Transformation in der Ausbildung
In: Europäische Sicherheit: Politik, Streitkräfte, Wirtschaft, Technik, Band 55, Heft 11, S. 56-60
ISSN: 0940-4171
The transformation process in the training activities of the Army is being effected consistently and in a future-oriented way and - wherever possible - embedded in a joint and combined approach. Aside from all technological and structural changes, the human factor has always been in the focus of the transformation, however. The already accomplished reorganization of the training of the military leaders is taking full account of this. Goal and direction of the training in the Army are all right and the conversion is in full swing. The plannings for the reorganization of the training were made both prudently and painstakingly. Now it will take some time to implement the planned measures and one will have to wait and see whether that what was theoretically fine-planned will function in practice and bear the expected fruit. Die Transformation der kroatischen Streitkräfte
In: Europäische Sicherheit & Technik: ES & T ; europäische Sicherheit, Strategie & Technik, Band 65, Heft 3, S. 33-35
