Strategi Pemasaran Media Digital dalam Meningkatkan Diseminasi Data di Badan Pusat Statistik ; Digital Media Marketing Strategy to Improve Data Dissemination at the Statistics Indonesia
Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan organisasi non profit atau lembaga pemerintah tidak jauh berbeda dengan strategi pemasaran pada perusahaan swasta, karena keduanya sama-sama memiliki produk atau jasa yang perlu dipasarkan untuk kepentingan konsumen. Salah satu lembaga pemerintah yang membutuhkan strategi pemasaran adalah Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna data dan meningkatkan dissemination produk BPS. Perkembangan TIK yang sejalan dengan pengguna internet di Indonesia menjadi peluang promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran media digital BPS untuk meningkatkan dissemination produk data statistik. Metode menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan yaitu dengan studi literatur dan observasi di lingkungan BPS Pusat, Jakarta Pusat, khususnya di Direktorat Dissemination Statistik dalam kurun waktu Januari - September 2021. Hasil penelitian strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan BPS dalam meningkatkan dissemination produk data statistik adalah (1) melalui website pelayanan statistik terpadu, (2) menerbitkan publikasi buku softcopy, (3) penggunaan QR code, (4) meluncurkan aplikasi Allstats, (5) infografis, (6) meluncurkan Pojok Statistik Virtual. Hasil penjualan buku cetak menurun karena tergantikan dengan kemudahan mendapatkan data secara online. ; The marketing strategy applied by non-profit organizations or government agencies is not much different from the marketing strategy of private companies, because both have products or services that need to be marketed for the benefit of consumers. One of the government institutions that requires a marketing strategy is the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to meet the needs of data users and increase the dissemination of BPS products. The development of ICT in line with internet users in Indonesia is a promotional opportunity. This study aims to find out how the BPS digital media marketing strategy is to increase the dissemination of statistical data products. The method uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is carried out by means of literature studies and observations in Central BPS, Central Jakarta, especially in the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination in the period January - September 2021. The results of research on digital marketing strategies used by BPS in increasing the dissemination of statistical data products are (1) through integrated statistics service website, (2) publishing softcopy books, (3) using QR codes, (4) launching the Allstats application, (5) infographics, (6) launching the Virtual Statistical Corner. The sales of printed books have decreased because they have been replaced by the ease of getting data online.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KEPALA BADAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK KABUPATEN CIREBON
ABSTRACT The research that the writer did was the Effect of Motivation by the Head of the Agency on Employee Productivity at the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. The research method that I do is a quantitative research method, which starts with data collection, data interpretation, until the results of the research use numbers.The problem that the author pointed out is that the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics has not been maximized, it is suspected that the problem is caused by the lack of optimal motivation implementation by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency.The research question that the writer proposes is the influence of motivation by the head of the body on employee work productivity. The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows: "It is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency."From this hypothesis a statistical hypothesis can be formulated, namely: H0 (Zero Hypothesis): rs count rs table, then the formulation of the problem is:" There are a positive influence and significant correlation between motivation by the head of the agency to work productivity of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Cirebon."In the study showed that the results the motivation made by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics was good enough, but it was not optimal as seen from the successful implementation of motivation which reached 60.6% with a total score of 1637, and employee work productivity was good enough but not optimal as reaching 59.5% with a total score of 1740.The implementation of motivation by the head of the agency has a close influence on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency with a value of rs calculated 0.805 and when compared with rs table with a 5% precision of 0.248. Because the RS calculated is greater than rs table, there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency. Thus H0 (Zero Hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is accepted.

Pengaruh Zakat Infak Sedekah (ZIS) Terhadap Pengangguran Di Indonesia: Metode Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL)
This study aims to determine the effect of Zakah Infaq Shadaqah (ZIS) funds channeled by the National Amil Zakat Agency/Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) on unemployment in Indonesia during 2002-2017. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach. The control variables used for this research are Gross Domestic Product (GDP), education level, investment, and government subsidies. The analysis technique used is Autoregressive Ditributed Lags (ARDL). The data in this study were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency page, BAZNAS, and Indonesian State Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara). The research results partially in short term shows that ZIS has a positive and significant effect on unemployment. While partially long-term research results, ZIS has a negative and significant effect on unemployment. Simultaneously, the variable ZIS, GDP, education level, investment, and government subsidies have significant effects in the short and long term on unemployment in Indonesia in 2002-2017.

Entrepreneur Success in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs): Evidence from Indonesia
In the present era of globalization where business competition between countries is getting tighter, the Indonesian government seeks to encourage micro and small businesses to take part and strengthen business people to be ready to compete with other countries. In addition to providing a large contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), micro and small businesses also absorb a large number of labor. When viewed from the point of gender, male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs have relatively balanced number but their success rate in managing a business is not the same. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there were significant differences in success between male and female entrepreneurs. This study uses secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2015, with a total observation of 58,290 industries in 23 industrial classifications. The results showed a significant difference between the success of male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs in micro and small businesses in Indonesia.

Natural Externalities of Economic Growth Stabilization in XXI Century: Geography Seeking Revenge
Studying the factors of national economic growth stabilization is especially topical and relevant under the conditions of growing economic interdependence of the states which objectively limits the regulatory functions of national governments, in parallel to which regionalization gradually establishes oneself as an alter-trend to globalism. In our research we stem from the analysis of the macroeconomic statistics and of the dynamics of economic progress in the selected countries of the world, so that to determine the correlation between the indicators of economic growth stability for a selected group of countries with their integration into the world markets. Conclusions of our analysis outline the regularities in stable economic growth strategies' implementation along with the key factors contributing to economic stabilization under contemporary conditions. The important role of geography is emphasized, inter alia, since geography is the key precondition for development and implementation of the long-term strategies of economic progress for world regions.

The purpose of this study are to determine analyze the influence directly or indirectly members, capital, and quality of human resources to the success cooperatives through participation members, difference in the success rate Women's Cooperative independent and self-sufficient, as well as how to condition the success of Women's Cooperative in District of Gianyar. Analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, path analysis, and test different. Based on analysis, members, capital, and human resources quality in partial direct and significant impact on participation members. Members directly affects the success cooperative, while the quality of human capital and has no influence on the success cooperative. Full participation members of mediation indirect influence on success members of the cooperative, while participation members a partial mediating indirect influence of capital and quality of human resources to the success cooperative. In addition, there are differences in level success of the Women's Cooperative independent and not independent.

Pengaruh Cadangan Devisa, Jumlah Kendaraan, Dan Subsidi Terhadap Impor Minyak Bumi
Petroleum as a raw material in the production process of goods and services is a vital factor in supporting production activities in Indonesia. However, many variables that affect the oil change both the value and volume. This study aims to determine the effect of Foreign Exchange Reserves, Total Vehicle and Fuel Subsidy on Petroleum Imports value. The data used in this research is a secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Indonesian National Police. Based on the results of the simultaneous study of foreign exchange reserves variable number of vehicles and fuel subsidies have a significant effect on oil imports which described the period 2001-2010. Partially negative impact of foreign exchange reserves / no significant effect on oil imports while the number of vehicles and fuel subsidy partially positive and significant impact on petroleum imports 2001-2010 period. Factors that affect the dominant variable is imported petroleum fuel subsidies.

Taxpayer compliance is one of the important points that should be instilled within themselves every citizen has enough condition to be a taxpayer. Therefore, the purpose of the implementation of this study was to determine the effect of the perception of personal taxpayer's financial condition and awareness of taxpayers on tax compliance in KPP Pratama Padang. The process of data collection used 110 individual taxpayers registered in Padang STO. In this study also used two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables. Compliance of individual taxpayers is the dependent variable while the perception of the financial condition of the taxpayer's personal and tax awareness is the independent variable. The Solved of the problem using quantitative methods by t-statistik. The analysis model used is multiple regression and t-test statistics. The results of hypothesis testing found that perceptions of personal taxpayer's financial condition and tax awareness significantly influence taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Padang.Keywords: Perception About Personal Financial Condition Taxpayers, Tax Awareness and Taxpayer Compliance

Transparency of Village Financial Management in Pulau Morotai Regency ; Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa Kabupaten Pulau Morotai
This study aims to provide an overview of the transparency of village financial management in Pulau Morotai Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken by using a purposive sampling method, involving 440 respondents, and spread in 88 villages in Pulau Morotai Regency. Data processing techniques used descriptive statistics with a class interval approach. The results show that the indicators of clarity of roles and responsibilities, implementation of government affairs are still dominated by the head of the village who has the authority for village financial management. Indicators of budget disclosure show relatively the same as indicators of clarity of roles and responsibilities. The indicators of information availability indicate that the accessibility of public information in villages located in the subdistrict capital is relatively good. In contrast, the last indicator, integrity assurance, shows that data validity still being a problem in the village planning process. This study also discusses the implications as well as suggestions for future studies. ; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Pulau Morotai Provinsi Maluku Utara, Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan melibatkan 440 responden, dan tersebar di 88 desa di Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan interval kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kejelasan peran dan tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan masih didominasi oleh kepala desa yang memiliki kewenangan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Indikator pengungkapan anggaran menunjukkan relatif sama dengan indikator kejelasan peran dan tanggung jawab. Indikator ketersediaan informasi menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas informasi publik di desa-desa yang berada di ibukota kecamatan relatif baik. Sebaliknya, indikator terakhir, jaminan integritas, menunjukkan bahwa validitas data masih menjadi masalah dalam proses perencanaan desa. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Efektivitas Program Community Based Development Bali Sejahtera Provinsi Bali Dalam Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (Suatu Studi pada 49 Desa Pakraman di Kabupaten Badung)
The Bali Sejahtera Community-Based Development Program (CBD) is not the only program designed to respond to challenges, bringing Balinese families as part of an Indonesian family to live in prosperity. From the data collected by the Central Bureau of Statistics, the poverty rate in Bali has increased every year. To overcome the problem of poverty, the government has made various efforts by issuing development policies and programs by the central and regional governments. The condition of poverty is still a concern in Bali, inspiring the outside world, especially the World Bank to participate in overcoming it. Therefore, to implement a policy that has been designed by the Provincial Government of Bali, the Provincial Government of Bali in collaboration with the World Bank launched the Bali Sejahtera Community Development Program which began in 2001. Community Based Development uses a community-based or bottom up development program placing the community object program as the manager and main actor of the program in the sense that the community is given a full role to determine its own interests or needs in accordance with their potential. This program is managed through traditional institutions in Bali through Pakraman village. Badung as one of the regencies in Bali is the target of the CBD-Bali Sejahtera program with the number of Pakraman villages spread across 6 sub-districts in Abiansemal, Mengwi, South Kuta, Kuta, North Kuta and Petang, with a number of poor families as 5,680 households out of the total number 43,497 households. The selection of 49 Pakraman villages in Badung Regency was the object of research with the reason that, seeing from the development of the poverty line in Badung Regency that there was still a percentage of poverty that could be categorized as far from the expectation, Badung Regency was the Regency / City in Bali that had the Highest Original Income compared to other districts / cities in Bali. Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of unhulled paddy price increases in Indonesia's economic output, employment, and also for the welfare of farmers in Indonesia. The research data in the form of secondary data obtained from the Statistics Indonesia as unhulled paddy prices in Indonesia, GDP growth by sector, rural inflation in Indonesia, Indonesian final demand, employment Indonesia, and the Indonesia Input-Output tables. This study uses analytical techniques influence the government benchmark price to the price of unhulled paddy and input output analysis techniques. The results showed that the industrial sector of food, beverages, and tobacco, and other industries, as well as transport and communications sectors are the potential sectors that have the index of distribution power and the index of sensitivity degree. During the period 1987-2007, farmer terms of trade in seven national rice producing provinces had developed quite fluctuate mainly between 1997-2008. In general, the level of relative prosperity, or the purchasing power of the farmers did not increase significantly. Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui peranan kenaikan harga gabah pada output perekonomian di Indonesia, kesempatan kerja, dan juga pada kesejahteraan petani di Indonesia. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) seperti harga gabah di Indonesia, perkembangan Produk Domestik Bruto menurut sektor, perkembangan inflasi pedesaan di Indonesia, permintaan akhir Indonesia, ketenagakerjaanIndonesia, dan tabel Input-Output Indonesia. Exploration of pilgrimage tourism in Indonesia
Purpose This study aims to extract information and analyze the antecedents of Muslims following pilgrimage tours. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia shows that 87.18 per cent of the total population of Indonesia are Muslims. In addition to running the ruling of Islam and the pillars of Faith, Muslims also maintain the religious tourism. The form of religious tourism which is widely followed by the Muslims of Indonesia is to follow a pilgrimage to the tomb of the wali (Guardian), both wali limo and wali songo. Design/methodology/approach This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews of Muslims in Indonesia who had already attended pilgrimages to wali limo and/or wali songo. Findings The tourists are satisfied and have an intention to revisit the destination, and the interest of the community to follow religious tours is very large, as well as the opportunities to do business in this sector are still wide open. Various motives and benefits of following religious tours, as well as suggestions for improvements for religious tourism destination managers, as well as advice for the government were uncovered. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a theoretical contribution related to marketing management in religious tourism and a practical contribution for the managers of religious tourism. Research limitations/implications Further research can be done with a quantitative approach, as well as comparative studies between pilgrimages in Indonesia (developing countries) and pilgrimages in other developing countries or in developed countries can also be conducted. Practical implications For marketing practitioners, the results of this study can be used as a consideration to continue to improve services in the field of religious tourism in the country, given the potential for development is very large. Social implications There is a contribution from this study to the development of marketing science, particularly related to marketing management on religious tourism services. Originality/value This study offers new insight regarding factors influencing Muslims pilgrimage tourism in Indonesia.
