsy share with slave descendants a very embodied humility. The examination of the trajectories of two powerful women suggest that some women can become "great women" if they are able to convert shame into authority and invert some core values attached to the powerfulness of ordinary men. ; Ce texte concerne le pouvoir humble de femmes audacieuses. En Anôsy, au sud-est de Madagascar, les opportunités d'obtenir des positions d'influence se sont multipliées pour les femmes, dans le contexte de la démocratisation et de la globalisation. Pourtant le pouvoir qu'elles acquièrent est toujours ambivalent. Les femmes d'Anôsy partagent avec les descendants d'esclaves une humilité incorporée. L'examen de la trajectoire de deux femmes puissantes suggère que les femmes peuvent devenir de " grandes femmes " au prix d'une conversion de la honte en autorité et de l'inversion de certaines valeurs attachées au devenir puissant des hommes ordinaires.

Issu de la mouvance jihadiste, le groupe rebelle syrien Ahrar al-Sham a opéré depuis sa création en 2011 un mouvement de déradicalisation idéologique. Cette mue, parachevée en 2017 avec l'adoption officielle du drapeau national syrien, s'est traduite par une posture « révisionniste » du groupe qui l'a graduellement éloigné des factions les plus radicales et rapproché du courant dominant révolutionnaire. Cette trajectoire peut être lue à la lumière de facteurs contextuels, en l'occurrence l'influence des États sponsors de l'insurrection syrienne et l'émergence en 2011 d'un projet de révolution populaire opposant une option idéologique crédible au projet jihadiste. Toutefois, la réponse d'Ahrar al-Sham à ces stimuli externes ne peut se comprendre qu'à travers ses ressorts organisationnels, c'est-à-dire un sevrage précoce vis-à-vis des réseaux jihadistes transnationaux et la mise en place d'une structure décisionnelle collégiale qui a permis la consolidation de l'aile réformiste du groupe aux dépens de sa rivale doctrinaire. Cette étude d'un processus de déradicalisation en temps de guerre civile entend enrichir la réflexion sur les dynamiques de modération des groupes islamistes, essentiellement étudiées jusqu'ici dans des contextes de paix ou d'adieux aux armes. Elle contribue également à une prise en compte des mécanismes de transformation idéologique des groupes armés non étatiques, question largement délaissée par les travaux théoriques sur les guerres civiles.

La doctrine du « nudge » (coup de pouce dans le bon sens) propose une méthode douce d'influencer nos comportements basée sur des conditionnements souvent imperceptibles. Depuis la réforme des systèmes de santé ou de retraite jusqu'à l'organisation spatiale d'une cantine scolaire, le monde social devient le terrain d'exercice d'une activité de design potentiellement omniprésente, supposée bienveillante mais néanmoins inquiétante.

The discipline, whose volunteerism and usefulness are well established, faces internal and external psycho-social brakes because of their very purpose: the dying person. Could not their sometimes "too great assurance" in their merit, be a denied shame, which reverses in to its opposite? And the difficulty of being recognized as a worthy medicine could not be based on an epistemological conflict between medical science that does not know shame and human sciences that can analyze it. Knowing that this difficulty for palliative care to be recognized would also seem to be exacerbated by a social context where performance and profitability are the foundations of social organization. There is indeed in our neoliberal society a great difficulty to appreciate unconditionally the worth of the damaged body, of dependence, suffering and agony in becoming medical knowledge. Shame more often denotes scandal and opprobrium in every language when it is linked to dignity, modesty and guilt. If it is classically understood as a negative affect from which it will be legitimate to free oneself, it is no longer possible in the confrontation at the end of life. Shame is a phenomenon that is very present in the palliative clinic and yet it cannot be said, to name oneself and even less to accept oneself. Crossing all the layers of the human being (in other words, Dasein in Heideggerian terms), from the most superficial to the deepest, until reaching the unbearable being unveiled in its primary nudity, would it not be the driving force of both polarities of the world ? Et la difficulté à se faire reconnaître comme médecine digne ne pourrait-elle pas se fonder sur un conflit épistémologique entre science médicale qui ne connaît pas la honte et sciences humaines qui peuvent l'analyser. Sachant que cette difficulté pour les soins palliatifs à se faire reconnaître semblerait également s'exacerber du fait d'un contexte social où la performance et la rentabilité constituent les fondements de l'organisation sociale. Il y a en effet dans notre société néolibérale une grande difficulté à apprécier dignes inconditionnellement le corps abîmé, la dépendance, la souffrance et l'agonie devenue savoir médical. La honte désigne plus souvent dans le langage courant le scandale et l'opprobre alors qu'elle entretient un lien avec la dignité, la pudeur et la culpabilité. Si elle est classiquement entendue comme un affect négatif duquel il serait légitime de se libérer, ce n'est plus possible dans la confrontation à la fin de vie. La honte est un phénomène bien présent dans la clinique palliative et pourtant elle ne peut se dire, se nommer et encore moins s'accepter. Traversant toutes les couches de l'étant humain (autrement dit du Dasein en terme heideggérien) des plus superficielles aux plus profondes jusqu'à atteindre l'inassumable de l'être dévoilé dans sa nudité première, ne serait-elle pas motrice des deux polarités du monde ? Elle se love dans le pire de la dégradation pour peut-être permettre une ouverture à une possible expérience ontologique thérapeutique. La reconnaissance d'une honte ontologique au même titre qu'une dignité ontologique permettrait de désigner une dignité hontologique, terme oxymorique faisant sens pour un accompagnement authentiquement fraternel. Une dignité hontologique permettrait-elle à notre société de mieux élaborer le clivage toujours persistant entre un accompagnement solidaire et une mort donnée et peut-être érigerait-elle mieux les soins palliatifs comme discipline digne travaillant de concert avec la techno-science

Inhumane Administrative Practices (IAP) refer to certain systematic, calculated and planned violent exercises on the part of management, by which the termination of contracts with workers who are considered to be replaceable or are disruptive to the instrumental ends of an organization are possible. The theoretical perspective of IAP presented here examines and details strategies, actions, omissions and other administrative acts through which workers are mistreated, humiliated and shamed, so that they passively submit to productive dynamics, reject the possibility to join unions, accept "voluntary work arrangements", or quit their labor affiliation. IAP is characterized, therefore, by the use of intimidation and degrading methods that injure the humanity of workers in the context of a production logic centered on the laws of the market and maximization of profits. IAP in organizations does not go against the essential condition of human behavior; therefore, it is not carried out from a generalist perspective, but rather from the specificity of place and prescribed timeframes. For this reason the practices through which IAP violates workers' humanity are characterized at the local level. In this study, conceptual reference in humanities are applied and are fundamental to examine the relationship of labor subordination, which, while it is possible to eliminate, is a continually weakening factor because of an abuse of power that fails to recognize working people as individuals who are dignified, free, equal, autonomous, respectable and therefore, individuals who have the right to a good life.The creation of a theoretical framework, then, seeks to contribute to the epistemological foundation that provides new analytical elements to the science of management in order to focus concrete practices of workplace violence far from the philosophical perspective of a modern culture with ideological, legal and political foundations that recognize the human condition of every person. Ethnographic fieldwork was carried out in the organization C-Colombia between 1993-2005 and is presented in two accounts: one from the perspective of management and another from the perspective of workers. The result demonstrates that power and authority in this enterprise was always applied with disregard to psychological human suffering. This behavior is a product of mistreatment and humiliation of workers, and is incapable of applying alternative approaches to those of narcissistic and productionist ends, in order to resolve problems that could be dealt with technically and morally in a more dignified manner.Key words: Inhumanity, work, enterprise, inhumane administrative practices, workplace violence, humiliation, mistreatment, shame. ; L'application des pratiques de gestion inhumaines (PGI) conforme un phénomène qui ne tient pas en considération l'horizon philosophique du projet culturel moderne fondé sur un corpus idéologique, juridique et politique reconnaissant l'humanité de toutes les personnes. La perspective théorique sur les PGI que nous présentons ici permet d'examiner et de définir les mauvais traitements provenant des décisions de gestion qui sont adoptées et mises en œuvre à partir d'une rationalité instrumentale et sans tenir compte de la souffrance qu'elles peuvent causer aux travailleurs. Les PGI sont caractérisées par l'utilisation de moyens intimidants et dégradants qui visent à éliminer ceux qui sont considérés comme gênants ou superflus par une direction dont l'unique but est de triompher sur le marché globalisé, régi par la loi de la rentabilité maximum de l'investissement. Les PGI dans les organisations contemporaines ne rendent pas compte d'une condition essentielle de la conduite humaine, pour autant nous ne les abordons pas dans une perspective généraliste, mais depuis la spécificité d'un lieu et d'un temps déterminés. De là, surgit l'intérêt pour déterminer pourquoi et comment l'on porte atteinte, dans le contexte local, à l'humanité du travailleur à travers les PGI. S'il est vrai que dans le milieu du travail, il existe une relation de subordination incontournable, nous soulignons, pour l'analyse des PGI, le rôle des sciences humaines, car à partir de celles-ci il est possible de repérer des contextes, des situations, des tensions, ainsi que les causes et les divers facteurs qui interviennent pour que dans le monde de l'entreprise contemporain certaines directions transgressent les principes qui régissent un traitement humain. Les organisations doivent donc reconnaître et faire valoir les postulats qui sous-tendent « l'idéal » selon lequel tous les travailleurs sont des êtres dignes, libres, égaux, autonomes, respectables qui ont le droit per se au bien vivre. La souffrance psychique provoquée par le mauvais traitement dans le milieu de l'entreprise est le résultat de la violation des droits de l'homme, l'humiliation et la honte sont des sentiments qui surgissent chez la personne que l'on méprise et que l'on déshumanise. For researchers working on mass violence, the Ottoman attacks that targeted Armenians in 1915 and have removed half of them are in no doubt genocide. Raphael Lemkin was also the deportations and massacres in mind when he coined the term. But a century after the fact, Turkey shows no shame address these massacres, and his argument merely consider that this type of treatment of minorities is quite acceptable, even today.
