This article presents experience of innovative implementation of a role play "Relations between Chemistry and Other Natural Sciences and Mathematics: Issue of Leadership between Sciences" in Master's studies. Use of this method facilitates business communications, sustains mental activity of the participants, provides team building and prepares conditions for creative thinking.

The research identifies the relationship between satisfaction with the way of life and various socio-psychological factors. The study involved 1–5-year male cadets of a military university (N=255, average age = 20,2 years). To identify factors that influence cadets' satisfaction with their lifestyle, the authors used proprietary techniques, a questionnaire for diagnosing the level of social frustration by L. I. Wasserman modified by V. V. Boiko, and the methodology of the study of value orientations by M. Rokich. The study showed the dependence of the factors determining the cadets' satisfaction with the way of life on the year of study. For junior students, it was the military team factors and the place of the individual in the team. For graduates, the most significant factors were those that emphasized their belonging to the military community. The most significant predictors of lifestyle satisfaction were the characteristics of a subjective assessment of one's status in a military team, a positive assessment of professional choice, and conditions of service and prospects after graduation. ; В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования, цель которого – выявить взаимосвязи удовлетворенности курсантов образом жизни с различными оказывающими на нее влияние и обуславливающими её формирование социально-психологическими факторами. В исследовании принимали участие курсанты 1–5 курсов военного вуза (N=255, средний возраст 20,2 года, мужчины). Для выявления факторов, оказывающих влияние на удовлетворенность курсантов образом жизни, использовались авторские методики, модифицированный опросник диагностики уровня социальной фрустрированности Л. И. Вассермана в модификации В. В. Бойко, методика изучения ценностных ориентации М. Рокича. Исследование показало зависимость факторов, определяющих удовлетворенность курсантов образом жизни, от курса обучения. На младших курсах наиболее значимыми оказались факторы, актуальные для воинского коллектива и места личности в нем; для выпускников наиболее значимыми становятся факторы, подчеркивающие их принадлежность к военному сообществу. Наиболее значимыми предикторами удовлетворенности образом жизни являются характеристики субъективной оценки своего статуса в воинском коллективе, положительной оценки профессионального выбора, условий службы и перспектив после окончания военного вуза.

In the proposed material, the author's team, as in some other similar articles, continues to analyze the topic of redundancy and the professionally applied nature of the training of athletes and athletes. The relevance of such an analysis is based on numerous precedents and attempts to pass one off as another, building a bridge on this supposedly natural and continuous transition from a sports career to career growth in other professional areas of labor and military practice that are not directly related to the sphere of physical culture and sports. Which often leads to sad consequences.
The demonstration of the fundamental differences between redundancy and the professionally applied nature of physical culture and sports training with examples from the field of boxing, taekwondo, practical shooting clearly confirms the correctness of the argumentation and conclusions of the authors of the article. At the same time, the material of the article indicates the possibility and necessity of developing this topic for the preparation of athletes and athletes not only for military or service, but also for civilian labor professional activity. Consequently, the topic chosen by the author's team has a continuation in the field of development of professionally applied sections of physical culture and sports training in non-core domestic universities.

The article discusses aspects of the application of extrapolation and factor approaches to epidemiological forecasting, outlines the limitations and features of their application in relation to the prediction of morbidity.It is shown that when using an extrapolation approach, it becomes possible to predict the most likely numerical characteristics of morbidity in a certain time perspective. At the same time, the accuracy of the obtained forecast depends on the length of the time series and the type of long-term dynamics of morbidity. In turn, the trends formed by the results of forecasting artificially level the critical levels of morbidity that characterize individual periods of time and are fundamentally important for understanding the real picture.The factor approach is based on the prediction of morbidity levels using a certain set of factors. The difficulty of using the factor approach is noted due to the stochasticity of the epidemic process.Based on the results of a retrospective epidemiological analysis of the personalized morbidity of cadets of the Military Medical Academy, the heterogeneity of military contingents in susceptibility to acute respiratory infections of the upper respiratory tract is shown.From the standpoint of the academician V.D .Belyakov's et al. theory of the parasitic systems self-regulation, the conclusion is made about the expediency of using a factor approach for epidemiological forecasting of morbidity in organized collectives. It is proposed to use the state of individual resistance as one of the main factors determining the epidemic well-being of organized collectives.The results of the development and testing of an electronic database that allows epidemiological surveillance of the morbidity of trainees and its linear prediction are presented. ; В статье рассмотрены аспекты применения экстраполяционного и факторного подходов к эпидемиологическому прогнозированию, изложены ограничения и особенности их применения относительно прогнозирования заболеваемости.Показано, что при использовании экстраполяционного подхода становится возможным предсказание наиболее вероятных числовых характеристик заболеваемости в определённой временной перспективе. При этом точность получаемого прогноза зависит от длины временного ряда и типа многолетней динамики заболеваемости. В свою очередь, формируемые по результатам прогнозирования тренды искусственно нивелируют критические уровни состояния заболеваемости, характеризующие отдельные периоды времени и принципиально важные для понимания реальной картины.Факторный подход базируется на прогнозировании уровней заболеваемости с использованием определенного набора факторов. Отмечена трудность использования факторного подхода в связи со стохастичностью эпидемического процесса.На основе результатов ретроспективного эпидемиологического анализа персонифицированной заболеваемости курсантов Военно-медицинской академии показана неоднородность воинских контингентов по восприимчивости к острым респираторным инфекциям верхних дыхательных путей.С позиции теории саморегуляции паразитарных систем академика В.Д. Белякова и соавторов сделан вывод о целесообразности применения факторного подхода для эпидемиологического прогнозирования заболеваемости в организованных коллективах.Предложено использовать состояние индивидуальной резистентности в качестве одного из основных факторов, определяющих эпидемическое благополучие организованных коллективов. Представлены результаты разработки и апробации электронной базы данных, позволяющей проводить эпидемиологическое наблюдение за заболеваемостью обучаемых и её линейное прогнозирование.

The increasing role of small-circulation opposition propaganda and the professional interest to the study of this problem in the historical aspect explain the actuality of the present research. It focuses on primary print editions of newformat parties in the early 1990s. The historical principle and general method of content-analysis of the press are basic for this research. The result of the work was the analysis of the primary independent editions which allowed the author conclude that all print periodicals of the post-soviet period political organizations were different in types, contents and ideology, but they had a comon goal: influencing voters' mass consciousness. ; Актуальность темы исследования обуславливается возрастающей ролью малотиражной оппозиционной пропаганды и проявлением интереса к изучению проблемы в историческом аспекте. Предметом научной работы являются первичные печатные издания партий нового формата начала 1990-х гг. XX столетия. В основе исследования лежит принцип историзма, а главным методом является контент-анализ прессы. Результатом работы стал анализ первичных независимых изданий, который позволил автору сделать выводы о том, что все печатные издания политических организаций постсоветского периода различались по типам, содержанию, идеологии, но имели общую цель – влияние на массовое сознание избирателей.

At present, it is important to take into account population health, which is determined not by the level of high-tech care, but by the work of the primary health care (PHC) sector. In this connection, the results of the conducted research of the formation and development of the first aid are relevant. The need to study the social and hygienic characteristics of the development of primary health care is dictated by the emerging need for a solution to the present and future problems of the Russian public health, which, with the example of a separate territory (the Orenburg Region), makes this aspect significant and relevant, since the national healthcare system of Russia consists of different services of territorial health systems with their demographic, social and economic characteristics. Of particular importance is the introduction of the GP institution for rural health and medicine in selected areas of the country. In rural district hospitals (SMS) and medical outpatient clinics (SVAs), a general practitioner is the head of the team, and nursing staff, including paramedic paramedic-midwife points (FAPs), can be part of the team as GP assistants. This helps the rural GP to provide the rural population with medical assistance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Regulations on the Organization of the Activity of the General Practitioner (GP).

Summarized are the results of the work on provision of sanitary and epidemiological well-being during the arrangement and carrying out the APEC Summit on the Russky Island. The set of organizational and prophylactic measures aimed at prevention of potential danger of emergency situation of sanitary and epidemiological character is presented. Measures on provision of epidemiological well-being of the participants and guests of the APEC Summit, based upon interaction of the regional plague-control institutions with anti-epidemic and health services of the Primorsky Region, demonstrated their efficiency. Epidemiological situation on the Russky Island and Vladivostok city was safe. The materials presented can be used to develop a set of measures ensuring the epidemiological well-being during large scale political and economic events holding at the national and international levels. ; В статье подведены итоги работы по обеспечению эпидемиологического благополучия в период подготовки и проведения саммита АТЭС на о. Русский. Представлен комплекс организационных и профилактических мер, направленных на снижение потенциальной опасности возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций санитарно-эпидемиологического характера. Мероприятия по обеспечению эпидемиологического благополучия гостей и участников саммита АТЭС, основанные на взаимодействии региональных противочумных учреждений с противоэпидемической и медицинской службами Приморского края показали свою эффективность. Эпидемиологическая ситуация на о. Русский и во Владивостоке в период проведения международного форума сохранялась благополучной. Приведенные материалы могут быть востребованы при разработке комплекса мероприятий, направленных на обеспечение эпидемиологического благополучия во время проведения крупномасштабных политико-экономических мероприятий российского и международного уровня.

В статье представлены результаты работы команды преподавателей и студентов факультета физико-математического образования, информатики и технологий Чувашского государственного педагогического университета им. И. Я. Яковлева по внедрению проектного обучения в вузе. Технология проектного обучения, ориентированная на развитие у студентов профессиональных и личностных навыков, а также умений решать сложные задачи в команде, рассматривается как важная часть организации учебного процесса. Такая технология помогает студентам критически мыслить, развивает у них навыки поиска информации и умение использовать ее в своих проектах. Среди особенностей технологии проектного обучения выделяются: самостоятельный выбор проекта; работа в команде; открытость процесса; ориентация на реальные проблемы (проекты, над которыми работают студенты, должны быть связаны с реальными проблемами и вызовами). Проходя весь путь реализации жизненного цикла образовательного проекта, студенты выступают инициаторами идей, в ходе которых пробуют себя в качестве помощника руководителя или участника команды. Однако для успешного проектного обучения необходимо правильно организовать этот процесс, создать подходящую образовательную среду и обеспечить необходимые ресурсы и поддержку. The article presents the result of the work of a team of teachers and students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics Education, Computer Science and Technology of I. Yakovlev CHSPU associated with the introduction of project-based learning at the university. The technology of project-based learning that focuses on the development of students' professional and personal skills, as well as the ability to solve complex problems in a team, is considered an important part of the educational process organization. This technology helps students to think critically, develop their skills of information search and the ability to use it in their projects. Among the features of project-based learning technology are independent project selection; teamwork; openness of the process; orientation to real problems: projects that students are working on should be related to real problems and challenges. Going all the way through the implementation of the life cycle of an educational project, students initiate ideas, during which they try themselves as an assistant manager or a team member. However, for successful project-based learning, it is necessary to properly organize the process, create a suitable educational environment and provide the necessary resources and support. The author highlights the key aspects and conditions for the implementation of project-based learning technology, focused on the creative self-realization of the student's personality. The article presents practical aspects and examples of successful implementation of project-based learning technology.

This article analyzes the socio-psychological climate of the management structure of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, using a sociological survey. The socio-psychological interaction of the team, which in turn affects the results of production and social performance and predetermines the nature of the internal and external environment of the public service, is determined. The socio-psychological climate of the labor collective is influenced by many objective and subjective factors. Firstly, it is possible to single out the factors of the external and internal environment of this service. The factors of the external environment are identified as social, economic and political situation, level and conditions of life, culture.

More than a 100-year history of the development of the forensic institutions in Russia demonstrates the objective link between the stages of the system's evolution and the political, economic, and social transformations in the society. The continuity of scientific schools in the system of forensic expert institutions of the Ministry of Justice is shown on the example of S.A. Smirnova's activity. Leading the modern system of forensic institutions, she is a talented organizer of innovative scientific research, a major administrator who cares for her team, creates and increases the material and technical base of forensic laboratories, the scientist who has influenced the recognition in the scientific school of the Russian Federal Centre of Forensic Science in the scientific community, as well as a teacher who has brought up more than one generation of expert researchers. The set of achievements of the forensic science institutions team of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation marks the current stage in the development of forensic expertise based on continuity and deep respect for the traditions of the scientific school with a comprehensive modernization of the practical activities of the system. ; Более чем вековая история развития системы судебно-экспертных учреждений (СЭУ) в России свидетельствует о наличии объективной связи между этапами развития этой системы и политическими, экономическими и социальными трансформациями в обществе.
