Анализ трансформаций социокультурного пространства предполагает обоснование содержания понятия и подходов в рамках которых изучение будет производиться. Целью данной статьи является определение стартовых исследовательских позиций по отношению к изучению когерентности (взаимосвязи) процессов социокультурных трансформаций, осуществляемых как в российском обществе, так и за его пределами. Но поскольку решение этой задачи требует многолетних не только теоретических, но и эмпирических исследований, а также обобщения уже накопленного как нами, так и коллегами результатов исследований в России и за рубежом, то мы в данной статье ограничиваемся определением базовых понятий и подходов. Таким образом, в рамках поставленных задач был проведен анализ генезиса понятия «социокультурное пространство» и показано, что для исследования трансформационных процессов социокультурного пространства эвристичным потенциалом обладают социокультурный и деятельностный подходы, позволяющие учитывать специфические особенности и динамику влияния различных факторов на субъектов данного пространства. Отмечено, что для адекватность построения прогнозных моделей относительно потенциала развития и сохранения социокультурного пространства будет зависеть как от детальности анализа всех составляющих (внутренней ситуации, содержания внутренних и внешних процессов трансформаций), а также от оценки когерентости процессов, с учетом их конвергентности и дивергентности. Весьма важно изучать и учесть тенденции внутренних трансформаций, идущих в соседних (других) социокультурных пространствах, поскольку они, являясь следствием их внутреннего развития, а также принятия или непринятия внешнего влияния, обусловливают трансформацию их политических стратегий и, как следствие оказываемого влияния на своих соседей. И не только их, учитывая виртуальность современного социокультурного пространства.

The paper is devoted to the methodological assessment and the impact of the following factors on the entrepreneurial culture: the level of entrepreneurial development and the size of municipality. Two methods designed by the authors were tested to confirm the following hypothesis: the higher the level of entrepreneurial development in a municipality, the higher the youth entrepreneurial culture is. Methodologically, the study is based upon socio-economic approach and uses the tools of economic and socio-cultural analysis. The data involve the results of the authors' survey conducted among young people from more than 150 cities and localities in the Sverdlovsk region as well as an expert survey involving entrepreneurs seeking government assistance. The authors drew up a rating of Sverdlovsk region municipalities according to different entrepreneurship levels (high, medium, low). By measuring the axiological settings of young people, municipality-specific entrepreneurial levels were calculated. As far as general entrepreneurial behavior is concerned, the hypothesis proved to be true: the higher the level of entrepreneurial development in a municipality is, the more young people behave entrepreneurially. The hypothesis about the influence of municipality size on entrepreneurial culture was also confirmed. In medium-sized cities young people are twice as likely to have high entrepreneurial levels due to higher attractiveness of their businesses. Taken into account the correlations of socio-cultural factors the authors set forward the most important directions of the entrepreneurial activity for active young people. © 2019 Russian Public Opinion Research Center, VCIOM. The article presents the experience of socio-cultural work with elderly citizens in the conditions of a complex social service center, as well as the results of an empirical study conducted by the author, aimed at identifying the satisfaction rate of elderly citizens with leisure activities in the day care department. As a result, it was determined that the quality of services provided during the stay in the day care department is rated as high by the clients, which allows asserting the professionalism of the staff working with them; the clients tend to prefer those types of services that are aimed at maintaining health and well-being; the clients are satisfied with the material and technical equipment of the day care department; the clients want to see new types of services in the day care department and are ready to pay for them additionally. These services include going on excursions outside the city, lectures by specialists from medical institutions on various topics related to the health of the elderly and disabled, visiting the cinema, visiting the theater.

The article considers social work as a specific socio-cultural mechanism that promotes positive social changes and harmonious social development. Some approaches to defining the essence of the concept and the role of social work in modern reality are presented. The main levels of social work implementation — individual, group and community one — are considered. It is emphasized that in the conditions of modern reality, there is a need to realize the potential of social work.

The article provides a collection of modern views on the socio-cultural globalization in its relationship with glocalization. The author concludes that there is a dialectical interaction between them.

В статье исследуется влияние меняющихся социокультурных условий разных эпох на определение понятия и содержание воспитания детей и молодежи как общественного явления. Авторы рассматривают различные парадигмы воспитания с позиции содержательного наполнения в зависимости от социальных и культурных условий разных эпох, обосновывают сложности в определении понятия воспитания и его содержания на современном этапе развития российского общества. Воспитание является важной и актуальной проблемой для любых эпох и времен. Каждая эпоха выдвигает социальный заказ по воспитанию человека нового типа. Авторы пытаются рассмотреть сущность такого заказа на современном этапе. В работе использованы методы историко-логического и парадигмального анализа к определению понятия «воспитание» и к его содержанию. В эмпирическом исследовании применялись проективные методы («Неоконченное предложение») и фокус-группа как метод качественной исследовательской стратегии. В статье приводятся и интерпретируются результаты эмпирического исследования проблемы определения понятий «воспитание» и «содержание воспитания», которое заключалось в выявлении мнений будущих педагогов, учителей и родителей об этих понятиях. Результаты теоретического парадигмального анализа понятия воспитания и его содержания не только подтвердили актуальность данной проблемы для каждого исторического периода развития общества, но и выявили некоторые тенденции взаимопроникновения и сосуществования всех парадигм воспитания. Эмпирические результаты показали, что современные родители, студенты – будущие педагоги и учителя не связывают актуализацию проблемы воспитания и его содержания с социокультурной ситуацией.
The article examines the influence of changing socio-cultural conditions of different epochs on the definition of the concept and content of upbringing of children and youth as a social phenomenon. The authors consider various paradigms of education from the position of content depending on social and cultural conditions of different epochs; substantiate the difficulties in defining the concept of education and its content at the present stage of development of Russian society. Education is an important and relevant problem for all epochs and times. Each epoch puts forward a social order for the education of a new type of person. The authors try to consider the essence of such an order at the present stage. The authors use the methods of historical-logical and paradigmatic analysis to define the concept of education and its content. The empirical study used projective methods ("Unfinished sentence") and a focus group as a method of qualitative research strategy. The article presents and interprets the results of an empirical study of the problem of defining the concept of education and its content in the understanding of students, primary school teachers and parents. The results of the theoretical paradigm analysis of the concept of education and its content confirmed not only the relevance of this problem for each historical period of the development of society, but also revealed some trends of interpenetration and coexistence of all paradigms of education. Empirical results showed that modern parents, students (future teachers) and teachers do not associate the actualization of the problem of education and its content with the socio-cultural situation.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the category of success in the coordinates of the status identity of a person in the socio-cultural space. Multilevel correlations of resources, motivations and status in terms of creating the foundation for success in life are revealed. The close relationship between the category of success and status identity is determined by a complex of factors that determine the balance of personal and social in it. In the course of the study, it was found that the determination of the prospects for a person to achieve success is due to his status identity. Status identity captures the proximity of an individual to the distribution of various resources (material values, power and education, access to information), allowing the individual to realize a set of actions aimed at success that must be implemented in physical reality. It has been determined that the individual psychological qualities inherent in a person (abilities, talent, giftedness, motivation and axiological personal system) and sociocultural characteristics (social status, level of education, professional characteristics, level of material well-being, demographic indicators, etc.) contribute to the realization of life success. The resource level and the status identity associated with it largely determine the likelihood of success, but one should not exclude the importance of having personal motivation. An individual's awareness of himself and his own status identity allows him to correctly formulate goals and determine the resources that are necessary to achieve her acquired status as the highest level of status identity. The dynamics of a person's status identity forms a variety of connections with the category of success, which makes the study of success and success in life in their actual forms in the modern sociocultural space particularly relevant

This article presents an analysis of the socio-cultural and infrastructural transformations occurring in the southern borderland regions of the Far East: Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Primorsky and Khabarovsk Krais. These territories were barely subject to any demarcation and geopolitical changes, with shifts occurring under the influence of economic and political factors, as well as various processes associated with globalization. Based on federal and regional statistical data, together with deep interview and focus group studies conducted in small borderland towns, certain explicit and latent issues in the socio-cultural realm were identified. This article points towards considerable differences between those overall positive changes shown by statistical data on a regional level and the actual situation in any given locale, based on how it is evaluated by residents of municipalities located right next to the border. The following parameters were used as control points for analysis: changes in the population size, the current situation with housing, fundamental infrastructure in the field of education, healthcare and facilities used for cultural-leisure purposes. The study revealed certain serious issues associated with the deterioration of existing public infrastructure, most of which was created during Soviet times. The development of borderland territories is largely dependent on successfully preventing their depopulation. In order to ensure the reproduction of the socio-cultural potential of the country's far eastern regions, and ultimately to preserve the country's unity, the population of said regions needs to increase. The development of those areas which were part of the study is largely dependent on how active their residents are. Currently the socio-cultural sphere is being preserved thanks to the efforts of enthusiasts, despite the deterioration of public and cultural infrastructure. The identified trends are inherent to all regions of Russia, though in borderland territories they bear special significance, since borderlands at the same time serve as both a defense outpost and a bridge for establishing connections with neighboring countries. A conclusion is drawn that the bulk of the borderland territories in Russia's Far East is currently in a depressive state, especially small towns and surrounding rural areas, which makes all the more relevant the need to support and aid in the development of borderland areas while taking into account their geographical, historical and socio-cultural characteristics within the spatial-territorial context.

Actuality. Our century makes its own adjustments to the understanding of the processes occurring both within the studied cultural entities and in the orbit of their interaction with each other, which is especially actual during the period of transitional and crisis management tendencies at the turn of the millennia. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to determine the universal significance of Eastern and Western cultural-civilizational and state-administrative traditions, as well as the possibility of their organic synthesis in the Ukrainian model of public management. The methodology of the research based on analysis, synthesis, historical, dialectical, abstract-logical and system-structural method involving comparativistics. Results. The research was implemented not in the traditional manner of retrospecting historical connotations and paradigms, but first of all in the form of studying the synergistic component of the superstructural mechanisms, notably the comprehension of the most significant metaphysical determinants that have an essential impact on all spheres of cultural, socio-political and managerial activity of the modern West and East. The Japanese and American models are involved as exemplary advanced management practices. Conclusions and discussion. Despite the conservatism of nationalist traditions and religious order, the East turned out to be more flexible and agile in the management of state and public organizations. Slavic culture at the worldview level imbibed rationalism, pragmatism and personalism of the West along with cordocentrism, existentiality and introversion of the East. The synthesis of individualistic American and collectivistic Japanese management models, as well as their further integration into Ukrainian administrative and social-psychological matrix of personnel management is proposed as a scientific novelty. Авторы представленной научной статьи подробно рассматривают модель формирования социокультурной компетенции у обучающихся педагогического вуза, отмечая ее необходимость и исключительную пользу как для изучения и практического применения иностранного языка, так и для всестороннего и гармоничного развития личности. В настоящем исследовании авторы знакомят читателя с разработанной ими моделью формирования социокультурной компетенции, состоящей из 5 компонентов (методологического, содержательного, диагностического, процессуального и результативного). Так как социокультурная компетенция формируется в рамках социокультурного подхода, то в работе приводится и краткое описание этого подхода, а также основополагающие принципы, присущие ему и являющиеся руководящими для процесса обучения, построенного на данном подходе. Рассматривается лингвострановедческое чтение, дается его определение и описываются ключевые особенности. Авторы отмечают организационно-педагогические аспекты обучения лингвострановедческому чтению, знакомят читателя с самостоятельно разработанным методическим комплексом, состоящим из заданий и упражнений для чтения, цель которого состоит в формировании и дальнейшем развитии навыков и умений лингвострановедческого чтения. Апробирование данного комплекса осуществилось в рамках специально проведенного для этого педагогического эксперимента, в результате которого комплекс подтвердил свою эффективность. На протяжении всей работы формируются промежуточные выводы и итоги, а в завершении делается заключительный вывод.
The authors of the article consider in detail the model of the formation of socio-cultural competence at pedagogical university students, and stress its necessity and exceptional benefit both for the study and practical application of a foreign language, and for the comprehensive and harmonious individual development. The study presents the model of formation of socio-cultural competence developed by the authors. It consists of 5 components (methodological, substantive, diagnostic, procedural and resultant). Since the socio-cultural competence is formed within the framework of the socio-cultural approach, the work also provides a brief description of this approach, as well as the basic principles inherent in it and guiding the learning process based on this approach. The article considers the linguistic and cultural reading, gives its definition and key features. The authors note the organizational and pedagogical aspects of training that contribute to the effective process of formation of socio-cultural competence, give a set of exercises and tasks developed by them, aimed at the formation and development of linguistic and cultural reading skills. As part of this study, the authors conducted a pedagogical experiment, during which the developed set of exercises and tasks was tested, which confirmed its effectiveness. Throughout the work, intermediate conclusions and results are formed, and at the end of the final conclusion is made.

Данная статья посвящена актуальной проблеме - диагностике уровня цифровой педагогической компетенции магистрантов социокультурного направления. Обеспечение усвоения магистрантами цифровых педагогических компетенций является необходимым для их дальнейшей успешной деятельности, ведь для магистерской ступени образования характерно получение более углубленных знаний, включающих организацию учебного процесса и управления им с помощью цифровых средств, создание и использование цифровых ресурсов, владение нормативно-правовой базой использования цифровых средств и т. д. Диагностика уровня цифровой педагогической компетенции дает представление о профессиональной подготовке обучающегося и позволяет в случае необходимости, оперативно скорректировать процесс обучения. Тем не менее, на данный момент в научной литературе не представлено единой методики диагностики цифровой педагогической компетенции.
This article is devoted to the acute problem of diagnosis of the level of digital pedagogical competence of socio-cultural master's degree students. Ensuring the assimilation of digital pedagogical competencies by master's degree students is necessary for their further successful activity, because the master's degree education is characterized by obtaining more in-depth knowledge that affects the organization of the educational process and its management using digital means, creation and use of digital resources, knowledge of the regulatory framework for the use of digital means, and so on. Diagnostics of the level of digital pedagogical competence gives an idea of the professional training of the student and allows, if necessary, to quickly adjust the learning process. However, at the moment, the scientific literature does not present a single methodology for diagnosing digital pedagogical competence.

The article was prepared on the basis of an international comparative study - a sociological survey of students from regional universities from 37 cities in the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation and 20 settlements of the Shirak region in the Republic of Armenia (targeted sample, No. = 715). The authors explore the potential for social participation of students from countries with a common political background of post-socialism and cardinal differences in the cultural and historical heritage of urban spaces. The purpose of this article is to determine the potential for social participation of students of regional universities in Russia and Armenia and the subjective factors that determine their activity in the development of cities. The article analyzes the experience of volunteering, as well as the willingness of students to different types of constructive social participation in urban development. To identify factors that activate the social participation of students, a discriminant analysis has been used. Discriminant models were constructed dividing groups of students from different countries with a high and low degree of readiness for social participation, as well as into groups with and without volunteering experience. The authors argue that Russia and Armenia are characterized by an identical structure of student involvement in volunteer activities, but the level of students' readiness for social participation in urban development in the countries under consideration is different. For Armenian students, not only the willingness for social participation is higher, but also the practices themselves are more associated with active socio-cultural activities in the urban space. Two factors that determine the experience of real participation in the socio-cultural development of cities are characteristic of both Russian and Armenian students. The real experience of volunteering is more likely to be acquired by those students who are motivated to receive information about the culture and history of their cities, as well as the ability to see and identify significant cultural and historical objects where they live and study. In the Russian scenario, the importance of the city, the need for its development increases for students if they, being armed with certain knowledge about its culture and history, consider that the city is an interesting object (including a tourist one) for promotion. For Armenian students, knowledge of the culture and history of their place of birth is a basic factor that shapes their interest in further exploring their cities, the desire to make them better. © 2020 Moscow Polytechnic University. The key characteristics of such social phenomenon as the "self-determination of the family" are studied in the article. The article explores the factors that increase family's demand for self-determination in its everyday functioning in the modern dynamic society. Certain skills are required in interactions with the government or public authorities as well as in communication among spouses, parents, and children. The article deals with the relationship of twin cities and their role in the integration processes of the Eurasian space. First of all, it concerns the socio-cultural aspect of cooperation between twin cities. The existing developments of international practices of twinning movement have been studied and the most suitable ones for enhancing the ties of twin cities in the Eurasian space were suggested. The factors that slow down the interaction of Russian cities with their twin cities are highlighted. The author points out the lack of information support for twinning and proves the involvement of young people in this process within the framework of Eurasian integration.

Censuses conducted at the turn of the 21st century reveal an increase in ethnic diversity in Tatarstan. The migration of people, who became the namesakes for Soviet republics and CIS states, has lead to the emergence of unconventional ethnic groups in this region. Matters regarding why some of their members are able to establish themselves in the region, while others are not, as well as the factors which affect the process – all of this has not been sufficiently examined. The key objective of this study was to reveal the subjective socio-cultural conditions for the process of "new" ethnic groups attaching themselves to Tatarstan, them having spent various amounts of time in the republic. In 2016 the authors conducted a study of the aforementioned process while focusing on the Tajiks and Uzbeks living in Tatarstan. Using a qualitative approach (while utilizing interview method), which involved exposing the most typical forms of the subjective perception of migration (phenomenology of M. Weber, A. Schutz, E. Husserl, H. Bergson). In depth interviews revealed that the length of stay and an absence of plans for leaving the region of settlement are insufficient (in some cases even invalid) markers of migrant adaptation: the latter should be determined using the socio-cultural characteristics of inbound migrants. These would include their socialization in their regions of departure, their migration experience and reasons for moving to Tatarstan, whether they have a family or not, their family ties, whether they regard themselves and their children as citizens of the Russian Federation, the degree to which they have absorbed the cultural norms of the host community (which includes knowledge of the local languages), their ethnic identity and interethnic networks. Analyzing these parameters allowed for highlighting three adaptation strategies utilized by Tajiks and Uzbeks living in the Republic of Tatarstan. The first one is represented by those who moved there at the end of the Soviet period, or the beginning of the post-Soviet period. These are the "old inhabitants". This group does not include those who have not integrated, despite them staying in Tatarstan for prolonged periods several times. They do not possess their own residence, or Russian citizenship, and do not seek to attain it. They have no intent to adopt the culture of the host society, often live in isolation, while their families reside in Tajikistan or Uzbekistan. An intermediate position is occupied by migrants who have been living in Tatarstan for quite a long time. All of them are employed, some of them have their own residence and Russian citizenship. Some of them live there together with their families. Such informants consider themselves distant from the locals in terms of culture, while considering their regions of departure to be their homeland. Despite the varying degree of attachment (or lack thereof), one common thing among all of those migrants surveyed is the fact that Islam was one of the key motivational terms of their migration.
