การวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของประสิทธิผลพุทธบูรณาการการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตรต่อข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลพุทธบูรณาการการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นข้าราชการประจำ (ท้องถิ่น) ฝ่ายบริหารท้องถิ่น ฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติท้องถิ่น ลูกจ้างประจำ และพนักงานจ้าง จำนวน 550 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ ในการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และใช้โปรแกรม LISREL 8.80 Student Edition ในการพัฒนา และตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุประกอบด้วย การบริหารจัดการ ภาวะผู้นำ การมีส่วนร่วม และอิทธิบาท 4 ของประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตรมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 204.64 องศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 179 ความน่าจะเป็น (p) เท่ากับ 0.092 ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.97 ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.95 ค่าดัชนีรากของกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของส่วนที่เหลือ (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.062 และค่าดัชนีรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของค่าความแตกต่างโดยประมาณ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.016 อธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตร ได้ร้อยละ 89.00 เมื่อพิจารณาอิทธิพลทางตรง และอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านด้านอิทธิบาท 4 พบว่า ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตร ได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงจากปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุ อิทธิบาท 4 และการบริหารจัดการ เท่ากับ 0.85 และ 0.12 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 0.05 ตามลำดับ และอิทธิพลทางอ้อมจากการมีส่วนร่วม และการบริหารจัดการ ผ่านอิทธิบาท 4 เท่ากับ 0.38 และ 0.31 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ตามลำดับ ผลจากการวิจัยที่ได้รับครั้งนี้ ในเชิงนโยบายสามารถนำไปใช้ประกอบเป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตรเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืน และเป็นรูปธรรม เชิงวิชาการสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นกรณีตัวอย่างเพื่อการเรียนการสอน หรือการสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ ในการบูรณาการแนวคิด ทฤษฎีทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ร่วมกับหลักธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา และเชิงพื้นที่สามารถนำไปทดลองใช้ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางนำไปสู่การพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดพิจิตร หรือปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอื่นๆ ที่มีบริบทใกล้เคียงกันสืบไป ; The purpose of research were 1) to study the causal factors of the Buddhist integration's administrative effectiveness of local governmental organizations in Phichit Province on empirical data and 2) to analyze causal factors that influence to the Buddhist integration's administrative effectiveness of local administrative organizations in Phichit province. The samples used in the research are Personnel of local governmental organizations in Phichit Province Namely, civil servants (domestic), local administration Local lawmakers, regular employees and employees employing 550 people. Analysis tool and methodology in the research are the survey and an application which made for social science research to find basic statistics and use an application "LISREL 8.80 Student Edition" to develop and validate the structural validity of the causal relationship models The research finding revealed that causal factors include Management of leadership, participation and virtue 4 of the administrative effectiveness of local governmental organizations in Phichit province is consistent with empirical data. With the chi-square value equal to 204.64 degrees of freedom (df) equal to 179, the probability (p) equals 0.092. The harmonious index (GFI) equals 0.97. The modified harmonic index (AGFI) is 0.95. The mean square root of the remaining quadratic index (RMR) is 0.062, and the mean square root index of the difference (RMSEA) is 0.016. Explain the variance of the administrative effectiveness of the governmental organization. Local in Phichit was 89.00 percent. When considering direct influence And indirect influence through Iddhipada 4 found that the administrative effectiveness of the local governmental organization in Phichit Province Directly influenced by causal factors by ranking as follows Iddhipada 4 and management With the influence of 0.85 and 0.12 with statistical significance at 0.01 and 0.05 according to the rank while the participation and leadership had the impact equal to 0.01 and -0.02 according to the level without consequence When considering the indirect influence, it was found that the effects of Iddhipada 4 were indirectly influenced by Participation and management With the impact of 0.38 and 0.31 with statistically significant at 0.01 respectively. The result of research can be reference in strategic planning of effectiveness development of the local government organization in Phichit Province for sustainability and concrete and can be reference as an example case in study or can be used for training materials integrating concepts Public Administration theory with the principles of Buddhism and can be applied the result as guideline of the development of administrative effectiveness of local governmental organizations in Phichit Province or local government in other provinces that have similar contexts

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ชีวประวัติ ผลงานแม่ขวัญจิต ศรีประจันต์ 2) วิเคราะห์กลวิธีการร้องเพลงอีแซวของแม่ขวัญจิต ศรีประจันต์ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพประชากรได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการร้องเพลงอีแซวในรูปแบบของแม่ขวัญจิต ศรีประจันต์ จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) แม่ขวัญจิต ศรีประจันต์ เป็นศิลปินเพลงพื้นบ้านผู้มีความรอบรู้ เชี่ยวชาญ และชำนาญการในกระบวนการร้องการแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้านภาคกลางหลากหลายชนิด โดยการเรียนรู้เบื้องต้นจากวิธีการครูพักลักจำจนกระทั่งได้รับการฝึกหัดถ่ายทอดจากครูไสว วงษ์งาม และครูบัวผัน จันทร์ศรี ตลอดจนครูเพลงพื้นบ้านที่ได้แสดงร่วมกันหลายท่าน ผลงานด้านเพลงพื้นบ้านมีปรากฏต่อสาธารณชนทั้งในรูปแบบของการแสดงในโอกาสต่างๆทั้งงานราชการและงานของประชาชนทั่วไป และการถ่ายทอดให้แก่เยาวชน นักเรียน นักศึกษาทั้งในสถาบันการศึกษา และนอกสถาบัน นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยาย สาธิตการแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้านให้กับองค์กรต่างๆ เป็นคลังความรู้ที่สำคัญของข้อมูลเพลงพื้นบ้าน จึงได้รับยกย่องให้เป็นศิลปินแห่งชาติ สาขาศิลปะการแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้าน (อีแซว) ประจำปีพุทธศักราช 2539 2) กลวิธีการร้องเพลงอีแซวของแม่ขวัญจิต ศรีประจันต์ มีเอกลักษณ์โดดเด่นเฉพาะตัวอันประกอบด้วยกระแสเสียงที่ดังกังวาน ออกเสียงอักขระชัดเจน มีสำเนียงเหน่อแบบชาวสุพรรณ มีการเอื้อนที่มีหลักการใช้เสียงซึ่งสอดคล้องกับหลักการขับร้องเพลงไทย แต่แฝงไว้ด้วยสำเนียงเพลงพื้นบ้าน อย่างผสมผสานกลมกลืน บทกลอนมีการคัดเลือกคำที่มีความหมาย โดยมากมักเป็นคำไทยแท้ ฟังง่ายเข้าใจง่าย สื่อสารกับผู้ฟังได้ดี มีสัมผัสไพเราะ เหมาะสมกับยุคสมัยมีศิลปะในการเล่นมุขตลกไม่หยาบคาย มีหลักการร้อง 3 ประการ ประกอบด้วย การขึ้นเพลง การร้องเนื้อเพลง และการลงเพลง ซึ่งการร้องเนื้อเพลงนั้นแบ่งออกเป็น ๕ รูปแบบ ตามลักษณะเนื้อหาของบทร้อง คือ บทไหว้ครู บทเกริ่น บทประ บทอวยพร และบทลา ลักษณะพิเศษอีกอย่างหนึ่งคือ การด้นเพลงได้อย่างไพเราะคมคาย ช่วยสร้างอรรถรสให้ผู้ชมผู้ฟัง โดยมีหลักการ ดังนี้ คือ ฝึกสังเกต ตั้งวัตถุประสงค์ ใช้คำง่ายมีสัมผัสและมีความหมาย กำหนดโครงเรื่องและคำลง การเดินกลอนสละสลวย ร้องจากใจ ด้นสิ่งที่พบ มีจุดเด่นและจุดดีในแต่ละบท สอดแทรกอารมณ์ขัน สร้างสรรค์จากเพลงเก่า ; The purposes of this thesis was to study 1) on the biography and success of Mae Kwanjit Sriprajan 2) analysis on strategy to sing E-Saew song of Mae Kwanjit Sriprajan,Research using qualitative population research, The 7 honor qualification people in E-Saew singing as Mae Kwanjit Sriprajan's pattern by gathering information from relevant documents and interviews. analyzing information by using content analysis. The results were as follows: 1) Mae Kwanjit Sriprajan is a folk artist who has specialized knowledge and expertise in the process of singing the folk songs of central region with diverse songs. She was learning the basic by recognized from teacher while they sing or teaching other, until she has been trained by Sawai Wongngam and Buapan Chansri, as well as folk music teacher who has performed with her. The E-Saew folk music has appeared publicly in the form of performances on various occasions, both government and the general public It's alsoconvey to the young students in the institution and outside the institution. She wasalso a lecturer and shows her folk songs to various organizations. Her knowledge on E-Saew folk song is the important source of information of the folk song. She has been honored as a National Artist in folk arts performances (E-Saew) for the year 1996. 2) The E-Saew singing strategies of Mae Kwanjit Sriprajan are unique identity, consisting of a resonant intonation with clearly pronouncing voiced. She hasa folksy accent with a rural accent as people from Supanburi province. She also has utteredwith principles use of sound, in accordance with the principles singing Thailand folk song but also conceal witha rural accented harmoniously in her folk songs. The poems or lyrics are selected word with meaning; usually use the real Thai words, sounds simple, easy to understand, well communication with the audience and appropriate to the era. She always has art to sing E-Saew song with joke by using polite word. The singing principles are 3 factors including; the beginner factor, singing lyric factor and finishing factor. The singing lyric factor divided into five patterns according to the content of the lyrics including teacher respective chapter, introductory chapter, confront chapter, finishing chapter and a greeting chapter. She also can improvisation song with melodic poetically and helped to create and fill poetic flavor to the audience, with the principles are the observation training and to set objectives. Using a simple touch word and meaningful and set a beautiful storyline and finishing down.She sings from her heart and extemporaneous from what her seeing with prominent point, joke and humorous depictions that created from the old song.
