The paper defines political socialization of the youth as the knowledge of the political world closely connected with such its contexts as communications. In the light of the autopoietic systems theory the communicative context is: 1) the organisation of communication of the political world with the systems surrounding it (including the person) for adaptation to their changes by means of giving it its own sense; 2) «the actor» of political socialisation. ; В статье политическая социализация молодежи определяется как познание политического мира, тесно связанное с таким его контекстом, как коммуникация. В свете теории аутопойетических систем коммуникативный контекст есть организация сообщения политического мира с окружающими его системами (в т. ч. человеком) для адаптации к их изменениям посредством придания им собственного смысла; «действующее лицо» политической социализации.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы наркопотребления как на международном, так и на российском уровнях. Показаны разрушительные последствия употребления наркотиков для здоровья человека. Раскрыта сущность наркобизнеса. На основе сведений, представленных администрациями и правительствами Алтайского, Приморского, Пермского, Ставропольского, Хабаровского, Красноярского краев, Калужской, Калинградской, Иркутской, Ленинградской, Ростовской, Псковской областей, Республики Хакасия, Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа — Югры, городов Санкт-Петербурга и Москвы, автором обобщен опыт по созданию в России региональных сегментов Национальной системы комплексной реабилитации и ресоциализации наркопотребителей. Сформулированы предложения по повышению эффективности процесса создания региональных сегментов. Сделан вывод о том, что создание региональных сегментов поможет скоординировать работу медицинских, психологических и социальных организаций, обеспечить взаимодействие государственных и негосударственных организаций, реализовать на практике ключевую задачу Стратегии государственной антинаркотической политики Российской Федерации до 2020 г. ; The article deals with the problem of drug abuse both at the international and Russian levels, showing its disastrous consequences on human health and disclosing the details of the drug trade. The information for the study was contributed by the administrations and governments of different regions: the Altai Krai, Primorsky Krai, Perm Krai, Stavropol Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Kaluga Region, Kaliningrad Region, Irkutsk Region, Rostov Region, Leningrad Region, Pskov Region, the Republic of Khakassia, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra, and the cities of St. Petersburg and Moscow. Relying on this data, the author summarises the experience of creating regional segments in the Russian National System of comprehensive rehabilitation and re-socialization of drug users, and proposes to improve the efficiency of the process of establishing segments. He concludes that this will help to coordinate medical, psychological and social organisations; to provide cooperation between state and non-state organisations; and to implement the key mission of the Russian Federation's 2020 State Anti-Drug Policy Strategy.

The paper analyses the dynamics of the upbringing function of higher education under the conditions of the social reforms in Russian society. It is demonstrated that the radical changes in the country have affected the way this function is implemented as a set of targeted and coordinated actions by a university to create favourable conditions for students' personal development. Higher school instability has reduced its upbringing function, causing a loss of focus and coordination of upbringing work at universities, its lapse into spontaneous actions beyond control. The author analyses the legislative framework of Russian higher education system, and presents up-to-date conceptual developments in youth upbringing. She describes the experience of upbringing work and justifies the issue of overcoming abnormalities at universities. Measures to increase attention to student upbringing are characterised. Positive trends in the dynamics of the upbringing function of higher school are shown. ; Cтатья посвящена анализу динамики воспитательной функции высшего образования в условиях социальных преобразований российского общества. Показано, что кардинальные перемены в стране отразились на реализации этой функции как совокупности целенаправленных и координируемых действий высшей школы по созданию условий в интересах развития личности студента. Нестабильность высшей школы сказалась на снижении ее воспитательной функции, на утрате целенаправленности и согласованности воспитательной работы высших учебных заведений, на ее переходе в неуправляемые, стихийные процессы. Автором проанализирована нормативно-правовая база системы высшего образования, представлены актуальные концептуальные разработки по вопросам воспитания молодежи. Описывается опыт воспитательной работы, обосновывается проблема преодоления аномалий в вузах. Охарактеризованы предпринимаемые меры к усилению внимания к вопросам воспитания обучающихся. Показаны позитивные тенденции в динамике воспитательной функции высшей школы.

The paper considers the issues of social identity, its levels and depth; characterises the means of typification and individualisation in the process of identification; and substantiates the standpoint of multiple identities. The author defines the approaches to the classification of the kinds of social identity, presents an interpretation of concepts reflecting the similarity and difference of identifications according to levels, the extent of identity acquisition, the content and performance of identification processes.The paper demonstrates that the structure of identification includes I-identity as well as social identification itself as a result of group and public or panhuman identification. The author defines the following steps of individual advancement towards the desired identity by the extent of its acquisition: basic identity, developing identity, incomplete identity, and achieved identity. The content or profile as a set of typical features of a certain facet of social identity is characterised by its following varieties: status, role, professional, corporate, political, cultural, ethnic, historical, national, civil, patriotic, territorial, religious, virtual, network, age, gender, sexual, psychophysiological, corporal, European, Asian, and others. By the criterion of norm and deviation, considering the performance of the identification and socialisation processes, as well as recovering from identity crises, the following types can be defined: positive, successful, holistic, negative, crisis, coercive, divergent, premature, compulsory, accelerated, delayed, situational, demonstrative, formal, informal, immature, diffusive, reactive, polemical, applicable identity, and lost identity. ; В статье рассматриваются проблемы социальной идентичности, ее уровней и глубины, характеризуются способы типизации и индивидуализации в процессе идентификации, обосновывается позиция о множественности идентичностей. Автором определены подходы к классификации разновидностей социальной идентичности, представлена интерпретация понятий, отражающих сходство и различие идентификаций по уровням, степени овладения идентичностью, содержанию и результативности идентификационных процессов.В статье показано, что в структуру социальной идентичности входят Я-идентичность, а также собственно социальная идентичность как результат групповой и общественной или общечеловеческой идентификации. Определяются следующие ступени продвижения индивида к желаемой идентичности по степени ее обретения: наипростейшая идентичность, формирующаяся идентичность, незавершенная идентичность, достигнутая идентичность. Содержание или профиль как набор типичных характеристик определенной стороны социальной идентичности характеризуют следующие ее разновидности: статусная, ролевая, профессиональная, корпоративная, политическая, культурная, этническая, историческая, национальная, гражданская, патриотическая, территориальная, религиозная, виртуальная, сетевая, возрастная, гендерная, половая, психофизиологическая, телесная, европейская, азиатская, расовая и другие идентичности. По критерию нормы и отклонения с учетом результативности процессов идентификации и социализации, а также преодоления кризисов идентичности можно выделить позитивную, успешную, целостную, негативную, кризисную, принудительную, отклоняющуюся, преждевременную, вынужденную, ускоренную, запаздывающую, ситуационную, демонстративную, формальную, неформальную, кризисную, несформированную, диффузную, реактивную, полемическую, предъявляемую идентичности, а также утраченную идентичность.

The article is dedicated to the issues of professional socialisation of legal students in modern Russia. The relevance of this research topic is defined by the meaningfulness of the successful formation of professional legal culture among legal students while studying at university and professional socialisation from the perspective of increasing the overall level of legal culture in the society and the efficiency of its legal institutions. The latter contains especially topical social and practical aspects for the contemporary Russian society which still experiences the consequences of social anomia and weakened legal control describing the initial period of system reforms. Making an attempt to solve the task, the author resorts to the methodology of Parson's structural functional approach, as well as to the socio-cultural approach. The author gives a detailed review of functional and role specific features of legal community and their value for modern developed society. According to the author's opinion, effective formation of professional legal culture while studying at university is required to provide the functionality of lawyers which first and foremost is related to comprehension of the rule of law as the highest professional value. Within this framework legal students are considered as representatives of young generation of Russian people. The author is pointing at the dominance of pragmatic and individualistic mindset when they enter legal educational establishments, which creates potential risk for the rule of law to be devalued in their professional motivation. The article underlines the communal value of effective professional socialization of legal students. The author studies the features of educational environment as its agent emphasizing the factors of insufficiency of students' socialization in legal universities from the point of view of shaping the value of the rule of law as the fundamental professional priority

Introduction. In recent decades, scholars have shown greater research interest in aspects of legal literacy of young people regarding democratic processes in the Russian society. However, despite increasing relevance of the problem of developing and strengthening the legal awareness of modern young people, including university students, this issue has not been sufficiently studied. Meanwhile, subjective misinterpretation of the concepts of law and justice, a low level of legal culture and legal nihilism can be the causes of youth offences, as well as the factors, which distort the worldview under formation.The present publication is aimed to investigate the role of ideas about the law and justice in the structure of legal awareness of students of higher education institutions.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the empirical research, the following psychodiagnostic methods were employed: the questionnaire created on the basis of L. A. Yasyukova's and the procedures of free associations. To process the obtained data, the content analysis and the methods of mathematic statistics, the criterion φ* (Fisher's angular transformation) and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion λ were used.Results and scientific novelty. Theoretical approaches to the problem under discussion have been analysed, according to which legal awareness is determined by the conditions of society. Instability of these conditions generates a "paradoxical personality" (M. I. Yenikeev), who accepts and rejects social norms. It is noted that the Russian legal culture is negatively affected by such factors as the dissonance between legal ideology and legal psychology, weakness of civil society institutions, deep financial and economic crisis, etc.The conducted survey manifested that the specifics of vocational education programme do not have a significant impact on the development of student perceptions of law and justice. The peculiarities of this component of legal awareness of students are revealed. The participants of the survey were convinced that the law should be fair; otherwise, it is not necessary to obey the law. The survey revealed that recognising the priority of legislation over conscience in administrative matters, the respondents believed that only just professionals should be at the head of state, regardless of their moral qualities. According to the respondents, orientation on honor and justice should be the basis of order in the society, but the participants noted the ambiguity of these concepts. On the one hand, students understand justice from the position of social balance (everyone receives what they deserve), on the other hand, they are convinced that social justice is ensured by equality. Young people are interested in the dynamics of the current legislation and believe that everyone should have basic legal knowledge, and ignorance of the law does not exempt a person from this responsibility. The respondents are sure that the law is the same for everyone and is enforceable equally by everyone; moreover, the law is designed to protect the interests of a particular person, not society as a whole. The majority of respondents generated the estimation that the ability to defend own rights is more significant than the performance of duties. The authors of the present research draw a generalised conclusion that university students' perceptions of law and justice are inconsistent and contradictory.Practical significance. The research results can be used by teachers and psychologists of higher educational institutions, as well as by various experts to develop the programmes for formation of youth legal awareness. ; Введение. В последние десятилетия в связи с демократическими процессами в российском обществе среди ученых заметно вырос исследовательский интерес к аспектам правовой грамотности молодежи. Однако проблема становления и укрепления правосознания современных молодых людей, в том числе студентов вузов, несмотря на ее актуальность, изучена далеко не достаточно. Между тем субъективное неверное понимание права и законности, невысокий уровень правовой культуры и тем более правовой нигилизм могут быть факторами, искажающими формирующееся мировоззрение, а также причинами правонарушений в молодежной среде. Цель статьи – обозначить роль представлений о законе и справедливости в структуре правосознания студентов, обучающихся на разных специальностях в высшей школе. Методы и методики. В эмпирическом исследовании были задействованы психодиагностические методы – анкетирование, организованное с опорой на методику Л. А. Ясюковой, и процедуры свободных ассоциаций. Для обработки полученных данных применялись контент-анализ и методы математической статистики, критерий φ * (углового преобразования Фишера) и критерий λ Колмогорова-Смирнова. Результаты и научная новизна. Проанализированы теоретические подходы к обсуждаемой проблеме, согласно которым правосознание определяется условиями жизни общества. Нестабильность этих условий порождает «парадоксальную личность» (М. И. Еникеев), одновременно и принимающую, и отвергающую социальные нормы. Констатируется, что на российской правовой культуре негативно отражаются такие факторы, как диссонанс между правовой идеологией и правовой психологией, слабость институтов гражданского общества, глубокий финансово-экономический кризис и др. В ходе опроса установлено, что специфика осваиваемой программы профессионального образования не оказывает значимого влияния на развитие представлений студенчества о законе и справедливости. Выявлены особенности этого компонента правосознания обучающихся. Участники анкетирования были убеждены, что закон должен быть справедливым, в противном случае не нужно ему подчиняться. Признавая приоритет законодательства перед совестью при решении административных вопросов, они полагают, что во главе государства должны находиться профессионалы вне зависимости от их моральных качеств. Основой порядка в социуме, по мнению респондентов, должна быть ориентация на честь и справедливость, однако испытуемые отметили неоднозначность данных понятий. Сами студенты, с одной стороны, понимают справедливость с позиции общественного баланса (каждый получает то, что заслужил), с другой стороны, убеждены, что социальная справедливость обеспечивается равенством. Молодые люди интересуются динамикой действующего законодательства и считают, что иметь базовые правовые знания должен каждый человек, а незнание не освобождает от ответственности; что закон – один для всех и подлежит исполнению всеми одинаково, при этом он призван защищать интересы конкретного человека, а не общества в целом. Умение отстаивать свои права большинство опрошенных оценило выше, чем выполнение обязанностей. Авторы делают общий вывод о том, что представления студентов вуза о законе и справедливости являются непоследовательными и носят противоречивый характер. Практическая значимость. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы преподавателями и психологами высших учебных заведений для совершенствования программ формирования правосознания молодежи.

The article is devoted to the dissemination of online media technologies that led to the evolution of the life structure of modern youth. in a global information society. Internet communication, forming a virtual dimension of reality, represents a new habitat for youth interactive communities and the implementation of political communications. The author argues that network media in the digital age have become the most important institution of political socialization of the younger generation. The analysis of the priority directions of the media policy of the subjects of the political process using digital and network technologies showed that this mechanism is rapidly developing.

Introduction. For over two decades, Russian education has been in a state of permanent reform. Due to the long and unproductive nature of the modernisation process, researchers are paying special attention to systemic factors, noting that system optimisation processes are structured primarily around organisational and technological models derived from industry. The prevalence of the technological component over the axiological results in the consolidation of a pragmatic, narrowly functional, technocratic vector of education development. To overcome this situation and to break this deadlock, a profound reconsideration of the values underlying mechanisms of reform is required, taking into account multifaceted personal, social, national and universal relations, as well as unity of content, forms and means of education. The aims of the research were identified as follows: to analyse the current trends of modernisation in comprehensive schools and higher educational establishments; to justify humanistic mechanisms for improving the modernisation in the context of language education, which performs personally developing and socialising functions under ideological pluralism and opposition of value systems. Methodology and research methods. The research was conducted taking a person-activity-based approach, referring to cultural-historical concepts, ideas of philosophical hermeneutics and traditional principles of pedagogical methodology. The theoretical framework was based on the publications and philosophical foundations of Russian and foreign scholars, who define the key role of humanistic principles and value orientations in education. The following standard research methods were used: comparison, induction, deduction, abstraction, synthesis, specification, structural and logical modelling, content analysis of documents and scientific publications on the stated problem, observation, questioning, peer review and experiment. In addition, non-standard methods and research techniques such as metaphorical modelling, biographical method and interpretational techniques were used. Results and scientific novelty. Modernisation processes in Russian education were considered: regulatory base, purposes, priorities, problems and prospects. The following thesis was proposed: at the new stage of socio-historical transformation, it is necessary to overcome the negative effects of long-term practice in the reform of the national educational system through developing established traditions as well as updating the humanistic potential of education and ensuring its axiological enrichment. The authors consider pedagogical hermeneutics as a potentially productive means and methodological tool. Pedagogical hermeneutics implies a heuristic and poly-variable apperception of reality through education in order to understand and interpret different genres of cultural texts, providing simultaneous support both to the general public and to the individual, on the basis of rational and emotionally intelligent experience accumulated in science, religion, art, language and national traditions – i.e. culture as a whole. It was shown that language education based on principles of pedagogical hermeneutics is capable of establishing humanistic mechanisms of personactivity-based social norms and cultural models. The authors presented a number of modelling options for the realisation of the proposed hermeneutical approach: various experimentally-validated techniques, educational approaches and procedures designed by teacher-researchers were briefly described, focusing on the achievement of qualitative conformance of educational results to the humanistic appeals and urgent needs of society.Practical significance. The use of hermeneutical techniques as educational tools and procedures allows us to decode semiotic information of curricula subjects; in addition, when using meta-language, it is possible to expand the content by adding personal value-sense and dialogical subjectivity, as well as to transform it into a personal sign-symbol or behavioural template. The acquisition of language experience in the process of humanistic-centred education increases the immunity of a student to various manifestations of character defectivity, strengthening identity and resistance to manipulation of consciousness in political and ideological processes and mass media. Moreover, language experience resists the deformation of the communicative sphere and verbal-cognitive processes, encouraging personal self-realisation. ; Введение. Российское образование уже два десятилетия находится в состоянии перманентного реформирования. В комплексе причин затяжной и малопродуктивной модернизации авторы особое внимание уделяют системообразующим факторам, утверждая, что в настоящее время процессы оптимизации системы ориентированы преимущественно на организационно-технологические модели, скопированные из сферы производства. Преобладание технологической составляющей над ценностно-смысловой оборачивается упрочением прагматичного, узкофункционального, технократического вектора развития образования. Чтобы переломить ситуацию и изменить этот тупиковый для социума вектор, требуется глубинное аксиологическое переосмысление механизмов реформирования, которое должно проводиться с учетом всесторонних связей личности и общества, национального и общечеловеческого опыта, единства содержания, форм и средств обучения и воспитания. Цели изложенного в публикации исследования – обсуждение современных тенденций модернизации общеобразовательной и высшей школы; обоснование гуманитарных механизмов совершенствования образовательных процессов в контексте языкового образования, которое в условиях идейного плюрализма и противостояния ценностных систем выполняет личностноразвивающие и социализирующие функции. Методология и методы. Работа проводилась с опорой на взаимодополняющие друг друга деятельностно-личностный подход, положения культурноисторической концепции, идеи философской герменевтики и традиционные принципы методологии педагогики. Теоретической базой исследования являлись научные труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых, в том числе философские изыскания, в которых показана ключевая роль в образовании гуманитарных начал и ценностных ориентаций. Использовались классические исследовательские методы – сравнение, индукция, дедукция, абстрагирование, обобщение, конкретизация, структурно-логическое моделирование, а также контент-анализ документов и научных публикаций, наблюдение, анкетирование, экспертная оценка и опытная работа. Из инструментального арсенала неклассических методов и приемов исследования применялись метафорическое моделирование, биографический метод, интерпретационные техники. Результаты и научная новизна. Рассмотрены модернизационные процессы в российском образовании: нормативная база, цели, приоритеты, проблемы и перспективы. Выдвинут тезис о том, что на новом витке социально-исторических трансформаций необходимо преодоление отрицательных эффектов многолетней практики реформирования национальной образовательной системы посредством развития сложившихся в ней традиций, актуализации гуманитарного потенциала обучения и воспитания, его ценностно-смыслового обогащения. В качестве возможного продуктивного средства и методологического инструментария предлагается педагогическая герменевтика, подразумевающая эвристическое и поливариативное познание действительности через обучение пониманию и интерпретации разножанровых культурных текстов с одновременной опорой на общественный и индивидуальный, рациональный и эмоционально-чувственный опыт, накопленный в науке, религии, искусстве, языке, народных традициях – культуре в целом. Доказывается, что языковое образование, базирующееся на принципах педагогической герменевтики, способно запустить гуманитарные механизмы личностно-деятельностного освоения социальных норм и культурных образцов. Представлены некоторые варианты авторских моделей реализации герменевтического подхода: кратко описаны сконструированные педагогами-исследователями разнообразные, прошедшие опытно-экспериментальную апробацию методики, технологии и процедуры обучения и воспитания, ориентированные на достижение соответствия качества образовательных результатов гуманитарным запросам и насущным потребностям социума. Практическая значимость. Использование герменевтических технологий как процессуально-инструментальной основы образования позволяет декодировать знаково-семиотическую информацию учебных предметов, наполнять ее, используя метаязык, личностным ценностным смыслом и диалогической субъектностью и трансформировать в личностный знаково-символический или поведенческий текст. Чтобы переломить ситуацию и изменить этот тупиковый для социума вектор, требуется глубинное аксиологическое переосмысление механизмов реформирования, которое должно проводиться с учетом всесторонних связей личности и общества, национального и общечеловеческого опыта, единства содержания, форм и средств обучения и воспитания.Цели изложенного в публикации исследования – обсуждение современных тенденций модернизации общеобразовательной и высшей школы; обоснование гуманитарных механизмов совершенствования образовательных процессов в контексте языкового образования, которое в условиях идейного плюрализма и противостояния ценностных систем выполняет личностноразвивающие и социализирующие функции.Методология и методы. Работа проводилась с опорой на взаимодополняющие друг друга деятельностно-личностный подход, положения культурноисторической концепции, идеи философской герменевтики и традиционные принципы методологии педагогики. Теоретической базой исследования являлись научные труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых, в том числе философские изыскания, в которых показана ключевая роль в образовании гуманитарных начал и ценностных ориентаций. Использовались классические исследовательские методы – сравнение, индукция, дедукция, абстрагирование, обобщение, конкретизация, структурно-логическое моделирование, а также контент-анализ документов и научных публикаций, наблюдение, анкетирование, экспертная оценка и опытная работа. Из инструментального арсенала неклассических методов и приемов исследования применялись метафорическое моделирование, биографический метод, интерпретационные техники.Результаты и научная новизна. Рассмотрены модернизационные процессы в российском образовании: нормативная база, цели, приоритеты, проблемы и перспективы. Выдвинут тезис о том, что на новом витке социально-исторических трансформаций необходимо преодоление отрицательных эффектов многолетней практики реформирования национальной образовательной системы посредством развития сложившихся в ней традиций, актуализации гуманитарного потенциала обучения и воспитания, его ценностно-смыслового обогащения. В качестве возможного продуктивного средства и методологического инструментария предлагается педагогическая герменевтика, подразумевающая эвристическое и поливариативное познание действительности через обучение пониманию и интерпретации разножанровых культурных текстов с одновременной опорой на общественный и индивидуальный, рациональный и эмоционально-чувственный опыт, накопленный в науке, религии, искусстве, языке, народных традициях – культуре в целом. Доказывается, что языковое образование, базирующееся на принципах педагогической герменевтики, способно запустить гуманитарные механизмы личностно-деятельностного освоения социальных норм и культурных образцов. Представлены некоторые варианты авторских моделей реализации герменевтического подхода: кратко описаны сконструированные педагогами-исследователями разнообразные, прошедшие опытно-экспериментальную апробацию методики, технологии и процедуры обучения и воспитания, ориентированные на достижение соответствия качества образовательных результатов гуманитарным запросам и насущным потребностям социума.Практическая значимость. Использование герменевтических технологий как процессуально-инструментальной основы образования позволяет декодировать знаково-семиотическую информацию учебных предметов, наполнять ее, используя метаязык, личностным ценностным смыслом и диалогической субъектностью и трансформировать в личностный знаково-символический или поведенческий текст. Приобретение языкового опыта в процессе гуманитарно ориентированного образования повышает иммунитет обучающегося к разнообразным проявлениям обезличенности, нивелирования индивидуальности и манипулирования сознанием – в частности, в политических и идеологических процессах, массовых формах коммуникации, в том числе сетевых, препятствует деформации коммуникативной сферы и речемыслительных процессов и позволяет достичь личностной самореализации.

The paper represents the school of thought of Moscow University for the Humanities on youth studies. The author demonstrates its appearance as the outcome of the rethinking of the earlier youth studies at the establishments preceding the university. During the period of 1987-1991, the research centre was the base for a large scientific project of considerable social and political importance – preparation of the bill "General Origins of the State Youth Policy in USSR." This made it possible to develop a conceptual insight into youth, youth movement, and youth policy, which was embodied by I. M. Ilinsky in his humanitarian theory of youth. The theory gave birth to the concepts of "upbringing viable generations", "educational revolution", "socialisation norm", etc., ensuring the development of the school of thought at the following stages. The combination of the youth problem and thesaurus approach within the MosGU school of thought produced fruitful results.It is being noted that the school will take on a new quality by an active research into practices initiated in the youth environment by digitisation. ; В статье представлена научная школа Московского гуманитарного университета по молодежным исследованиям. Показано, что она возникла как итог переосмысления более ранних исследований молодежи в организациях, которые предшествовали университету. В период осуществления в 1987–1991 гг. на базе НИЦ реализовывался крупный научный проект, имеющий большое общественно-политическое значение, — готовился проект закона СССР «Об общих началах государственной молодежной политики в СССР». Это и позволило сформировать концептуальное понимание молодежи, молодежного движения, молодежной политики, что осуществил И. М. Ильинский в гуманитарной теории молодежи. Теория породила концепции «воспитания жизнеспособных поколений», «образовательной революции», «социализационной нормы» и др., обеспечивших развитие научной школы на следующих этапах. Соединение молодежной проблематики с тезаурусным подходом в рамках научной школы МосГУ дало продуктивные результаты.В статье отмечается, что новое качество школе придаст активное изучение процессов, которые порождает в молодежной среде цифровизация.

The article analyses the theoretical bases of the Scandinavian economic model, that in recent decades has achieved successes in constructing a society of general wellbeing and insignificant social inequality against the background of a growing world gap between rich and poor. The Northern European economic model is based on the heritage and elaborations of the Stockholm school of economics, one of whose representatives, Gunnar Myrdal, was awarded the Nobel Prize for Economics in 1974. This theoretical trend in many ways anticipated the popular economic ideas of the twentieth century. It also formulated the concept of the "home for the peoples", on which the Swedish economic miracle was based. Within the context of this tendency, conclusions were drawn on the need for state and social influence (the influence of non-market methods of economic management). Further, it is possible to rank the countries of the developed capitalist world on the basis of the degree to which they have socialised the capitalist system. In this classification the Scandinavian countries hold leading positions, and are prime examples of countries where capitalism has undergone a high level of socialisation. At the same time, they have effectively functioning private, state and social mechanisms of support for the economic system. The need to socialise capitalism is also examined by adherents of the post-Soviet school of critical Marxism. As the outcome of his study, the author of this article presents a comparative analysis of these two currents in economics.

This article aims at analysing celebrations and commemorative days of Russian post-revolutionary emigration and its descendants with reference to some theoretical approaches of cultural history connected with the phenomenon of collective memory and the process of "the invention of traditions". The author defines the typology of "old" (mostly ecclesiastical) and "new" (cultural, historical, charitable, and political) celebrations and describes the ceremonies of specific commemorative days organised in the migrant communities. The article provides examples of different types of celebrations in the emigrant environment. The author underlines the idea about the revival of monarchical ideology, which found its new breath among Russian emigrants after the Civil War. The aspect of the cultural space and ceremonies of similar commemorative dates is also touched upon by the author. The author pays much attention to the new celebrations, which became the result of the invention of new traditions, such as the Day of Russian Culture, Day of the Russian Child, Day of Intolerance, Day of the Royal Family's Death. Such commemorations are considered from the point of view of the memory policy, which fulfilled the functions of forming a collective identity, establishing certain values and preserving traditions, developing participative culture, and the socialisation of emigrants in other countries. Another function of such celebrations was the designation of "us", participants of the celebration, and "them", i.e. friends and foes. Such celebrations, of course, helped emigrants in the process of their self-identification and approval in a different cultural environment. In addition, the article raises issues of further study of such emigrant commemorative practices. ; В статье на основе теоретических подходов культурной истории, связанных с феноменом коллективной памяти и процессом «изобретения традиций», анализируются праздники и памятные дни, отмечавшиеся в среде российской послереволюционной эмиграции и их потомков. Автор определяет типологию «старых» (в основном церковных) и «новых» (культурных, исторических, благотворительных и политических) праздников, описывая церемонии проведения конкретных памятных дней в тех или иных эмигрантских сообществах. В работе приводятся конкретные примеры организации и проведения отдельных праздников в эмигрантской среде. Подчеркивается тезис о возрождении монархической идеологии, которая обрела новое дыхание среди российских эмигрантов после Гражданской войны. Затронут аспект о культурном пространстве и церемониях подобных праздников или памятных дат. Автор уделяет значительное внимание новым праздникам как изобретенным традициям, к которым относились День русской культуры, День русского ребенка, День непримиримости, День гибели царской семьи. Подобные коммеморации рассматриваются с точки зрения политики памяти, выполнявшей функции формирования коллективной идентичности, утверждения определенных ценностей и сохранения традиций, развития партисипативной культуры, социализации эмигрантов в других странах. Еще одной функцией торжественных мероприятий являлось обозначение «своих», участников торжества, на фоне конструирования образов «чужих» и, конечно, образа врага. Проведение таких праздников, безусловно, помогало эмигрантам в процессе самоидентификации и утверждения в иной культурной среде. В заключении определяются перспективы дальнейшего исследования подобных эмигрантских коммеморативных практик.

The subject of this interdisciplinary article is the case of British journalists Gareth Jones and Malcolm Muggeridge. In 1933 they were the first and the only ones to draw the world's attention to the tragedy in the USSR: Soviet power destroyed the foundation of traditional Russian society, i.e. the peasantry — for the sake of the rapid industrialisation of the country, the socialisation of agriculture and the radical transformation of man. The price of this new "main revolution" (according to G. Jones) or experiment, which originated in the brains of "rootless urbanists" — Bolsheviks (Muggeridge) were human-induced famine, death of millions of peasants in Ukraine, Volga, Cuban, and Rostov-on-Don regions. But fascinated by the embodiment of the idea of utopia, as well as proceeding from the interests of Realpolitik, the West ignored this tragedy. The article examines the conflict between the personality — Jones and society, Soviet and Western, as evidence to the fact that "a man can be destroyed but not defeated" (Hemingway). The subject of "famine" was developed in the works of A. Koestler, G. Orwell, research of R. Conquest, D. Rayfield, who in their ideas and opinions followed Jones and Muggeridge. Views on Russia of the latter ones and of an influential New York Times correspondent in Moscow — Walter Duranty, who in 1932 got a Pulitzer prize for his deceitful reports denying the famine in the Soviet Union, are presented here as ethically and culturally opposite: Stalin's apologist Duranty viewed Russia as a country of Asians, of born slaves; Jones and Muggeridge saw it as a tragic country which was losing its mighty human potential — peasantry and natural course of development, and both of them anticipated the collapse of the Soviet regime. And the Soviet civilization collapsed, though 60 years later, for it was doomed: it is impossible to build Heaven on blood — to achieve world harmony at the cost of "a tear of a child" (Dostoevsky), i. e. the suffering of innocent people. ; В центре этой междисциплинарной статьи — история британских журналистов Гарета Джонса и Малькольма Маггериджа. This article describes the referential aspect, grammatical, morphological, and lexical means of the text of the 1918 Constitution of the RSFSR as characteristics of the official functional style. The author aims to describe text elements kept by the official style throughout the 20th century and the ones that were its journalistic variations. The Constitution as a genre fixes a certain position achieved in the economy and politics and has a prescriptive character. A specific feature of the reference of the 1918 Constitution is its declarative nature and the attribution of a chain of situations to the future, which means it was not a statement but a proclamation of intentions. The complexity of the modal status of the text of the 1918 Constitution lies in the combination of modality of obligation and the possibility expressed by verbal predicates in the forms of the future tense, as well as constructions with the noun задача in the meaning of "plan", "planned actions". Additionally, the 1918 Constitution includes a foreign policy aspect. The tasks facing the Third All-Russian Congress of the Soviets concern the space that extends beyond the borders of Russia, since it is a question of victory of socialism in all countries. The 1918 Constitution does not consolidate the already achieved status of society and the state, describing the legal state of the country and society with the help of predicates in the present tense, but declares intentions and goals to be achieved by means of grammatical, modus, and lexical means. Compositionally, the sphere of the future extends to Chapters 1–5, which set forth the fundamental provisions of the law. The vocabulary of the 1918 Constitution is heterogeneous. In the text of the 1918 Constitution, there are three lexical layers: a) units belonging to the official style; b) units inherent mainly in journalistic texts; c) units having synonyms in the official style. In the lexicon of the text, there are terms and units with an official stylistic colouring. The new terms include such nominations as нетрудовые элементы "unemployed elements", беднота "poor people", социализация "socialisation", etc. The article compares two versions of the 1918 Constitution, i.e. the first publication and the text on the ConsultantPlus website. The difference between the two texts lies in the fact that the first publication of the Constitution is characterised by: a) expression conveyed by means of word order; b) abbreviations; c) proper names; all of these are absent from the later version of the Constitution. ; В статье описываются референциальный аспект, грамматические, морфологические, лексические средства текста Конституции РСФСР 1918 г. как характеристики официально-делового функционального стиля. Автор ставит перед собой задачу показать те текстовые элементы, которые официально-деловой стиль сохранил на протяжении ХХ в., и те, которые представляли собой публицистические отклонения от него. Конституция как жанр фиксирует некое достигнутое правовое состояние в экономике и политике и имеет прескриптивный характер. Особенностью референции Конституции 1918 г. является ее декларативность и отнесение ряда ситуаций к плану будущего, т. е. не констатация, а провозглашение намерений. Сложность модального статуса текста Конституции 1918 г. — в соединении модальности долженствования и возможности, выраженной глагольными предикатами в формах будущего времени, а также конструкциями с именем существительным задача в значении 'план', 'планируемые действия'. В текст Конституции 1918 г. введен также внешнеполитический аспект. Задачи, стоящие перед III Всероссийским съездом Советов, затрагивают пространство, простирающееся за пределами границ России, поскольку речь идет о победе социализма во всех странах. Конституция 1918 г. не закрепляет уже достигнутое состояние общества и государства, описывая правовое состояние государства и общества с помощью предикатов в настоящем времени, а декларирует намерения и еще не достигнутые цели с помощью грамматических, модусных и лексических средств. Композиционно сфера будущего распространяется на главы 1–5, в которых излагаются основополагающие положения закона. Лексика Конституции 1918 г. неоднородна. В тексте выделяются три лексических пласта: а) единицы, принадлежащие официальному стилю; б) единицы, присущие преимущественно публицистическим текстам; в) единицы, имеющие синонимы в официально-деловом стиле. В лексическом пласте текста представлены термины и слова с официально-деловой стилистической окраской. К новым терминам можно отнести такие номинации, как нетрудовые элементы, беднота, социализация. В статье сравниваются две редакции Конституции 1918 г.: первая публикация и текст на сайте «КонсультантПлюс». Отличие заключается в том, что в первой публикации основного закона присутствуют а) экспрессия, выраженная с помощью порядка слов; б) аббревиатуры; в) имена собственные; в более поздней версии эти явления устранены.
