The objective of the research was to discuss the conflictive nature of the migratory processes that occur in the world today. The need to adapt and solve daily problems inevitably requires the State to implement international, state and regional standards for the implementation of the rights and opportunities of migrants both in the territory of the donor country and in the territory of the recipient country. On the other hand, we see an increase in the phobia of migrants and the characteristic racism of countries where labor migration flows are increasing. In methodological terms, use was made of hermeneutics close to political ethnography. It is concluded that, for a long time, the criticism of racism has developed as a criticism of colonialism, Nazism, including anti-Semitism, and in modern times as a political criticism of migration-phobia and nationalism, in which the Racist speech and practices have found and do find obvious and complete expression. Migrant phobia is a concept that latently generates motives of political, ideological, racial, national, religious hatred, xenophobia, or hostility towards an ethnic or social group within the framework of social practices.

Disciplines, which constitute a mandatory list of the actor's professional training have long been formed within the structure of the pedagogical process in theatrical higher educational institutions. Naturally, the question concerning the effectiveness of the method used to work with students in developing their necessary skills and abilities becomes urgent.
The purpose of the article is to analyse and compare the educational process concerning the disciplines included in the stage movement system, to reveal more effective method for students' training in educating the basics of plastic culture for future actors, to identify and justify the necessary conditions to make the learning process more successful under normal life circumstances.
The methodology. The research was carried out using the analysis of the conditions for giving classes and the effectiveness of using two different teaching methods — dressage and training.
The results. The main difference between training and dressage is the process of awareness of one's muscle sensations and understanding of the upcoming action. The article confirmed that the method of physical and psychophysical training is the most suitable for working with students during stage movement classes. In case of understanding one's physical sensations, which to a greater extent depends on the desire of a person himself, the method of training allows to develop and train professional skills and abilities. The student learns to control the body consciously, and the body gradually begins to obey responding to the thoughts of a person that allows to reflect the character's interior life through external manifestations (gestures, postures, body movements) more accurately, and create in each new image own special plastic expression, inherent only in the particular role. The actor's technique is just a means of expressing the personage's character in accordance with the author's idea and keeping the meaning of the composition itself. As the author notes, more effective training of students in special movement disciplines requires certain conditions — namely, the availability of space, special equipment and physical presence of a partner.
The scientific novelty of the article lies in the generalization of the experience of applying training in practice during the process of teaching them the basics of plastic culture. The article is an attempt to substantiate the use of physical and psychophysical training for the development of future actors' necessary skills and abilities.
The practical significance lies in the fact that certain conditions and the use of a more effective method of work — psychophysical training — are required to teach students the basics of stage movement. The materials of the article can be used for practical activities of stage movement teachers and for further research in this area.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to develop an understanding of how the "seven steps of selling" are used within the modern international business environment and the degree to which international sales executives are able to identify and adapt to differences in global markets.
Design/methodology/approach
A phenomenological type of approach was used. In-depth interviews were conducted with international sales executives (based either in the USA or UK) that operated across multiple different regions of the world.
Findings
This study provides a holistic assessment of the international business-to-business sales process. This study outlines four key aspects of the sales process that differ from traditional domestic industrial selling. Then, the study suggests examining the international sales process as a stage-based approach, versus exclusively focusing on the sales process as a seven-step process. Third, the study focuses on differences between regions of the world.
Research limitations/implications
From an academic standpoint, this study highlights a number of avenues to pursue. In addition, this study underscores the limited volume of research focused on international sales force management, especially the differences within the sales process. Limitations focus on issues pertaining to the sales executives examined within the study.
Practical implications
Firms looking to enter or expand their international market presence will be able to use the results of this study focusing on the international sales process. Firms can apply the results of this study to build both initial and continuous training programs.
Originality/value
This study identifies aspects that occur during each stage of the international sales process to provide a detailed account of the activities that international salespeople are engaged in. Further, this study suggests that the stages of the sales process differ between transactional exchanges and strategic relationships. However, this study offers more insight on the development of strategic long-term relationships, as the majority of the sales executives focused on the strategic relationship development during the interviews. As a last step within this study, seven country-specific issues are described.
