Purpose: To summarize, organize, and clarify the available scientific literature, theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of social identity with the sociopsychological and sociological positions. Methodology: a theoretical analysis of scientific sources. Scope of the results: Identified in the theoretical analysis of the sociopsychological interpretation of the phenomenon of social identity: its structure, and specific types of manifestations, may be useful in explaining the many problems in the life of the individual groups and teams, in general, the social environment, which traditionally are in the field of view sociology.

ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the coordination of care for tuberculosis patients by the nursing team. Method: this is an epidemiological study, descriptive, and survey, analytical and transversal type. There were 79 nursing professionals interviewed with a pre-structured form, and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and the T-Student test for independent groups. Results: Nurses classified care coordination as more effective than nursing assistants/technicians, there were statistical differences between categories, especially information systems. Conclusion: Coordination of tuberculosis care is still fragile, and individual efforts of the team and municipal politicians are needed to achieve coordinated tuberculosis care. At present, it is important to take into account population health, which is determined not by the level of high-tech care, but by the work of the primary health care (PHC) sector. In this connection, the results of the conducted research of the formation and development of the first aid are relevant. The need to study the social and hygienic characteristics of the development of primary health care is dictated by the emerging need for a solution to the present and future problems of the Russian public health, which, with the example of a separate territory (the Orenburg Region), makes this aspect significant and relevant, since the national healthcare system of Russia consists of different services of territorial health systems with their demographic, social and economic characteristics. Of particular importance is the introduction of the GP institution for rural health and medicine in selected areas of the country. In rural district hospitals (SMS) and medical outpatient clinics (SVAs), a general practitioner is the head of the team, and nursing staff, including paramedic paramedic-midwife points (FAPs), can be part of the team as GP assistants. This helps the rural GP to provide the rural population with medical assistance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Regulations on the Organization of the Activity of the General Practitioner (GP).

Summarized are the results of the work on provision of sanitary and epidemiological well-being during the arrangement and carrying out the APEC Summit on the Russky Island. The set of organizational and prophylactic measures aimed at prevention of potential danger of emergency situation of sanitary and epidemiological character is presented. Measures on provision of epidemiological well-being of the participants and guests of the APEC Summit, based upon interaction of the regional plague-control institutions with anti-epidemic and health services of the Primorsky Region, demonstrated their efficiency. Epidemiological situation on the Russky Island and Vladivostok city was safe. The materials presented can be used to develop a set of measures ensuring the epidemiological well-being during large scale political and economic events holding at the national and international levels. ; В статье подведены итоги работы по обеспечению эпидемиологического благополучия в период подготовки и проведения саммита АТЭС на о. Русский. Представлен комплекс организационных и профилактических мер, направленных на снижение потенциальной опасности возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций санитарно-эпидемиологического характера. Мероприятия по обеспечению эпидемиологического благополучия гостей и участников саммита АТЭС, основанные на взаимодействии региональных противочумных учреждений с противоэпидемической и медицинской службами Приморского края показали свою эффективность. Эпидемиологическая ситуация на о. Русский и во Владивостоке в период проведения международного форума сохранялась благополучной. Приведенные материалы могут быть востребованы при разработке комплекса мероприятий, направленных на обеспечение эпидемиологического благополучия во время проведения крупномасштабных политико-экономических мероприятий российского и международного уровня.

This article presents the experience inter/transdisciplinary of a team teachers developed collectively by the fourth year of Pedagogy course, of the State University of Goiás, Campus Inhumas, developed in academic year of 2014. The Sustainable Cities and Sustainable Schools Project was organized in the context of work project (HERNÁNDEZ, 1998), interdisciplinary organization (JAPIASSU, 2003) and transdisciplinarity look (NICOLESCU, 1999; Moraes, 2008; Suanno, 2013, 2014) for complex thinking about sustainable cities (UN Habitat, 2014 ; Letter of Medellin, 2014; Sustainable Cities/MEC Program, 2014; Sustainable Schools/MEC Program, 2013; Metropolis Observatory, 2014), taking an ecosystem reflection, complex and phenomenological.

A solid team of authors of this monograph has made a rather serious attempt to study the basics of applied analysis in the foreign policy of the state, information aspects of their methodological support, modern approaches to the study of international politics, targeted structuring of foreign policy analysis and features of operational and analytical work, the nature, categories and specifics of the leading international think tanks and research institutions, features of system modeling and forecasting of political situations in the world – all this in the compartment has traditionally set the tone in determining and promoting the foreign policy of any nation.

В статье представлены результаты работы команды преподавателей и студентов факультета физико-математического образования, информатики и технологий Чувашского государственного педагогического университета им. И. Я. Яковлева по внедрению проектного обучения в вузе. Технология проектного обучения, ориентированная на развитие у студентов профессиональных и личностных навыков, а также умений решать сложные задачи в команде, рассматривается как важная часть организации учебного процесса. Такая технология помогает студентам критически мыслить, развивает у них навыки поиска информации и умение использовать ее в своих проектах. Среди особенностей технологии проектного обучения выделяются: самостоятельный выбор проекта; работа в команде; открытость процесса; ориентация на реальные проблемы (проекты, над которыми работают студенты, должны быть связаны с реальными проблемами и вызовами). Проходя весь путь реализации жизненного цикла образовательного проекта, студенты выступают инициаторами идей, в ходе которых пробуют себя в качестве помощника руководителя или участника команды. Однако для успешного проектного обучения необходимо правильно организовать этот процесс, создать подходящую образовательную среду и обеспечить необходимые ресурсы и поддержку. Автором выделяются ключевые аспекты и условия реализации технологии проектного обучения, ориентированные на творческую самореализацию личности студента. В статье приводятся практические аспекты и примеры успешной реализации технологии проектного обучения.
The article presents the result of the work of a team of teachers and students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics Education, Computer Science and Technology of I. Yakovlev CHSPU associated with the introduction of project-based learning at the university. The technology of project-based learning that focuses on the development of students' professional and personal skills, as well as the ability to solve complex problems in a team, is considered an important part of the educational process organization. This technology helps students to think critically, develop their skills of information search and the ability to use it in their projects. Among the features of project-based learning technology are independent project selection; teamwork; openness of the process; orientation to real problems: projects that students are working on should be related to real problems and challenges. Going all the way through the implementation of the life cycle of an educational project, students initiate ideas, during which they try themselves as an assistant manager or a team member. However, for successful project-based learning, it is necessary to properly organize the process, create a suitable educational environment and provide the necessary resources and support. The author highlights the key aspects and conditions for the implementation of project-based learning technology, focused on the creative self-realization of the student's personality. The article presents practical aspects and examples of successful implementation of project-based learning technology.

OBJETIVOS: analisar a prevalência de satisfação no trabalho e identificar fatores associados em Centros de Atenção Psicossocial. MÉTODO: estudo transversal com 546 trabalhadores de 40 Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, da Região Sul do Brasil. A satisfação foi identificada a partir da Escala de Avaliação da Satisfação da Equipe de Saúde Mental e a análise ajustada dos dados, realizada por modelo de regressão logística. RESULTADOS: prevalência de satisfação no trabalho de 66,4%. Fatores diretamente associados à satisfação: função de nível superior (excetuando médicos e psicólogos), tempo de trabalho menor ou igual a seis meses, realização de maior número de visitas domiciliares, boa supervisão pela equipe, possibilidade de fazer escolhas coletivas e cursos. CONCLUSÕES: a satisfação está associada à organização e às condições do trabalho e demonstra necessidade de se investir em supervisão pelas equipes, em processos que democratizem os serviços e, também, na formação de seus trabalhadores. ; OBJECTIVES: to analyze the prevalence of satisfaction at work and identify associated factors in Psychosocial Care Centers. METHOD: cross-sectional study involving 546 workers from 40 Psychosocial Care Centers in the South of Brazil. The satisfaction was identified based on the Assessment Scale of Satisfaction in the Mental Health Team and a logistic regression model was used for the adjusted data analysis. RESULTS: the prevalence of satisfaction at work corresponded to 66.4%. Factors directly associated with satisfaction: higher-level function (except physicians and psychologists), work time of six months or less, making a larger number of home visits, good supervision by the team, possibility to make collective choices and take courses. CONCLUSIONS: the satisfaction is associated with the work organization and conditions and demonstrates the need to invest in team supervisions, in process that democratize the services and in the workers' training. ; OBJETIVOS: analizar la prevalencia de satisfacción en el trabajo e identificar factores asociados en Centros de Atención Psicosocial. MÉTODO: estudio trasversal con 546 trabajadores de 40 Centros de Atención Psicosocial de la región Sur de Brasil. La satisfacción fue identificada a partir de la Escala de Evaluación de la Satisfacción del Equipo de Salud Mental y el análisis ajustado de los datos efectuado mediante un modelo de regresión logística. RESULTADOS: prevalencia de satisfacción en el trabajo de 66,4%. Factores directamente asociados a la satisfacción: función de nivel superior (excepto médicos y psicólogos), tiempo de trabajo menor o igual a seis meses, efectuar mayor número de visitas a domicilio, boa supervisión por el equipo, posibilidad de hacer opciones colectivas y cursos. CONCLUSIONES: la satisfacción está asociada a la organización y a las condiciones del trabajo y demuestra la necesidad de invertir en supervisión por los equipos, en procesos que democraticen los servicios y también en la formación de sus trabajadores.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the viability of a professional specialist in intra-hospital committees of organ and tissue donation for transplantation. METHODS Epidemiological, retrospective and cross-sectional study (2003-2011 and 2008-2012), which was performed using organ donation for transplants data in the state of Sao Paulo, Southeastern Brazil. Nine hospitals were evaluated (hospitals 1 to 9). Logistic regression was used to evaluate the differences in the number of brain death referrals and actual donors (dependent variables) after the professional specialist started work (independent variable) at the intra-hospital committee of organ and tissue donation for transplantation. To evaluate the hospital invoicing, the hourly wage of the doctor and registered nurse, according to the legislation of the Consolidation of Labor Laws, were calculated, as were the investment return and the time elapsed to do so. RESULTS Following the nursing specialist commencement on the committee, brain death referrals and the number of actual donors increased at hospital 2 (4.17 and 1.52, respectively). At hospital 7, the number of actual donors also increased from 0.005 to 1.54. In addition, after the nurse started working, hospital revenues increased by 190.0% (ranging 40.0% to 1.955%). The monthly cost for the nurse working 20 hours was US$397.97 while the doctor would cost US$3,526.67. The return on investment was 275% over the short term (0.36 years). CONCLUSIONS This paper showed that including a professional specialist in intra-hospital committees for organ and tissue donation for transplantation proved to be cost-effective. Further economic research in the area could contribute to the efficient public policy implementation of this organ and tissue harvesting model. ; OBJETIVO Avaliar a viabilidade de profissional especialista em comissões intra-hospitalares de doação de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes. MÉTODOS Estudo epidemiológico, retrospectivo e transversal (2003 a 2011 e 2008 a 2012), realizado com dados de doação de órgãos para transplantes no estado de São Paulo. Foram avaliados nove hospitais (hospitais 1 a 9). Foram avaliadas, por regressão logística, diferenças em número de notificações de morte encefálica e doadores efetivos (variáveis dependentes) após a entrada do profissional especialista (variável independente) na comissão intra-hospitalar de doação de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes. Para avaliação do faturamento hospitalar, foram calculados o salário-hora de médico e enfermeiro, conforme legislação da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho, o retorno e o prazo do retorno do investimento. RESULTADOS Após a entrada de enfermeiro especialista na comissão, as notificações de morte encefálica e o número de doadores efetivos aumentaram no hospital 2 (4,17 e 1,52, respectivamente). No hospital 7, o número de doadores efetivos também aumentou de 0,005 para 1,54. E, após entrada de enfermeiro especialista, o faturamento hospitalar aumentou em 190,0% (variação de 40,0% a 1.955%). O custo mensal para 20 horas semanais do enfermeiro foi R$940,00 e, do médico, R$8.330,00. O retorno do investimento foi de 275%, em curto prazo (0,36 anos). CONCLUSÕES A inserção de profissional especialista nas comissões intra-hospitalares para captação de doação de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes mostra-se custo-efetiva. Novos estudos econômicos na área podem contribuir com uma política pública eficiente de implantação desse modelo de captação de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes.

This article analyzes the socio-psychological climate of the management structure of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, using a sociological survey. The socio-psychological interaction of the team, which in turn affects the results of production and social performance and predetermines the nature of the internal and external environment of the public service, is determined. The socio-psychological climate of the labor collective is influenced by many objective and subjective factors. Firstly, it is possible to single out the factors of the external and internal environment of this service. The factors of the external environment are identified as social, economic and political situation, level and conditions of life, culture.

The constitutional role and authority of the Public Prosecutor's Office (MP) as an enforcer of law warranted the MP protagonism in the enforcement of environmental legislation and accountability of environmental agencies in Brazil. The MP instituted regional offices to tackle the environmental issue and established a team of experts to provide technical support. This research analyzes the participation of the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor's Office (MPSP) and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) experts in the environmental licensing of the Mexilhão Project. The project was located in the coastal region of the state of São Paulo and initially aimed to reduce by half the volume of natural gas imported by the country. Based on the analysis of documents and interviews, this paper shows that there were different interpretations and framings among the MP experts concerning environmental impacts and risks of the project. The objective of this study was to explore the experience of the municipalities of the state of Minas Gerais that implemented local environmental licensing. For this purpose, representatives of the state administration were interviewed, and an electronic questionnaire was sent to analysts of 121 municipalities that took up environmental licensing, from which 39 responses were obtained. The key drivers of local environmental licensing were concerns over licensing procedural delays by the state government and the need for administrative efficiency. Knowledge of local conditions and the proximity between the local government, communities and developers were identified as facilitators of licensing. Shortage of staff, precarious hiring processes, and lack of infrastructure were identified as the main barriers to local environmental licensing. The municipalities that have implemented local environmental licensing perceive planning, administrative capacity, competent technical and legal teams, and capacity-building as essential elements of an effective local environmental licensing system. The study concludes with suggestions of future research avenues. ; The objective of this study was to explore the experience of the municipalities of the state of Minas Gerais that implemented local environmental licensing. For this purpose, representatives of the state administration were interviewed, and an electronic questionnaire was sent to analysts of 121 municipalities that took up environmental licensing, from which 39 responses were obtained. The key drivers of local environmental licensing were concerns over licensing procedural delays by the state government and the need for administrative efficiency. Knowledge of local conditions and the proximity between the local government, communities and developers were identified as facilitators of licensing. Shortage of staff, precarious hiring processes, and lack of infrastructure were identified as the main barriers to local environmental licensing. The municipalities that have implemented local environmental licensing perceive planning, administrative capacity, competent technical and legal teams, and capacity-building as essential elements of an effective local environmental licensing system.
